Never seen that before but that’s definitely not right

OR maybe they use it for actual gamebreaking issues, like it is designed for. A lot of thinks i see people ask to be killswitched are not such issues. I dont know about these bugs to be honest, maybe they are gamebreaking, but maybe they are not.
Depends on how you define gamebreaking, but a killer being able to completely deny an unhook with 0 possible counterplay from the survivors seems pretty gamebreaking to me, especially when there’s a good chance not all the survivors in the match will know about the bug and that they can’t actually unhook.
-
She should be disabled until it's fixed. I don't know why they made a killswitch if they're not going to use it for stuff like this. They're way too conservative with it, imo.
-
Personally I find call of brine’s high regression speed AND information to be a bit much. But I think the real issue is how strong cob + overcharge is when stacked and especially if the killer just tunnels someone asap to make it a 3v1.
-
It’s supposed to stack, however the addon has been bugged in the past and I’m not sure if it was fixed yet or not.
-
BT is still a good perk, just not a requirement like it used to be. Which is good.
-
Shift W would be too strong against Artist if she was 4.4
-
Tbh I’m not entirely sure yet how much stronger it’s going to be with 10 seconds base. I’m willing to wait and see once the update drops.
-
I don’t know the reason, but the bug doesn’t seem to work 100% of the time, only sometimes.

Even before the update not only where you using two perk slots for it - but self care was still pretty slow over just getting someone to heal you. I'd rather they killed one perk (Self Care) over killing another (Botany) by making it only work on other survivors and end up with two perks that still suck.
My problem with botany is that the medkit penalty feels terrible to play with because if you pull a brown or green medkit from a chest you literally can't use it. Yet, 50% self-healing speed is too strong to not have a penalty and yet that penalty doesn't even address self-healing speeds using things other than medkits (selfcare and coh).
Plus, botany + SC prior to the nerf was the only real problem with SC. So I'd rather botany just not allow you to do that so that it doesn't have to penalize medkits (since using medkits for team-healing is generally not as strong and stacking botany with that would be a complete non-issue imo). Then increase selfcare's healing speed to 45% (I doubt BHVR would buff it back to 50%, so I'm asking for a middleground here). This would reduce the healing time at tier 3 from approximately 45.71 seconds to 35.56 (old selfcare was 32 seconds). And botany would remain good for healing your team while also no longer negatively affecting your medkit charges.
The medkit efficiency bonus selfcare used to have can stay gone, medkits are already strong enough as it is.
-
Yeah. Imo they need to make botany not work with self-healing at all and remove the medkit penalty it has, then buff selfcare a bit since stacking it with botany wouldn’t be possible anymore.
-
No she actually has some good addons. Her iridescents are bad though, and Charcoal Stick is worse than not having addons at all.
Ink Egg is kinda bad since you don’t really need 4 crows and it will make your cooldown even longer after doing so. (1 bird 5 seconds, 2 birds 9 seconds, 3 birds 12 seconds, 4 birds 14 seconds). But her other purple addons are decent (especially the baby shoes).
Automatic Drawing is worthless, don’t bother with it. I also don’t really recommend the addons that increase the max idle time for crows since it will backfire if you want the crow to disintegrate (instead of firing it since this will slow you down and have a longer cooldown).
Severed Hands can be fun with Discordance although somewhat predictable.
Thick Tar + Festering Carrion are both good especially when combined. The half second on the tar doesn’t seem like a lot but it can make a difference more often than you’d think. Velvet Fabric can help you get smart survivors who switch direction after 2.5 seconds thinking you can’t see the crow aura anymore (once a survivor starts repelling, you normally see a swarm’s aura for 2.5 seconds before it goes away, but this addon increases it to 4 seconds).
Oil Paints isn’t the strongest by any means but it can be deceptively useful for tracking especially in houses or multi-level indoor maps as it can sometimes let you track survivors on the opposite floor whereas that normally doesn’t work.
Artist isn't really that addon dependent though, most of her power comes from her basekit which is a good thing.
-
They are still planned to return in 6.2.0.
-
No.
-
This has been a problem for a few patches now. Literally every time the building is just a deadzone apart from the window. There’s never any pallets there.

CoH is fine, it already nerfed twice and it is balanced perk right now.
But healing in general needs some nerfs tho.
Base healing is fine. Coh isn’t.

Yeah it's actually useful now with being hit with aura reads every 10 seconds it seems these days.
I've been running it a lot since the update (I already ran it a lot even before the buff too) and I'd say 95% of the time my aura never gets revealed all game. One perk shouldn't be capable of that imo
-
Stridor is actually bad for me because it makes me think survivors are closer than they actually are. I'm better off with no perks than with only stridor.
-
She never left S tier. Her nerf put her below Blight but she's still the 3rd best killer.
-
Almost always. Since I've been keeping stats on solo queue games I always have to wait until the end anyways to see the killer's build so I end up spectating my teammates if I'm dead.
-
Diversion, maybe.
But stakeout, no, and distortion shouldn't either; it gets way too many tokens now.
-
It literally does not matter how many perks there are that are good for Nurse. It does not change the fact that AA was nerfed due to it being considered too strong on "certain killers" when combined w/ Starstruck and Lethal. What other killer do you really think they are referring to?
Blight's lethal rush attack does not benefit from Exposed, and Spirit cannot see auras while phasing or while charging a phase.

The issue with boons are that most of them are garbage and one of them is super overrated after its many nerfs.
Coh is not overrated at all. It is still by far the best healing perk in the game and it is not balanced. It also indirectly encourages tunneling because the killer knows that if there is a boon in play then most likely that survivor is going to be able to go heal on their own at a high speed and without help from a teammate, thereby forcing them to commit to chases and not let injured survivors get away.
BHVR can either nerf coh into the ground (and survivors will stop using boons because the others generally aren’t worth it) or they can give killers a more permanent answer to boons and then buff the other 3 perks to make up for it. Personally I’d rather see the second option because the first option will mean that the whole boon mechanic will likely just die.
-
Honestly depends on the killer. Gift of Pain is only good on some killers imo. I don't like it on hit and run killers like Wraith so in that case I'd just bring agitation. But for some other characters you could go either way.
-
This entire thread is ridiculous. Yeah, Nurse is OP and needs a change, but that doesn't mean that people who bought the game are suddenly selfish for wanting to play a certain character.
-
I just wish shattered hope still did something if there were no boons.
But I agree coh is still a problem.
-
They could make it reveal everyone and it’d still suck, imo.
-
Not really. With Ruin being nerfed Hex perks have become less common for me.
-
As long as Nurse exists that can't happen unfortunately.
-
The addons are getting nerfed in the upcoming chapter release. Currently they do still increase the speed, but in 6.2.0 they will not.
-
I think the stakeout + hyperfocus combo would be okay IF they make it so hyperfocus's extra progression isn't based off 2%, and it's instead based off 1% + you get 1% flat bonus from stakeout. So instead of 2.6, 3.2, 3.8, 4.4, 5, 5.6 like it was on the PTB, you get 2.3, 2.6, 2.9, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8.
I do agree that it probably shouldn't function with toolboxes.
-
She’s pretty bad, and while I’m seeing a lot of comments that Trapper is worse, which of them is the worst killer does not really matter. They are both D tier and need changes.
-
Not every killer needs to have deep wound as part of their kit just for the sake of having it. Although I actually do agree with giving it to trapper.
-
I did know about the chest and breakable wall but yes it’s way too dark on PC. Please make it brighter.
-
Oppression and Merciless Storm are already weak perks so I don’t really like the idea of this countering it. But the linger effect is good.
Something else I thought about was making it increase your own skill check chances slightly (eg. 2-3% or something small) to have more opportunities to build up tokens as well as gain additional bonus progress with great skill checks, making it useful for its current effect but also allowing you to potentially boost your own healing and repair actions more often.
-
Except you actually can have both Resilience and Better Than New. It's when you complete a healing action, so if you heal a survivor from dying to injured, that still triggers the perk even though they're injured. So then they could actually have 25% vault speed if they had resi.
-
That’s actually kinda funny but it could actually be good for survivors in some situations so no.
Like if you know where another portal is and want to go there you miss a skillcheck on purpose and might end up there.

That’s wild does the haste double too?
Yes you run at huntress speed for 20 seconds. It’s actually going to be pretty strong now.
-
It’s literally just Nurse too which sucks. It would’ve been fine on everyone else.
I really hope BHVR takes this as a hint that something is wrong with her.
-
It would be 20 seconds now with the BT perk. 10 seconds base and the perk adds 10.
-
It said it was being reverted so I would assume it’s back to 3.
-
His collision definitely needed to be reduced. Overall I think they handled the changes to him very well and I think he’s going to be a solid A tier killer. Looking forward to him

Good. Basement is outdated
(Also it’s not pointless at all)

Is using basekit BT to body block the same as using OTR to body block? As in you get hit and you’re in Deep Wound?
Yes you get deepwounded. The only difference is OTR lasts a lot longer

HOw is it any different than cleansing a Hex totem with overzealous that also give 16% gen repair speed bonus?
Hex totems are a limited resource and are entirely dependent on the killer to bring. If I just don’t bring a hex perk, you’re never going to get that 16%. Healing is a more common action and you can also affect multiple survivors with the perk at the same time if you heal multiple survivors.

Leader is just better
Leader is better for healing, but BTN is better for any other action it affects that takes place far after you separate from the other survivor. BTN also affects blessing now, which leader doesn’t. I really don’t think the perk is that bad now.
-
They removed it so they could increase the bonuses. 16% repair speed would’ve been too much. I am fine with it honestly, the perk is still better than it was before.
-
@ThatOneDemoPlayer said:
Doesn't the "Safe Unhook" prompt appear 15 seconds after an unhook? You could run BT to guarantee it, but base-kit wise, it's fine
It’s 10 seconds. The only way you won’t get it now is if the survivor gets grabbed or hit twice within 10s

i can guarantee, when i was playing killer, once devour was broken at 5 stacks i couldnt mori, the bug is patched, must have been either undying or they had an actual mori
It is not patched. It seems that it doesn't happen every time, but the bug is definitely still in the game.

Mostly hoping for improvements to Wesker’s collision, buffs to Better than New and Low Profile, and Reassurance probably should stop working in endgame.
