I'm not a bight main but cmon when you say exploits what can you refer to other than these techs? LOL.
Also if the survivor knows that the killer is going to hug tech it can easily be counterable.
Exploit is an exploit. There is no way all these "techs" were intended by devs. Players are just using killer power design overlook for own advantage and this should be fixed
Blight supposed to be run straight line hard to turn guy, not reverse rush into Quentin in the corner

Hug tech isn't an exploit. flicking with high dpi isn't an exploit.
See? I haven't mention any of exploits and there is blight main who defends them already.
Devs please fix blight and all his "isn't an exploit" techs
-
Ace is the best
-
Blight has so many design issues/exploits player needs a lot of time to learn them all. Still exploits tho. Devs fix blight
-
Use meme add-ons, bp perks like bbq, beast of prey, thrill of the hunt, distressing and play for 8 hooks. never kill anyone. If you're winning just let them go.

They aren't

As much as I like Pixelbush, this video is mostly wrong, why you may ask?
Because all of these situations would of resulted in the survivor being exhausted on the ground last patch, all of these interactions make sense youre just not getting a hit that you didnt deserve in the first place
The only situation here that is unfair is Nemesis, if the server does reject a hit it shouldnt completely ignore a pallet
It changed from screw survivor to screw the killer

They reverted the aura changes. It seems like BHVR only really consider reverting a change if the entire community is up in arms about it - that's why Hillbilly and Deathslinger are unlikely to have their nerfs looked at, because only people that played these killers are complaining.
nope. they made new auras look similar to old ones but never reverted them
-
every build can work if you believe in yourself (and your mmr is low enough)
-
No. He's hard to play and his perks are bad
But if you like him and want to try sure why not
-
Weak killer. But apparently his stats are good so all we can expect in the future is nerfs, like Pig

You literally said "they never change dead hard".
I was referencing how they HAD changed it. Do you not see the pathway of thought there? Because it seem clear to me. Especially since this thread is about how Dead Hard has changed.
Dead hard literally works like it supposed to since release. they just fixed dedicated problem. Changing dead hard means real changes, you know, how they changed deathslinger because he was unfun to play against
You can argue about if dead hard was changed or not but you know what? it became even more unfun to play against and devs done nothing to fix this, unlike deathslinger.
I don't understand why i have to explain this. my post was clear as mountain river

It takes too long time. 2 speed boosts make chase too long, survivor will run a huge distance.
If you use it point-blank, yes. But if a survivor drops a pallet and you smack him with the tentacle over it, you're gaining pressure on him when otherwise you would've lost it. Don't go for the hits you can make with M1, go for the hits you -can't- make with M1. That way you're cutting into their survivability earlier than an M1 killer could.
This is guaranteed to allow to reach a strong loop
But that's the thing: An infected survivor -has no strong loop-. Vault spots and pallets become risky when they're infected.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2601822#Comment_2601822
It's not free, it makes the survivor noisy for one, and if they want to get rid of it, they have to track down a chest, open it, and inject the vaccine, thereby giving their position away and losing time.
ok. it is "free"
-
Exhaustion now disables all perks that makes your breath or moans quiet, Also breathing and footsteps are much louder when exhausted

That's only if you hit a survivor once and then abandon chase. If you commit to it, the rest of the chase is really difficult for the survivor since vaults and pallets don't offer the safety they should.
It's still 8 free hits per trial. That's a lot
-
@[Deleted User] said:
I really don't get how people can think nemesis is bad. He can hit through pallets and vaults, that's invaluable.
He have to do this 8 times before he actually starts to deal damage. That's why

... I'm sorry but why bother posting then if this is all you're going to say in response?
so people who agree with me can comment about my suggestion. Boon totems are strong I'm not discussing that
-
@SoylentPixie said:
All boons really need is a limitation to their use. The status effects and relighting of Hexes is too much for a 2 second action.
We can make it longer then, let's say 4 seconds
-
@OopsAllHexes said:
Boons are easy enough to find as it is and shutting down two boons in a trial is the equivalent of one Pop charge in terms of time gained, this really isn't needed.
@Junylar said:
They don't need nerf.
Thank you for your opinion. I disagree
-
no it's not fine. Strongest perk in the game returned to it's initial power without any nerfs
-
No it's not. First of all that's not even a strong perk. It will give you 1 or 2 pity kills so your mmr goes higher. Why would you ever want high mmr?
Getting downed and camped to death on your first hook is also fun. Perk is bad for both sides

yes. i'm a no mither gamer every time i get iri 1

You can't lose grades. If you have no pips in your current grade you have nothing to lose

Rifts are actually optional, but mandatory for players. The process of reaching level 70 seems too difficult. Of course, there is an easy and simple way to pass through the gold cell, but it becomes a huge burden if you keep paying. I think we should either increase the rewards by increasing the Rift quests, or adjust the experience given per game in pure games to be higher. Do developers really read forum posts?
they do, but probably have different opinion
-
they provided already. it used to be much harder
-
They find themselves at campfire with no memories about their death. You can read this in archives i believe

The momentum is not lost, because the survivor now has to mend. The killer could have chosen any number of strategies, but chose to protect an unhook instead of chasing elsewhere or patrolling gens.
That’s how the endurance status effect works, if that is how the survivor wants to utilize it then that is their choice. You’ve been given counterplay options.
it is lost because mending is much shorter than a regular injure. You don't need a teammate, perk or medkit to mend.
What if killer was chasing survivor to the hook and that guy unhooked his teammate in your face and you got bodyblocked by bt in a doorway?
Are you guys playing survivor exclusively? because any killer knows situation im talking about
-
@GoshJosh said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2596045#Comment_2596045
Ok. So hit the unhooked survivor immediately, then chase the unhooker. I don’t have a lot of sympathy for killers in this scenario, unless it’s end game.
This means free protection hit and loss of distance on the unhooker. Free loss of momentum for the killer who don't even want to tunnel.
BT is anti tunneling perk, not free bodyblock after unhook perk

...what does that have to do with waiting 12 seconds?
Waiting 12 seconds means unhooker is far far away and your only option is tunnel. So you down bodyblocking survivor and either eat ds or unbreakable instead of chasing unhooker.
See? that's the problem. Survivors should not be able to force you to tunnel them because they have perks that punish tunneling

Moot point, you would've gotten DSd or unbreakabled whether they had borrowed time or not.
Unhooker doesn't have DS active so no
-
Just remove collision so killer can go through survivor. That's all we need. Pretty simple as well
-
@PanicSquid said:
If they body block, just wait 12 seconds then hit them.
And get DSd or Unbreakabled. Very clever

Before if you pressed deadhead at the correct time, and dodged it, sometimes you would still be downed because the killers game didn't register that you dodged before their side registered that they hit you.
Now I believe the game synchs better and you don't sometimes succeed and sometimes fail for hitting it at the right time, but succeed if you timed the move appropriately.
Also Slinger is still fun to play as killer +shrug+ not sure why you're struggling, but he was hardly nerfed. They weakened and empowered him at the same time.
I said nothing about DH fix and i said nothing about how fun is to play as DS. some people can't read
-
I like how slinger got nerfed because he was not fun to play against but they never change dead hard
-
Disaster. Im not touching killer until boons have good counterplay. I died as survivor only once since the patch and even then that game lasted for 30 minutes. Absolutely broken in all ways. Who thought giving survivors infinite resources woth low risk/effort is a good idea?
-
This made me realise that every single licensed map sucks. Midwitch is probably best of them but still bad
-
How many times you got to level 100. Nothing else
-
Blight because his power has million exploits to get advantage from and it's never fun when they know how to use them
Huntress. Every game im getting hit around the corner. It just isn't fun anymore
Nurse, because there is no interaction. Just press w and die when she catches you
-
@WishIcouldmain said:
ill take a boon over DH IW
dh iw boons

Why is this even a question
-
They should be nerfed but infinite medkits were added in the game instead. So devs have a different vision on the game balance
