I switched from Xbox to PC and Im just as good on both lol. Once I got used to PC controls I'm still perfectly fine maybe better at huntress but thats it. Trust me in a game like DBD K&B provides little to no advantage

I could be wrong, so don't come at me on this, but I seen a Spanish novel based off of Rule of Rose being developed about two years ago. It may be out now, and I should probably look into it since I'm in the process of learning Spanish, lol. Anyway my point is I believe they did in fact have permission, so whoever owns the rights to RoR would probably be alright with it.
Oh thats awsome! That means its entirely in the realm of possibility for RoR to come one day <.< tbh Silent Hill opened up a lot of doors and I think RoR might be one of them hopefully!

Yeah, you have a point. I never play Freddy so I don't even remember he's a killer sometimes lol. It would really be a nice addition, but I think it's hard because if I remember correctly the studio that developed the game closed their doors.
Hmmm Im sure theres a way. Basically one person owns the licencing rights at that point so it shouldn't be TOO hard but then again idk.

My point wasn't about Jennifer's age more about the subject matter of her repressed memories and how they are handled because keep in mind though we play as adult Jennifer when reliving her repressed warped memories. It's actually young Jennifer that experiences them.
We're supposed to be younger and smaller than Diana and the rest of them.
Well I have no doubt they could end up doing it. Jennifer being the survivor and probably Gregory being the Killer however they would have to be very careful about how they translate the elements of the game into to perk quotes, backstory and add-ons
As for remake Freddy yes it's very much outright stated what he does to the kids.
Yeah and his add-ons are like clothes he has from the children he did that stuff too so tbh I think Rule Of Rose would easily pass by with Jennifer and Gregory since IMO the massacre at the Orphanage isn't viewed as bad by the majority of people as what Freddy did

Original Freddy it's very very loosely implied with the child murder becoming the central theme even though confirmed to be the creator's intention to have him be pedo but it was too much of a hot-button topic back then.
Theym remake or our Freddy is much more apparent about it.
Now the problem with rule of rose is that you essentially going through the repressed memories of a woman thinking back to her time in an orphanage.
A lot of the scenes that depict the child murderer or abuse are either heavily censored by Jennifer herself or seen through the eyes of a rationalizing child.
"A good example would be during a boss fight there are bunch of children's clothes scattered around it and Jennifer will comment about how much her head hurts if you try to interact with one"
Due to the trauma and mental scarring that event caused she's legitimately repressed the dead children in that fight to the point where causes her discomfort and pain.
Honestly I could go into a full in-depth essay about each and every instance of repression and child interpretation of traumatic events Jennifer experienced or witnessed.
But I've already detoured enough. Well Nightmare on Elm Street is more focused on its supernatural psychopath hunting people in their dreams. Rule of rose is far more embedded and interwoven into the abuse and trauma of children.
It is quite possible that they could do rule of rose how they handle it would have to be delicate to say the least.

Jennifer is 19 and they have definitely broken that rule before I mean Cheryl is 17, Susie is 15, Laurie is 16 or 17, and Lisa Garland is 16-19

It got banned because of violence and sexual themes among the children characters.
I mean we have Freddy who outright assaulted toddlers, the only assumed victims of assault in Rule Of Rose is Diana and Clara who are both in their late teens and its never explicitly said that anything did happen to them. When it comes to violence against children once again Freddy and it was never shown.

Lay off the entitled excuses. DS is far from anti tunnel, and BT is used FAR MORE for hook dive bombing than it is to combat campers.

I was speaking generally about those perks, before the new MMR hit, I always had matches with those builds on, there's always one survivor running it, or at least DS + Unbreakable, now imagine 4 of them running it, and then they complain about NOED....
What about survivors running DS and an obsession in the game instilling fear into the killer from picking up downed survivors from the fear of being DS'ed and take away precious time from the killer ? What do I do if a survivor who just got unhooked goes to unhook another person? Do I pick him up and get DS'ed allowing him to get away or wait 40+ seconds for his DS to expire meanwhile they all heal and 1 gen pops?
Besides, camping is a reality of the game and you just kinda have to adapt to it aka take it in the chin if it happens to you or others.
Just do bones... There's a confirmed second objective coming to DBD soon.... Glyphs, what's gonna be the argument then when you also have to gens + bones + glyps? Just do the occasional bones you come across. Or play in a SWF
Just slug. Everything you just said about camping literally applies to DS (except DS has an actual counter)

If NOED, the most counterable perk in the game, rewards "bad killers"...and isn't even a meta perk...tell me, what does DS, Unbreakable, BT and Dead Hard do? Those are all meta.
To counter BT and DS just don't tunnel and camp plus even if they're used it doesn't guarantee your survival unless killer was playing bad in the first place. Unbreakable is the only perk which counters an otherwise helpless boring strategy but even then its a rare use perk I even did tests with it at red ranks and only got to actually make use out of it 3/100 games. Dead Hard yeah I'll give you that one lol.

IT does make a very bad habit for Killers, once you run it, you never want to go back, usually at low ranks. That doesn't mean you don't see it at red ranks. Gen time too precious? I've had people do gens and do totems at the same time, it's possible. All it takes is usually one person to have Inner Strength.

Bro, like if you run Unbreakable + DS + BT + Dead Hard, you lost your right to complain about NOED, let's be real here. Let me have my perk and you have yours.... I will agree that it's a little unfair, but what can you do?
I don't run any of those perks besides BT but thats just to counter camping because whenever I don't run it someone always gets camped and i feel bad. NOED rewards bad killers when not being run by instiling fear into survivors to do totems and give the killer an additional 2+ minutes of no gen time which is enough for any killer to get a couple good hooks/downs which can secure an easy win and if they miss one well I guess killer gets 1-2 free kills for losing all game.

The moment I know a killer has bamboozle and there's a window I just go to another loop, it's extremely predictable that he's gonna vault it.
I use NOED on my Wraith, I don't see any problems with it. Usually the ones that complain about NOED are the entitled survivors that run 4 second chance perks.... Think they're compensating for something?
OR they're survivors that know gen time is too precious to spend 2+ minutes searching and cleansing totems to avoid an unfair loss. Literally equipped or not NOED rewards bad killers

I have 5k hours in CSGO though, so I know where the center of my screen is. I do struggle against really good survivors and SWFs but against most red ranks it's really easy to get 4k. I never watched Umbra but ive watched ohtofu and otzdarva about killers and all. Edit: what I learned about huntress with ohtofu was patience with hatchet throws and that pretty much made me play way better

It was running in the background but it wasn't used for matchmaking at this time, so because of that the current MMR is not fully accurate as you've seen - which settles within around 10 matches (10 matches with each of your various killers)....the system has been out for only a short while.
@SpaceCoconut I believe all this will remain hidden, if people can see their MMR it will be pretty easy to figure out what increases/decreases it so it will possibly be open to abuse at that time.
People still don't even know how to calculate MMR based on games like Overwatch which are far less complex than DBD...
