It's not personal. I watch your videos. I listen to what you say.

That said how about you show us how you own Depip squad with Spirit?

A fully functional VOIP using efficient group. Not some randoms.

You demonstrating you have dedicated a good portion of your life to mastering every tile and beating those who do not sink the time into the game won't demonstrate Spirit is OP only that you are. And that's to be expected.

If one spends 10000 hours on Dark Souls to where every single challenge in game is a breeze that doesn't mean that the challenges need to be made impossible for those who do not.

Look, spirit is boring to play against if the spirit knows what she is doing. She has less counters than Nurse. You can rush her, okay maybe, but in chase you last 2-3 phases if she has headsets.

The thing is Spirit is actually very easy to play.

  • I don't think they are that bad. They just need to fix the issues

  • Good chases as survivor,

Playing against good survivors, that's what makes me feel good as killer (Huntress)

Winning (pip, 2 pip) can be boring, if the game was no challenge at all, if survivors just hided from me, etc

  • My solo build:

Obj of obs: hands down the most op perk in the survivor side. It directly counters half of the killer roster, it's still an advantage against the other half. (Just needs some looping/juking mecanics).

Iron Will: I could change it, I'm using it to deal with spirits (not really a counter, but sometimes is helpful).

    Dead Hard

    Decisive Strike

  • I think it was a great idea.

    It solved game hostage situations

  • @Marcus said:

Hag. She has very good anti looping, map pressure, hook defense and snow ball and she can deal even with the most survivor sided maps to some extent.

I find it funny how people still think Huntress is worth of top 3, when she's legit worse than Cannibal on some maps. I would say she's pretty average untill devs decide to fix the maps for her.

Look if you're very good with Huntress you can do well against 4 survivors with 5000-7000 hours, 4 obj of obs, 2 med kits and 2 FL.

A hag would be completely obliterated.

Mastering Huntress at her maximum potencial needs thousands of hours. You probably have never seen a Huntress like that in game

  • Just delete haddonfield and yamaoka and everything would be all right.

some people don't want to climb mountains to have a good time, spirit still has to track to collect a hit.

Are you saying people shouldnt be rewarded for their tracking skills?

Tracking skills? More like Headsets Skills, yeah because you need ears to be good as Spirit, not everbody can.

But yes, I think you need to climb the mountain to be able to use top tier killers that can be very strong and still be vulnerable because the killer still has some counters.

Spirit has no counter, and Spirit has the equivalent of a fast food learning curve.

  • Look, I'm sry but your stealth play is causing that you don't improve. Don't be wrong, the most important asset as survivor is to learn how to chase.

First of all start looking behind.

Don't get caugh on a tree in the middle of nowhere

    Start chasing killers.

You have 900 hours, you should at least be decent at it. For the way you speak I assume you play like a 100 hours player. So you have work to do.

  • She is really boring on the surv side, way too strong and easy to play. She has no counters but to gen rush.

You could be a 7000 hours surv but if spirit player is using headsets you're going down.

  • Not if you have object of obssesion.

And I hate your reasonless nerf proposal

Spirit is difficult to master. Not as much as nurse but still takes skill (predictions and mindgames)

She is also well balanced in red ranks against SWF. She is the only way to beat those genrushers and those who loop forever

But I know you are too lazy to learn her counters and you just want to have ez games

Spirit hard to master... Spirit is the easiest top tier killer by far. She is way to strong for the skill she needs, which is very low. You can see lots of 400-500 hours players destroying the best survivors in the world because they use this killer, simply as that. She's completely broken.

I assume you have less than 1000 hours at the game. I would like to see how you do with another killer. I'm a killer main btw, since 2017.

  • @MemberBerry said:

And this can be simply done by removing collision during phasing, nothing else.

she needs to be weakened, your idea would do almost no chance.

So people need to learn to get better instead of crying? Like killer mains like you cried about instaheals instead of getting better? Hmm....

Look, you're not skilled enough to play killer, you should get better. People that only know survivor side is equal to opinion discarded for me. You need to play both sides to get good at the game.

  • Look, spirit is kinda AIDS, you have to admit it.

Billy is fine (except for insta chainsaw mori billys), I would love to see more huntresses tho. For me the funniest killer on both sides.

nothing has happened, just map design doesn't usually favor a huntress player currently. That does not mean you will suck on every map. There are tricks for every map if you wanna learn them as you play. Just some maps are brutal to her play style while others favor it just like any other killer.

I have 2500 hours as Huntress dud

So nothing has changed at all then, nice.

  • Just nerf spirit now. red ranks should be filled with billys and Huntress

  • I feel very powerful with the Huntress at red ranks since 2017

  • @sorrowen said:

Nurse is still top killer if the nurse is good you still will die just as always minus the charge she remains number 1. So yes a god tier to good nurse you are still just dead also huntress got improved hitboxes so she will be more dangerous then before.

    What happened to Huntress, what?

the old maps need some totem reworks ######### is this

I had the same spot on this map some days ago, I also screenshoted it, it's so lolz. Surprisingly it lasted for a while, 2 minutes or 3

  • @CrowFoxy said:

Imagine playing Huntress on any map that isn't Blood Lodge

Macmillan maps, most of autohaven maps, some corn maps, institute, new stranger things map. And others I don't know the english title.

  • Nurse is actually easier than most people think.

Spirit is the easiest top tier killer, boring on surv side.

Billy is the classic top tier killer that is not hard to learn how to play it but it needs a lot, and I mean lot of practise to master it. Exactly the same on Huntress but with even higher skill gap.

I am still upset that Trapper is bottom tier in this poll

It's outrageous, it's unfair! How can one be the mascot for the game and not be on the Top Tier?!

ask to the devs, not me. The thing is, if someone has OOO trapper is #########. If people don't get catch by traps is a normal m1 killer which is horrendous against good players on good maps.

  • @MissGamer456 said:

Everyone complains about survivors and killers DCing I’m sorry, but it’s stupid to be upset when someone leaves a match. You can’t make survivors or killers stay in a match that they don’t wanna stay in.

Ex: If I’m getting tunneled you think I’m just supposed to just play it out? No I’ma Leave and move on to next match because I’m not having fun.

I’ve seen People with Deliverance found first and left match because they can’t use deliverance. WHO CARES! :/

Oh my teammates aren’t doing anything, because of Hex: Ruin they’re just urbaning around the map while I’m running the killer for 6 mins. Do you think I’m gonna stay? No I’ma move on to the next match. Getting FaceCamped? No bye

You wanna DeRank? (I personally don’t do this, but I know people who do) Who Seriously cares you can’t tell people what rank to be at.

People that think that you are entitled to stay is pretty freaking pathetic. News Flash you don’t have to stay. There’s a leave match button for a reason (TO LEAVE GAME) No dedicated server will fix that. That whole “leaving the match screws over your teammates” is a BS excuse to make people feel bad about leaving. I literally had 2 people DC at 3 gens left - me and my friend both made it out without a key completely all 3 gens. How? because we are decent survivors and we know how to loop and run a killer. It shouldn’t matter who or how many people DCs there will be thousands of more games after.

    I kinda agree.

    Urbaning = surfing

  • People will keep being toxic, get use to it :/

  • I play only Huntress. Feedback:

Sometimes I see for less than a second the animation of someone being hit by a hacthet, but right after using dead hard and avoiding the hatchet (that is pretty discourteous and annoying).

Some soft short lags during the game, not that common to be a major problem, but still something to improve.

I don't like at all that the host disconnects from the chat that quickly. I don't know if it has a timer or it's done when every surv leaves lobby (or the killer).

In overall dedicated servers work well

  • @Marcus said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/732159#Comment_732159

1 There is nothing balanced in the fact that you can literally loop for minutes a Huntress around certain buildings like the ones from Wretched Shop, Rancid Abbatoir, Disturbed Ward, etc. Jordirex himself told me that he wants to DC every time the survivors loop his Huntress with Balanced Landing on Haddonfield.

2 "Maps that favours him", yeah, Huntress has like 2 maps that favours her, while the others are from bad maps to "DC worthy" maps.

3 Literally nobody called Billy a bad killer, idk why you bring him in the discussion.

That's true, its bs, but with every killer. Anyway eventually they usually ######### up and you can get them. Or you can go outside the house instead of following the surv and throw the hatchet to him when he is on the roof. Just for this she is already stronger than the rest of m1 killers on that house.

There are some tricks to do. In the worst of the cases I can still leave and go for someone else. Most of the times, is not needed tho.

The problem with haddonfield is that is extremely boring on both sides.

  • @Kenshin said:

huntress is should not be that high. i played often against jordi's huntress with mediocre randoms on corn maps where he got played like a child. and there is a lot of bad maps for her. so she is definitely not top tier, especially when a lot of ppl call jordi "best huntress". i always though she is the most overrated killer ever.

I don't remember when that happenned and I would remember if someone outplayed me hard, at least recently.

Most of the times I get everybody in corn maps, there is only 1 especially bad corn map and still I usually do well in that one. I killed the best survivor I know (royalus, 8000 hours, insane player on both sides) on that specific map after 3 hooks and then I had time to get everyone else... Rarely mediocre randoms have a chance, if they have luck, I don't play optimal, they hide and I don't find them, maybe, it can happen, but it's very rare. Good optimal premade (like for example, samael premade, winner of wlado tournamment) on my worst corn map it's a hard match for me, still last time we meet on that map I could get 3 of them right after they finished gens which assured 1 pip.

So, in overall, bad corn maps are not that bad.

Btw open corn maps are pretty good (and fun) for Huntress, especially if there are gens that have no cover.

  • @Laakeri said:

This seems more like tier list vs random r1 survivors, instead of vs competent ones.

Any good huntress player would know she is not even remotely viable vs compent surviviors. You can ask from ralph, sverskeren, fudge or coconut_rts. Just a name a few good huntress players.

Or you can ask from compent survivors like mathman200 or am_krill what they think about the list.

I get your point. Against very good survs that play optimal, every killer is gonna struggle, even nurse. But in that case, the order of killer viability is the one I stated, considering the maximum potencial of every killer.

My tier list is also shared on the most part by the best players I know, including the bests survivors in Eu that I know about.

It can be arguable on the m1 tier, but I think the top tier is 100% accurate.

Meanwhile with every other killer, survivors are unstoppable on open maps like Blood Lodge.

Well, it's actually a very good map for Huntress (my favourite) for the same reason.

Even when I mained Huntress I rated Hag higher and many currant Huntress mains rate Hag higher.

Hag is easier, not better. Get profficient on Huntress and you'll see it's much stronger.

  • @Marcus said:

I know you are a over 2000 hours Huntress main, but you must admit it, Huntress is anything but not consistently good. I mean, seriously, there is a good map for Huntress that isn't Blood Lodge ?

Every Autohaven map, every macmillan map is good.

Very open corn maps are good, institute is good, the game is fine.

Yamaoka is boring but not that bad

Haddonfield is bad and some lerys maps too. Still winnable on both, even against good players.

Huntress is consistent if you're consistent with her.

Sure he'll lose 2-3 gens if you don't run certain defensive perks but after that he can lock down those last gens better than most other killers. Kinda like Hag, he's all about zone control and pressure. He does take far too long to set up compared to someone like Hag and the Dead Hard thing is pretty bullshit (I forgot about it) so he might be a little lower but I wouldn't but him below B tier

To be fair, I'm pretty biased about Trapper. He scares me more than any other killer due to the magnets in my feet.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/728034#Comment_728034

I used to main her before Pig released and I still don't get why people don't see her as A tier. The amount of havoc she can wreak is insane once she's set up her web.

She only got stronger with those placement buffs.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/728193#Comment_728193

I still think she's fairly strong. In retrospect she probably would've made more sense at the top of B tier or the bottom of A tier. I still think she's weaker than most others at A tier because of her movement speed, need to reload at lockers, and the ridiculous amount of assets that just cuck her shots. She's still absolutely terrifying in the right hands.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/728201#Comment_728201

Legion has a lot more pressure than clown due to his "mobility" (if you can even call it that) and ability to keep everyone in the injured state for one shot downs.

Clown slows down every time he throws a bottle, has to reload constantly (which also slows him down), has to move at normal speed *at all times* and is incredibly addon dependent to even be usable.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/728225#Comment_728225

Interesting changes, but why do you think Leatherface is worse than Clown. I had a tough time with that last tier but I felt Leatherface's ability to insta down, mind game with the saw, and destroy pallets faster put him at the top of the failures.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/728235#Comment_728235

Like I mentioned before Clown's bottles have too many downsides for me to take him seriously. I could maybe see him and Legion being equals in lack of potential though.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/728240#Comment_728240

I feel like you're underestimating Hag, but I can see Freddy dropping a tier

As for the Demo Hag thing, the reason I placed Demo where I did is because I value Mobility more than just about anything else and Huntress is severely lacking in that department. Her other strengths definitely make up for it to keep her high. Like I mentioned to Holdout, I think I probably should have put her at the forefront of B tier.

Everyone else seems to think the same there. Hopefully someone will give me a better idea of why they think he's so much worse than Clown.

I'm extremely biased on Trapper. He scares the hell out of me, moreso than any other killer. So I can't argue to much there as it wouldn't change much for me.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/728315#Comment_728315

I value Mobility more than pretty much anything else that's why I put Demo where I did and put Huntress B tier. Honestly she should have at the very least been the top of B tier though.

You're underestimating Hag, she can dominate rather quickly once she has her web in place. I agree on Freddy, I was very unsure about his placement.

I'm too biased on Trapper to comment. I have magnets in my feet and playing him feels incredibly powerful when you have setup time (though that setup time can be a massive issue given Hag's is faster, stronger, and grants her mobility)

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/728460#Comment_728460

I can kinda see that. Would you leave Wraith at C tier where I placed him?

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/728471#Comment_728471

I would have gone a lot more in depth but I was worried that the post would get too long for anyone to even make it to the Tl;DR. I really tried to simplify things, thanks for the input though

I don't underestimate hag, I know her well. She is at the top of B tier. She struggles against swf more than other killers. I play Ooo and the hag is out. She is not top tier, hag mains fear to face decent groups of survs.

I have 2000 hours as Huntress, she is better and more consistent than hag, especially against good survivors. Why you need mobility when when you can simply throw hatchets to other gens. She adds a lot of map pressure because of that, while she can still down people faster than nurse.

Demogorgon is no way close to her.

Like I see m1 killers like myers and ghostface that are simply too weak to be able to face a group of decent survs (since they are m1 killers with a low skill gap) and you put them higher than Huntress.

And one of the worst killers, trapper as king of the m1 killers, which is also dumb, and wait, better than Huntress.

I think you have a poor idea about the balance of this game, no offence.

    tierlist.png

    Switch Demogorgon with Huntress.

    Freddy and hag tier B

Trapper at the bottom of tier C

  • Do It Devs, she is way too strong for the low skill ceiling she needs to be that effective.

    Simply dumb.

  • Ammm pls link the youtube channel or steam links, I want to see if I know those survs. What killer were you playing?

  • It used to be dum, you could tank like you had an epic armor and shield

  • Survivor: obj of obs player, I bait killers to get chases. I hate spirits more than anything.

Killers: Huntress, I have more than 2 thousand hours with her, so... Me destroy people. I try to not slug and go for 12 hooks, but obviously sometimes I have to play dirtyer. Anyway I prefer to play vs very good experienced survs than a group of boring urban evasion surfers that only hide.

  • I see you're talking in the perspective of a m1 killer main. I don't have these problems, but then, I play Huntress. Idk, switch to billy or something.

I also think it’s funny people still think Billy is better than Hag and Spirit though.

@Liruliniel Hag is waaay better than Huntress...Huntress is too map dependent.

Wow, you really don't know Michi ? He literally has a Discord where he teaches people how to play Hag and is known as a God Tier Hag. You can't praise Hag that much without at least hearing about him.

And still he dces when facing obj of obsesion

  • Hag has more downsides and loses more time than top tier killers, she is 4th with a big margin and doesn't deal very well against competent players plus Object of obs.

  • When I started playing I used to got mad for the same issues. Right know when I find a good enough survivor to be a thread for me I actually enjoy it since it's very rare. I only play Huntress tho, with m1 killers would not be like that.
