I am a survivor main and I understand where you're coming from, but trust me, it is not the killer's power or the oppressive perks or powers, it is your teammates. I only play soloQ at rank1 and I can tell you that my teammates are usually clueless, but once in a blue moon I get decent teammates, we do pretty well even against a decent killer. What I suggest is to make the Objectives Emblem (Doing gens mostly) cover 50% of your pipping and not 25%, that way all the survivors that only pip saving/unhooking can stay at lower ranks!

I mean not just the recent killers, take Wraith for example, if anyone does not think that the wraith rework was total BS...Pretty much a free hit 90% of the time, let alone that uncloak boost that was unnecessary tbh! The game is more frustrating than anything RN.

Patch 5.0.2 : Removed the ability for survivors to run.
Stop complaining, the game as a survivor (especially Solo Q) is miserable as is. And yes I'm rank 1 with 9k hours.

These are placebo, please don't mislead people. I have a Ryzen 5 5600x and 3060 Ti, still experiencing performance issues after the hotfix today.
Not really placebo, Hadn't I noticed a difference, I wouldn't have recommended it to other players. My FPS is usually around 120, but it would constantly drop 20 / 30 frames and then back up to 120 with some stuttering, after I set those launch options, my FPS is rock solid 120, smooth as butter, and I could play for hours without it dropping one single frame.

Go to DBD steam launch options and add "-dx12 -high -preload". Thank me later!

Yes. Just got dashboarded on xbox because nemesis kicked the gen next to me lol. Its been terrible. On top of that ended up getting an error today saying I didn't have enough memory and that I needed to turn the graphics down.....something is broken in dbd.
I usual get around 55ms ping, now I cannot get lower than 110. sh*t gets laggy and stuttery with a ping like this.

Thanks guys, I thought I was the only one going crazy here. This game and its latest designs are total [BAD EFFING WORD].
PreDropping palets on maps that have 8 palets and huge dead zones isn't a smart idea either. It is becoming rush the gens and escape if your teammates have a brain, other than that, it is pretty much hopeless.

People tend to forget about all those matches where they destroy survivors, but highlight that ONE strong SWF team to claim that the game is survivor sided.

in the target field, you leave the link to DBD of course and add -tcp at the end

Technically, the hit validation is "supposed" to favor the player with the lower ping, if the killer has a higher ping, the hit shouldn't register if on your screen you're far enough, but hey this is DBD, the word "technically" doesn't always apply! xD

If the killer has a lower ping than yours, they will always be prioritized.

First of all, you should be injured in order to use Dead hard. And you can only use it if you're not exhausted already!
You can check your exhaustion status on the right of your screen, the icon is a little heart in a circle, if you see that it means you're exhausted, therefore can't use dead hard!

Instead of speaking nonsense, why don’t you record yourself playing against them like 10 games, and show us what you can do. Also, play SOLO at HIGH RANKS. typing on a keyboard has no value whatsoever, anyone can say anything!
