UI scaling is resetting all the time, bugged?

I always set the UI scale to 85% because my screen somewhat large and the UI looks too big, but when exiting the game and re-entering it always resets to 100%.

This didn't happen to me before. Does it happen to someone else?

    I think I set the Read Only so I could remove the 60fps cap and take advantage of my 165Hz (or at least that's what I had to do according to the video I saw).

    I have removed it and it works perfectly. Thanks!
