i continue to be in awe at the insight and ability of killers to pinpoint locations of survivors. one of the first tricks of the darkness is convincing people it is is real and to be relied on.
i have come close to such things at one time, there is an unfathomable hunger and...i suspect a wisdom there. not a good wisdom but a knowledge of the gullibility of humans. it is something quite real. -

That's awesome. I'm ps4 and I rarely see it. And when I do it seems like their doing daily ritual instead of trying to be helpful with it. I've tried a couple time to Sabo a (regular) hook before the killer makes it but I'm usually Wacked before I can finish itTwix said:@chemical_reject said:

It doesn't always work, but when it does I get praised from both sides (killer and survivor) because it's not very easy to do nowadays, but still doable.
I would never do it during an event though, because I want to get points just as much as the next guy and I don't practice in hypocrisy.

It works both ways. If you're gonna be guarding a gen and kicking it to not let survivors get it, why should survivors let you get special hooks? The hypocrisy in your statement is quite real.
The difference is that trying to protect gens which almost has been completeted is somethign a killer would do without the event too.
But sabotaging is somethign that is never done by survivors because its not viable anymore, they just do it now to take away the special hooksSays who? I've seen my fair amount of hook saves by sabo Gods. Your statement is full of hypocrisy.
Point. Blank. Period.Fair amount? Can only talk about my own experience but it probably happens in 1/30 games that someone sabotages a single hook. During the event every 2nd game hooks are destroyed left and right

I didn't notice any difference in the gen aura. Now the lights up top are a purple color that's how I could tell if it was a regular gen or the Margarita machine.

You cannot buy any dlc on console with shards besides clown/kate.
You can only buy the other dlcs with cells and that's a very bad idea as you miss out on bonus outfits and end up paying more than if you just bought the chapter.
You also miss out on Kate's bonus outfit if you buy her with shards or cells.

And remember u only need to buy the DLC if u want to play as that character. For example if u wanted myers but didn't plan on playing Laurie then u could just use shards (in game currency) to unlock him and leave her locked. The maps are random and anyone can get them without buying the dlc.

I respectfully disagree. This is a game, it's meant to be fun. You can have add-ons that change the way the game plays without being overpowered. Scratched mirror is the perfect example of that. It's not super powerful, but it's a funny gimmicky way to play Myers. If you use the noodle and ambush people, you'll still have a modest amount of success too.
There's definitely some ultra rares that aren't good at all, and those could definitely be looked at. But I'm strongly against just making add-ons that are overpowered just because you spent bloodpoints. Otherwise we might as well revert BNPs at the same time, if fun isn't a factor.
