You can always spend down to like 900k or something whenever you get close to 1 million, that way you can keep earning and have a mill or close to it for whenever the chapter releases

Bloodpoint gains are low? What? Survivors can earn as much as killers. 300 BP skill checks guarantee this.
You can repair an entire gen and not get a single skill check. Skill checks are probably the least reliable way to get BP so I'm not sure why that's your example.

It's not really necessary. I'm fine with the change because there are two ways to counter the loss of add ons if you really want to keep them.
I do think, however, they need to clean up some of the ######### in the bloodweb to reduce the grind a bit.

I don't see how this is situational at all. Survivors are constantly in your TR when you're carrying someone to the hook. I think it's much easier to get use out of this perk than Smash Hit tbh.
But no, I don't think either perk will be a "problem" as they both have obvious counters.

I've noticed that pallets kind of vibrate in place recently. Idk if that's because of the graphic rework but I only started noticing it probably a couple months ago. I wonder if fake pallets do the same

It's much more likely these people are trying to get a challenge or ritual done. But that's really their own problem.
If someone pulls away from me once after I try to heal them I walk away, I'm not going to harass them about it. I wish others would extend the same curtesy to me when I'm trying to deplete a medkit or running Resilience.
Someone calling running Self Care selfish is really silly and shows they take this game way too seriously. There's plenty of ways to get more BP or emblems. If you're so starved for them go get chased by the killer, work on a gen, do totems, etc.

Honestly I was surprised they chose that design because it's so weak when compared to the other 3 they've chosen and its competition in the contest. And then despite choosing a very plain looking outfit they managed to make it look worse.

To be fair to you there's a million little details in this game to keep track of lol
Also if you're ever going for safe unhooks for a challenge, ritual or Just WGLF, then Borrowed Time is a massive help since the timer is 15 seconds and only the silliest of survivors will get hit twice within 10 seconds

But you would have to have the appropriate skill level to get to that point. So it won't be hell for those people. If you're planning on having to purposefully tank your score then that tells me you wouldn't be at the highest level of play anyway

The only reason killers need to tunnel is that they want to. It's a valid strategy. Is it fun to go against? Not usually but plenty of valid strategies survivors use aren't fun for the killer either.

If you paid attention to the game you would know the devs aren't interested in making this into the game you're proposing. Look at the Trickster. Look at all the silly cosmetics. Look at all the aura reading perks. Look at the recent UI changes giving survivors MORE information, not less.
You're basically asking for an entirely different game. The only way some of these changes MIGHT happen is in Dead by Daylight 2.

You seem to be complaining that these perks are in every game, but the one game you share shows you using a ######### meme build and getting a 3 or 4k while going against these perks. And you provide no context for the match so nobody knows when or why that DC took place and how much it affected the outcome.
If you see these perks so often then surely you could have shown us a match that better fit whatever point you were trying to make.
It's not a shock that strong perks get used a lot, especially when most of them come from free characters like David and Bill.

They would never just let someone turn off the chase music. It's part of the way the game is balanced. If they ever did let you turn off chase music they would also lower volume of footsteps, breathing, grass movement, etc. to compensate.
