god forbid survivors have to change their tactics insead of the same old brainless loops instead of trying to juke and work around the killers power
God forbid that a suriviors can't do gens so that a killer can win games.
People can juke a Nurse, does that mean she isnt op?
Work around the killers power? Explain how so that I can just simply cancel out every single thing you do because killers aren't brain dead.

you are also invisible to her lmao, did you just forget that little detail?
Oh, but did you forget she can see scratch marks, hear pain and breathing with the addition of having perks that strengthen those features. So the reason why I didn't mention not seeing survivor is because she has everything to locate them with or without perks. It isn't even difficult to learn unlike the nurse which is why I never saw the point nerfing her because she will still function the same.

Allowing players to see her during her phase is literally the opposite to what she is supposed to make Survivors do to Survive.
You can't counter a Spirit the same way you counter a Trapper or Wraith. You can't just run her around while keeping an eye on her during a loop.
You need to trick her rather than waste her time.
First off, how can you trick her when she can hear you in pain, hear you breathing and see your scratch marks. You have a picture of spirit so you should know how obvious it is see to locate survivor especially with headphones or strider.
Secondly, looping is what helps a survivor waste time for the killer so that there team mates can do gens. By not looping u are destined to survive in a chase for 20 seconds and not give your team mates enough time to do gens.

Dude the solution of making them see her during phase would ruin her. Her power would be useless other than slightly faster movement. No mindgames, no gen grab
I'm sorry, but are u saying there is mind games against a person who is invisible?
Also there one just one of the suggestion. The point was to say that she has zero terror radius but is visible while phasing. So she can still function and gen grab with the addition of her movement speed increase. Obviously the movement speed won't be too fast but slightly faster than the clown.

Okay, im just curious here, who all other than survivor mains thinks Spirit is OP?
I personally think prayer beads are the only OP thing for her tbh since there are quite a few ways to avoid her etc. Even then all prayer beads does is gets rid of the phasing sound which you wont hear if you as within heartbeat range anyway so
I was playing a game as Spirit not long ago few hours maybe, 3 people disconnected within just as many minutes. Then i began getting psn messages claiming im being reported im a bad player, someone called me the N word saying because i was one i was stupid it was actually insane and i have never gotten so much toxicity before.
They said i had better get good because Spirit is getting nerfed and then i will be rank 20 forever because im bad. So im curious if anyones actually said Spirit is getting changed at all in the first place for them to think that?
All this because i played Spirit, not even with good add ons or anything.
She most likely will get nerf because using spirit is very easy especially when you have played dbd back when there was insta blind and still play it to this day. So you are basically used on not being able to see survivors but still know the direction to where they are going from sound.
The whole fact of not seeing the player is useless because if you have headphones you can hear players very easily, see scratch marks. Not to mention with perks such as strioder and the fact you can bump into players making it so easy.
I think what they would most likely do is reduce the sound because to say Spirit is a fair killer is a good joke. Her add ons are very questionable such as the fact a player can't hear her phasing even though they are out of her terror radius.
So I think the best solution would be just to hide her terror radius and allow players to see her during phase. This makes it so that there is a counter for her.

You’re misunderstanding her design.
Her design isn’t based around giving survivors choice over which power she has access to. That’s a fallacy created by whiny Plague mains that don’t know how to play her without CP.
Her design is based around a more dynamic interplay between survivor and killer, where every strategy used to try to survive against her power(s) comes with both benefits and great risk. Ghostface, Freddy rework, and Demogorgon are all designed with this in mind too, and we’re likely to see all future killers released designed around this concept because it reintroduces tension back into this game.
Yeah and for each strategy a suriviour has a choice rather they want to create one or use another strategy. But i do get what you were trying to say tho.
I'm not too heated about this now, it wasn't really supposed to be a nerf but for the devs to make it so both choices a survivor make against Plague are more or less balance for the killer and that one isnt more stronger than the other. It was also for them to create more punishment for being broken so that surivior mains with a brain would find it difficult which one is a better choice.
Furthermore, I mainly made this due to this game match making always putting me with low ranks survivor against a plague. This usually result to them losing not because of them being new (kind of), but how they constantly make the worst choice. You think some would learn until you join the same game as them and still they cleanse.

Ok so where’s the part where you change things in her favor to counter the suggested chang like pools don’t heal unless in broken status or seeing its a healing action nurses calling shows auras in range of survivors using pools of devotion. There is a counter you have the choice To max her pools out to force her corrupt purge and empty all other pools that were corrupt, but seeing the meta is not to heal that is on you not that there’s no counter. That’s like a certain someone saying doing dulls is a waste of time but wants noed to be nerfed or removed.
The problem is that when the killer being a it the add on that allows her to spawn in devotion pool. All strategies become useless because if you choose not to cleanse you will get one shot. And if you choose to cleanse you would get punish even more.
The point of Plague is to let a suriviour choose because both choices benefit her. However, when they decided to make it so she can do two things makes it unfair.
I'm not really too interested to this topic now considering now that I hardly play games thatisn't swf. It seems that the game match making would always put me a part of low ranks which would always make me lose games. It annoys me how I come across the same one, but they don't learn anything from the previous match.
Also, this post was more for those that are new for the devs to come up with something not too punishing, but in the same time punish the suriviour a bit more when in broken stage. This would allow it so both choices benefit Plague equally instead of having one side way stronger than the other.

Over all, do not throw me your pitiful reasons to complain if you have not played as her and YES, I have come across her as a Survivor and am I complaining? no.
Make you look stupid? I mean that wasn't my intention. I was simply copying what you said to me back to you.
So what if you come across her? People came across Mori, but yet that still in the game.
If you consider my reason pitiful, even though you have yet to gice me a proper reason why. Then I can't take you seriously.

@Zoldyar I can sympathise with how you feel. Now Plague has been around the block a bit now, there is a steady increase of survivors finding themselves going against extremely good Plague players, rather than the joke she was presumed to be.
Using her since the launch of Demise of The Faithful, I’ve come to appreciate just how cleverly designed she actually is. It seems the devs DID in fact have some foresight in anticipating survivors developing a “don’t cleanse” strategy, hence why infected or sick survivors are noisy as heck, and she has the Apples, Black Incense, Iridescent Seal (which actually isn’t a bad add on like I had originally presumed), and Infectious Fright. Hopefully other Plague mains can provide more insight (is @Gardenia still here?)
Now to address your OP.
Yes, Corrupt Purge is an incredibly strong power, hence why it’s HIGHLY conditional.
I get it. As survivor, no one likes to find themselves in a chase with Plague while CP is active and few LoS blockers/obstacles are in the area. Even vaults or pallets are unlikely to help very much unless you have fantastic spacing between yourself and a good Plague player. You’re gonna go down, and you’re going down fast, with very limited options on hand to successfully avoid it (to be clear, I’m not saying that CP is un-counterable or unavoidable. It can be. It’s just strong and difficult to deal with).
To address Ashen Apple & Blessed Apple specifically so you can appreciate this from Plagues point of view:
- The RNG where fountains spawn, and which one(s) are corrupted can still be a gamble that backfires on Plague.
- It may corrupt a fountain that isn’t anywhere NEAR a gen or anywhere a survivor is likely to go.
- It may corrupt a fountain on the opposite side of the map, near a gen the survivors are able to repair before Plague ever reaches, rendering the fountain in the same circumstance as my previous point.
- if that (they) remains as the ONLY Corrupt fountains the entire match, the plausibility exists that a chase may never actually take Plague past one (the optimal time to activate one)
Plague can’t just use fountains and CP will nilly, and it’s not by any means a free win. She requires a cool head, and clever, smart (or restrained) use of the corrupted fountains in order to get the most out of how devastating CP is at the right times. If you’ve gotten downed by CP, it’s not because CP is too over powered. It’s because you’re against a cunning Plague that was smart about when to activate it.
Now onto Infectious Fright:
This perk is arguably one of the best tracking perks Plague can use, and in general one the best perks she can equip. If you find yourself against a Plague demonstrating any modicum of competency, just presume that this perk is equipped. If you see Plague is in a chase with another injured survivor, then get out of her TR. It never fails to baffle me when I go against a “jUsT dOn’T cLeAnSe” squad being ultra-altruistic by following close behind me when I’m in a chase with someone else, either ready to do a hook save or a flashlight save, Infectious Fright gives them away, and I’m able to have them all slugged within 30 seconds because I’ve also got the additional benefit of tracking their coughing and vomiting. Resist the compulsion to be a hero when a team mate is in trouble, ESPECIALLY if you’re sick/broken or even just infected (because you’ll still be noisy). Keep an extreme distance and only close distance to help once it’s clear you won’t be entering her TR again.
(Which is the whole point of Dark Devotion existing as one of her other unique perks. Because it was presumed survivors would try to counter Infectious Fright by ensuring they’re NOT in her TR if suspected that another teammate was in a chase. DD was/is meant to provide Plague another counter to trick survivors into running from The Obsession in case Infectious Fright might give off their position, and allow Plague a small window of sneakiness where she normally has no mind game capability at all).
I do not have a problem for most of the things you say. However, for the ones I do I shall cover.
Obviously the devotion pool is an rng in which the killer has enough time to knock down at least 2 survivors.
Even though the add ons are ultra rare it isn't really a big deal because offering such as black ward exist. Not only that, but killers have fewer perks and add ons than a survivor, which does decrease your chance of getting more useless items. As for the green add ons, it is obvious that it would be the more occurring thing.
The problem I have with the add on is that it ignores the whole point of survivors choosing not to cleanse. The point of corrupt not spawning on it's own is because it gives the killer an massive advantage over the survivor. So by it spawning on it's own doesn't make sense because a survivor can't do anything in the matter then hope not to be found. I mention rank 1 killers because I been against some that will knock down a survivor go and get corrupt then use BQB to locate others.
Looking over it, I have indeed over-exaggerated by saying its "op". I should have used a better choice in word and try looking it more into the killer point of view.
I said the add on should get a rework such as most of them reducing gen progress when in broken stage.
I do appreciate how you covered all grounds in your sentence. It's these type of things that slowly change my view point on killers and survivors at times.

"You speak as if thats for all youtubers. So I can say your point isn't accurate aswell."
I wasn't referring to just youtubers so yes, it was accurate.
Do you actually play her at rank 1 as killer?
All the things you think are strong are not when you are going against actual competent rank 1's. That stuff will seem strong if you are playing against low rank survivors that play dumb.
No it isn't accurate because explain youtubers such as tru3, noob3 and monto who post videos of them losing? So your point isn't accurate at all. Also, what if the youtuber is live streaming? Is he going to magically remove all the clips of him losing?
I have played with her for more than 10 times in my friend's house because he has all the killers with the best add ons and perks. All the games that I have used the add on, I have not lost against a rank 1 survivor. However, the time I haven't used her add ons I have lost. Then again that doesn't matter because I said the killer isn't strong without add ons.
Then let me ask you a question, how is it fair for low rank survivors to go up against a plague?

"All m1 killers are weak? Is spirit and nurse a joke to you?"
I don't think you understand what an M1 killer is. Spirit and Nurse are not M1 killers.
"I seen it, youtubers have shown it and probably you have to."
Youtubers post their good videos, they don't post the other hundred videos where they got destroyed. That is not an accurate assessment of strength.
"Explain how they can wait out."
This is a self explanatory answer. They avoid the killer.
Even if you do find them looping around high walls with Corrupt Purge is quite easy as it has a delay on impact time.
If you seriously are running "locating" perks as well then you are getting genrushed to hell. You should be running DL/Thanata combo.
I use a controller so I try and guess what it means. Also, clown can shorten loops.
You speak as if thats for all youtubers. So I can say your point isn't accurate aswell.
like I said Black Incense is an add on. There are also perks such as whisper to help killers so avoiding isn't that simple.
But the range in which the attack can reach and area it can cover makes up for it.
The thing about Plague with add on that it doesn't matter if you are getting gen rushed or not. Once you use your corrupt form, all survivors are broken and start slugging the game becomes easy. That's just my usual experience against her tho. I don't know how your games are like.

You make it sound like her corrupt is up the entire match. It does have a time limit. Unless everybody is all bunched together, it's not that much of a worry.
Again, the apple is only for one pool. Once it's gone, it's gone. It lasts 30 seconds. Just loop her. The puke doesn't corner, and she slows down when charging it up.
Sure, if you're in an empty section, it's much more difficult. If there's something near you to hide behind, do it. There's a reason people loop trees.
Yes, a Plague can make a comeback with a good dose of Corrupt, but she's a killer. It's what she's supposed to do. If she has corrupt, don't bunch up. Use the environment against her. It doesn't last forever, and if nobody else cleansed during the match, it's her only shot.
I apologise if i make it sound like it's ridiculously broken.
I think the puke last for 60 seconds and also you can't loop her because to use her puke can be activated in a short time. Not only that, but a killer can fake using it in order to stop the survivor from making movement and catch up to them.
The killer can still use m1, but I will try doing that even though I don't trust hit boxes.
The problem with that comeback is how easy it is. All it takes is for one survivor to get knock down for the killer to move on to the next one. Sure the survivor can indeed waste time, however, that time doesn't really last long because the survivor is a one shot and the killer can use long range attack.
I'm an unlucky red rank survivor that majority of the time get paired up to low ranks and because of how stupidly long the loading screen is i cba to keep on trying. So my post is more for low rank survivors and also here for me to try new method.
Thank you for the feedback tho, I will try using that.

Killer has 4 Perks and can use 2-addons with 1 offering . . . . . . .Survivor are 4 Players(unless someone disconnects or ragequit) 8 add-ones with 4 items, 4 offerings, 16 perks in total, therefore if the Survivors are SWF and they are all coordinated, then the Killer is bound to be at an disadvantage and either be trolled or struggle keeping up. Over all, its a game and complaining about a Killer being OP does not guarantee a need to be "fixed" if you have no idea what it is like to play as the "The Plague", therefore your complaint does not exceed as a valid point if YOU are the one struggling to understand the Killer.
It seems like YOU are the one who doesn't understand what it's like to go up against a good plague since you have yet to give me reason that I haven't already countered.
So what if a survivor has 8 add ons, 4 items and 4 offering? Does that mean it's impossible for killers to win? At this point you are sounding like one of those crybaby killer mains. You said Nurse and spirit are weak, so that just says alot to me.
I never said the killer is op, how many times do I need to say it to you? I even made it clear on my post that i'm not speaking of the killer without add ons or anything.
You already pointed out that the killer is unfair against low rank survivors judging from your only counter being high rank survivors. So you proved my point more than you try to debunk it.

Yes, hiding is very difficult against Plague. Overall, playing against her makes you have to do some quick thinking.
If you expect her, you’ll be in one risky chase with only one hit in you.
If you hide, you could get caught in a horrible position.
If you cleanse, you could severely punish not just yourself, but your entire team.
As for the locker thing, I meant that to counter BBQ. Hiding in lockers hides your aura.
Lastly, regarding the red ranks thing, this is really a strategy that anyone can use. Nothing is exclusive to red ranks. If she has Corrupt Purge and you find yourself in a chase, try to stay out of the open. Don’t stick to loops, as they won’t help you very much. Keep your distance, and look where she is aiming. If you’re feeling slick, you can even dodge into a locker to avoid it and jump right back out without getting hit. Maybe you could even hit her with Head On. I dunno. Just brainstorming. That’s what I do when I’m against her, Corrupt Purge or not. By far, the best place to run her is always indoors since there’s so much cover. That’s why indoor maps are a nightmare for her.
Anyway, all brainstorming aside, the add-on idea would be really nice. This may be asking for too much, but I think that would be a wonderful thing to have in her base kit. Maybe not vault speed, but action speed reduction sounds the most realistic, since the Survivors are literally suffering from constant vomiting and a horrible stomach ache.
This is honestly all I asked for. I just wanted advise in which I try and want to learn from mistake. I also wanted to know why people would disagree which you have ticked off all my boxes. But obviously I will ask questions to some advise you said.
When staying out of the open it usually result to the killer m1ing me because they would use it as a way to prevent me from making distance. Obviously loops are useless so i usually get myself in a position to where the chase time will last 40 seconds at best.
I never tried hiding in a locker so I try using that.
Also when you say keep your distance, it's pretty hard when a killer can move faster than you and is a range killer.
I try my best hiding in door most of the time, but I ain't consistent on doing so. I will try doing that more commonly now.
Other then that, thank you for the feedback.

"Add ons and perks that allows you to locate survivors"
With how strong loops are finding survivors is meaningless. They don't care if you find them because they will just loop you.
"her vomit is basically impossible to counter play."
No, it is very easy to counter and it should be rare to never that she is even getting it in the first place.
I'm pretty sure they will care if you are in corrupt form.
Easy to counter....She can hit you at any direction as long as she is in within distance and you are in front of her.

I. . . what? How are instaheals/New Parts comparable to Apple addons? It's ONE pool. You're making it seem like that pool regenerates corruption after she uses it.
Just loop her. Pallet stun her if she has corrupt, it'll knock it out. Once it's gone, it's gone. Unless somebody cleanses, she's an M1 killer.
Insta heal and new parts are a one time thing which is why I compared it to apple add on (thanks for telling me the name).
Loop her in corrupt stage...What killers have you gone up against to think any of them would be dumb enough to allow them to get stun? Also, how can you loop her?
It's from the one corrupt that can easily make a comeback. I don't see how it can't.

"There are add ons which grants the killer corruption without the survivor cleansing."
It's literally one pool...that's practically worthless.
Your entire team gets a heads up that she picked it up and she had to waste the time to go out of her way to get it as well. If your team is going down to that they are just bad.
"Corruption which allows you to hit a survivor with little to no fail."
One pool that can simply be waited out and it isn't that difficult to dodge when looping at all.
"-_- Plague isn't as weak as you say she is because most killers are like her. So does that mean all m1 killers are weak?"
Yes, all M1 killers are extremely weak.
"Plague isn't strong( arguably very weak) against high rank survivors""
That is the basis we are going by because you determine somethings strength when both sides are playing optimally and using things to the best of their ability. You don't determine somethings strength at low ranks where people play stupid, that isn't going to give you a realistic idea of how good it is.
"but once she has her corruption you can't tell me she is weak."
Against competent players she is NEVER getting her corruption even once the entire game. The ONLY exception to this is if she uses an addon for ONE pool of which is meaningless when they just wait out that one corruption and then you have nothing and wasted an addon slot as well. That addon isn't even good.
A pool that last for 60 seconds (without using other add ons). You understand how hard it is to go up against so I don't need to explain.
-_- How do I make my team good? I went to red rank expecting god tier survivors which I was mistaken. I want to know of these good survivors you killers speak of. I hardly encounter them and they give the worst advise possible which is "get good noob".
How can they wait out when there are add ons and perks that can locate survivors? To dodge it is hardly impossible especially if the killer can aim.
All m1 killers are weak? Is spirit and nurse a joke to you? There are times where I played games where I easily overpowered them by doing gens and looping them. However, I don't take them as good spirit and nurse because usually players will dc in 60 seconds and 2 people will be down in 30seconds of the game.
I'm talking about Plague using add ons. Of course the best survivor would beat her without it, but even with it. Plague can easily make a comeback. I seen it, youtubers have shown it and probably you have to.
Explain how they can wait out. You say it like it's easy so I would like to understand how and question some points that you might make.

Actually, I have played against her multiple times, even when people have cleansed. Making everybody broken is part of her power, and cleansing is her way of punishing them.
Infectious Fright is rarely used. When it IS used and you scream, that’s your cue to flee since the Killer now knows where you are. If you get caught, that’s your own fault, not the game’s, nor an add-on.
I play Plague, and I’m well-aware of how infected Survivors spread infection to everything they touch. I wouldn’t have said to hide in lockers in the first place. Nobody runs Iron Maiden in the first place, especially not on Plague. If you want to avoid BBQ though, you CAN still hide in lockers to avoid getting your aura read. Just don’t hide in there when the Killer is nearby, obviously.
Black Incense is an Ultra Rare add-on that, again, is rarely used. The point of it is to be strong since it’s ultra rare. If you realize that she has that add-on, then you may be better off cleansing.
When you say “red rank killers”, I don’t get what you’re trying to say. I’m sure red ranked Survivors can survive against a Plague with the Apple add-ons or even Black Incense. You don’t even have to be a red rank to counter a Plague, nor do you need to be in order to destroy as her.
Lastly, when I say to hide, I’m not guaranteeing your safety by saying so.
And I lied when I said “lastly”, I’ve got one last thing to say. Sorry about saying “case closed”, it just gets me agitated when people are on the forums saying that Plague is too strong or something. It IS a discussion, after all, so I shouldn’t be that way.
If you have an idea in mind for a rework though, I’d be interested in seeing it. (This is a weird change of pace.)
I don't doubt your experience on the game, however, when you say hiding especially against a plague. You understand what that makes you look like.
I'm not talking about the perk. I mean the add ons...
What you just explain there is why some killers start to use it. Also, what's the difference to hiding in a locker before the killer shows up? You are experience against a plague and should knock about the killer knowing if you are in a locker or not. Not to mention her add ons.
Just because it's ultra rare doesn't stop it from existing. Killers can use black ward to continue using the add on. Also, cleansing is a bad idea..A very bad idea.
Explain how a red rank survivor can win against her. I really would like to knock.
When you said hide I took you as saying it as if its easy to do. I hear and see so many people saying that, but i'm here getting caught almost all the time. When I don't get caught, the killer is just blind.
I think i might have sounded a bit too rude when re-reading my sentence. I apologise if it came out as being disrespectful.
My idea is simple, when sick make the survivor reduce gen time. Obviously plague without add on is disgustingly weak and gen rushing her is easy. So things such as reducing gen time, vault speed and e.t.c would make her more of a threat.

I didn't go into detail because knowing Plague is weak is already pretty universally known by most people and it has already been explained why she is weak many, many times on the forums.
They don't cleanse.
You never get your Corrupt Purge.
You're now just an extremely loopable M1 killer that never gets to use her power.
Being 1 hit down is irrelevant when there are more than enough pallets and windows to end the game before they run out.
That's the TLDR quick summary.
I'm talking about her add ons, not the killer itself.
There are add ons which grants the killer corruption without the survivor cleansing.
Add ons
Corruption which allows you to hit a survivor with little to no fail.
I'm not talking about her base power..
-_- Plague isn't as weak as you say she is because most killers are like her. So does that mean all m1 killers are weak? Obviously, Plague isn't strong( arguably very weak) against high rank survivors, but once she has her corruption you can't tell me she is weak.

If they cleanse, then Plague gets a very strong ability for 60 seconds or more. If they don’t, everybody becomes 1-shot for melee exclusively. Having only ONE fountain(or two, on rare occasions) is not huge, nor is it OP for that matter. It only lasts for 60 seconds, and it alerts every player in the match that it happens.
So instead of going on the forum and writing an essay about an underrated and underplayed Killer’s power, try to switch things up and adapt to what is presented to you. If you hear her activate Corrupt Purge and you don’t want to get hit, then hide. It only lasts for 60 seconds like Myers’ Tier 3.
We don't need any nerfs to Plague of all Killers. Case closed.
I forgot to mention that Plague also has Black Incense, so hiding is non existence. Also, when in broken hiding in lockers will give out your location. Also, when in broken you start vomiting which makes loud noise that the killer can hear and perks such as iron will is useless against it. Also, when in broken your character release a visible aura of them to the killer. So no hiding doesn't work. I also said red rank killers so I don't expect you to treat them like some sort of bat.

Just play hide and seek like everyone else when she gets the pool in the beginning also your 2 hit not 1 so it isn't as big of a deal
You know Black Incense is an add on, right? You also know that by puking perks such as iron will is useless and allows the killer to easily track survivors by sound. I can go into more detail of the effect a survivor has while in broken, so don't make me treat you like you are a new to this game. I'm assuming you are experience and maybe more experience than me, but you should understand hiding is almost impossible against a plague.

@Rivyn said:
So, she has an addon that lets her actually use her power, instead of, you know, being denied her own ability by survivors, and you want it removed? Seriously? Just hide when you hear the bell.
Survivors had items that allows them to insta heal and brand new part that can do gens in less than 40 seconds. So since that survivors have items to do their objective it is perfectly fine and the devs should add items for survivors to do gens in 10 seconds. That is how I see your point if we switch it to a survivor side.
The point of her ability without add ons is to allow the survivors to choose rather they want to be broken or not. So by add ons basically ignoring the whole choices and leaving all survivors injured which can cause the killer to easily make her come back no matter how many gens she done.
You guys say hide, but let me ask you the question. What if the killer has Black Incense? You also know it's hard to hide when you are constantly puking, not to mention the puke state gives out your location if in lockers. So hiding isn't possible.

Obviously you are the one who doesn't play against her because things such as comeback exist. Everyone being in broken allows the killer to knock them down instantly with her perk which is why I also follow up with killers using perk which tells the killer where nearby survivors are. This is why I said red rank killers because they understand how to use a killer.
So what if it alert every survivor in the game? They can't just suddenly disappear off the map. Also, how can a survivor hide when perks such as BBQ exist? Hide in a locker you will probably respond to. However, what if the killer has iron maiden? There is also other perks such as whisper and basic tracking devices such as blood, scratch marks, sound and e.t.c
You said hide as if there aren't perks that killers can use to locate survivors. If it was that easy as you said to just hide then how exactly will killers win games when they can't find survivors? It's obvious, it's because the game allows the killer to track survivors.
I didn't say Nerf in my statement, but rework. Also you can't decide rather the case is close or when it isn't because I asked for the member of the public, not just you.

Plague is weak and needs buffs.
None of her addons are anywhere near "OP".
Infectious Fright is also a weak perk.
You didn't explain why she is weak or why her perk is weak so I can't take you seriously.

Plagues counter play is dont heal and she loses half her power so the addon exists so she can use her power guaranteed besides if she makes everyone sick and they use up the 4 remaining devotion pools it forces her into vile purge and cleans all the pools. That is technically another counterplay.
By the time the killer uses the devotion pools all survivors would most likely be in dying state because they would be in broken state.

Hi people from the fog!
I'm Daigo, I've been playing the game for about 700h and reached rank 1 as both killer and survivor. English isn't my native language so I apologize if I make any mistake that may lead to a misunderstanding.
Today I'd like to share my point of view on Decisive Strike's design. Since its release, this perk has been at the center of many controversies and got changed and even reworked. Let's talk about today's version design flaws.
I'm going to talk about my experience as a killer so far, as I'm not necessarily using the perk as survivor. I do it sometimes but I don't really like it (I prefer to play meme perks like Flip Flop eh). Below rank 5-6, what I've seen is that people are using the perk as intended. If you get tunneled, it gives you a free escape token and allows you to gain distance, reposition, and ideally heal and get back on an objective. (and that's great). Note that here, the survivor playing DS will have a tendency to run away from you.
Around ranks 1-3, where most survivors start to know what they're doing, DS has slowly become an "invulnerability" perk, used to perform really risky plays that wouldn't work without the use of this perk. Let me give you an example from one of my most recent game:
I was playing my sneaky boi Ghostface and hooked a Nancy in the basement, right when a Nea got unhooked somewhere else on the map. I got out of the basement and headed towards a generator where someone had been spotted by Barbecue & Chili. So far so good. While I travel, the Nancy gets unhooked in the basement. I wasn't too far so I instantly come back with in mind "Alright the Nancy was on the hook, so I'm gonna chase the other person and not be sweaty". When I arrive in the basement, I see the Nancy running away (with borrowed time, even though i got this information post-match) and the Nea (who was on the hook 30 sec ago) hops in a locker.
And there I am. Two choices. I can hit the Nancy and proc Borrowed Time which would lead me to lose distance, tunnel and waste time. Or I can pick up the Nea in the locker and get stunned, lose distance, waste time. Or I can wait 30~ seconds in front of the locker to wait for her DS to end and once again, waste time.
And here, you could say "Yeah, but you could've kept going for that person on the gen that you saw with BBQ and just not come back to the basement". But what I'm trying to point out here is that the Nea purposedly rushed to the basement because she had DS up to perform this risky play, that DS turned into a really favorable situation for survivors. The problem here is that DS isn't played as an anti-tunneling perk, survivors just throw themselves at the killer because they have 1 minute to use a really strong ability that can be clutch and make the killer waste a tremendous amount of time.
And this situation happens maybe once every 2 games, with sometimes dilemmas like this multiple times in a single trial. I just feel like I'm being punished for hooking people too fast.
So yeah, most of the time I still win the game, and I pip, so yayyy who cares right? Well, I just think the perk's design could be improved and I wanted to talk about it with you guys to know how you feel about my little story :)
Take care
The whole point of DS is to encourage killers not to tunnel survivors as you said. In the situation you are in is no different to killers using plague. A survivor could either cleanse which would ruin the whole game for them or walk around being a one shot the whole game. As a survivor or killer you should be ready and full aware of tough decision that could affect you. Not only that, but the whole point of killers chasing a survivor is to waste time so I don't really ds being a problem at all because all it is doing is helping the survivor's objective.

Some people use Iron Will religiously, Iron Will is a great counter to all Killers.
Plague And pig's bear trap? They alarm you of where you are. So the suriviour would be gambling on rather that perk would be needed or not.
Also, other killers can see your blood on the ground and stratch mark so it isn't a great counter for all killers.
Not to mention that still isn't enough to counter a spirit because the spirit can hear foot steps, stratch marks and uses perks such as strider to make it easier to locate suriviors.

Wow, you necro'd an old thread.
There are videos that show how to use Spine Chill for maximum effect. It's good for letting you know to let go of a generator so at worse you get hit rather than grabbed off. It can be godly for juking Spirit in chases.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/724095#Comment_724095
You are correct, she does not move vegetation. Back when I wrote this, many players (myself included) still mistakenly believed she moved grass. It was soon proven we were wrong. This is an old thread.
First off, I don't care if it's old or not and you could have choice not to respond.
Secondly, spine chill doesn't tell you how close the killer is or the direction the killer is coming from. Also, the killer could easily been looking at you before phasing making it harder for the suriviour to tell if she is phasing to you or not.
Furthermore, spine chill doesn't give you super speed or anything so even if you knew the killer is coming to you. You don't know how close the killer is so by the time you move she would easily have landed one hit on you.
-
@OMagic_ManO said:
Iron Will, Lightweight and Spine Chill is the best way to fight her, she has no power if you have Iron Will. She has a giant hit box though, unbelievable.
You know a survivor can't tell what killer they are going up against before the match, right? So all these planning will sometimes turn out useless if it turns out to be a trapper or a different killer.
-
@TragicSolitude said:
Watch for moving grass, watch for birds flying away. When you're inside her terror radius, you can't hear her phase. When you're outside of her terror radius, you can hear her phase (unless she's using an add-on), so listen for that vacuum/whoosh sound.
You can also try equipping Spine Chill. It's the perk a lot of survivors use to avoid being surprised by The Spirit.
First off, I think killers have a brain too, so if they saw a grass moving, I think they would realise a suriviour is there.
Secondly, spine chill is very good (if it's a sleath killer), But honestly useless against a spirit. The surivior won't know the direction of where the killer is coming from most of the time and the killer could have been looking at you before phasing. It also doesn't tell you if she is getting closer to you which could make your drop a pallet too early or vault too early.

I play both sides and feel that spirit and nurse are both fair CONSIDERING how quick objectives go. There is more skill required in playing them vs running in circles and holding a button.
I did say he should get a buff. I made a post about my own complete rework (since his ability is so hard to change) that I would prefer over most changes.
The point was: If you arent at rank one for both sides then you cant use that excuse. If you knew the bs then you wouldnt have said that.
Hold up did you say spirit and nurse are fair? I understand why you would say that for other killers (maybe even Hilbilly at times), but nurse and spirit? Good joke. Nurse requires skill (which is why I don't mind her), Spirit is basically nurse without skills(she is the only killer I won't accept anyone saying she is balance).
I'm will make sure to check your post. I don't hate on people's idea(I think I don't), but I will say if someone is taking it too far or not.
What if you are a rank 1 suriviour (still), but an ex rank 1 killer?

@LordGlint said:
The biggest gripe I have is "the mindgames" at pallets. I put this in quotes because the Spirit player isnt losing anything by just standing there watching. Its up to the survivor to simply GUESS at which point the killer stopped standing still. Thats not a mind game, thats a guessing game.
Beyond that, lemme ask what you think @NuclearBurrito. If a Wraith could simply run up to a survivor while cloaked, thereby having the extra speed with the cloak, and hit them without ringing the bell first... would this be fair? Thats pretty much what happens with Spirit, except theres no shimmer.

Well if their power cannot help them in chase, then I make them to be good in slowing the game down. :)
This is why I proposed changes to debuff repair speed etc.
Legion's power allows him to vault which is what makes him so unbalance because all defence system can be countered by him.
Another thing is that Legion's skill allows him to put a suriviour in mending which the suriviour has to get out of mending state and then heal which takes over 30 seconds. To do a gen takes 80 seconds so with the bonus of the suriviour mending and healing it will take 110 seconds for gens to be done.
Furthermore, he shouldn't get any buff but a rework on how his ability works.

It counters greedy looping. If you don't like stealth killers, you can run a perk called spine chill that gives a notification on bottom side when a killer is looking in your direction if you csre for stealth. The only perk that reliably lowers terror radius is monitor&abuse, they tried to make another one called Furtive Chase but the perk flopped. I mean, Leatherface has 1 shot, it doesn't mean that monitor&abuse as Leatherface is overpowered.
Spine chill can prove to be useless when not knowing the direction the killer is coming from.
There is more than just one perk to reduce terror radius.
If we are talking about basement bubba. I think we all know that's op because you won't know if the killer is there and by the time you realise it's game over majority of the time.

I have about 1000+ hours in the game and I can say that most of those statements are incorrect.
I think there's few statement to debunk there.
1) Spirit fury+Enduring does not counter loops. what this perk combination does is shorten loops when it is active. when you loop a pallet, the objective of looping a pallet is to place the pallet as late as possible, but every time you perform a loop, the killer gets closer and closer because the killer has faster base movement speed then you do. Those 2 perks shorten loops artificially by forcing you to put a pallet sooner then you normally would. If you place a pallet too late, then spirit fury activates and you'll get hit. There are other myths like how bamboozle counters windows when in reality it allows you to "zone" survivors by allowing to vault faster. The window block is mostly for those god windows. It's very similar to how brutal strength is used to zone survivors on the bad side of the loop.
2) Almost every high-level player will tell you that this game has way too many safe pallets compared to unsafe pallets. The definition of safe pallet is a pallet that a killer can't play a mindgame to score a hit on a survivor at a pallet and regardless of bloodlust level, the survivor is able to vault the pallet before the killer can hit them. Since bloodlust takes so long to build up, we could just say that anything past level 1 is safe loop because the killer loses too much time if he tries to win this way. Looping is about making reads. Some killers are easier to read because they don't play any red glow mindgames, other killers are harder to read as their movement is not obvious. Most of the pallet are safe because the object does not have wall-sight blocker and the object is long enough to loop such that the survivor can always make it to the pallet before the killer can swing. There are some loops that are badly designed like double long wall loop with a pallet and window or certain pallets that landing a hit on a survivor is as simple as moving left or right, but most loops are either survivor sided or fair loops.
3) Indoor maps are somewhat special maps in DBD, they're designed for what I would call "Meme" builds like Scratch Mirror Myers or Amanda Letter pig. Those maps in general have more unsafe pallets than others because they aren't really design for normal killers. they're naturally killer sided. Majority the maps contain loads of jungle gyms or long walls with a pallet.
4) Plague is just as balanced as every other 1 shot killer. Many people believe billy is one of the most balanced killers because he capitalizes on survivors mistakes. being 1 shot doesn't mean anything in the game. It just means you can't make a mistake at a loop in a chase. All the normal killers have a terror radius and terror radius alerts survivor that the killer is nearby, so the survivor is almost always naturally in the advantage to position themselves in a power position. Red puke is anti-loop tool because it allows you to hit survivor past the pallet barrier, and those tools are in my opinion strongest in the game. If you can help it, you should never give a killer that tool at their disposal.
5) The reason why Nurse & Spirit are played at high rank because they shake looping fundamentals. Spirit can hear footsteps, see scratch marks and hear survivor's moaning removing the actual mind-game of her power devolving into an advanced method of tracking and Nurse can use blinks through walls to emulate normal killer movement. Some people will argue that their high-skill cap justifies their gameplay mechanic, others will argue that game-play mechanics that are killer sided shouldn't exist. I have no opinion of it other than they make survivor more challenging to play. I'll leave at that.
1.) So in other words, Spirit fury and enduring counter long loops.
2.) I personally disagree on more safe pallets than unsafe pallets because if that was the case then why is it that many people are complaining about the pallets in the new map being unsafe? Not to mention the hospital map, swamp map and a few other maps that have shown hardly any pallets. Then again It would be better to see a statement from the devs to see is there more safe pallets than unsafe pallets.
Judging from how two people that are more experience at the game than me are telling me this I shall take your words. However, you should know the pallets and vaults are just there to make chases longer for more gens to be done.
3.) What if the killer uses perks to hide or shorten their terror radius?
By the time a survivor knows the killer is coming they would have to be lucky in two ways.
Number 1 a pallet being nearby that hasnt been destroyed by a killer.
Number 2 The killer reaching you before you make it to a pallet.
Those are usually two of the most annoying things I go through when doing gens and realising the killer destroyed almost all the pallets.
4.)The point of sleath killer is to catch a suriviour by surprised and get a first hit in, right?
So if someone made a build to lower Plague's terror radius as much as possible, then wouldn't she be op?
Plague benefits from any choices that a suriviour makes which is what makes her one of the deadliest killers in my opinion.
If the suriviour is broken, perks such as iron will and e.t.c would become useless and allows all sleath plays a suriviour can make to also become useless. It also makes the suriviour a one shot meaning that the chase time won't last long. Why else is there a tier list for killers? It's because most of them involve on how quickly chase time ends using each killer. The chases is the main function to why a suriviour team commonly win games because it allows the killer to be distracted and allow other team mates to do gens.
I'm not going to explain what happens to when a suriviour cleanse because we should all agree it's ridiculously op. I think that should require more condition to be meant because if a killer starts slugging when using it, it's practically game over when she knows where everyone is.
4.) I have no problems with the nurse (mainly because good nurses are rare). However, Spirit and legion just ruin all points of thinking and strategy in this game.

Firsly, low hours.
Secondly, that's only survivor, not rank 1 killer.
"1.) I said what you are saying for how a suriviour can loop a killer so easily and how a suriviour can easily counter her. Can be the same as if a suriviour main talks about how a killer can prevent gen rushing."
Except one is feasible, the other is not.
"2.) In high rank games, a killer wouldn't spend most of his time chasing after one survivor for more than 80 seconds."
Obviously.
"3.) There are more unsafe pallets than safe pallets. If there is more safe than unsafe pallets than I would like you to show me evidence of the devs stating that."
I never said the devs did say it. What I am saying is that it's extremely obvious if you actually play enough games and look at all the pallet distributions. The evidence is quite clearly there.
"4.) No I mean if it is a good killer they wouldn't allow the suriviour to loop them more than three times in one area. Multiple killer mains such as tru3 and Monto confirmed this."
Only if they are playing a top tier killer. Tru3 would and has multiple times agreed with everything I have said here. Monto doesn't even play killer at rank 1. Most of his videos are survivor or low rank killer games.
"5.) No you are just wrong if you think a suriviour can look you endlessly. There are perks to stop loops such as endurance and spirit fury so I don't know what you are on about."
No, you are incorrect. Most "anti-loop" perks are average at best and do not actually counter it but simply make it slightly less painful. Even Enduring/Spirit Fury doesn't counter looping, it only makes it slightly less painful. There's a reason Enduring/SF is almost required on all M1 killers, it's because of how broken the loops are.
"6.) Not if you are a bad suriviour because the range in which a killer can hit through vaults is massive."
It is not. If you are getting hit it's because you missplayed and did not time your jump well. There is no issue with hits through vaults.
"7.) Clearly you are not the one to play red rank games."
https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198018661768/
And here you are, proven wrong. My hours and achieves for you to look at.
"8.) No your statement about suriviors doing gens while injured is stupid because what if the killer has perks to slow down gens while injured? Or what if the killer has the add on to locate suriviors that are sick? You are telling me they would stay Injured? I think you are ignorant."
Thanata is trash. Finding injured survivors doesn't matter with how strong and prevalent loops are. If you seriously think this then you have no idea what you are doing. Get to killer rank 1 and come back.
"9.) I have no experience? Firstly, I don't recall you showing me any evidence of you being experience at the game. Secondly, I'm pretty sure I know more about the game than you do if you think a survivor can look a good killer main forever."
My profile has been posted proving all my stats. The fact that you have these completely wrong opinions makes it very clear how new and inexperienced in the game you are.
Firstly, I have over 365 hours of gameplay on this game. So I'm 100% sure I have enough experience to prove my point. Not only that but I made it to rank 1 consistently so I think I understand how the game works.
Secondly, the point was to show that in a rank 1 player to debunk your statement on saying I'm not.
1.) Both sides are feasible and if you are a good player you would know that. Killers such as Nurse, spirit, Hilbilly and e.t.c are there for a reason if you are struggling to win.
2.) The point was to tell you that all this looping won't work because why would a killer bother wasting time chasing you when there are other players left? Also you talk about loops but depending on the killer you are using it won't mamore ttet because Nurse, legion, hag and more cancel all loops.
3.) I don't know what time age you been playing this game but I think the majority of players know there is way more unsafe pallets than safe pallets. An example is the new map, the hospital map and the devs even confirming they reduce the large amount of safe pallets.
4.) Tru3 would disagree and agree depending on his mood. Also, ofc killer main would be using high rank killers because it's like seeing a high rank survivor using perks such as no mither or not meta perks such as self care, adrenaline, exhausted perk and e.t.c
5.) I strongly disagree because anti loop perks such as endurance and spirit fury allows you to skip the stun effect. You understand how unfair and broken this is? Also, the more I think about it, your point doesnt make any sense. Of course there is going to be alot of loop because the point of chasing is for the suriviour to waste the killer's time so other team mates can do gen. If they were to reduce the number of pallets then chases would need quickly and would commonly result to the killer winning. It's the reason why killers such as Spirit, nurse and e.t.c are tank high because they have a record of chase lasting within 20 seconds.
6.) No it isn't because the suriviour miss played because you should know that they are killers and perks that reduce the terror radius of a killer. So by the time the survivor realise the killer is there he is likely to get hit. Not only that but you must be joking with hitting through vaults, right?
7.) It seems that I might of underestimated you.
8.) Now I'm questioning your rank and gameplay because the point is to reduce the time of a suriviour healing in order to stop them in gens. Also, why would you care about loops when there is literally a killer such as Huntress, nurse and legion that basically ignore all loops.
9.) I don't see the point being a rank high rank killer when I have a friend that can tell me what it is like being one and I played a few games on it. It isn't anyway difficult as I thought you killer main would say it. Then again I used spirit because she is just a free win ticket.

"In that logic, survivor main can say all the killers have to do is stop suriviour from doing gens. So if the killer is getting gen rush it is there fault for not taking suriviour off gen. That's exactly how your point sounds like if it is being look at to a suriviour main."
That is not what I am saying whatsoever and that is not the same logic at all. You aren't following.
"Like you make them act like mindless idiot most of the time that doesn't know that there is other suriviour they can go after or can simply play mind games against the survivor."
We are talking about high rank games, not playing against idiots in low ranks. You act like we aren't already doing these things. Also, your improper grammar and sentence structure makes your sentences very difficult to understand.
"Currently in this game stage, there is more unsafe pallets than safe pallets."
Wrong.
"This means that looping isn't a thing because you can only "loop" a killer twice if lucky."
You mean if you're bad at survivor.
"Looping isnt a thing and things such as vaulting is nothing more than a joke because there is a limit to how long you can vault."
This is just completely wrong again.
"It's easier for a killer to hit you must of the time if you do vault"
Only if you're a bad survivor vaulting from the wrong angle.
"I'm sorry, but you are being very naive to say red rank suriviour don't heal."
They don't. It's very clear that you don't play any where near red ranks by these statements.
"In that case then red rank would always run no mither which most of us dont because we don't want to be hit once."
Just because they don't heal doesn't mean they would waste a perk slot to stay injured, this is not the same thing and just a stupid statement to make.
"I don't think you understand how badly your chase time is lowred if you are just a one hit at all time."
It's very clear that you are a new player to this game with these statements you've made. It's also extremely clear you are a very low rank player. Players that have actually been playing the game a long time at rank 1 understand these things I've said. Once you've got a few more hours under your belt and make it to rank 1 you will understand this.
You are commenting on things that you have no experience with at all.
1.) I said what you are saying for how a suriviour can loop a killer so easily and how a suriviour can easily counter her. Can be the same as if a suriviour main talks about how a killer can prevent gen rushing.
2.) In high rank games, a killer wouldn't spend most of his time chasing after one survivor for more than 80 seconds.
3.) There are more unsafe pallets than safe pallets. If there is more safe than unsafe pallets than I would like you to show me evidence of the devs stating that.
4.) No I mean if it is a good killer they wouldn't allow the suriviour to loop them more than three times in one area. Multiple killer mains such as tru3 and Monto confirmed this.
5.) No you are just wrong if you think a suriviour can look you endlessly. There are perks to stop loops such as endurance and spirit fury so I don't know what you are on about.
6.) Not if you are a bad suriviour because the range in which a killer can hit through vaults is massive.
7.) Clearly you are not the one to play red rank games.
8.) No your statement about suriviors doing gens while injured is stupid because what if the killer has perks to slow down gens while injured? Or what if the killer has the add on to locate suriviors that are sick? You are telling me they would stay Injured? I think you are ignorant.
9.) I have no experience? Firstly, I don't recall you showing me any evidence of you being experience at the game. Secondly, I'm pretty sure I know more about the game than you do if you think a survivor can look a good killer main forever.

How do you like the demogorgon change and what do you rank him now? I haven't tryed it out yet? So I just want to know how his shred abilty does now? And what is his rank tier now.
It's honestly was not needed at all because I think most people that are good killer mains knows that the killer was very strong from the start. Then again there are some problems Demogorgon has such as hitting through pallets (which isn't a glitch because it's so consistent) and how people plays it off as his lunge can only go in a straight line. Sometimes I think people are either bad killers or just dumb because it's not as if a killer can just simply predict the suriviour's movement or bait the suriviour to go the wrong direction. It also ends strong loops very quickly.
Now if it sounds like I'm saying he is op (he isn't), but he isn't really "fun" to go up against (depending on if the killer is a try hard).

You haven't learned how powerful pallet loops and windows are. Being 1 hit from going down is meaningless with how numerous those loops are. You can easily loop her all game and have 5 gens done before you run out of pallets. This is exacerbated by her very tall size which makes her even easier to loop. Your team is also gen rushing even faster because no one is wasting time on healing.
Being injured the entire game is much less dangerous than you think it is. This is illustrated in high rank games where none of the survivors heal because of the reasons I've already mentioned.
In that logic, survivor main can say all the killers have to do is stop suriviour from doing gens. So if the killer is getting gen rush it is there fault for not taking suriviour off gen. That's exactly how your point sounds like if it is being look at to a suriviour main.
I don't understand what you guys take killers are at times. Like you make them act like mindless idiot most of the time that doesn't know that there is other suriviour they can go after or can simply play mind games against the survivor. Currently in this game stage, there is more unsafe pallets than safe pallets. This means that looping isn't a thing because you can only "loop" a killer twice if lucky. If you manage to loop the killer more than its the killer's fault for either respecting the pallet or double backing multiple times. Looping isnt a thing and things such as vaulting is nothing more than a joke because there is a limit to how long you can vault. It's easier for a killer to hit you must of the time if you do vault. If you watch videos you can clealry see that the suriviour ain't overpowering the killer, but are just playing smart because most good suriviors are also killer mains so they understand what to do and mistakes most killer makes.
I'm sorry, but you are being very naive to say red rank suriviour don't heal. In that case then red rank would always run no mither which most of us dont because we don't want to be hit once. I don't think you understand how badly your chase time is lowred if you are just a one hit at all time.

Mettle of man is already useless as it is and the downside is just a nail in the coffin than needs removing...
Honestly it needs a rework because the perk is just garbage and if it was to get buff it would be op.

Thank you for your input.
There is lots to talk, but I'll just cover Marked for Murder.
It can be partnered with Make your choice, but honestly (except for a waiting nurse, waiting spirit, hag, or maybe demigorgon), how often do smart players get caught out by Make your choice? I run it on Hag and Spirit, and I dont know if I've ever activated it more than once a season. Maybe twice at most.
Fair enough, I hope your new perk idea gets added.

THE LEGION
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/129/QCYH5U7RUJY5.jpg
A lot of people must agree that Legion was too butchered in their update... So I have some ideas how to improve them in other way rather than lethal!
LEGION's BASE KIT - MY CHANGES:
- Legion can now destroy the pallets by default in Feral Frenzy once they vault it.
- Each time Legion apply a Deep Wound Status Effect they gain a bonus to Feral Frenzy's movement speed +0.25 m/s to maximum of 1 m/s. This effect disappear once Feral Frenzy's bar is empty.
- The Legion's cooldown is now 3 seconds.
- The stabs in Feral Frenzy are stronger for each time. For each survivor that they stab mending is longer. Each survivor that was stabbed in one Feral Frenzy survivors gain debuff to mend: First survivor (15 seconds - default, Second - 18 seconds, Third - 21 seconds, Fourth - 24 seconds.)
- Feral Frenzy now lasts for 13 seconds.
- Feral Frenzy movement speed is now 5.5 m/s.
- Feral Frenzy charge times is now 15 seconds.
- Legion's vault speed of pallets and windows are now: 1 second.
- Mended survivors that are still injured has a debuff speed to repairing by 10%. Once survivor is healthy the debuff is gone.
- Survivors that has deep wound status effect longer than 15 seconds lose their balance movement while running and are stunned for short amount of time (3 seconds). Doesn't work in chase and the killer's terror radius.
dEEP WOUND STATUS EFFECT CHANGES:
- Mending now takes also a priority against repairing, sabotaging, opening exit gates and cleansing. Survivors must first mend in order to do any of these actions.
addons changes:
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/997/51BN9K3GSQ3F.jpg
Scratched ruler - Slightly increases faster the Feral Frenzy's vault speed. (0.9 seconds for windows and pallets).
Mischief list - Slightly increases the Feral Frenzy's duration (14.5 seconds.).
Friendship bracelet - Slightly increases the Feral Frenzy's movement speed (5.65 m/s).
Smiley Face Pin - Hitting a survivor in Feral Frenzy applies the Blidness status effect for 90 seconds.

Etched ruler - Moderately increases faster the Feral Frenzy's vault speed (0.8 seconds for windows and pallets, 0.7 with Scratched ruler)
Defaced Smiley Pin - Hitting a survivor in Feral Frenzy applies the Mangled status effect for 90 seconds.
Never-sleep pills - Moderately increases the Feral Frenzy's movement speed ( 5.75 m/s, with Friendship bracelet 5.9 m/s)
Mural Sketch - Moderately increases Feral Frenzy's duration ( 15.5 seconds)( with Mischief list 17 seconds)
Julie's mix tape - Slightly increases the Legion's movement speed in cooldown. (+0.10 m/s)

Nasty blade - Slightly increases the debuff speed penalty for repairing. ( +3%)
The Legion Pin - Hitting a survivor in Feral Frenzy applies Hindered status effect for 20 seconds.
Susie's mix tape - Considerably increases Feral Frenzy's movement speed. (5.9 m/s)(with Never sleep pills 6.15 m/s)
Stolen Sketch book - Considerably increases Feral Frenzy's duration (16.5 seconds)(With Mural Sketch 19 seconds)
Joey's mix tape - Moderately increases Legion's movement speed in cooldown( +0.2 m/s)
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/470/IT0SSDHT2197.jpg
Cold Dirt - Considerably increases Legion's movement speed in cooldown ( +0.3m/s)
Stab Wounds Study - Reveal mending survivors aura's for the Legion within 24 meter range.
Frank's Mix Tape - Each time you stab the survivor that does not have a Deep Wound Status Effect in Feral Frenzy gain a following effect:
- Your vault speed is tremendously faster for 10 seconds ( 0.5 seconds)
- Gain a boost of movemet speed for 3 seconds(similiar to the Wraith)
- Increases the mending time for survivors moderately (+2.5 seconds)
- Does not work in cooldown or outside the Feral Frenzy
Filthy Blade - Moderately increases the debuff speed penalty for repairing (+5%) (With Nasty blade +8%)
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/773/IA7VSW4RT8NK.jpg
Iridescent button:
- Legion's grunts and footsteps are no longer hearable for survivors in Feral Frenzy.
- Once activating the Feral Frenzy, survivors does not hear the Terror radius (TR radius still exist)
- Cooldown grunt maded by Legion is no longer hearable.
Fuming Mix Tape:
- Feral Frenzy vaults now blocks the windows by the Entity for the duration of the power.
- Does not work on pallets
IMO BETTER IDEA MADED BY @Raven014 for Fuming Mix Tape:
- Frenzy has no countdown when in Frenzy (Infinite Duration)
- You can see Generator progress auras.
- Exiting Frenzy Cooldown increased to 5 seconds
- You can only hit one survivor per Frenzy.
- The Killer is affected by Undetectable during Frenzy. (You can still hear Frenzy noises)
- Frenzy's Charge time reduced to 0.
RESULTS:
Legion might not be the top tier from these changes, but definitely better than they was before (:
This is just op without a doubt. This isn't even a rework, but a massive buff. The killer can still easily win games if the killer use him correctly, so all these buff you are listing is just ridiculous.

So I'm not new to the forums. But I am new to making these discussions, and I kinda just wanted to see what people thought of these few ideas I had bouncing around in my head for a bit now. So these are just a few perk ideas. 1, 2, and 6 are Killer. 3, 4, and 5 are survivor
1. Marked For Murder (Killer)
"This one... They shall die, no matter what."
You see the the aura of the Obsession whenever they are within your terror radius, no matter the state. The Obsession's walking and running speeds are reduced by 2%/4%/6% whenever you are in chase with ANY survivor. When a survivor unhooks another survivor, they immediatly become the obsession.
2. Fracture (killer)
"O-oh god... Is... Is that bone?!"
Whenever you hit a survivor with a basic attack, they recieve the broken status effect for 30/45/60 seconds. They recieve a 5% increase to movement for 3 seconds after they get hit. After the broken effect wears off, their healing bar is immediatly 50% filled.
3. Devil's Deal (Survivor)
Whenever you are saved from the hook or are revived from the down state, you immediatly are boosted to the healthy state. When the exit gates are powered, you are injured and put into broken for the rest of tbe game. You also suffer from Oblivious if within 24/20/16 meters of the exit gates
4. Escape Artist (Survivor)
"Let's see you keep up with this!"
You can vault through blocked windows (including window blocking perks). All vaults (both windows and pallets) are always medium vaults, the killer will always get a notification that you vaulted something, and each phase of your hook timer is reduced by 20/17/15 seconds
5. Red Herring (Survivor)
"Leaving a false trail can save your life someday."
An exhaustion perk. When healthy and running, pressing the activation button will send a patch of scratch marks in whatever direction you are looking. The scratch marks will travel for 40 meters, last twice as long normal scratch marks, and you will leave no scratch marks for 10/12/14 seconds. You will be exhausted for 50/40/30 seconds
6. Pre-Meditated (Killer)
"He has thought this through... Every scenario. Every plan. He will not have his plans fail."
Whenever a survivor is healing, rescuing, or doing a gen (with another person), both people become oblivious for 10/15/20 seconds after they stop doing said action. Hits on oblivious survivors have a reduced cooldown of 10%/20%/30%.
7. Deadweight (Survivor) [added after the fact via edit]
"I don't need you clowns, you are dead weight."
You need nobody. Others just slow you down, anyways. For every survivor alive and not within a 10 meter radius, you will recieve a 5%/10%/15% boost to all healing, cleansing, repairing, and opening actions. When alone, your items will drain 50% slower. If you are healing a survivor, or repairing a generator with any other survivor, you gain no benefits from Deadweight and recieve 50% harder skill checks, as well as drain your tools 20% faster.
Please keep this civil. I just wanted to put out a few ideas for perks, and I wanted to see what others thought of my ideas. No, these are not leaked perks.
1.) It can easily be unfair for the obsession if they killer has that perk with play with your food. If the killer was smart he would also have make your choice. So not only does that person become the obsession, he would be an easy kill. The problem with new perk idea is that they can be op if you add it with other perks.
2.) This perk seems more reasonable.
3.)I don't know if that perk is balance or not.
4.) It's alright because it can only be used once at a certain time.
5.) Not bad at all. I think I like this perk as much as number 2.
6.) I don't mind this perk.
7.) It sounds like it can be very broken because there are perks that allows suriviors to vault and do thing quicker. So on addition to this, alot of loops can be opened. Especially with the bonus of your perk idea to vault through blocked window. So I can see this being very unfair to killers. However, the drawback Is really high which might not be worth it and lead it to becoming useless.
