Im yet to find any Blight player who is anything but a sweatlord.
As a Blight main, can confirm lmao
-
Nurse. I've been playing for 3 years and always hated her. I don't even have trouble looping most of them, it's just that I find the chases boring.
-
My first name lmao
-
Yes. Almost every game is a complete gen rush lately. I've had to pause on playing Ghostface to play Blight instead.

There are some loops you can use his power. The ones with two beds and a pallet in the middle come to mind. If you suspect a survivor is going to vault a window you can Rush towards it, slam and immediately hit the window. The corridors on the edge are useful for mobility.
Besides that, not much. This and Hawkins are by far his worst maps.
As a Blight main, I would much rather Lery's and Hawkins than Swamp with the really bad collision.

It may all add up but BHVR is notorious for putting out teasers to completely throw people off. It happened last chapter with everyone expecting a wendigo, and it happened before that with everyone expecting a werewolf.
What about the one that was painfully obvious in the 4th year anniversary one for Pyramid Head? Anything is possible.

Unlucky
-
Ghostface easily
-
Reading these as a Steve main be like: >:(
-
Survivor: Steve because he was always my favorite character in Stranger Things and I've been maining him since his release.
Killer: Ghostface because I love the Scream movies and have been maining him since release as well lol.
-
Nah I've always hated it
-
He's easy to camp with
-
I've been running it on my Ghostface lately and while it's fun, sometimes, the survivors spawn on your totems or find them really easily which leaves me with just BBQ and Pop for the rest of the match. Fun but still a gamble.
-
+1
-
Pinball for Blight
-
I hate Swamp as a Blight main, that's all I'm gonna say lol
-
Ghostface. He's the only killer who enjoys being in the entities realm. He lives to kill and finds enjoyment from it and I'm pretty sure he willingly allowed himself to be injected with Blight serum as well wheras the other killers were merely test subjects.
-
Just Blight but as a former Ghostface main, I'll play him too so 2 killers.
-
Steve since he's my main and Quentin
-
This is bait
-
Minecraft. Used to be a really good minecraft pvper from 2011/12 until 2016, then I took a break from videogames to focus on sports for a year and got into DBD in 17 ever since.
-
I'm a Blight main. He isn't a bad killer at all. He takes a lot of practice like Nurse does though.
-
I'm guessing it makes the game surround sound? I'm not sure since I've always used headphones.
-
Apparently it'll be out on the 9th now along with the Stranger Things cosmetics.
-
I want another Prestige outfit with Legendary outfits. I think that would be enough to warrant 15 bucks.
-
I'm a Blight main, he's fun to play and go against. I think he's in a good spot. He's up there with Nurse and Huntress where the killer is only as good as the player playing them.

Iri blight tag should make every rush (including opening rush) a lethal rush, and once it uses all tokens it becomes an insta down.
That way it still has capability to be insanely useful but keeps its high risk high reward insta down intent
I main Blight and I think that would be pretty broken. A good Blight will be able to get free hits at practically every loop especially if they are a flick Blight. It needs some sort of downside to really promote that high-risk, high-reward gameplay.
-
Old Legion, Old Forever Freddy pre-nerf, Old prayer beads Spirit, Hag with Rusty Shackles and Deathslinger lmao
-
You guys have no idea how it worked back a while ago, when killers dodged, the whole lobby was sent back to the queue screen. Has nothing to do with the post but it reminded me of those times.
-
I agree with all of this Westy! Very good ideas that the devs should definitely consider.
-
Billy, Demo, Huntress (When the hitboxes or latency isn't screwing me over), Blight, Nurse depending on the map and Bubba if he isn't running Bamboozle since the chase isn't just predropping pallets and instead dynamic.
-
Yes! It's really weird
-
Ghostface. I've mained him since his release and he is severely addon dependant. By default it takes him 30 seconds to get Night Shroud back which is very crippling. The Chewed Pen alongside the Olsens Adress Book together turn those 30 seconds into 16 which allows a lot of snowball potential.

Guy, have you try playing solo against a red rank pay to win freddy with undying+ruin+tinkerer?
Haha, you guys will never feel the experience of versing old forever Freddy. Happy for you.
-
Nurse
-
Huntress, Slinger, Spirit. Nurse, Oni, Hag and Freddy
-
Hag, Twins and Bubba after I run him for 5 gens
-
Slinger, Spirit, Hag and Freddy if he stacks slowdowns.

2 min is 6 gens with 3 survivors and one in chase
Okay? Doesn't make the addon balanced. Especially in solo queue where it can take 2 minutes to get a single gen done.
-
Quentin is the leader. Don't @ me
-
Blight. Sometimes when I think I'll hit someone through a window while they're vaulting it doesn't connect. Maybe is has something to do with his POV.
-
I play both sides and in solo queue it was a nightmare to go against whereas in SWF it wasn't as bad.
-
Let's not jump to conclusions yet. Remember when Slinger came out everyone said that he would be trash? The bottles can be used strategically in order to bait or speed up the clown himself. We need to see it on the PTB before we start complaining.
-
That's wrong. The most fun part of Dead by Daylight is the chase interaction between the survivors and the killer. There are other things survivors can do such as opening chests, doing gens and cleansing totems but they are all just M1 simulator so chases are the only fun part of the game. Now when even the chase gets boring since killers like Pyramid Head, Slinger, Freddy and Spirit exist, that's when survivors use the "boring" excuse. Blight, Nurse and Billy as well as Huntress if dedicated servers don't screw you over are very fun killers to play as and against and they are very powerful in the right hands. These are the kinds of killers that are fun since it really feels like "Skill vs. Skill" interaction whereas killers like Slinger and Spirit who can literally down you no matter what you do are boring.
-
Steve and Cheryl on survivor, Ghostface and Blight on killer. I play both sides but a bit more survivor when my friends are on.
-
Quentin, Ash and Tapp are almost extinct. I do play Quentin and Ash quite frequently though.
-
Myers. I bought the game because of him and played him for a year and then Ghostface came out who I've been maining since then on his release. Myers is too outdated in my opinion. I don't see myself changing my main again, Ghostface is my boi but I do also play a lot of Blight.

I've never come across a good blight, I'd love to see someone prove me wrong, but, yeah, rank 8 survivor as of current, unless these skilled blights are in red ranks exclusively
I can't speak from any other rank since I've always been at red but yeah, there are some really skilled Blights out there. I myself, have been practicing with him at rank 1 and am getting really good at hitting flicks and all that. He's the perfect example of a killer who's fair. Those who are inexperienced with him may use his power for mobility only and then those who are more experienced can use his power to get downs similar to Hillbilly.

Some perks are already band-aids anyway so making them basekit wouldn't be too beneficial. Kindred is useless if the killer doesn't camp so I don't see what's wrong with that. Same for Corrupt, survivors already counter that by hiding at the start of the match. It also makes endgame 3-gen harder since the last gens are spread out.
The few meta perks that I think SHOULDN'T be basekit are Detective's Hunch, Small Game, Iron Will, Exhaustion Perks, Adrenaline, and weirdly enough, BT. Identity V has a basekit BT that affects the unhooker as well and that made all the killers camp.
Kindred isn't useless if the killer doesn't camp lol. Information is the most important thing in Dead by Daylight. Kindred reveals the exact location of what you teammates are doing. Getting a heal, helping someone on a gen, seeing if a hex totem is being cleansed can change the outcome of a match in solo queue. It also tells everyone who hasn't seen the killer in the early game who it is so they are more prepared. Kindred is not useless at all.
