Are you sure sabo is only a small buff? Think about it.
And where does that "massive killer buffs" come from? So far trapper and doc got QoL change, and only plague got a good buff. How is it massive where it only involves 1 of all existing killers?
Complete mechanics change, yes, but pales in comparison with sabo before, a sabo SWF was lethal. At least now it will be interesting and you wont have to play with your friends to get value out of it
- Nerf to toolboxes
- Breakable walls (albeit only on 1 map, soon more will be added)
- 3 killers getting buffed
When was the last time killers in general got buffed like this?

Not our experience in testing with expert players. Draw conclusions after playing. :) It's possible we missed something; nobody's perfect. But we had very few wiggles succeed while testing this.

You should report them to BHVR in case this is true, but not publicly, because then you would be name shaming.

2016-2017 was worse, killer was barely playable, balance was a mess and bugs plague the game.
One crutch perk gets nerfed and everyone loses their mind

My experience have been the exact opposite, all the survivors I am matched with are utter potatoes who go down almost instantly or suicide on first hook.
And as for killer, its basically the same, which is not good because I get "brutal killer" for killing everyone too fast.
Cant wait to reach red ranks again, I just dont feel matched against players of my own skill.

Demo is one of the killers that requires the most skill, and while unforgiving, he can be rewarding when played right
- Learn where and when to use your shred, use it to bait good survivors or to cut some loops like the shack pallet and window.
- place your portals in hills or hidden next to gens
- Be precise with your hits of you dont want to give your location.
Yes, he could use some buffs or QoL changes, but he is by no means bad

If both of those killers were allowed to exist in their current states alongside old Ruin, yes I'd put them in A-tier.
The problem is that Ruin isn't around anymore.
Spirit is strong as ######### in chase, but she's one of the worst killers in the game for getting around the map without specific, high level add-ons. If you're Spirit on Ormond, there's a good chance you lose two gens before you even find a guy.
Oni is super strong in chase when he has his power, but he doesn't get his power until he gets a couple hits in, a task for which he is equipped with... absolutely nothing. He has one of the worst early games of any killer, only really surpassed by Myers in that regard. His first map patrol is slow, and his chase game is terrible until he manages to win a chase. If the survivors are being Pepegas and let him get hits on two different survivors within 30 seconds? He's great. If they play pallets safe? He's stuck as an M1 killer for the first 3 minutes, and between his weak chase and the necessity to farm your first injury for Blood, good luck getting your first down against good survivor before 3 gens are popped.
People give ruin way too much credit for gen pressure.
Spirit cant get around the map without add-ons? then what her power there for? She has one of the best map mobilities in the game alongside billy and nurse.
And as for Oni, the whole point of his power is to snowball, he is the killer that can make the best comebacks even with all 5 gens done, the fact that he doesnt get his power at the beggining of the trial is a minor inconvinience given the fact he is so powerful.
You are not supposed to keep all 5 gens intact, some will get done, its a part of applying pressure.

The bread and butter is very simple for run Enduring , infectious fright , PGTW and BBQ or whatever. You can slug and all that other stuff and if you find a survivor outpositioned it's gg for them since his chainsaw is one of the easiest things in the game to use.

Just wait until the new killer is out and they’re getting stuck in pallets or gens or falling into foggy voids. They’ll dc, see the timer and come running back to the forums acting all surprised.
Its buggy but crashes are not that common unless your computer is full potato mode, if they are happening to the point it's getting detrimental and you are getting banned for hours, my only answer is to get a better computer.
