  • -Mindgames with all killers I have.

-Grabbing survivors of the gens as Ghostface. WAZZUP!!! :)

  • Darker maps would only lead to a higher usage of tracking perks imo - for both sides.

Sadly people do their best to make this game as "unhorror" as possible^^.

Imo oni fits that description of adrenaline rush while hunting survivors down

I haven't play Oni, but so far what I have see of him in videos... Yes, he seems to have similarities, but I doubt that it is the same game experience as to run wild stabbing behind someone.

But anyways, thanks for the tip, even if it was not really what I had try to descripe.

1 old legion even with original deep wounds wasn't super good

2 i'd rather see clown get buffs than legion because legion is in a better spot

We talking here about fun. The question if he is good or bad is secondary in this discussion.

It is just a fact that after the Legion rework, no other killer could cater the old Legion players with a similar gameplay, while others have got another m1 killer in their already overfilled box.

If you have never feel the adrenaline rush while you were hunting a survivor down, you don't know from what we are here talking about :).

Edit: Also nobody had asked for a Legion rework on this scale. To make this rework were their decision. Against all the warnings that we would end up in this situation and well... If someone makes a mess, he has to clean it up. Especially if he has done the mess while everyone has say: "no, not on this way".

So, which rank do these results belong to? Rank 20-14? ;D

The first picture is for all ranks. Also including rank 20.

The second is red ranks only.

Sadly they have not shown better statistics. I would have love to see more informations in it. How many of those games were against swf, which perks were used on both sides, dcs and so on.

And of course, it is a statistic from November. So the ruin changes and doc/plague/trapper changes that are also on the horizon are not in. Also not the new killer. Maybe we are again the second worst now after all of this comes out... :|.

Could only tell a new statistic.

Yeah, i agree with you. I love the same type of ability that you described here. The legion's rework had no thinking about us players that loved that game style.

It was lethal, short, fast, frenzying and fluid. None of that happens now.

    Lethal: COMPLETELY removed.

Short: It lasts 10 seconds base and it doesnt feel unique.

Fast: The speed got reduced by a drastic amount and made it feel sluggish.

Frenzying: Missing an attack now takes you out. Instead of going all-in, you need to be careful to miss, its not that rushdown that used to happen before. (This is usually misunderstood with broken/counterplay lacking, but you can maintain the short cooldown on missing and make it just drop a portion of the bar, for example).

Fluid: It feels very sluggish to run at a slower speed than before and face a 4 seconds fatigue and then have a 20 second cooldown after that.

Imo, the old legion was in the right direction, but needed a few changes that were, clearly, not the ones that they did.

    You got it.

It's nice to see a old horse like you being around here :).

Unfortunately Legion doesn't even have these stats. But forget Legion rework, if there is another change, it will be nerf again. Toxic and baby survivors will be happy, at least I look at it from the good side.

Stats are back at last! We've taken some time to gather some data and make some fancy graphs for your viewing pleasure. Be sure to let us know if you'd like to see more regular stat releases in the future! Since it has been a while since we last shared stats, these graphs show data from the past three months unless otherwise stated. Please keep in mind that numbers are not everything; there are a whole bunch of factors that could influence these numbers.

Note: If you're having trouble viewing the charts, clicking on them will open a larger version.

    Killer power vs. popularity

Starting off with how frequently killers are played compared to how well they tend to do on average. A 50% kill rate would be the equivalent of two survivors dying and two survivors escaping.

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/910/6KD3I8P3L1V9.png

    Maps

We went ahead and checked which three maps are safest and which three are the most dangerous.

    Mid-chapter 3.3.0: Outcome

The Nurse was changed in the last mid-chapter patch, and we've been keeping an eye on her performance since then. Below, we've listed her performance on PC before and after the changes, both in all ranks and in red ranks. Like the charts above, the numbers shown here are her kill rates (where 50% means two survivors escape and two die).

I linked you a thread with killrate stats from November 2019.

You can see there, that the Legion has now a better killrate.

For me is only a buff acceptable. Before I have not again the same fun I had before with the Legion, I will for sure remind the devs on that^^.

  • My browser got also checked already a feeled thousand times.

Don't know why it is necessary so frequently :|.

When was the last time you played a killer? Oh sorry, I asked the wrong question, when was the last time you played Legion ?! At least we would use its power for this stack but unfortunately they got nerf again because the producers knew so much! Unfortunately, an increase in vault speeds and a 0.1% increase in inoperative plugins mean that manufacturers are making fun of this killer!

Can you really do 4k without using add-on and mori? After eating a Ruin nerf, you will see that it will be incredibly difficult, do not mention me swf here! If you are playing with baby survivors, of course, baby survivors always want nerf. So give up your very knowledgeable nature!

I am a bit confused because you quoted me. Is it because I named stats? (stats that speak from better killrates?)

The stats of the Legion are today better as the stats of the pre patch Legion.

If we forget fun and just looking at cold numbers, the devs have done a ok job. Not a finished job, but a "beginning".

The pre patch Legion had a killrate from 20-30%.

The Legion today has a killrate from 55-60%.

    Both official data from bhvr.

That said, I am not a friend of the rework. Even not with those better killrates. I would to any time prefer the old Legion above the new one.

    Why, you ask me?

    Because she had made fun.

Edit: And if you read my words, I like to see buffs for the Legion. Mainly buffs that take the unfun elements out. The stuns as example.

  • Devs are happy with the Legion because they don't understand the concept of Legion-player fun and just looking at cold numbers in some statistics, while they are worried about the fun of the people that play against the Legion (yeah... The type of people who not spend their time only with the Legion and see in their next match already a other killer. Makes no sense but hey... Here we are now :|).

I ask me if they ever will understand...

Having your head split by pigs traps cos your rng is so bad that it always takes 4 tries and if there is a hook in between you are doomed.

    Good times :)

    You know what more sucks?

Ranting at survivors in the endgame chat why they haven't open the gates and just hang around me until I lost control and killd them all.

There answer: There were still 2 gens left and they did not wanted to make them without me breaking it sometimes.

    My thought: uuups

I had felt so ashamed, because I wanted first to let them survive since there was a dc in the beginning :(.

Sometimes I really need to look more at the ui :|.

  • I am not on twitter, but always when I read about twitter, people talking about bullying or that a mob had started to take its torches and pitchforkes out.

That leads me to the question: Why do people still register there?

To the topic: Just block him if possible.

  • I play mainly for fun.

I usually just like to chase and hook a bit. Most times I let 1 or more survs go.

Only if a survivor goes too toxic I enable the face camp mode. Had only happen it so far 2-3 times yet. So I still think that people can say, that I am a "friendly" killer :).

  • @Almo said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1110770#Comment_1110770

It wasn't a nerf. Legion's performance was about the same before and after the update. Which was too low, hence the later buff update to restore FF speed and vault speed.

I respect you Almo and I really dislike to contradict you, but a Legion can't today anymore in frenzy what a Legion could do before. Same goes for dw.

I know that he Legion had to suffer under 2 exploits to this time and I knew that at least 1 Legion addon was op, if you ask me 2-3 addons (Franks Mixtape for sure and imo also the green and purple knife addon).

    ...But!...

The rework has nerf/undone more as the exploits and op addons.

It is not the same fun anymore to play the Legion and as a player that has play the Legion today and in the past mainly without addons - I need to say I don't get it.

The Legion without addons was to pre patch times not op. The problem were the addons because they have taken out the weakspots of the Legion to that time.

I know that the Legion today has a better killrate and I don't doubt this for a second, but fun is not just getting a 4k, imo.

Fun can also be something different.

For me it was to wild stab on survs and to be super fast ->for a short amount of time<-.

You see on this description that the longer frenzy duration of the Legion today and the stuns in frenzy (missing hit, after frenzy) working against what was for me fun.

I also have not found it op that the Legion was able to stab-spam in frenzy, if we talk about a pre patch Legion without addons.

After my experience, you had hit a survivor 2 times regulary - sometimes 3 times*. That was not enough to down a survivor with dw.

The whole thing had only go complicated with the addons, because then the frenzy duration was longer, or the knife hits were stronger.

Don't take this text please to hard Almoe, it is just how I see it as a player who had know the Legion without addons to pre patch times and also today.

*Edit: Before the base frenzy duration of the Legion was over.

  • The Legion rework.

I had by myself thought that some things needed to be nerfed by the Legion, but not on this way.

To this day is the rework a red flag for me that increases my anger from 0%-100% in less then a second.

Would I had have really said on this forums what I had thought about the rework and the people direct responseble for it - I would have been banned for my next 1.000 lifes (if we believe in such things) from the forums and all bhvr games ever made :).

To this day I had nothing see in dbd that was comparable with the fun of the pre patch Legion (if you had them play without addons).

Edit: But we should also see always the bright side in everything... Since then I play less dbd and have more time for other games^^.

I'm a survivor main on console, and I was playing (rank 17) killer just to do challenges. The challenge was just kick four gens in a game, so I was just going to see if I could get the survivors to meme around with me and have fun. Welp, it was a four man SWF with flashlights in my face constantly, which was a bit annoying. So okay, I decided to stop only kicking gens and actually play.

Oh man, they did not like that. I got sent a message (during the game) from one of them after they died saying, "Delete the game because you tunnel people you noob and camp people" Which, okay. I didn't tunnel because they were a SWF unhooking so quickly I knew they had Borrowed. I was also playing Trapper, so I did take some time to set some traps around the hook. They had been telling each other where the traps were the whole game so I had stopped setting them, but I could at least slow things down for them and close routes and therefore know where they saves would be coming from and where they would go after. I wasn't going to give them the time to do the gens by facecamping. I did take some time to stare at one of them on the hook though, I admit that, and feel no guilt about it whatsoever. A four man SWF with flashlights and Borrowed Time against a Trapper? Make the save then! It's not like I was a face camping Bubba who could mow down the entire team in one go.

The guy continued to send me messages while I was still playing his friends, telling me to delete a second time and just sending me "noob" over and over and over again until I finally stopped mid game to block the guy, which helped his teammates. And when the game was all over and I could see their ranks, it was a 9, 10, 10, and 15 versus my level 17.

So imagine the salt and pettiness of this guy on console spamming me messages during the game. Not only was it toxic and pathetic (and borderline harassment), but it helped his teammates, which was probably part of why he did it. Oh and I got a 3k. I could have had all four, but I just wanted the freaking game to be over. I had Whispers, closed the hatch, and had one gate trapped. I let her go. I don't know what it is about this game, but I've never seen such an angry and nasty player base in any game I have ever played in my entire life.

That sounds horrible. I play on pc and my endgame is usually nice, however, on pc the people have no chance to write you midgame, if they are not in a friendlist with you, like the steam messanger.

  • I like the endgame chat and no, he is usually not toxic by me.

Of course, I have sometimes toxic people there, but they are clearly the minority.

I would miss the endgame chat if he would be gone and the experiences I had in him.

  • He's on my list after bhvr has fix the things that annoy me most, but not because of the killer... I like to have the survivor. She is a hottie^^.

  • Every killer with unique abilities will bring players in imo. The question is just if they stay.

The alternative is to roll over and die. I want to have fun with the remaining years i have left. I am old. Pain happens. You wont be young forever.

Or is the A and D to change directions to snap the chain? As in A to go left to get to obstacle to attempt chain break while scrolling mouse down?

Sorry to hear this. Thought we would speak here just about a injury.

Sadly I can't give a usefull answer to that, but I dislike anyways many keyactions survivors have to do in dbd. There I find the "famous" qucktime events from games like "Detroit become Human" better.

  • I am not a fan from addon changes.

The old Legion has shown how extrem overpowered they can be.

Some may can remember how short the frenzy time back in the day was. The design was perfect for people that had love to have a short-but very strong-action time window.

FranksMixtape as example had outplay this mechanic and lead to a feeled hour (I'm exaggerating here, I know) of frenzy duration. I as a lover of that short "action window" was extremly bored by this addon for this very reason.

Also the end was, that I can bet, that the existince of the FranksMixtape was one of the biggest reasons, why the rework had happen in the first place. Besides the exploits of course.

Imo, better a solid base kit, as strong addons that later lead again to a rework.*

Edit: *Because we all know what happens if bhvr trys to do a rework on the Legion :|.

  • If that is truth, you should take a break.

Your own health is more important as anything. Don't play a game while you are injured or something like that.

  • They have to do something good with the Legion.

First: We deserve it. The Legion has face the most destructive nerf what a killer had ever got.

So we deserve something good too balance that out.

Two: The Legion should make fun again. Not only for the people that are happy to have now another m1 killer in their box - together with so many others - no... Also for the people that wanted more and have known the true potential of the Legion.

The Legion rework update was like, as would have someone put a middle finger in all the faces that have love to play the old Legion - or against it.

They have to do something, if they ever want that people like those and me trust bhvr again.

  • -It is not your fun in a multiplayer game that matters only. If you play a multiplayer game, the fun of everyone else matters also. If you don't understand it, play some singleplayer games. There are some really awesome games out there for everyone.

-DC penaltys exist in nearly every multiplayer game. It was honestly surprising that the devs needed that long for them.

-Every killer is for a group of people disappointing, because every killer comes with different abilities and so on. However, also exist always a group that likes this killer. Since you playing a multiplayer game (reminder... again!), it is the thing you have to cope with, or again... play singleplayer games.

-The original Legion design was perfect for people that would have love to see a real stabby killer. It had just suffered on extremly op addons and exploits. That is not the fault of the design of the Legion. It was the fault of the exploits and addons. Not everyone had like the Legion in the days back then, but again, there were also people that have like it.

-By the Ghostface design it is imo the same. Sure this 1 bug is annoying, but besides it... What's the problem?

The real problem of dbd is that to many people play this game with a singleplayer mindset.

The problem is: Dbd is a multiplayer game. Your teammates and the killer are not just bots and the more people dbd play, the more groups with different interests you have in dbd.

Should be no surprise for people that often talk with guys outside their walls.

That is my opinion to the thread starters posts and some others in here.

That doesn’t really make any sense considering the idea is to push people off gens. Them being done quicker is going to back fire.

I can be wrong here, but far as I have understand it:

-Will toolboxes be faster for a short amount of time.

-They will however not so long be usefull as the current toolboxes.

Sounds for me like a killer buff in the most situations.

  • @SquirrelKnight said:

That moment when "Walls take 6 seconds to break , we found that the wall breaking was troubling for survivors so we made it take a more realistic time to break walls for survivor fun. We brought in a new animation to adjust for the added time.

That's a bit exaggerated I assume, but yeah... That's one point that can make breaking walls either to strong, or too weak (depending on the time it will need...), besides that we will be able to destroy some of the god loops - that will of course always be a advantage.

  • I have read now the dev update news and I am honestly surprised. There comes really a ton of good stuff for killers.

However, I don't think that breaking walls will be so strong as survivor's think now.

For me it seems, that it gives you the abilitie to destroy some of the god loops, but after the wall is broken, the surprise is gone. Also did anyone know how long it will take to destroy a wall?

Imo, the bigger changes for killers are the trapper changes as example and the toolbox changes.

  • I honestly haven't read any news about buffs and/or nerfs.

*paints lost in his mind with his shoes lines into the sand*

I hope they are not just buffs... I hope they fit also to the theme of the Legion.

If they would buff the Legion I would be honestly speechless, after all we have seen in the past.

  • "All killers"?

    *looks carefully above the wall*...

    Also the Legion?

  • Either they are inexperienced or they want to kill you because they think that you are either toxic or to cocky.

That should fit for the most scenarios.

  • About all of your ideas have been talked before and I don't think it would be bad if survivor's would have a second objective.

Maybe one that just brings them a ton of bp. That's enough to motivate the average player usually.

A lot of things could btw. be done in dbd, if the most killers would be buffed.

1 of this things would be, to bring old mettle of man back, what you have mentioned. Stronger survivor perks are easier to accept if not the half killer-playerbase moves on their teeths through the maps, because they feel pressured or what ever.

I don't think that all infinite loops will ever be removed btw. Especially the ones that are tied together with buildings should be hard to change and I am unsure if the working effort for it would be worth for bhvr.

Your idea for generators sound btw. after fun, at least for survivors. The only thing that speaks at the moment against it is, that bhvr seems to try to make everything simple... So I am not sure if that is something they would think a few minutes about.

  • If you have really a freeze because of dbd, or some programm that runs in the background, or because of a variety of hardware reasons, you may need to restart your system.

Did I really need to explain that?

Comon I can't write every possible scenario here down, why a user could dc. That posting would go in the dbd forums history as the longest posting ever made by a single user :|.

  • This type of survivor is the cross we have to carry as killers.

It's sadly nothing new. The worse thing is, they will sooner or later write nerf threads and the even more worse part is, bhvr will do what they demand :|.

This, completely this. With rank reset being bugged, I wound up playing people closer to my own amount of hours and rank, rather than 10K hour squads of rank 1's.

I didn't tunnel, I didn't slug, I didn't rage, I wasn't salty, and I had a really good time. Didn't have to deal with EVERY survivor running DS, DH, BT, Adrenaline. Didn't have to deal with two gens popping before my first hook, nor did I have to deal with the doors being open in 5 minutes.

People are probably thinking "Oh you're only happy because you 4ked every match", but no. I got two 2K's, a 3k hatch escape, and a single 4K. I had fun because I wasn't sweating my butt off against perfect survivors with far more experience than me.

I had yesterday play a game as GhostFace. Was my second game after a long break.

2 survivors were 7 ranks above me, 1 surv 1 rank and 1 surv 3 ranks. I haven't mind since I have play the game a long while before the break and so I had anyways more experience as the rank I was wearing.

1 of the survs dc'd after the first hook - don't know why - I hadn't play toxic if I think on the surv. rule book, but at least now he had 5 free minutes to think about his toxic behavior, so I also don't mind that.

The whole game was for me relaxing and so I had let 2 survs go. I would have let 3 survs go, but sadly I wasen't aware at the moment I were hooking that survivor, that another one had leave the match.

Just things happen by me also only if I am in a good mood. If those 3 survivors who were left would have been toxic towards me, I would have them hooked, despite the dc'er.

Besides that, the majortime of my playtimes had I play the second-worst killer in the game for a long time, without addons. Just for fun. Had with him a ton of great matches and also endgame chats.

But in both examples it was always because I had not feeld myself pressured and I had always the feeling that I was with my killer in the power role and I had of course fun while I was playing the killer I was playing.

The 2 survs from the example above would for me have been easy to kill. Very easy. But who cares about kills, if he had fun? As you and others have already mentinoed before^^.

I admit I used to think similarly to some of the comments here, till I stopped expecting to get (or aiming for) a 4K in each and every game, which I think it’s sort of an entitled killer mentality honestly. Dbd is such an rng based game that it’d be pretty silly to expect consistency. Just an example some maps are really good for certain killers while being terrible for others (think Lery’s with GF as opposed to Billy). The thing is...as long as you can kill someone or have two survivors on death hook while the first 3 gens pop the game will lean heavily in your favor. That’s NOT that hard even at red ranks. Also choose your perks according to your own flaws as a player rather than trying to copy your favorite streamer’s build. Learn when it’s beneficial for you to slug (not just while you wait out the DS), and above all remember you’re playing against human persons who want to have a fun game as much as you do. Not every team is in it to bully the killer, and most swf teams you just can’t beat period...it ain’t that complicated boys dbd is just not a competitive game. Skill doesn’t always correlate with match results and that’s part of the game whether we accept it or not. Just focus on memorizing tiles and mastering mind games and the game will be much more enjoyable than eating pallet after pallet because of your 1v1 tunnel vision. I feel your pain and frustration but being a salty killer won’t change the game mechanics unfortunately.

I think bhvr should come down from there "holly what a killer needs horse" and also sometimes think "what would make fun for a killer player".

Players that have fun are happy customers and they also play usually nicer.

If bhvr would allow more killers to have fun, it would be better for the whole community imo. No matter what some survivors saying to specific killers, or abilities.

Playing nice happens in the most cases just if a killer is in the mood for it. If the killer feels pressured by match making, gens, or if playing killer feels for him more as a chore, as fun - he will be most times anything - but not playing nice.

Buffing certain killers was for me always not only a question of balance, it was also with having the game health in mind and I think in this point has bhvr to learn a lot.

The infinite loops aren’t “toxic,” I mean as a survivor/killer player I understand that they are the smartest place to run. It is annoying when someone clicks and immediately runs to that building over and over thinking they’re a great looper somehow.

If you keep your cool and focus on the others in weaker spots these players aren’t a problem at all, if anything they annoy me more when they’re on my team because they almost never actually do gens

I have just take it as example.

Because you can only write about a toxic thing, that you by yourself see as toxic. Guys who are easy to trigger will probably see more things as toxic, as someone who is more chilling and so they will also write more likely a thread about it.

Like you have already said it.

  • Well... It has also always something to do with what a person sees as toxic.

I saw a guy up there writing about infinite loops - is nothing I see as toxic. The only thing that gets me to a very high chance is body blocking if I carry a victim to the hook, or by the hook itself - but for that I have MadGrit on every of my killers equipped.

Flashlight spam can get me also if I am in a bad mood before because of rl stuff, or so... But the rest I don't see even as toxic. Doesn't mean that infinite loops as example make me happy as killer, but the devs have build them in and we better have them, before survivors flood the forums again with nerf threads.

  • In some countrys is swatting directly against the law and in the most indirectly (indirectly - because not every country has up-to date laws for the internet, but they have for sure other laws that they can then use for that guy).

What I mean is: The person who trys to swat someone will either get in jail, lose a ton of money for the courts or a combination of both.

I don't know if it is forbidden in my country if I am honest, but it wouldn't surprise me, if a swatter by us would need to pay the deployment of the police to 100% (something that goes easilie in the ten of thousands of Euros), not to mention the trouble he will get for the court because he had call the police for no acceptable reason (and with a evil reason in mind) and I bet the victim will also bring him for some reason for the court - aka. if he is not poor before all the trouble starts - he will it be after :).

I mean, it’s happening to some people in 90% of their games according to these forums... killers slugging all four players with five gens left and then waiting for them all to bleed out.

Or whole teams of survivors running infinite loops over and over with no intention of actually doing gens. Or four blendettes trying to see how long they can hide til the killer DCs.

Im not saying since it doesn’t happen to me it never happens, but how unlucky so you have to be that these poor people are running into almost every game?

Some people are just unlucky. I doubt not their experience, even I can't confirm it by myself.

It doesn't matter if you are a nice/toxic survivor/killer - you cannot predict which people you will have in the game.

To go further with the topic - compared to the ingame experience, in the endgame chat you can try to make it "nicer" for everyone if you are nice there. Shouldn't be a surprise if you insult there someone, that the people bite back. So it should be avoided. Not saying that it works everytime, but after my experience it works most of the time.

Well I had to dc because of EGC bug, it annoys me a lot to wait 5 min because of ######### Spagetti code

    That is bad.

I had by myself 1 time dc because of a bug (shortly after the Legion rework patch). I had started with another killer in a match and because I woud have dislike it to get banned, I had preferred to dc.

But to be honest, such things a very uncommon and so I think, it is a small price to pay if we think on the alternative - aka. the time before the penalties.

  • After my opinion need several killers buffs and they need to make them fun to play.

A survivor is maybe upset to face a certain killer, but he will face in the next match probably a other killer.

The killermain is still stuck with his fav. killer in the next match. That's something bhvr should not forget imo.

With gen times should ->slightly<- something be done. But really slightly.

    They need to git gud

Maybe, but at first they need to have fun again.

Dbd is a game. Getting good in a game follows only if you have enough fun to stay in the game.

Despite what some guys in bhvr seem to think, play people killers not to serve for survivors as a entertainment ai.

Survivors arguing in nearly every killer nerf thread with their fun and that's ok, but some miss the point that killers also need to have fun.

My first game after a while was no fun. It was not fun to get insta blinded by 2 survs with flashlights and the fact that the devs resist to make my fav killer fun again (and I say here fun, not balanced or unbalanced) is not the right way to persuade me or other people in similar situations, to come back again.

Should be easy to understand but sadly we life in times were less and less people understand it.

  • I main my killer because I have always main him *shrugs his shoulders*... And well I like there story.

Fun is not the reason at the moment, but I wait for it that it comes back. Besides, I also play sometimes other killers, to pep the game for me a bit up.

  • Every killer who trys not without a good reason, to make the match for everyone misserable.

That is not a rant, but I can't decide between killers in general, but in their behavior I can and if they trying to make the game for the survs a bad experience, if the survs have not first try to annoy them, I can't respect them.

That said... My games as survivor are very rar.

I'm just talking about the 1st DC. 2nd etc can stay high

Comon, if you really dc'd because of a acceptable reason, the penalty should not really care someone.

To reboot your pc + open steam again + open dbd again its already 1-5 minutes depending on your system. If you dc because of rl reasons - who cares there about 5 minutes?

You hang anyways on your phone, move to a friend or vise verca and so on for more as 5 minutes and I could go on with the reasoning for that.

The time for the first penalty is ok, if you have not dc on purpose and in this case, the most people deserve it imo^^.

I'm the opposite. I prefer licensed killers. As a huge horror fan it's fun to see all these franchises crossover with each other.

Well by Ghostface it fits, I need to say. Everytime I watch Scream, I am not really sure if I watch a Horror movie, or a Horror-Comedy movie (there are several scenes I just need to laugh - the freddy easteregg, how he got hit by an freezer and so on...) and the demi thing I didn't know and about Freddy I not really care, but Meyers I found actual not really impressing if you not play him 1 shot style.

The alien and the terminator I would not like to see as example in dbd. They both could easy smash every loop spot away. The terminator is being able to drag cars up... I would not like to see him running around in loops if I am honest.

But everything how he it likes. If you can find fun in it, its good because for that hopes everyone here ;).

  • I like original killers more. It's easier to accept that a killer did not the on or other action or getting looped if it is a original killer.

To see the same by some possible licensed killer is a experience I would never like to have.

But that is just my opinion.

I do play some killer, though I'm a survivor main. There's nothing survivors can do that take away your ability to play the game, even if they are "gen rushing" or even just plain better than you. However, when killers facecamp and slug and tunnel, that survivor's game is over. Plain and simple. The fact that that crappy play is happening even more now that the ban is in place really says something.

Well, face camping was for me always just a tool to punish a very toxic survivor. I have never use it in a regular gameplay.

I also usually don't slug, even I can understand it in the current situation, bhvr has put killers in.

All the killers that have always play with ruin have now to learn new, how to play without it and slugging is one tactic to do it.

Tunneling on the other hand I don't find so bad. Especially if it only happens rarley in a match.

I use it by myself often 1 time in a match to bring the survivors in the "rescue-spiral" and to give me a little bit time to breath. After all, 1 survivor on a hook and 1 rescuing him means that I can destroy in peace some gens and search the other 2 survivors that hang somewhere on a gen^^.
