I am fifteen days into the rift and already tier 42. I also have saved a lot of the challenges so could easily hit 47 right now.
-
I was able to catch a cheating Spirit doing a similar idea. Because both of their powers hide the killer, it could seem like they are very accurate. I recorded my match to report, showed them moving too fast at the start, and how they were able to phase immediately to me multiple times with the wrong perks or add ons.
They were steam banned but it takes the video and DBD support ticket.
-
The event ends in nine days by my count.

No.
5% base kit, crow 2%, rat 1%
Or base kit 6%, no speed add ons.
I see your point -5% movement speed cumulative per rush. Just a small reduction to basekit. Blighted Rat and Crow remain the same.
-
He would have three power buttons since he still has the teleport. Might be too much. Swapping powers would still take a third button.
-
No basekit changes. Crow reduced to 3%. Rat reduced to 2%. Fair? All in favor say aye.
-
I would combine both bottles.
-
My go to response is to let them know ‘I’ll do it again.’

I hope you're joking.
Give Google a try. Ask it.

No, it's not what i'm asking
I just want to have the opinion from here about what can make a Killer to be good against everyone, the power or whatever
I play Blight, Wesker, Legion or Oni, so, that's not my point to having some 4K, don't care here
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3242023#Comment_3242023
And, what About plague? it's not a great killer in movement, but, for the rest, she can snowballing a team with is capacity
All the ranged killers (sans Deathslinger) have snowball potential. They do not have the chase potential that the moving/hitting killers do. It’s good. Not consistently the better ability.
For the sake of the argument, Trapper is also a killer with high snowball potential. In certain circumstances.
-
It can achieve 275% over a long enough span until COB ends.
-
A good killer character or a good killer player? Character formula is already known. Ability to move about the map while also being able to attack is the key to the strongest killers. Nurse, Spirit, Blight, Twins, Mastermind are all examples of this.
A good player is mechanically sound while playing while also having a strong situational awareness to react to each trial as it unfolds. Prediction. Consistent chases.
-
Your eyes cannot even process 120 fps.
-
I, as a discord elected killer spokesperson, would happily trade basekit Unbreakable for basekit Shadowborn. Fight me.
-
Oh that is weird. Are you sure?
I know that the videos are usually leaked almost immediately after a new Tome is released. They may be trying to combat that.
-
You can report it. But it would be discarded since it is not against the rules.
-
My primary build is:
- Bond
- Reassurance
- Wake Up
- (Flex)
Ive been using Dead Hard and Circle of Healing lately. So I guess two ‘meta’ perks.
-
Blight's addons need to be nerfed.
-
Billy just has an addon problem.
-
I just bought Blighted Spirit. Only non licensed Blight I am missing now is Doctor. I don’t want to pay 840 for it.
-
It's even harder restarting this game on a different platform with all the Tomes now. No way to get credit for those completed rifts back.
-
What’s the problem?
-
I used to. Then I realized: each trial takes approximately fifteen minutes. Four matches is an hour.
So that means forty of my favorite addon is ten hours of play. Mixed with likely replenishing more with points earned.
No point in doing so. Especially with 40+.

The popular conception amongst the community is that Nurse has "no counterplay". It's as if picking Nurse is guaranteed 4K and a win (already disproven by statistics both at the top MMR and all MMRs)
It's also humorous considering Nurse has quite a lot of counterplay tools, but Survivor players are lazy, refuse to adapt and give up without even trying. You can't just brainlessly run 3 times around Killer Shack, drop a God Pallet and give your team free 2 gens. Nah ah, this killer has different gameplay elements to it, so you also have to play unconventionally.
Here is the list of things you can do:
- Line of Sight break - easily done on most maps, force Nurse to guess which is always a disadvantage for Nurse.
- Judging Nurse Blink Distance - estimate how long the Nurse has been holding her blink to judge what distance she can cover, perform juke
- Indoor maps - self-explanatory
- Dead Hard - not very hard to use against Nurse, 3rd health state
- Use objects as your advantage - it's not the easiest thing for a Nurse to blink past objects, so use it to make it harder for her to get a good blink
- Be unpredictable with your pathing - if you use conventional pathing, that's on you - you're making it easy for the Nurse to perform good blinks
- Hold W (against non-range addons) - this destroys Nurse a lot, if she makes a mistake and you hold W, she at least has to blink 3-4 times to catch up to you. Doesn't work as well against Range addons.
- Use Stealth - should be a brainer, but somehow this is never emphasized. Nurse won't check every corner when she patrols gens and if she doesn't see you - you're likely safe. If you know she is coming, hide. You have more chance to survive than trying to "loop her"
There are more tricks you can do, but the point here is that there are many small things that you can do to make Nurse's life harder. It's not even hard, you just have to learn and get better.
Learn to adapt to the game - you cannot loop her like an M1 killer but that doesn't mean you cannot waste her time at all. She doesn't have "no counterplay", you're just making excuses because you refuse to adapt to a different killer playstyle. Bubba face camping is no counterplay, Nurse is not.
And no, "good Nurse will still destroy you" is not an argument. She will be very strong, but you can still force her to take 50/50s which any Nurse (good or bad) will despise. The 50/50s can even become 70/30s in your favour if you read the player right and be unpredictable.
And well, if you got destroyed by a good Nurse, you better give her +REP considering most of the community sucks at her and she's not a problem in the game (compared to things like SWF).
Nurse has other addons than recharge and distance. Learn it!

Hahaha 👍

How do yall even know there are bans happening? Re-reading older threads?

When you check at 11 ET and it says exactly 1 day instead of 2 days that's a mistake on their part.
If it was the opposite, people would be complaining the opposite way. My prescription is to learn what the game is.
This shouldn’t be a focus point for improvement.

yes, but is 2 days, not 1 day. 1 day from that point it will be available.
Except it’s not two days. It’s one day and x number of hours until 11am EST the following day.
-
The two health state grab at hooks should go. Basically every killer gets a chainsaw hit where survivors are already at their most vulnerable.
I think it’s a crutch.
-
Sounds like a gray scenario. My gut says the killer player was holding the game hostage. I won’t betray my gut here.
-
This is in the patch notes. I think it said to restart.
-
I dislike it, too. Artist always has significantly too little brutality when playing her. Making playing her a cost to my potential bloodpoints earned.
I also do not know why they do this as it is not consistent with other killers at all.
-
The no scream bubble is a significant nerf to its strength. It’s no longer an info perk like before. (Some players use Surveillance in combo with PR; that actually lets you know which gen was hit.)
But all it’s competition pre-6.1.0 was nerfed even harder. So now it’s the best stand alone regression perk.
-
It could be a survivor/killer only charm. Check in the Tome to see what it says in the description. Also charms are ordered by grade (color) then by alphabetical. Check for these as well.
-
If you didn't get a 4k, it wasn't a bully squad.
-
Blighted Oni
-
It’s a legitimate strategy.
-
It’s a main stay for me. The killer seeing a white aura on their hook usually causes a ton of impatience in my experience.
-
I always complete it in a few weeks. You’re talking about the same pace as the other games you play.
-
Are the offerings at least being refunded?
-
The blighted skins would be available for shards in a few updates. But I'm guessing this is the best sale we are going to get since it extends until November.
-
I, too, also do not like losing.
-
Play both sides. Play more killer but like 55/45
-
Just bought Krampus for 29,700 iri shards. Worth.
-
Thanks Cashel
-
Deathslinger is far from the bottom.
-
When a player selects a survivor/killer challenge, the game gives an option to slot it as survivor, killer, or both. A player can only earn the challenge selected for the role played as.
So if the question is ‘can I complete a mixed challenge, slotted only on killer/not survivor, while playing survivor (with a different survivor challenge selected)?’ The answer is nope.
-
Blast Mine steals? That’s actually hilarious
-
They 100% deserved the nerfs they got.
