The archive chapter doesn't have any animation for Ghost face or Mikaela...why it just seems out of place every other chapter has had a animation why not this one?

Oh that is weird. Are you sure?
I know that the videos are usually leaked almost immediately after a new Tome is released. They may be trying to combat that.
