None, please more original killers/survivors.
-
The devs have said over and over that camping is not punishable.

I get the frustration, but you don't need to be that harsh. It may not even be the game itself.
New around here?

Hag is leagues and bounds better than trapper. Her traps force immediate pressure just by existing, forcing survivors to crouch or risk triggering a random trap. Compared to trapper's traps, hag's are harder to see, harder to disarm (requiring a flashlight), and slightly less dangerous (because the hit is not guaranteed). However, this is offset by the fact that Hag doesn't need to go traipsing over the whole map to use her traps.
Hag >>> Trapper.

People are getting in their last DCs before the punishments begin.

Do you know people in the past keep complaining about long queue in killer side in the past ? what devs said ? " Even tough long queue just play for fun ." This game already not fun anymore cuz that rift quest and many things above. very contradicting.
Maybe u are new player don't know. what old player stress. I play DBD when 2 people escape there is a text [draw] shows. if 3 people escape [lose] shown. We old player want this game become better not become worse..
Constantly moaning about it isn't going to change things, though.

I've been with this game for a pretty long time. Long enough to know that we can moan and cry all we want about the quality of the game.
Constantly [BAD WORD] isn't going to solve any problems. Try to look at the positives.

Mori - Huge nerf, basically worthless offerings comparable to cut coin
Keys - Still broken, allows free escapes with no counterplay
Maybe if the opening time is 15 seconds like a gate, it'll be fair, but otherwise, it's a huge imbalance of nerf.
-
Just give me 1984 Freddy and I'll be happy.

I disagree. We should focus on whatever build we like the most. Every build should be viable. If a killer is negating a whole build, around 10 or more perks, then there’s something to work into. Like I said in my original post, if I’m standing still my blood orbs shouldn’t go flying around like crazy, they should remain around you accumulating or whatever. It’s not the skill that bothers me but the fact that they put no intelligence on how different actions and movements should determine how many blood orbs you could generate and how wild they should be shot outside of you, if that makes sense
I agree, every build should be viable, but alas, they're not. Stealth builds in particular are a lot weaker compared to genrush builds or chase extender builds.
It's like saying that all killers can be used at rank 1. It's true, you can use any killer you want, but you shouldn't be surprised when you do worse playing Cannibal compared to Spirit.
-
As long as keys give killers 50% extra bloodpoints for every survivor who escapes through the hatch. It's only fair.
-
As long as we delete keys, then sure.
-
The game is a buggy, messy, unfair piece of work, but I'd never describe it as boring. Every trial is different, and especially when you're playing killer, each trial presents its own headaches and excitements.

No way. Here's another one I just did. I camped as much as possible, stayed as close to the hooks as I possibly could while maintaining pressure on the camp. This is at least a solid ~3-4 minutes of being at 1m from the hook.
iridescent gatekeeper
camped all game
Literally how? Did all the survivors dive for the hook? Why can't my survivors be so useless?
-
Stealth is not a viable build anyway. Focus more on gens and chase builds.
-
Even if ruin gets instantly destroyed, you can still pressure generators pretty reliably with a fast killer. You're playing oni, there's literally no excuse.
-
I use the controller on PC sometimes when I've just come off another game using it, and it's almost always a worse experience in pretty much every way.
-
Very cool! What was it like working for such a big company like Ubisoft? Was it cold, corporate culture, or was it more relaxed? How was the work-life balance compared to working at BHVR?

Isn't that like saying "killer mains who just try to hook people are so unfun, something needs to be done about how survivors get downed so easily"?
Except the exact opposite is true. A competent survivor can run a (non-nurse) killer for upwards of 60 seconds at a single strong loop (cowtree/ironworks/shack), and at least 20 at every other loop. If anything, survivors take too long to get downed, not the other way around.

No thanks. Pink Rarity addons or offerings are something I try and avoid adding more is a worse idea considering they cost so much.
A Simple Fix is change rarity of the Ivory Mori (Rare) with the Ebony Mori (Ultra Rare). This will make it so Ebony is rare and hard to obtain while Ivory is more common.
Strange how the bloodweb ends up like that. I have like 50 ebony moris on my Wraith, but probably less than 5 ivories total.
-
The update broke the speed boost, it also did this to wraith. There should be a fix in 1-2 weeks.
-
They wrecked the Yamaoka lighting with this update. It's super annoying, but playing as ghostface has been pretty fun.
-
Start a poll, instead of fishing for upvotes.
-
Maybe they should prevent the green key from spawning in trial? Would that be good?

True but if the survivor has BT and breaks you out its over lol though I think GF is quite strong in the right hands in general. Hag and LF though? Man...could be nasty. And seeing your profile pic I forgot to put ole bing bong in here :./
Wraith's there, he's just invisible 😉

This might sound unfair to certain console players, but, if changing the achievement isnt possible for them, why not just changing them for everyone else? You already have discrepancies with certain achievements, why not accept that "inconsistencies" isnt too bad of a thing?
Exactly, console has some easier achievements than PC anyway.

There are actually 5 botany charms. At tier 55 you get an all red one!
Even better, rift is definitely worth it now.
-
GF should be S tier, he can hide behind the wall with the chest and have built-in insidious.

it increases his detectable range while in FF
But it also gives survivors an extra 8m of warning to start running. At 5.2 m/s, that means it takes an extra 6 seconds to catch up if they immediately react.
-
Terror radius change would be a nerf, by the way.
-
Doctor, because he's so annoying to play against. A good doctor is pretty much the only time I ever consider DCing.

i think they should make it to where if you camp when there are still 5 gens, you get 0 bloodpoints for entire match. seems fair.
The devs have said over and over they will not punish camping (with the exception of the emblem penalty)

Killer can be frustrating and difficult, for sure. It seems like a lot of people still enjoy playing it, though - at least in my region, killer queues generally take 5-10 minutes, while survivor queues at the same time of day are practically instantaneous.
That's crazy, where I am killer queues are near instantaneous, but god forbid my mates and I find a game in less than 10 minutes of waiting.

No
-
Just make enduring affect it again and boom, balanced.

The rift premium pass cost $10. If you don’t count any of the charms as rewards you are still walking away with about $10+ of exclusive, rare, and common cosmetics.
I personally don’t have a problem with the rift reward. Most of the things are kind of like bragging rights. It let other players what you got or maybe how far you may have gotten in the rift.
bragging rights
"Lol, this dude spent 10 dollars for a green leaf"
-
Nurse is best (assuming the 500 hours of playtime to master her have been played)
Myers is my favorite, cause Halloween is my favorite
Demogorgon is most fun to play, because he screams all the time.
-
To make it look like the rift is full of rewards, when really you could remove about 15 tiers & their rewards and no one would even notice.
-
Male characters get slept on in almost every game, unfortunately.
-
Queue times for survivors would skyrocket, lol.
-
If queue times are bad, you can be matched with anyone. I've had crazy games where all my survivors were 12-10, as a rank 2 killer.
-
Trapper is literally worthless pretty much everywhere else, so I'll let him have a strong endgame, tbh.
-
@Milo said:
Don't diffrent teams work on cosmetic and game health sides?
This argument doesn't really hold any weight -- they could just hire less artists and more devs.
More to the point however, a big reason the game health takes so long to improve is that the game only updates every 45 days on average, aside from hotfixes/cosmetic releases.
-
This isn't exclusively a DBD issue, but I agree. On the other hand, just don't bother messaging strangers, it's almost never worth it.
-
The perk is still very strong, it's just not infinitely abusable anymore.
-
Delayed
-
I wish they would listen to reason, but the devs have repeatedly said this 'bug' is not coming back.
