You havent been paying attention or played enough to notice the players choices in survivors recently over a certain period of time of skin releases. Its ok. Not everyone pays close attention to that. You'll get better at it tho

How can there be competition when he's not getting any new skins over a long period of time? Why play a character thats not getting anything when u could play someone else that gets something every update and thats new. If he got more new skins then he would be played more
Now that I think about it... didnt he get a skin during the winter event?
Also for a LONG period of time he was the only 'hot' male Survivor. Good chunk have been added since. Also guessing his pick rate dropped when DH got nerfed (twice).

The difference between the killers would mentioned and Wesker is that he has a full on grab while they just have regular hits. They get the hit mid vault while Wesker cancels the vault, which makes you have to vault again which makes you lose a good chunk of your speed boost from getting hit.
Thing is hes supposed to have an interaction for Survivors vaulting, and its been bugged for months now where he just grabs them instead

Not really in the game, but a youtuber called Bricky who used to play DbD made this series called "The Casefiles" where hed go over killers in a bit of detail, just enough to be enjoyable to a veteran player but not too complicated so a new player could understand.
My favorite bits of the videos have always been the teachables, as he always gave them funny names such as:
Crossfit Workout (Agitation)
UAV Recon Online (BBQ)
Tyde Bleach Removes All Red Stains (Beast of Prey)
Where the ######### is the Bing Sound (Huntress' Lullaby)

Its not that they would notice crows, but it could be the lack of crows flying away that could also be the giveaway
That being said I have no idea what map it is, what tile, what perks, add ons, etc. Guy could of just gotten lucky

Brother, if youre looking to get people to look at your stuff the forums aint it. Made several posts about reworks and stuff that Id spend hours or even days tweaking and in the end Id either just give up or end up posting them but got barely any feedback.
All that matters is that youre proud of it, and also I think it looks great and would def be down for it :)

From the killers perspective they see a gen with progress with no scratchmarks or crows nearby disturbed, meaning only one thing: the person is still near

I have skills to counter it. I just want to bugs fixed. Simple. Plus with speed add-ons sometimes you can't even react before get hit.
It just shocking me how you can defend this bug lol.
The system that allows hug tech to exist is the very same that allows several other killers their techs and I dont see anyone complaining about curve billy, hug wesker or slippery demo.
Hug tech on Blight is without a doubt helpful, but its very rarely (if ever) the sole reason as to why you got downed.
Im not saying he doesnt need to be changed, but hug tech is one of the last things that need to be changed

you just stand-still to counter BL expose perk. the killer gains no bloodlust if your in deadzone. the pallet break is a lot stronger. No clue who decided to give Pig a chainsaw for the event.
Oh I'm aware theres plenty of ways to counter it, still not a fan of it.

Eh. Legacy is a bit of an eyesore and better done with the newer blighted cosmetics. I could see them adding it as a P100 reward for the OG survivors/Killers though.

The Event abilities are actually really cool and I think theyre pretty even all things considered. The concept of Fragile pallets are actually REALLY interesting and considering they talked about making events mini tests for new features, I REALLY hope this is something thats expanded on.
What I hope stays to this event tho is the Expose after getting Bloodlust, not a big fan of that one

I never said I think I should win every match but to lose this badly(only 4 hooks) on a killer Im decent at is bad and I do think MfT had something to do with it. Maybe that not all the reason but it didn't help anything none and I'm left feeling bad and don't even want to play this game right now or even rest of this event. Its not fun going against 4 of the same perk that affects chase that badly.
Brother, just because youre playing a character youre good at with other 1k hours doesnt mean you cant have bad games.
Im nearing 6k hours and have been playing for over 6 years now. I still get a bad game every now and then that I know I could of done so many things different but I just made a few misplays that resulted in the loss. Did DH, MoM, DS, OoO or MFT had something to do with it? Yes, how ever to say its the main reason completely dismisses the 10+ games I played prior where those perks were still present but I still came out on top.
Some times I also get people who are simply better than me and thats ok! As said youre not meant to win every game, and youre not always going to have good days. If you have a bad game and dont feel like playing anymore, then dont.! Nobody is forcing you to play, and it wont help playing when youre just not feeling it which will just make you more upset.
As said, you win some and you lose some.

Yeah sure it's all my fault. The perk didn't have anything to do with it, even just a little. If that is true then I shouldn't be in that lobby at then. That is a failure of matchmaking. Also I said in my 1000+ hrs I never had to depend on tier 3 so yeah...why was this game the one I had to? I'll admit I may not play the best I could have, I'm far from a comp-level player or anything. I make mistakes but this first game I can remember where I lost that badly on a killer Im pretty decent on. So sorry if I think it has something to do with the new perk that everyone and their grandmother are running.

Maybe because you make misplays? As you said youre not a comp level player and as far as Im aware, youre human just like the rest of us. Sure MFT had something to do with why you lost, but I can guarantee you it wasnt the sole reason why you did.
Another thing, is you arent meant to win all your games. You win some, you lose some.

It is really that bad. Every chase in this match was long and drawn out since they could get to windows and pallets faster. Two of the four downs I got were just because I hit tier 3 bloodlust(something I never did before hardly as killer in my 1000+ hrs of playing). The other two were from my red vomit but after I ran out of fountains I was reduced to a tall m1 killer. Then when I got to the endgame those three hope+MfT made things worse. How is a 4 hook game where I had to depend on bloodlust tier 3 isn't "that bad"?
Now Im forced to run Bloodecho or Fearmonge in all my plage builds just in fear of this one dumb perk. Sure it "isn't that bad" yeah right...
I dont care what perks are in play, nor do I care what killer is in play. No killer should have to reach Bloodlust 3 in order to catch a Survivor. That right there is 100% misplays on your end.

Its not even comp level survivors. People that have a brain and know how to play against a killers power just make it very unreliable to play in a nice way if they also want to win.
Oh Im well aware of that, doesnt mean what some refer to as 'playing mean' is always the best option.

Keep dropping chase after breaking a pallet, bounce from Survivor to Survivor and from gen to gen.
Play for the mid to late game, map gets a lot easier once those pallets are gone

I noticed I'm not seeing those old accounts. Frankly I'm surprised I still have my pretty red Freddy PFP, lol. All in all though from the posts I'm seeing... yeah, it's the same forums, lol. Still ppl complaining about basically everything. Been having fun with this event but apparently there's plenty of ppl hating it.
Yeah its not too common to see a red background like that anymore, and yeah still the same ol' bitchin and moaning.
The Event I think are mainly just the extremists complaining that the other side has something else they can do that can be a mild inconvenience. For me its the server issues I have a problem with, but its not DbD unless theres something wrong eh?

Other than screwing over a few perks, (which is nothing new or exclusive to Legion) how exactly is Deep Wounds screwing you over in chase? You do realize if they were to smack you and continue chase they would actually be able to catch up faster since they would only suffer the 2.7 seconds slowdown instead of 3 seconds

Yeah, they say gens are way too fast at the highest level of play of which I can say with confidence only a few of us on the forums have actually played in
I myself have tried getting into comp, and I can assure you that no game in a public match will ever come close to a competitive one. The environment and mindset is completely different.
