I have never once see someone who lost a match say “gg ez”.
The minds of wana-be bully squads will amaze and disappoint you.
-
So basically, read the story while you can. Thats abit sad

Saying something is sus doesn't necessarily mean she was cheating. No need to insult. And I know it doesn't need to be head on, but it was literally off to my right.
Flashlights can be wide too, though admittedly that requires an add on to my knowledge
-
I play both with which more depending on dailies and rift challenges. Or depending on mood.

Am I crazy or is this blind a little sus?
The beam was over to my right, not even in my face. And all through the match I kept missing everytime I swung at the Claudette. She could have just been that good, but I've never wiffed that much before. And at the end game screen she didn't even have a flashlight, and there was none on the ground at the gate after she left. Of course she insulted me when I said it was sus,
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/Y0Z23YPS5QZ2/susblind.jpg
She probably got the flashlight from a chest (she has the perk for it and its a spooky light). As for the blind itself, idk what BHVR did with flashlights so you'll need someone else for that one, but the dodges arent that hard if you got blinded (if you missed while not blinded, id have to actually see the swinging).

Adapt is apparently a foreign term here ppl. At the very least tell them how to adapt so they can atleast complain about that instead.
-
When they lose, around 40% say gg and if we count "gg ez" then 50% total. All in all, i think im lucky in this regard.
-
.. so out of curiosity, how did deaddog end up at top?

Doesn't even have to be part of the main objective have it similar to the void transferring or something that'll give you like a bloodpoint boost for a reward.
Those would be the bones and chests effectively. Bones give points and possibly snuff a killer perk. Chests give items.
-
Aloha mate, good luck with everything
-
These are just some of our opinions so takes it as you will.
Point 3: it feels less horror due to the amount of safety nets alot of survivors have. The killer is less threatening and there's a lack of surprise from most. ( admittedly this has been reduced). Also alot of killers have become predictable in how they play and what they have (most run 3 slowdowns, plaything means pentimento, demodogs will almost always try to shred the obsession, etc).
Point 5: its more for the "hex goes in 14 second in the match". Losing a perk straight out the gate doesn't feel good especially since we can't replace it as killer unlike survivor, compounded with totem RNG.
6: there's no way to stop camping without one side abusing it. Insentives to leave hook only works for those who would only camp for a good reason while punishing camping hurts those same ones. Any super through plan would also be hard to implement/code/make and would probably crash the game (admittedly this is more pessimistic from BHVR track record)
-
For fairness sake, most survivors (that we deal with anyway) do expect noed but just don't care about it. The see noed and nope away.
Personally, we expect it when we only count 3 or less perks.
-
Am i the only one who compairs it to oni's chase music? The both sound really simmilar to me. (Not a terrible thing as i like both, but the complaints about it being monotonous/repetitive)
-
...by chance is there a desire sensor like in Monster hunter where if you REALLY want something its just never gona happen?

If it's only visuals then either silent hill or RPD. Those looked amazing to us even if RPD was a pain.

And I wish more survivors would play for chases instead of holding m1!!!
You get m1? I got them holding w...
-
The killer should be able to deal with strong/stupid loops but at the same time not be able to render survivors completely defenseless. Some mobility (this is due to maps and sizes) would be nice but without being able to be super oppressive with 4 gen perks (not sure if this should go here but whatever). Realy what we would like to see is something that forces survivors to play differently (ie: if in chase just run to xyz loop if not sit on gen) like pinhead or nurse.
As for killers we currently got, id say Wesker, blight, and Artist fit most the checks.
-
Id vote a form of #1. One Halloween there was a special way to get the special cosmetics without paying real cash. Id prefer having to "earn now for a limited time" rather than "buy now for a limited time"
Pritty sure it was the serum and flowers (memory foggy)

Currently on a dying streak and have said gg (admittedly after) each time. That said, alot of the players are [beeps] so...ya know..kinda expected. There was a whole post about it too~

They should just remove end game chat. Help the player queue by making players move onto next match instead of wasting time trying to analyze if someone writing "ggwp" was being sincere or mocking.
But then we wouldn't have this entertainment....

It doesn't. But a third of the commenters in this thread not being able to understand the message of the post does.
I'll help you understand it better :
"Saying ggwp after a stomp will be often missunderstood and give you toxic replies no matter what you think you meant ".
Honestly I think the point of the OP was a order not to say ggwp followed by insults which has gained a MASSIVE amount of attention.
As for saying it and getting toxic replies, good cause those that can't understand basic politeness often spew out toxic regardless.

Really?
The last one i can remember and probably commented on was this one:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/348079/whats-with-the-toxic-end-game
And it was about a similar topic of "GG" ending up not being taken the right way depending on the way the match went or the receiving party handling it.
And I remain with my opinion, if you don't know how the other party might feel after a loss, just say nothing, a "GG" might not help and make things even worse.
But by that same logic it might make things better. ( We are here now for giggles) Also the forums did have someone who was whining about silence, though I think it was a yearish ago.

Well then good for you with that experience and have fun continuing the way you do. I won't stop you.
But from my experience in DBD, lol, r6s, ow and other games, the loser hardly initiates a GG and mostly winner say it, so in my eyes, trying to be better than just neutral silence, no matter how the other party might feel, is in my eyes selfserving (like my urge to be helpful, without regard for the wish of the other party, i explained in my other post above) and I will keep abstaining from doing it.
Do as you will mate, no one gonna stop ya. Gonna be honest here we also forgot what we were focused on for this trail of thought.

Do like i did, SAY NOTHING.
I played 2 years with the 8hooks+0kills/12hooks playstyle and from my pov "GG" came OVERWHELMINGLY only after games where i didn't even get 5 hooks.
Most often it was just silence no matter the platform and it was okay. But when GG comes way more often after a crushing defeat and NEVER after i won then it loses its polite meaning.
Only a true minority were explicitly friendly (mostly during events) and the same amount was still toxic even with my "fair and friendly" playstyle.
And that is your own experience. Mine has been more along the lines of 2/5 polite, 2/5 insults, and last silent. From my perspective, I don't see a reason NOT to try and be polite. I've slaughtered squads, said gg, and they responded in kind. I've also had the opposite. Just because it's mocking to you don't mean its mocking to another.
Apologies if I'm rambling but our attention is split

And how would the loser team feel when the for example missed their qualifiers by that one touchdown?
Broken.
And anything the winner can say at that point will come across as pitty or condescending depending on intonation and body language.
And getting pittied in a moment of frustration by the ones that ruined your dreams isn't helping at all.
And yes I know i blew you metaphor out of proportion but it isn't a good one in the first place given the asymmetrical nature of the game.
You assume broken, but do you always know what the opposition feels? I know I don't so maybe it's condescending to say ggwp. But at the same time maybe they think your an arse for not saying anything, that their best wasn't worth being polite to?
But what do I know, I'm just a guy who wants the player base to be Abit more civil (odd coming from us but it is what it is)
-

You mean 8hooks and 0kills?
If yes, then i would expect nothing less than a ggwp because I as the killer went out of my way to intentionally play "fair and friendly" to keep all survivor as long as possible in the game instead of tipping the scales in my favor AT ALL by killing someone at any point.
What you describe is not a bad game but an intentionally "fair and friendly" playing killer. At that point you can't be mad since it was the killer own decision to play like this otherwise it's nearly impossible to get such a score.
Then let's go back to said football game. If the losing team fought their hardest and put up a good game with the "winning" team a single touchdown, would they have played really well?

Would anyone say a football team played really well if they scored zero touchdowns and lost?
Let me ask something: would a 8 hook game be a bad game?
-
Is it wrong everytime someone mentions "the creeper" i keep thinking of scooby-doo?
-
For killers:
Huntress/Trickster - Iron maiden
Demodoggo - STBFL
Legion - [Insert 3 slowdowns of your choice]
Bubba - Insidious basement build or bamboozle for normal bubba
For survivors: I usually just expect at least 1 exhaustion perk per survivor and 1 prove thyself on the team.

Don't you mean optimal? This community is the exact opposite of optimistic 😆
I'll stand by my lies through think and thin~
-
We'll let you pick. Was it:
- The one who immediately went to the killer to die cause they didnt wana play against them? (Legion, Artist, Freddy last month)
- The one who kept hidding in lockers and corners, never doing a thing? (Was first hook, DIED on first hook, spectated to specifically watch the dweet die)
- The one who consistently lead the killer to me to lose chase? (Had both windows and bond and happened often enough in the middle of nowhere that its a reasonable guess that it was intentional)
Vote today~

Heck no, I use them a lot, especially when my SBMM seems to get a bit on the High side and the survivors are either challenging, or only seem to want to bully me. I go by my own set of unbiased rules which you can read here:
Rule 10 in particular applies to my stance on using Iri Hatchets. Although, I have been holding off on using them more recently because... well, lets just say survivors don't tend to follow Rule 7 when facing an Iri Hatchet Huntress :(. What I find weird though is that it seems to me, I'm getting more Ebony Mori's than I am any other "Ultra Rare", and that just feels baffling, of course it could also be that I just use them much more than Mori's, which is why I have less of them... That's probably the case.
Overall this my stance regarding using what the community considers OP or Unfun builds: "If you opponent(s) isn't/aren't going to hold back on their builds and tactics, why should you?"
Well, you did ask if it was weird mate and it aint :P. We kept getting ebony moris every web till the prestige update to the point were we had a distinct lack of iri add ons cause we'd only get moris. I'll read your stance later, but personally I just follow my own code when it comes to matches. Unless someone brings Object...then we just get...vicious...

Make the timer run faster per survivor in gate? Worst case they leave quicker, best case it throws off their timing and they die?

I hope you are joking, old freddy was trash, i have looped freddy's in the past for 5 gens and that tell a lot about how weak he was.. Btw everybody eventually reached rank 1 in the past, it wasn't that hard, that why that rank system was scrapped.
Sadly he wasnt. Not saying he was the best by a long shot, but he wasn't as awful as everyone decries.

Yep i stop reading there. Old freddy was so bad, nothing remotely close to old freddy can be good even with buffs.
Thats not true, good ol jumpscare freddy got me to rank 1 often
-
To be fair, this reads alot like old freddy but with more stuff and no inherent slowdown

Licensed: Chucky. We are EXTREMELY curious as to what the heck BHVR would do with it.
Original: Voodoo doll would be awsome but cant see how itd work. Mannequin would make more sense and we'd like to see an amalgam mannequin monster but we got that with the dredge cosmetic.

ok, i like your guys style!
I'll have my cake, and eat it too!
Although feel kinda bad for the survivors... then again... I hardly get 3 games without someone DC'ing anyways, so, I'm probably doing the rest a favor. (btw, I also have almost 100 iri heads, anyone else think it's wierd that I got more Ebony Mori's than iri Heads?)
Please tell me I am...
While you stockpiled more moried than we ever had, sadly the answer is no, its not weird you got more moris than hatchets.
....unless you ment your doing survivors a favor, in which case, whatever sooths your conscious
