What entails an m1 killer to you? Because I feel everyone has a different goalpost of what one is these days lol
-
I feel like a map voting system would be cool, but, with it being assymetrical there is no fair way they could do that.
I don't think any killer nor survivor should get special treatment for these offerings. -
Unknown is my favourite killer, I have so much fun playing as and against them
-
Yeah it's rare survivors ever get new powers or items, I usually look at IDV in comparison where there is cool powers like a survivor who functions sort of like spirit, and survivors who can fight back etc. I really want Mirrored Illusion and the likes to become good, I really want to have more depth to playing as survivor, a jump exhaustion perk or an item I can use to fight back with.
Dead Hards rework and nerfed versus Nurse/Blight/Ghoul double standards is like the largest red flag of this sort of terrible balancing, as it was the only perk which was a hard counter to these kinds of killers, but ofc was bs for the lower tier. But now we're just lower tier survivor options versus S-Tier killers.
I feel both sides need to get grounded or survivor needs to have S-Tier options again like Dead Hard, there is literally another thread with nurse player who has nearly an 80 percent kill rate wanting more on these forums. IDK its just lame, and BHVR allows this by paying a blind eye. -
I don't mind playing against Springtrap, even if I get sacrificed I at least have control of my character when I'm hit, I hate The Ghoul far more than this killer could even hope to compare, whoever thought that hit stun was a great idea needs to play against it all day until it sinks in that it's awful to play against.
-
for me it's:
-Pain Res
-Grim Embrace
-Dead Mans Switch
-Deadlock
and it's mainly when they are all used together with full regression combos, probably one of the biggest contributors to killer snowballing. Not to mention I only hate them used on S-Tiers
Franklins is maybe the next on the list but mainly as there is nothing in the game to stop you from dropping items aside from not getting hit, but its a minor annoyance. -
I'm taking a break until the next hotfix honestly, too many bugs as per usual. I can't help but feel they rush everything out, nothing ever feels polished.
-
There has to be a way to make the game fun for both sides, and bhvr should know by now the path forward to achieve that. they really need to test these changes more and incentivise people to test them more, coz people just run onto the PTB to see the new shiny stuff and that's it.

We don't need more odd angles that killers can be blinded from. You already can get blinded out of your field of view this would just make it even worse.
Sometimes I feel like thats just a desync of what is actually happening on the survivors screen, as it's relaying the survivors position late.
-
I'm so tired of seeing this @TiredDBDenjoyer you can literally bring bandages with pre QoL Botany and still get your quick heal out of it without the need of any additional perks.
This is just QoL, Medkits already have efficiency debuffs built in for self heals to stop self heal builds getting out of control. A perk designed for healers shouldn't be punished just because you want to get 2 and a bit heals out of your medkit with or without the buff.
If you want to nerf self healing, bring your attention to suture, and if that gets nerfed they better put base self heal skill checks back to where they were (its only a percent difference or so but there was no reason to nerf healing skill checks without addons). -

Survivor is the easiest mode possible. Literally zero skill needed to escape. What the heck are you talking about? The only time I feel like I have to even try is when I'm facing Nurse (good Nurse), otherwise it's cringe ez mode where I can sleep while playing and win 100 % time. Untill they buff killers significantly I don't even bother play them, because why should I do that, when I can get 100 % escape rate as survivor on top of feel free to farm points from that.
Not necessarily, it takes a lot of contextual knowledge for all the killers/perks/maps, how to not 3gen spawn, how to not create deadzones, adapting to your solo Q team mates, and the difficulty/risk of working with a team communicating effectively.
Honestly survivor could be made more forgiving in some places, the healing perk changes is a start. Now if they could up item chest spawns and maybe look at snowballing (full gen regression/lock builds).
Now let me make it clear I'm not saying such issues dont exist on killer side either, I feel killer could be made more forgiving too, mainly for the lower tiers, the sooner we nerf the high tiers, the sooner we can fix the killer role in general. -
Maybe they should encourage the new creator program to test builds more with incentives, that way people viewing can point out bugs too and report with the creator.

I am not sure if you are aware of this but there is a hotfix coming out next week for this this Crow System. It will be fixed.
thank goodness, that's wonderful news <3

I remember seeing mods say you are required to do both, because they need the match flagged and they need video evidence. BHVR doesn't record matches on their end, so they don't take action on most things without video evidence (verbal abuse in chat is an obvious exception).
If you flag a player for bad behavior, then you do get notified if and when action is taken against them. It doesn't matter who or what caused the action to be taken. It doesn't even need to be connected to the same match in which you flagged them.
I'm not making any comments on your own experience, because I obviously couldn't know what happened. I'm just telling you what I know from what mods have said and my own personal experience.
Edit: Saying "I remember seeing" bugged me, because that really doesn't clear up anything, so I did a quick search and here are threads where a mod does indeed specify that both video evidence and an in-game report are needed:
I want to say this is before the report feedback overhaul or something, as I remember it too, but I am getting feedback more often, especially with the uprise in cheaters, likely is the killer players I'm trying to support when a co survivor is obviously cheating, maybe. IDK
Console players cant give text context tho -
Is there a way to stop his door from being used like in actual FNAF? Is it using the camera?

If a perk is so strong that your suggestion is to run perks to counter that perk then that perk is clearly a problem. My real issue is less that they are strong and more that they are just mindless chase extenders. They are both easier to use and provide more benefit than killer haste perks do.
Not at all what I'm saying, I'm suggesting to use what's available to you if YOU PERSONALLY are struggling with the playstyle.
Much like how survivors use Exhaustion to help deal with killer powers, doesn't mean Killer Powers need nerfed? -
@Marzipan210 said:
Sprint, Burst, Lithe and Balanced need a speed reduction. They should be 125% like dramaturgy. 150% is just too much for too little input from the survivor. No killer perk gives killer that much haste and they all have more pre-requisites. Rapid Brutality removes bloodlust and only activates after hitting a survivor. Unbound requires you to hit the survivor and vault. Batteries only activates near completed gens, etc.
I feel like Exhaustion are closer comparable to killer powers honestly. It's the closest thing we have to them aside from items.
there are plenty perks and builds to counter exhaustion, just most killers only run gen regression to ever think they could pressure better and perform better with chase perks.
If you're struggling in chase I recommend you try some builds to help you perform better where you fall short, or maybe the killer you are using doesn't suit your playstyle.
"Exhaustion OP" complaints are always a nothing burger. -
Could you imagine if the killer could move them, they just wheel them all to the corner LOL

You are required to report players within the game and by creating a support ticket. If you don't do both steps, the report isn't looked at.
When you report the player in-game, it flags them. Then, you create a support ticket and submit the video evidence. Because you flagged the match, support will be able to find the match in their system and see who the player actually was. You do not need the player's name.
I don't think this is true at least for me, I've reported a few people in game recently (usually blatant cheaters) and gave a detailed reason as to why, and I've had follow ups stating they'd been banned.
It's either someone else did it for me and i contributed or they just take time to get around to reports. -
Yeah this would be wonderful I really would love a focus on items more, it'd be make playing survivor a lot more interactive adapting with what you find and the like. I'd bring my loot goblin build to farm items (or try to since I have to survive to do so)
-
I feel like if he uses his power to break a pallet it should go on full CD, or just make him 110 please
-
that's a really fun idea haha
-
It's how many changes they've stacked which take away player agency and its really making me question what's to come.
-
wouldn't normal killer queue be dead though?

One thing I‘d like to see is that it works for yourself when you get unhooked. Same for babysitter.
this would be a wonderful QoL for it

Because there is nothing really wrong with the new ones?
From old footage, while the running animations look more fluid, some others look awful.
Old textures looked awful.
The old lighting was undeniably better (old MacMillan, Crotus Prenn, Haddonfield), so that one I can fully get behind. Others... no.
I feel the animations really need refined on Survivor side, personally. They look really low quality even with the rework, especially a lot of the newer ones.
-
I may be judging it too quickly, but it feels really gatekeepy.

It's the same logic as "don't want to be slugged? then don't sabotage my hook or make flashlight saves".Tunnel is part of the game, if you don't like it, don't play it. But now putting a broken perk that the killer has no chance of catching the survivor because he had to tunnel is not right.
It's hardly the same, the answer to your solution is right there with baby sitter, you have another survivor to hit lol
-
That looks terrible without it lol
-
I feel having a noise and a debuff when you are revealed by a mechanic akin to 2v8 would go a long for readability and learning the game.
-
Building healer and having a medkit only to not be able to use the medkit effectively is just annoying.
If you want to nerf medkits, nerf the item efficiency for self healing like they have already. anything on Botany is just overkill.
Perk downsides are dumb. -
Hopefully new faces also means more feedback from new perspectives too <3
-
I honestly feel the anti-slug will be akin to 2v8's where only long term slugging is punished.
Like I feel it's not gonna take away killer agency, just stop these tactics being abused like by Twins etc. -
if they let us block killers we don't like it'll also force them to balance them, coz they'll see it on their end.
It's about time they address the S-Tiers, tired of the skill ceiling excuse.
Dead Hard was removed, DS was nerfed, why can't nurse/blight/Kaneki not be nerfed? -
I just would like them to feel more fair and fun to play against.
-
Hopefully they remove it when the anti-camp gets added, or maybe they are adding that case to all killers. I guess we have to wait and see.
-
Yeah honestly, I do not enjoy the fantasy of Tokyo Ghoul at all, none of my friends like him, he ruins the night by just existing.
Probably the biggest Flop Chapter in terms of going against a killer in a while. Survivors were not thought about at all in this design. -
Yeah I feel like Invocations have the potential to be a fun perk, they just need more attention and thought behind them.
-
Let me have this so I can avoid Ghoul please, bored of him.
-
I feel the way to counter his overclock mode is really poorly explained to the point you can only learn how to by playing as him, that's the largest issue.
-
I just hate the hit stun being locked in place for several seconds to watch a terrible animation as I get screamed at by a teenager, fun and engaging gameplay.
-
maybe because they are my belongings now.
In more seriousness, yeah this has always irked me, I hope it gets fixed in the rework -
Oh this is a relief, I misread and thought it was 10s for the first crow. Head on will be fine after all
-
my friend would love these so I hope you all get what you want

I totally agree, there are many killers that were left behind with the buffs and basic mechanics that were given to the survis over the years, they were indirect nerfs to these killers too, here is my tierlist, I would like to see yours
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/IEU9JFT3LDFD/my-image-281-29.png
Ghost Face (Make this Addon 5% or 10% Base)
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/7HRC5YU7I4NT/image.png
PIG (Make this addon 20% base)
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/7690QSVEXP0R/image.png
Skull Merchant (Drone with 2 lights again needs to be turned back) or (the drone needs to spin faster)
No more Dash killers, please. I don't want that rework on the merchant…..https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/QZNO8GOGEMY4/image.png
Trickster this base addon (I don't think it would be very strong, it could 1 Ricochet not 2)
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/02BKP50PRD91/image.png
Trapper has increased speed when setting a trap
Sadako has increased speed when entering and exiting stealth modeThis is how I mostly feel regarding your list, I just only am unsure of what I'd do with doctor, maybe make his power not remove bloodlust, or grant haste?
I think Ghostface getting 2v8's movement speed in Shroud would be good, Maybe Amanda could have something similliar to fearmongerer that she moves faster while unseen or allowing her to charge her dash while moving full speed in crouch so she can use it to get around the map, I think mobility would help these killers a long way. -
Ashley Graham so I can run wiggle builds on her
-
Stealth builds will work on him though with perks, right? he doesn't have a lullaby but has a ranged attack, that's going to be huge for him.
-
Yeah I've been getting it a lot whever a killer uses a major action, its so odd they cycle various desyncs/stutters or server jank every other major patch lol.
-
@Langweilig said:
Can you please look at head on with the anti hiding changes. Crows deactivates this perk and the killer can just wait in front of the locker to easily grab you out of it as soon as the crows appear. This shouldn’t be a thing, especially when the crows appear faster.
Yeah I feel this is a huge oversight, and you need to make adjustments to this perk to either accomodate these changes. Head on is one of my favourite perks and I'd be really sad if I couldn't use it anymore.
-
On the plus side the new matchmaking and the QoL hopefully will ease some of these issues, and healing perks like botany recieving small updates should help survivability too
