Purtroppo il sistema non può riconoscere se una disconnessione è dovuta a problemi tecnici, ad un hacker o semplicemente si tratta di un ragequit, per questo hai ricevuto un matchmaking ban temporaneo.

Con crossplay off, il gioco cerca solo altri giocatori che hanno crossplay off, questo porta a lunghe code, può darsi che nel momento in cui cerchi una partita ci siano poche altre persone in coda con crossplay off.
Hai questo tipo di problemi anche con il crossplay attivo? Perché in quel caso potrebbe essere un problema con il tuo ISP.

I am sure they will release a new FAQ when the cross progression with consoles comes out, however you can have a general idea of how it works from this:
