You don't have to contact Support for a name change, as Support doesn't manage the forums.

The login rewards and codes have a different BP pool, so you can see your points go past 2 millions by just having gotten BPs previously, it just means your normal pool isn't at the cap yet.

The cap is 2 millions now, it hasn't been reverted.
If you are not on the English version of the game, could be that the tooltip still shows 1 million as cap (for example it does that in the Italian version), however the cap is definitely 2 millions.

I did this twice, and never heard anything back about it.
You don't receive a confirmation when action gets taken or not.
That doesn't mean they don't deal with the report.

As Marc explained, make sure to always report in game, then you can go here https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/categories/6713776396180-Dead-by-Daylight and submit a ticket giving all the information required.
(If the clip is too big to be attached to the ticket, you can just upload it to Youtube as unlisted for example and post the link in the description)

The perks are already in alphabetical order, at least those of the same tier, just keep in mind perks like hexes or scourge hooks have "Hex" and "Scourge Hook" before the name of the perk.
Although more options for sorting would be nice.

To report someone you need to firstly report in game, then you can open a ticket on the Support website (https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/categories/6713776396180-Dead-by-Daylight) giving all the information required, video evidence included.
Regarding their TikTok channel, that's something you have to report to the platform.

You are probably doing something wrong along the way, merging is not necessary, you just need to link DBD.

I must be doing something wrong then, cause I haven't been able to get any codes. I played 'Hooked on you', clicked 'link account', created an account on https://account.bhvr.com , did this via logging in with twitch. I linked my steam account.
When on the HoY page, I see nothing but the youtube trailer for HoY. And when I click on DbD I cannot merge steam. But I've read that's not necessary? Still, no codes to be found when I restart either HoY or DbD. Can you please direct me to what I need to change/do?

You don't need the ID when you are reporting someone from a different platform, the nametag is enough in that case.
