How do I get someone perma-banned?

Sitabeast

My friend just came up against a blatant cheater in 2 games back to back. This cheater has a tiktok channel where they practically boast about all the cheats they have. Can I get the user banned or is this like Ubisoft where cheaters who spend enough money in game are protected?

You have to report them in-game after a match and then create an additional player report ticket for support where you have to add evidence in form of a videoclip of that match.

Rizzo

To report someone you need to firstly report in game, then you can open a ticket on the Support website (https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/categories/6713776396180-Dead-by-Daylight) giving all the information required, video evidence included.

Regarding their TikTok channel, that's something you have to report to the platform.
