Ruin, Undying, Corrupt, Pop
Buffing base regression would take care of Ruin and Pop being used together
Corrupt isn't going anywhere
Undying is only good with another Hex... But give back the Loud Noise Notification on TOTH and you have another Totem defense perk

With COH back in game there is good reason to believe the Survivor "meta" will change... but to what I don't know
DH only works if you're injured... so not much can be done
BT is a team perk no reason to nerf that
IW again only works if injured and again not much can be done to it

Strong anything is broken right now
Before Hatch nerf... Keys were broken
Before BNP nerf... It was Toolboxes
Before Ruin nerf... it was Ruin (oh wait... that perk is still strong)
Before Huntress Lullaby nerf... Huntress Lullaby was strong
Before anyone knew the BBQ counters... BBQ was strong

My best advice for you is to expand your horizons. The town you live in, isn't the one you gotta die In. Find a new place with new opportunities. I understand with no money that's hard, but a wing and a prayer go a long way. Find out what YOU wanna do and worry about everyone else later. Money comes money goes, but life goes on friend. Evaluate what you can do and go from there.

We want them to fix their game so we play
But at the same time they look at the stats and think "oh we've done enough"

The changes to the Pig are noticeable... But not all bad... I'm still experimenting with them
I haven't played that much of Deathslinger... So i really don't have an opinion of him right now
Other then a few infinite loading screens that turned into one or more DC's... not a lot of mid-match DC's
But a lot of lag

So this turned into an Us V Them... this isn't fun nor productive... but it does prove that it is a circle
Survivors that do gens really fast and/or not caring for Hooks the killer gets = Genrushing
Killers that: find, chase (for however long), Down, hook the first Survivor only not caring how many Gen were done = Tunneling
Killers that Hook one Survivor but don't move not caring about how many Gens were done = Camping

I played RPD for the first time the other day... I was playing Trickster
Oh boy it was bad... not knowing the map and all it's dead ends and (Bad Word)
It ended up being a 4E... I didn't try after they got 3 Gens done

I understand the mindset. You get into a loop where you go 'okay, let me get one decent game in so I can end today on a good note'. Then it's 4am and you are getting told to uninstall, because the games full in the postgame lobby by another ridiculous PC SWF with 4000 hours between them.
Eventually it reaches critical mass and it's either take a long break, or attempt to detonate the entire internet by sticking a grenade between your butt-cheeks and jumping onto a laptop.

Ah, the joys of being middle-aged. You can afford all the games you want (except that most of them just gather dust on your Steam list because the new Path of Exile season started, and your wife wants to play Heroes of the Storm with you).

I am middle aged (30) but I have no money to my name (like 5$ or so)
So I can't afford (Bad Word) right now
Plus if a new game does come out that I like I'll have to ask my mom for it... lol (embarrassed laughter)... and then it'll have to hook me right off the bat or it'll be back to this or Overwatch

All killers LOL... Except for Nemesis cause I've played against him too many times already
I like to try and guess perks and addons while I play
But alas... I like playing against:
Pig- cause I main her and love to see someone else play as her
Ghostface- most of the time they meme around
Nurse- I like to try and dodge her blink attacks
Huntress- to see how many hatchets I can dodge/ get hit by
Spirit- Old Spirit cause of not knowing where she is and what she's doing... Plus I think it fits the lore (but I do understand why it was changed)... Also I haven't faced her in a while so it's also that I miss her... LOL
I could rattle off all of the killers... but I'll save you all the ttrouble

I don't "hate" the killer.... But there are a few that I don't like playing against... and it's more of the teammates I get
Mickey- Once T3 hits my teammates go dumb... then I die (either first or last no in between)
Bubba- more of a playstyle I don't like to see... but that chainsaw man oh man I am not good enough to avoid that thing... Also to those of you whom are good enough to not Camp I do appreciate it
Huntress- Hitboxes... need I say more
I haven't faced all of the killers (well recently... that I can remember) but I haven't faced the Twins, Trapper, Spirit, Oni, Mickey... Just to name a few

I agree @dbd900bach this game is slowly crumbling
The amount of hackers
Things that don't work right (I.E bugs, the new Totem situation taken out certain map offerings but not the map themselves, The Pig's addon Video Tape not working properly and them not taking it out either)
With the way things are going I wouldn't be surprised if this game imploded
This is by no means an attack on the Devs (I know that it takes a lot to make a game and to keep adding stuff to it) this is me sharing my opinion on what has been said

Killer build is decent. also refreshing from ruin undying thrilling etc. corrupt is just needed.

Well Whispers lets you know if you are within 32m of a Survivor and you hear the Entity says "yes" or "no" or just growl
"yes" if you are looking at a Survivor "no" if you aren't
No Way Out is a perk that stacks as you hook all 4 Survivors once and blocks the exit gates when a Survivor touches the Gate(s)
And yea... I try to save other Survivors and not myself and do Gens... You know be a team player cause I can't survive by myself

It all depends on how you want to play her
1) You could play defensively... Trap an area (3 Gen)
2) You could play offensively... Trap around where Survivors like to travel
3) You could play aura reading... Trap both around a 3 Gen and around where Survivors like to travel and play around the Survivor tripping your Traps.... and use aura reading addons

BT/ Botany Knowledge/ Kindred/ Spine Chill
Killer Build:
No Way Out/ Corrupt/ BBQ (or something else)/ Whispers

Base regression is to small right now.25 charges per second VS. 1.0 for a single Survivor progression
If the Devs bumped up base regression to .50 then no one would be "forced" to run regression perks
@Kalinikta You forgot Dying Light, Eruption, Huntress Lullaby and Overcharge... Also Gen Highlighting perks like Discordance and Surveillance... But to your point there are so many Perks but only 2 are being used most of the time I wonder why
Also Gen Regression is different from Gen Stalling (that's what I'm going to call it)

The sounds they make are actually loud... so just just notice where they go to heal/when the scratch marks disappear and look/listen for the Totem
But killing the Boon perk just means they can replace it either in a different spot or the same spot
So running 2 hexes plus Hunted Grounds and Undying gives coverage to all Totems (use the aura reading on Undying)... then go to work

Sloppy/ Corrupt/ NWO/ Whispers
Sloppy to make healing harder
Corrupt to have the Survivors either come closer or waste time doing nothing
NWO for a longer end game
Whispers for tracking
Or I might run
Sloppy/ Coulrophobia/ Surveillance/ Whispers
Sloppy and Coulrophobia for harder healing in my TR
Surveillance to hear a Gen that is being worked on farther away
Whispers for tracking
Now Killers on the other hand are a toss (I do want to try out Spirit) Maybe Pig since I have almost all of the perks on her
I won't be running any Hexes since they are the first to go unless it's Hunted Grounds and Retribution and maybe Ruin so Survivors trigger the other two

Had a similar break during the anniversary event(had my first anxiety attack and ever since than I couldn't function that well until I got some anxiety medicine) hope you didn't have any issues recovering

IMO I think the devs should be more focused on fixing the codes to their game and taking more community feedback rather then playing
The devs don't have the time to get to Rank 1 every month so it's fair to say that they aren't as good as someone who can spend 8 hours playing

Boon Totem perks do need to be looked at more... Cause the fact that they can be placed repeatedly is a problem and on top of Hexes
The complaints about NOED are getting to be too much at this point... either do Totems or leave if/when you get the gate(s) open
Survivors complained about Old Undying and these Boon Totems perks are the same but like twice as bad
Right now the Killer has to worry about:
4 Survivors
Up to 16 perks
7 Gens
Hooks
Items
Our own Power
Hex Totems
And now Dull Totems
Map Geometry
