Yes they should, I can't write in words how much I despise these things. I'll be going about my day, playing some killer, then out of nowhere a sweaty looking teams send me to Haddonfield, or Mothers Dwelling, or many of the other broken maps. If a sweaty team doesn't send you a broken map, a immersed survivor will send me to The Saloon, or The Game, or any of the annoying maps this game has to offer. As both sides they're a complete waste of my BP because I will never use them.
-
Okay, as I have learned it appears that I can't post the actual video. But the villains theme for 2020 would definitely be Die Very Rough by Mario Judah.
-
The Autohaven rework sucked. Don't get me wrong, I hated that map before as killer, but now it's way to empty. Also they really need to stop making maps do dark, I wanna actually track survivors.

not if you're good
Just because someone's good at the game does not give them instant map pressure. Big maps with split up gen like Rotten Fields and Mothers Dwelling are very hard to pressure. You can't just say "apply map pressure" and think that's a solid argument.

oh.
apply map pressure.
It's a lot more complicated than that.

it takes killers 4-5 minutes to reach a gen from spawn at normal speed. just hide in the corn when they approach yours.
I hate this map as a killer, not as a survivor.
-
No loops would be pretty killer sided, though I don't care. I want that map to burn in hell for all the pain it's brought me.

Where does it say this?
I was just about to ask this.

I hate these things because the only time I ever see them being is used is when a survivor is bringing in a key, which removes one thing survivors need to do (finding the hatch) before they can use it.

Hey would be tbh, he could have a special where he automatically walks through and destroys pallets, I'm sure it can become a discussion but I'll leave that up to you good sir, you're more popular than I am 🤣
I would love to see a Re7 chapter for this game. Personally I think it would be the best game for a dbd chapter because Jack is more human and isn't like 9 feet tall. Though my second pick would be Mr. X because he's also scary as hell and isn't as tall as someone like Nemesis.

Ooooo the weeping angels would be really fun to play against, I feel the angels and the peanut from SCP would have the same general ideas behind them, at the start of each round the survivors will have a blink meter where they will blink allowing the two killers to move closer to the survivor, then there could be a mechanic where when the survivor looks at the killer they will be frozen in place, the vision cone could be 35 degrees or 45 degrees. Thanks for the comment and your input :)
You are way to wholesome for these forums, get out of here while you still can.

This game is simply optimized horribly for console, I heard it's even worse on the switch...

As do I the babadook would fit the best out of the others, as I think of other ideas I'll be sure to post more and more, thank you for your input :)
His power might kinda hard to make, considering he's a demon who feeds off grief. it would interesting to see though. Also you are very welcome :)

Yeah killer adepts are way too hard to get.

Weird perk to run on Trapper but whatever floats your boat.

Ah yes, let's nerf a balanced perk instead of ds+ub.
-
I'd personally like to see The Babadook the most out of any of these.
-
Please.. just no.

Happy holidays everyone!

I do notice I get slightly better add-on's, but that's about it in terms of luck.
-
Honestly I don't know. Pig is probably one of my least played killers so I can't really give any good advice.

Reducing the price of cosmetics would be nice.

So I've been thinking about creating a fanmade dead by daylight website where players could use different tools that are informative / fun / useful but currently I have very few ideas to work with.
To give you a better understanding of what I exactly mean by "tools", one of them could be some sort of section where users could enter their preferences for a killer/survivor and get a DLC suggestion from the website.. or maybe a section where users could predict the next DLC and get some rewards if they guess it correctly.. It could be anything so I would highly appreciate any ideas from any of you 😄
Well if you really want to make a website for this game, then sure. I'm not sure if you would have to contact Behavior about it, but it would definitely be cool.

EGC in general is in favor of The Killer. I don't think the developer sought to make it that way but it just is. Have they ever released the stats for each killer and the last survivor during the collapse? The one thing that surprised me was that they can close the hatch from any angle. I thought they would be limited to just closing it from the front and slamming it down and was surprised when the first time I interacted with it the killer could close it from behind.
The reason I hate the hatch so much is because is't not killer or survivor sided, it's just complete RNG. Same with the gate spawns, some times they're across the map from each other and are survivor sided, or sometimes they're two feet apart and are killer sided.
-
Survivors can also body block the hatch, trust me, it happens to me a lot.
-
Can't say I do.

For those that have prestiged, do you notice the "better items" difference? Because that sounds to me like all it does is make your next climb more expensive.
On my P3 Legion I do notice a lot of green add-ons and such like that, much aside from that not much.
-
As a Legion main, these ideas seem pretty good to me. They would be some nice buffs.
-
If want to give a survivor mercy then that's fine, play the game however you want too.
-
Please, stop this thread. I'm getting PTSD from when I tried to do that "grab two survivors off a gen with discordance" challenge as Ghostface and every time single time I would grab someone Ghosty would give them a friendly warning by tapping them on the shoulder and give them time to run away. That stupid challenge took me like 15 games. The grabs in this game are completely trash and don't work at all.
-
It's very boring, I did not sit in a 40 minute que so the killer can farm.
-
They really needed to be nerfed...
I will say this though, the nerf is really lazy and I wish they gave them a better change.
-
I really like this idea, it had a lot of care put into it.
-
I agree with a lot of this, the only thing I would change is to just remove keys and give their aura reading to maps, that way people would actually use them.
-
I don't play pig often but when I do, if a survivor boops my snoot I will let them go.

It does. In cases where there's only two survivors remaining, a Legion can just Frenzy hit one survivor, then use Killer Instinct to find the last one even if they're inside a locker.
I just came out of a game where this happened 5 times so the killer could get a 4k. It's pretty silly.
How dare a Legion use their ability effectively! Like seriously, who is out here complaining about Legion knowing you're in a locker?
- Why are you in a locker? Unless you're dodging bbq or the killer is searching a nearby a gen you were on, why are you in a locker?
- Literally just get out of the locker. If you're jay-chilling in a locker and see a deep wound bar appear followed by a terror radius, GET OUT OF THE LOCKER. Chances are you could probably outrun the Legion before they can hit you.
-
Quentin, I'm always tired and kind of quiet.
-
No one is "crying" about the nerf. The nerf was needed, but they should have nerfed keys at the same. The mori nerf is very lazy, if keys are getting a full rework, then why did moris just get a simple number change?
-
As a Legion main I would like him to be buffed or changed, but I also think that you are underestimating them a lot. I get 3 or 4ks pretty much every game I play, imo all they need are some QOL changes.

Imagine supporting any part of this toxic community.
Imagine being a dog survivor who just tbags and mocks someone who wants to play the game or imagine being a slugging camping noob killer doing all the bad things to normal player.
Both sides are fked up mentally xD
The game became institution for life frustrated weebs. Sad.
I play it when I catch time, wich is barely because my private + work life grants me no much of free time, and then when I invest that time into this game I wish I was never even born.
Although, devs made improvements.
That's all. Cheers, see ya in 6 months xD
"Both sides are fked up mentally", what? Last time I checked I'm not the damn Joker because I want to play a video game. This community is pretty toxic I will say that, but this is one of the few threads that is chill, so you can go sit down. And if you're gonna insult us, at least come up with something better than "frustrated weebs", how about something that actually pertains to the game.

Of course it´s garbage. It would have been OP with the old Ruin. But on the new one? Just ignore it and hold m1.
I wonder how long it takes, until survivors realize that.
Ruin + Undying is already pretty bad imo, but Ruin by itself is utter trash. Good luck trying to get it to stay up for more than thirty seconds, while trying to apply pressure to gens in order to even get value form it.
-
(UNPOPULAR OPINION ALERT)
Ruin + Undying is garbage.
Well there, I've said it. I'm a killer main and I'm so sick of using these perks. I have used R+U on multiple different killers (Freddy, Legion, Blight) and every. single. time. Undying gets broken first. Like seriously, it is an unspoken rule buried in the code of this game that Undying most be the fist totem broken in the match? In fact I just played a Legion game last night in which I used four hex perks and Undying STILL got cleansed first. I started using Surge + Pop a while ago and I must say, they are far better than Ruin + Undying. Also, as a survivor, this exact same thing happens. I will check to see if the killer has Ruin (which they do), and so I'll sit on the gen minding my own business and then I'll hear one of my team mates cleanse a hex in the distance, so I'll check to see if Ruin is still there which it is, followed usually followed in less than a minute by Ruin. Until then I will keep my opinion on this topic. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.

In many horror games, there are numerous devices such as pools of blood, guts, dead bodies and other gory implements lying around. If more of these devices were in dbd then it would bring a horror atmosphere. In terms of horror dbd is quite lacking and is more thrilling than scary.
Hawkins and The Saloon are the only maps with this kind of gore and sadly both of them suck.

I feel like if they wanna make this game scary they've gotta make maps (specifically the outdoor maps) more environmentally dense. Take red forest for instance make it foggy as ######### as in you can't see more than 24 metres and make it so there's trees absolutely everywhere imagine that and now a heartbeat is heading your way and you have no clue which direction the mother ######### is coming from
I can picture that in my head and it's perfect, Hopefully they do that with some of the map reworks but sadly it doesn't seem like they will.
