He looks less like Quentin then the old one. This can’t go through

Nurse
Feel free to crucify me now

If they buff him other add-ons it's fine because we have not good add-ons on him.
Speed, turn rate, miss Cooldown, Iri tag and compound 21 are all very good add ons
-
No one really. I’ve seen feng occasionally but that’s about it
-
Trickster is meant to look like your average Korean man. Just like legion look like a bunch of edgy teens
-
Yeah I can see that being an issue with all the obsession changing that happens. No point keeping that downside imo but either way it will be trash tier

Imagine someone still wanna nerf DS, oh lord :d
If we buff it more to compensate I think it’s fair. DS in the endgame is kinda busted
-
@burt0r said:
But it should still deactivate in egc. Combine DS, bt and more than 2 survivor alive and killer without late late game perks could just go afk sometimes.
I can agree with that. There’s many situations where I’ll be in endgame and have DS so it’s just a free escape
-
@Wavy said:
Its way too weak right now. There are a lot of tunneler killers right now thanks to DS nerf. Especially DS cant do anything against top tier killers and stealth killers. If you DS a Nurse, Blight or Spirit they will just catch up to you and there is nothing you can do about it.
DS's Stun duration needs a buff I think. It should be increased to 6-7 seconds
Making the stun longer wouldn’t really do much tbh especially against the killers you mentioned but I agree it needs a slight buff
-
@GodDamn_Angela said:
It's not "too weak" its literally the same if you are being tunneled. Having 60 seconds of being able to freely do objectives was too much.
The problem was that this nerf kinda showed how little DS does against hard tunnelling especially if certain killers are being played.
Now that it’s a pure anti tunnelling perk making it better at that sounds reasonable to me
-
@Freddy96 said:
That survivors abused ds so much that everyone is tunneling now :)
Most killers tunnel either because the said survivor annoyed them or that it’s the best tactic from my experience
-
@NoOneKnowsNova said:
Needs multiple uses per game imo. Otherwise it's in a good spot.
That’s also a good change. Either one would work imo
-
Oni is somewhat rare especially since blight got his camera change and has become the basic Mobility killer most play
-
Most people who complain about gens are more so complaining about map size and how most killers don’t have the mobility to pressure gens
-
Yeah endgame perks definitely need more power considering they are active for so little time. I’d love to see no on left behind work after all gens are powered and wake up give kindred effect in endgame

Couldn't agree more than that.
I will probably eat the 5 min penalty that waste my time playing it...
5 minutes in the lobby is more enjoyable
-
I mostly enjoy solo but most of my enjoyment comes from watching my less than stellar team do stupid stuff
-
Hope it stays rare. The map is almost unplayable bad from a gameplay perspective
-
While I agree mostly prestige is meant to be hard to get. That’s kinda the whole point of the mechanic
-
I think they are done with him for now besides minor bug fixes. All I want is an alchemist ring nerf tbh
-

I agree with nurse being broken, but not SWF
Then your logic is flawed
-
Saying SwF is fine is like saying nurse is fine. Both a rare but both just win the game automatically
-
For solo queue BT and DS are a must have. I also feel forced to have one team info perk whether it be kindred or bond
Then I need WGLF for BP and you start to realise why build variety is so bad
-
Swamp needs it the most imo. Yes more than haddonfield because it’s painful to play for both sides
-
I’d say focus on making a small yet fun group of killers. Don’t bother making a ton of them if they all aren’t fun
-
Leon’s grunts are very recognisable and are quite loud

I'm going to predict that performance will continue to suck until Dead by Daylight dies.
It probably will until current gen is phased out honestly

I just want Jeff and Jane visual updates and clown bug fixes
-
Deathslinger
-
All they need to do is revert him but remove tuning guide and spark plug. He’ll be fine then

It isn't? There is zero reason to run the perk as it stands. If you wanted to keep people from taking protection hits alltogether you could just run star struck? Even as it is, you have to keep in mind that it requires a protection hit, something that is in itself uncommon in the majority of games. Making it stronger for the rare occasion that it happens shouldn't be an issue if it takes up a perk slot that could be used for pop/ruin/undying/bbq/tinkerer/etc.
Both perks are never used because they provide so little, work in special circumstances, and have requirements. Gearhead would still be a weak choice over the plethora of other detection perks that do what it does better; Thrilling tremors, surveillance, etc.
Ask anyone who plays in tournaments and they’ll tell you forced penance is quite good
-
As long as they fix clown I’m happy

I'm talking more about chases. If the camera snap did not happen, then traps triggering in a chase, barring those in a choke point (Like Trapper traps) would be wasted. Survivors would ignore them and keep running.
Just because you don't like it, does not mean it's outdated or needs nerfing.
But hag still gets the hit so I’m struggling to see how they are wasted
-

Fake statistic. Plus, I just said it's SUPPOSED to help her if a trap is triggered in a chase.
And that was also the answer to your question; it would cut her trap's effectiveness by half. Survivors would just trigger traps and keep running. This would remove their use via chasing Survivors towards traps, and even allow them to get further away before a Hag teleports.
So let’s say a survivor triggers a trap. Even if the camera doesn’t move hag can get the hit so long as she’s fast on the button. This camera snap has no effect other than to give newer hags more time to teleport and to ######### over survivors very occasionally.
Hag is already an S/A tier killer so a small nerf like this really wouldn’t change that
-

I disagree. The only people 'frustrated' are those claiming it 'gives a free hit'. IE: People unhappy they got hit by a Killer's power at all. That argument could be used for literally every power in the game.
And it was not only meant as a jumpscare. The interface screw is to help the hag in a chase. Remove it, and suddenly you get a 'boo' that does nothing; a waste of a triggered trap.
Her traps give her a free hit in 90% of circumstances when triggered. She doesn’t need it
Anyway you didn’t answer the question. How much worse would she be if it were removed?
-
With all the tunnelling and camping coming from this event the survivors are forced to gen rush. It’s a viscous cycle
-

Why is it outdated? What made it outdated? What does it better? What could it be replaced with?
And no, simply nerfing Hag by removing it does not count as replacing it. Saying it's 'outdated' means the game has out-grown its use. Not that it needs nerfing.
Hag is fine without it and all it does is frustrate people.
It’s outdated because the mechanic was intended as a “jump scare” but since DBD is barely a horror game anymore I’d say it’s safe to assume it’s not needed
Better question how much worse would Hag actually be if it was gone? Most hags have teleport bound to mouse wheel so will immediately hit you anyway
-
It’s definitely outdated imo but if you know where the trap is in chase it won’t effect you
-
This happens with low tier killers like clown and pig too. People get frustrated since they do bad so they just camp
-

This is a confirmed bug - I don't have an ETA on a fix for it I'm afraid.
That’s good to know. I just hope they fix it quickly

@Eynox said:
F's in the comments for clown. Is this a bug or a feature?
At this point I don’t think BHVR even know
-
Both were insanely rushed due to poor timing. New line cinema were being stingy with NOES license so the devs left. They then got approached to add leather face to the game and shortly after new line gave in and gave them NOES licenses
It was a disaster
-
Yeah even though I absolutely despise nurse and spirit I don’t DC against them
Only thing worthy of a DC is RPD
-
After the leather face/Freddy incident I think the devs prefer to space out the licensed chapters. Could be cool though
-
Guess I’m waiting even longer for clown to be playable :(

We'll be getting The Dingus. The Dingus doesn't do his intended job right, will start out underpowered, and get nerfed twice at the same time as receiving one buff.
His power is Let The Survivor Get Away.
Let The Survivor Get Away will do something that looks like it would hurt, but will be extremely easy to counter and let the Survivor escape so long as they don't do one particular thing, which is the only thing it can punish.
The Dingus will also have some needlessly convoluted resource management that puts constraints on his playstyle for the sake of "depth".
The Dingus comes with three perks:
Mildly Useful: This one is okay, but not that great. Your mileage will vary. In niche circumstances, it will be strong, so it'll get nerfed in the first patch after release.
Hex Perk: Useless: It will do something. You won't use it. Have fun getting adept.
Overpenalized: This perk COULD be good, but it comes with absurd penalties and cooldowns which render it completely useless to bring to a trial.
The Dingus is essentially a cross between two other Killers already on the roster, but with none of their benefits and all of their shortcomings. He will be disabled on launch due to performance issues. Payments are non-refundable.
Bhvr should hire you
-
Stealth and try to put objects in the way while running so if you get shot you can potentially break out

As someone who has successfully (and purposefully) stunned Nurses, and even won chases against her, I can guarantee you it wouldn't be, at least for me. If you have trouble going up against her, that's on you, and it saddens me that the most fun killer to be chased by is going to be nerfed because people refuse to learn how to play differently.
If you’re consistently countering nurses those aren’t good nurses you’re fighting.
Also she’s the most fun killer to be chased by for you not everyone enjoys having little to no I put in their chase
-

Oni doesn't (without his real power, he's just a basic M1 killer), and it's probably because they're easier to learn how to play against.
No it’s because they don’t just ignore what the survivor does completely. Fact is against nurse you could remove all the pallets from the map and the outcome would be the same.
