I have never been a FNAF super fan; in fact, quite the opposite. How ever I've recently been thinking back and appreciating the dirty sort of grime-centric theme of the first couple of games. Hopefully that's the feel they're going for and I expect it is because while we do have some super stand out colorful characters like trickster for example. I believe that in order to do the fnaf chapter true justice BHVr and co should def go with the darker edgier look from the first 3-4 games. I have my reservations for the killer more than likely being Springtrap as opposed to Freddy or even a conglomerate of the main 4 original animatronics (kind of like legion, wouldn't that be so cool?)… But alas beggars cannot be choosers. Here's to hoping BHVr does more than meet our expectations! Either way this SHOULD be really good for the game and it's future.

On a monster hunter hiatus rn but I've never been so passionate about a game. Sad as it is to admit… DBD is one of if not the only pvp game I'm exceptionally good at... Been playing more survivor with my lady recently so that's been nice. 2v8 is fun but 1v4 is better, qol changes are good even if they're more survivor sided. Whatever it takes to keep the player base around I say. Excited for all that is coming this year and I feel like it will spawn a dbd renaissance. That's what I hope anyway, here's to another year of horror fueled fun everyone!

Pinny was such a good release in the midst of such trash killers like twins, artist, and trickster. My one and only p10… Think I'll have to p100 him now. Been needing an excuse to buy the chatterer skin as well.
Something tells me he'll be back.

So it begins... The mid asf Freddy rework is potentially going to get nerfed because people can't see AOE effects lmao. I vehemently disagree. Pallets are easily avoidable and their explosion is delayed for a reason. IMHO I believe that his slow could use a buff and not a nerf. Freddy is still bad and once the newness of the rework is gone he'll be back to his normal pick rate. One thing we should all be agreeing on is the fact that he's at least interesting to face / play as now. Old Freddy was such a waste

It is a shame that it took more than just wanting to make a good game. I agree that without the incoming fnaf wave BHVr likley wouldn't have felt such urgency, potentially doing nothing at all.

Lobbies were 30+ minutes last time.
This means Legion shaved 10 minutes off the queue times alone. No other potential reason behind that at all.
Legion actually probably made the killer queues worse because everyone wants to play him and no one wants to play against him lol

I don't always DC but when I do it's because I queued up a survivor game and got the stupid cannibal. I really dislike TCM, possibly more than anything in this game. I'll smile ear to ear for a week straight like a psychopath if Bubba ever gets removed

Dumb un-inspired cringe ahh tv show. Would be better off with the walking dead and that show is overblown garbage as well. + the community is already getting sick of gimmicky fanfare chapters that are straying away from the original vibe of the game.

Can't find a game on 2v8 within 10 minutes. Can't find a game on 1v4 within 10 minutes. I've only played probably… ~4 games since the start of the event… But in the games I did play (as legion) I had a lot of fun… The herbs are sweet and so is the resident evil theme. The bots suck as predicted by everyone and they have done nothing to mitigate the queue times.

Compared to last iteration of 2v8 killers are stronger. Legion being added was probably meant to have this effect. Last 2v8 killers couldn't do much besides delay the inevitable unless the survivors sucked.

Legion is miserable AF to go against no matter what mode it is. Hit and run is the most boring playstyle and it’s what Legion specializes in. You may enjoy playing as Legion, and that’s fine, but also realize that a lot of players including myself find Legion one of the most boring and miserable killers to play against

I love how simply saying no one wants to play mending sim against legion made you decide that meant everyone just wants to sit on gens all match.
You know it is possible to actually like other aspects of this game like the chases, mind games, side missions etc while also not wanting to play against a killer you have to constantly mend against. If you’re a legion main just say that. It’s fine, but plenty of people can’t stand this killer for the reasons I listed. They’re boring, obnoxious and ruins this event imo.
Alright fine… I'm a Legion main. I'm sick of hearing the term "mending simulator." Mending MAYBE should've been sped up for 2v8 due to the high speed nature of the game mode. How ever my point was Legion should be a welcome addition due to the fact not many other killers that can pressure a lobby of 8 people quite like him, making 2v8 less of a survivor dominated game mode. It's not like he's getting insta downs or anything crazy so is it really that big of a deal that you have to take a break a few times per game NOT ONLY from gens but also chases, mind games, side missions etc; to mend for 12 seconds? There's better things to be upset about fr.

Legion is probably the best addition for killers on 2v8, having to pressure 8 survivors at the same time is near impossible. Hate to burst your bubble but… Welcome to the middle ground

Saw a survivor doing this the other night so I trolled around them trying to get them to come down for a hook save. It worked and I saw how they got up there. Did the same thing as them and got up there super easy. Downed them in the bugged spot and they dc'd immediately. Exploiting dork didn't like it when killer can exploit too lol. Laughed pretty hard after that one

I use it with friends til the end to get value out of both perk's obsession procs. I also use lethal pursuer for more aura reading value as well… The generator block is just a sweet little side for my attempt at an anti tunnel build.

I'm the same on the survivor skins, Jeff is the only one I'm actually excited to get. Which is crazy, because it's just a recolor.

Maiden of vanity? Yes. Sea goddess? Not so much. I kind of forgot that one exists and I'll admit it's not bad compared to some others but still not top 3 for me. I was thinking of Desperate Plea (Ram's horns)

That makes you a smarter shopper than me my friend because I spend money on killers I rarely even play.. But that's a discussion for another day lol. I actually have the axe from apex ursine but never got around to finishing that rift unfortunately. Anyway glad that the rift has graced you with a new option for huntress and a good one at that. -

That was kind of the point of this post. I know I have… interesting opinions on this game and I figured it would make for a good thread. For a while I genuinely thought Blight and Billy were 2 of the worst killers in the game - playing more of both recently and my opinion has changed drastically but that's just an example.

I'm going to contribute my own opinions to this as well if you don't mind.
1. The Plague skin is her 3rd actually decent skin she's ever gotten IMO
2. The Hag recolor could've been done better. The original version of the skin is much better IMO but I suppose it is nice to have options.
3. I also made the cenobite connection with the blight skin... Looks wise I'm not too upset with this skin and I like the muscle definition as well… My only ick is that god awful collar; unique as it is, something about it makes me use the skin less often.
4. Trapper skin is cool for the weapon and eye color alone everything else especially the back of the body is meh. Not fond of the original skin either so this one is middle of the road. I'll gladly stick to using hockey trapper.
5. Knight skin is also meh, death mask is super cool until you see the back. Sword is… strange to say the least. Everything else feels like it's just there to hold the skin together. There's nothing particularly interesting to note about the body besides the fact he's partially shirtless which I know the community goes insane for.
6. Legion skin is buns, the original is bad too.
7. I'm back and forth on the huntress skin. First of all gotta say that huntress has all the good skins IMO. Were-elk, Baba Yaga, Mordeo (I don't like mordeo but it is the best crypt tv skin imo) and so much more. This skin is also pretty sweet. I like the axe, the body aint bad, ;) and the headpiece is peak, cant get enough of it.
8. I couldn't care less about any of the survivor skins besides Jeff's. Jeff's is super good just because of the face paint eye color combo.
