I’m quite bummed I thought it was going to be a lot more then pumpkins on a gen and the plant things being locked behind the rift , and skins locked behind a paywall :( I really miss the old Halloween event with the vials I suppose things have to change sadly :(

The killer add on seems cool but it’s only usable during the event and I mainly play killer so there’s literally no reason to grind the event for me if there’s no free skins unfortunately.
Fingers crossed we can get something via the event itself with no paywall gives everyone something to play for aswell then the normal gen grind

I'm pretty excited for it. Even though I was present for Chinese New year event and so on, this will be the first Halloween Dbd event that I'll be playing, spot feels nice to be a part of this one while I heard the rift and event cosmetics are behind a paywall which sorta dampens the mood for me. I'm still excited for participating in this event
Nice :) I played the one before where you had to fill up vials to get the cosmetics that was fun :)

Yeah, sure there ARE PS5 games I can’t wait to play, but the naive hope of DBD running better in PS5’s boost mode is my main motivation for getting one.

This game is not going on my ps5 it will most probly brick the console, if I’m going to play it will be on the ps4 sadly :(

If you don't get my reference, a few patches ago console FPS was completely broken. The devs ignored an EXTREMELY popular thread about it for weeks until they finally acknowledged console issues.
Oh I didn’t kno this, I’ve just always known ps4 been abit broken but i can deal with it after the update today I was like what in the hell has happened XD

Well that’s good for you, sadly myself and others have been having major drops, the choppyness is a joke, it settles if you stand still and don’t move as soon as you move again it starts, I wish I had footage of what I Experienced XD never seen it that bad before

Since the update today the frame rate on the ps4 has unfortunately declined to a point the game is barley playable, I currently don’t have video footage I will try upload later if I play as the game is not really playable at the moment with how choppy everything is, console ps4 pro issues started after the update today

They cannot ignore this, it’s borderline unplayable, unless you stand still and don’t move, if they ignore this they will loose a portion of there player base it’s not the usual complaints about FPS, I don’t even have words for it lol

This cannot be Ignored and if it is it will cause ps4 players not to play as it’s unplayable, before the patch is was fine now it’s really bad, It’s not the usual complaints about FPS drops from sloppy or franckines, or from a wiff it’s just in general when your moving around the map, if you stand still it’s still noticeable but moving is when it is at the worst

I use a pro I have not had a issue before compared to today after the update usually it’s jsut the normal frames drop but it’s ok, since I downloaded the update at 4pm just wow Ahah wow is literally the best word for it

When I saw the all Claudette team, all of them with flashlights at the start, I knew this is going to be a fast match, however what I never anticipated is the match taking a little over an hour.
After a roughly 15 minute whack-a-mole around a single building, where I was chasing around 3 of them with little success, I decided to start recording.. Did not want to stream directly, so I can protect their identity, so the video you see below is my playing back onto twitch the recording I made :) no, I am not a pro streamer and I do not have any video editing software, so I decided this is the easiest.
Here is roughly what you are going to see:
- them finishing their first generator while I have already spent about 15 minutes playing whack-a-mole with 3 of them.
- the fourth person joining the "fun" and about ~15 more minutes of my trying to catch them.
- a few minutes of me trying to be creative, by faking a disconnect and eventually me fleeing to my cellar.
- at this point, I literally gave up and just wanted them to finish the gens so I can move on.. didn't happen, they came after me.
- We spend the next 10-15 minutes in my cellar, me trying to ignore them, while they were taunting me
- Eventually some trickery ensues and I manage to get some hooks and even sac one of them
- once they are down to 3, they do some more gens, but still not in a hurry to go anywhere
- I make it out of my cellar, giving up waiting, figuring that with only 3 of them left, I now have a better chance of chasing them down and saccing them and eventually I get there, but all in all it takes a little more than an hour for what should have been a 8-10 minute survivor victory
Warning:
- the following video might contain erratic killer gameplay, seal clubbing and extreme levels of toxicity. You can learn a lot about how to evade killers, but please.. do not - I repeat - DO NOT learn their style of how to act towards killers. That is highly toxic and an example of behavior that is or at least should be bannable.

I strongly believe that this sort of behavior is inexcusable and should never be tolerated. Especially not, when the other party can be held hostage.. I had the choice of waiting them out, trying to drive them away, or disconnecting, getting my penalty for doing so.
A report will be sent to the devs with names included, so they can take appropriate action.
I commend you for staying I. That match I would of either gone and stood in a corner facing opposite way of I would of dcd

Meanwhile the game runs worse and worse full of stutters and frame drops, bugs that heavily affect the game like downed survivors making no noise are still in the game, and hacking is rampant.
I've never seen such a greedy cash grab game.
This right here is why dc penalty’s should not be on the game.

Deciding between chase or gen control is perfectly fine, thats not refusing to do objectives. Both are the killers objectives, killing survivors and protecting gens.
If two blendettes are urban evasioning together over the map for like 15 minutes and do not even touch a gen this whole time, always hiding whenever they hear a heartbeat, thats clearly refusing to play the game and thus a bannable offense (had that kind of game a week ago, i was dead already and watched them the whole time). They are only doing this to get the killer to DC. Do we really have to argue if that is not ok? Just common sense and dignity tells you that such behaviour is and should not be tolerated.
when you hear the heart beat just run straight to the killer... no you hide common lol

I would like different colour variations but the problem is I’m not paying 15 pound a time to change the colour of the skin, it already annoys me that they re colour skins and put them in the rift...

I've been playing with a friend who started purely because crossplay introduced; I'm PC and he's on PS4, so far we've had majority PS4 players, and he's not had a single problem with the game (barring a ######### huntress getting carried by tunneling and NOED).
It’s weird I’m rarely getting ps4 players every game I am the only one

PlayStation & I’m in UK it’s 9:26am queues are instant they start to slow down around 4pm but there not bad only 1-2 mins of that
edit I play survivor havnt tried killer yet but will update when I do

Tbh at the beginning I was agasint playing with pc players I turnt it off after a few games but I have had it on ever since and I’m actualy having a more enjoyable experience playing with other plaforms then just ps4 players I play solo surviour, & tbh you can’t tell if there pc, switch,or Xbox because it’s just a globe you could get stomped and find out it’s a switch player lol, I do agree with some small things about pcs having a advantage over console but after playing this crossplay it’s hoenstly not that bad, I personally would like to have a symbol next to people’s names instead of just a globe to see what platforms I’m playing with

Yes that's true. And it's always the people that go down in 3 seconds during a chase that spend 5 minutes healing in a corner of the map.
We must play different games becuase in my games it’s always the “hoptic” gamers that die within 3 seconds while I’m still looping /chased with my self cate in my pocket ready to go lol

I play solo & im not relying on team mates to heal me when they just run off and want to go heal in a corner .... no heal me at this hook or il go heal myself and continue with my gen,
There is nothing wrong with self care and it’s funny because majority of ppl who talk bad about it will run “meta perks” and still die so how did your ds work & unbreakable work ? Ie. I use ds and unbreakable and I won’t get to use it so I used 2 perks slot on the off chance to save my life once .... when self care saves me you the potatoes who think they don’t need to heal them cry when they go down because there running around a one hit
there is a time and a place to use self care ie not when sloppy is up & when team mate is on struggle stage, besides that I will continue to use it and then you will thank me when I’m not running at the hook in a health state and we both escape :)

Yesterday I was was having a horrible time today been having the time of my life XD team mates are actualy doing gens, saves nice chases, normally solo queue is painful !

I just had a game where a friend went for a flashlight blind and it didn't work (she did NOT have Lightborn) and we both wondered whether it was because she had to be blinded with different timing/angles (from a pickup) or if she still had a glitch where she couldn't be blinded.
Not sure about that, but I’m having it were I can’t destroy her traps ? I can be looking at it with a flashlight it won’t show orange and just pops off instead of destroys, not sure if they have changed it in a while patch but it’s beeb a while

When I saw crossplay I said straight away I’m turning it off I’m not looking forward to playing against pc players but I’ve left it on and it’s surprisingly ok I have had 3 games and it’s ok so far
