none of the survivors have an issue with David... 😇
-
i havent even seen a killer break a wall tbh
-
The Deathslinger is already a mistake
-
The Outlaw is extremely unoriginal
-
I like tug-o'-war
-
*completely omits the hooks being sabotaged for a significantly reduced time *
-
if you're having trouble killing people that are too busy being toxic and sabotaging/running 2 feet away from you, the issue is not SWF, it's you. plus the No Mither, they're all m1-able.
-
Skillbilly is when The Hillbilly believes they are so skilled, that they spam the chainsaw rev in a chase because they are so sure that the survivors death is inevitable
-
thats almost as wide as hitboxes are...speaking of which, the hitbox stream is today. im up for a good laugh

I wouldn't say that, I can avoid the killer all game with a stealth build and still pip. Stealth is so underrated I'm this game I don't understand why everyone feels the need to play so aggressively
because eventually someone will be caught, and multiple minutes need to be stalled out. You can be stealthy all you want, but the killer eventually will find someone because they will be on the gen.
Don't get me wrong I love stealth too, but someones gotta run around like a chicken

pretty obvious to me they dont care about balance you escape or not . Just buy new cosmetics . How about i would escape if gates weren't next to each other? Hmm too hard question not community manager level
damn, that was a pretty aggressive response from the devs...

It is supposed to be one way to counter Kindred. If it is not, file a bug report. Kindred used to have a clause saying it overrode Killer stealth abilities. That clause is gone now.
bring back the clause. without it, it promotes toxic behaviour

in a perfect world, there would be nothing wrong with this. Except this world is not perfect and evil people would bring Ebony mori's and keys to every match with the influx of points instead of testing the actual content meant to be test by the PTB
-
i'll admit, it made me chuckle
-
combining his low chances of winning a chance with his power, and the obvious facecamp bubb, he's one of the hardest killers to pip with, especially if you want to go the chaotic evil route of staring people to death due to Chaser emblem
-
I dont hate new ruin at all, i hate how bad totem locations are
-
what an extremely interesting idea! sounds like a lot of fun, and a heart-racing experience.
The one issue would be if there was any way of holding the game hostage, then every survivor would be guaranteed to die
-
yeah there's no vocal spacing between sentences, its as if he was paid by the minute and they couldnt afford to have him be recorded for more than half an hour
-
Hopefully they take the hook treatment from Lery's and apply it to the older maps. Well balanced hook placements make for better games.
-
I dont see why not, its only going to help in edge case scenarios where Pig doesnt provide any kind of threat to survivors and they're taking traps off when the trap is not even activated.
-
ooh, i havent heard that one before
-
yeah, they sure are garbo. a lot of the recent killers have had pretty rough ultra-rare's. Even GF's arent too great
-
-
As a spoopy build ghostface player, i can say that sometimes I can be in chases and still not be revealed even when I can see that people are staring at me while running away
-
I personally believe there is just too much survivor momentum in the first 60 seconds of the match. If you don't choose the right gen, it'll pop before you find a single survivor.
It's hard to see when playing survivor, but extremely noticeable when playing high ranks as killer.
-
- Moonwalk
- devs now have to judge which killer gets what % speed bonus, which is a balance conundrum in and of itself
- Map size does not directly indicate a survivors ability to escape
-
I dont remember them saying 2-2 is a victory, I only remember them saying that it was their balance point. Balancing around 2 survivors dying, and 2 survivors living if the killer and survivors are of equal skill.
Maybe they meant it was a victory for them if that was the case?
-
Even if i agreed with you, that's not how the box - key mechanic work. Keys spawn when the match starts, there could be 4 keys in one box, or no keys in one box.
They'd have to redo the entire mechanic for that to happen, which, while i don't disagree, removes satisfaction for when you do choose correctly the first time.
its a catch 22, I'd hate for someone to get the trap off the first time as Pig, and i'd hate to choose a box knowing its guarantee to fail as survivor.
-
Delete it!
-
We do not miss the Tunnel Monster
-
I'm perfectly okay with this as a person that loves playing survivor
This is the most logical way of buffing the perk
-
yeah i saw no problem with your post, OP. people just need a reason to complain at someone apparently. It's sad, but its DBD, so 🤷♂️.
with the flashlight, maybe it could cost less to hold the flashlight when you're actually trying to stun a killer, while the initial click costs an extra x%. This is just to offset the cost if the player actually isn't toxic
the rest is just fine, less Pink add-ons for the toxic ones
-
Whispers and Self-Care.
-
If you aren't having fun, did you really win?
I can get a 4k as killer, but if it was the most grueling process ever, there isnt much satisfaction to gain. same goes for survivor.
-
because nothing says horror game like people yelling at you for any small thing that happens in the match, or worse, people who follow you just to blast annoying music or videos
-
No one said ranks were being removed
-
oh you know, its totally not like Basement bug guaranteed your death if the killer had any degree of skill whatsoever
I play killer, i have no clue what you're talking about with this bug. I have not seen a single person do that to me
-
Lery's had one of the highest kill rates when compared to all of the other maps, of course changes would be made to make it more fair towards the survivors.
The design goal is 2K.
Even then with the changes, I have yet to experience vault/pallet abuse in Lery's when i play as killer. The map isn't big enough for anyone to waste time with someone abusing an infinite, even if there was one.
All the older maps on the otherhand...please change it thoroughly.
I don't care if loops become less safe if they finally make hooks actually distant from each other.
-
Wait. Does it at least pause the exhaustion timer if they were already exhausted previously before getting on a gen?
-
killer mains harassing the OP when all they said was that they personally find it more annoying. they didnt say he was OP, they didnt say anything like that at all.
-
you tp'd out?
Nea would like to know your location.
-
as a man that plays mostly survivor, when i play killer and see OoO, I want to cry. I already know its because they're in a group, and that group wants to make my experience as annoying as possible.
-
They were camping with Ruin anyways...next.
-
He got buffed, tho. I appreciate the changes made, and enjoy the fact that it feels less BS as survivor
-
I personally find it hard to consider it Taking the Game Hostage as it was the SURVIVOR'S CHOICE, to do 4 gens in other areas. The KILLER does NOT CHOOSE what gens get completed so if they let themselves get 3 gen stratted that's their choice.
On that note, it still sucks and to the survivors it does feel that way, but at the end of the day they did it to themselves. Thats why Deja Vu got reworked, if you 3 gen strat yourself too often, you need to look into the perk to see how 3 gens strats can develop
-
dont mind it, think the perk is utterly useless right now past rank 16
-
im already waiting 5 minutes for a survivor match, dont feel like waiting 10 cause of multiple game modes
-
learning new killers wont be fun? You're assuming Ruin would even pop up in the killer web for a person playing new killers in the first place. I can barely find 2 of the perks i like within 50 levels.

That's the thing though. It isn't punishing the survivors for "playing well". At the start of the game survivors haven't even had a chance to "play well" before a couple gens are done. At the start of a game if each survivor hops on a generator there is only a 25% chance that any individual survivor is found. That means there is a 75% that any given survivor can merrily work on gens risk free since there is only one killer. That isn't skill friend.
you do know 75% of the time most survivors spawn right next to each other, right? I have Bond, I would know.
That means everyone and I have to run all the way across the map to be on different gens so that there would only be a "25% chance of finding any given survivor"
