Im guessing its a quick look at who the community voted survivor will be.
I thought that at first until they kinda implied it may not be related to the Grimiore
-
Inscryption kinda has a bit of a horror element if you like genre bending card games
-
I main Felix in his R6S outfit just because I thought it was cool although I'm not much of a fan of Siege
-
I've been bouncing between DBD, Nightreign and a couple other games like Balatro and Killing Floor 3 to stop a burnout
-
I spent the last of mine on the reindeer onesie outfit for Elodie
-
If it doesn't come back in the future that will be sad for new players but I'm sure it will
-
I know very little of Divinity but that trailer was gruesome so yeah, more of that please
-
Trapper is so simple to use that's why he's my favourite.
He's weak sure, but every now and again, a couple a decent traps can turn a match around
-
I hope OP means using the Xenos tunnels 😅
-
I always assumed there was some kind of range or cap to how many lockers are shown but knowing the game, it's more than likely a bug
-
I cannot remember hearing it when closed (not that I don't believe you) but it doesn't make a sound now unless it's open

Well, it is supposed to be a fun mode that should not be taken like a comp match.
Besides, the community task specified to throw snowballs at eachother. On another note, it is so fun when you get the entire lobby with you on the shenanigans, and you end up as 5 snowmen running around in the end

Also, side-note:
If you exit through the gate as a snowman, you will be sliding along in this pose:https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/V23RNXKKN5UC/20251210191301-1.jpg
I love the knee slide. Made me chuckle when I first saw it

Let's have a bit of Quelagg
-
The characters probably matter more as a beginner as you wouldn't have unlocked many perks yet, so it's up to you to weigh up what survivor is best based on what perks pick your fancy until you can prestige characters and start playing with builds. Killers are best chosen over their powers first, perks second
-
I think it's likely a placeholder
-
I like this idea as it doesn't change his identity
-
I can only assume you mean a vault and even so, I have no idea how I feel about this

I've been running deception a lot recently and its saved me from said lockers from a few times amusingly LOL
I hate them too I've died so many times to them
I never even thought about using Deception to counter this. Thanks, I may start using it

Kinda like trying a healing build or challenge etc. Seem to always get a Plague or Legion every attempt. 🤣
Yessss! I'm not sure if the devs have some secret evil matchmaking setting that nobody knows about, we are really unlucky, or our opponents are psychic
-
Unfortunately it's just sods law that if you run No Mither, you'll be paired against an Oni.
-
One of my biggest frustrations. I wouldn't mind too much if you actually had the camera pointed at a locker but it still seems to prioritise them when you aren't even looking at them
-
Even to make it smaller and less obtrusive would be good.
-
I agree his power is tricky to use and failed hits are very punishing but in skilled player hands he's actually pretty decent. It definitely seems tricky to buff some killers like him without making them too strong.
I think I would make it so that when hallucinations are being dispelled, you are given a notification so that if currently in chase it's still risky for a teammate to take that opportunity - I would disable this when 2 or less survivors are standing though.
Weakened should get a Plague kinda treatment where other survivors are affected by it when doing healing or gens that a weakened player is on.
-
Otzdarva is undoubtedly the most influential or DBD streamers and there are plenty of others that players aspire to play like or agree with.
-
Cosmetics are so expensive too so it's not even like 1k shards even gets you much.
-
The Demogorgon does have a charred kinda skin though, right? Pretty sure I have it
-
I do agree. Every time they make a change recently it's been far too heavy handed

We already have it in game - it's called mouse movemnt, you either look up or down.
I thought about that too but in the scenario of 'bully squads' with multiple flashlights, looking up or down will only get you so far before being blinded again in quick succession.
-
Dustin would be great but they don't put kids in the game so won't happen
-
I made a suggestion before about how chain blinding shouldn't be a thing - after a successful blind killers, by default, should get a mini Lightborn effect that lasts a number of seconds to prevent this kind of thing.
-
Yes, on PS5 it has now been changed to the touch pad as opposed to the options button and it's so much more distracting the way it reads on screen. I haven't personally looked to see if it can be rebinded though
-
Been playing since 2017 and I feel the same but less so for myself and more so for all of my friends that I have introduced to the game throughout those years, very few have been interested in sticking around for various reasons and Behaviour has done very little to incentivize new players to learn the game efficiently or give them a fighting chance to even 'play' the game as often they'll be sacrificed or tagged at a gate before they've even got their bearings.
Everyone knows this latest pallet update is so abysmal, it can only lower the player count.
-
The Psychic
-
Yep, sounds can be messy. I somehow made it to powered exit gates before being killed by a Spirit without being able to hear her
-
Probably isn't exclusive to the Xenomorph as I was playing survivor against Spirit and had muffled to no audio on certain things like screams etc
-
Giving survivors a perk to break a breakable wall or even rebuild one would be good but not mixed together with item recharge
-
Berry? Is this Barry?
-
I'm curious about this too
-
Most perks have some form of synergy with other perks so yeah, if you want to try multiple builds then more is better
-
Pyramid head is fun fun his simplicity and getting hits with his power is satisfying but Dracula is a bit more complicated yet ridiculously powerful. I thought giving Wesker 3 dashes was OP but Dracs wolf form getting 3 pounces may give him the edge
-
I got the cage survivors trophy so I'm happy
-
My friend makes up names for them. The one that sticks in my head is when they call Legion 'Wub Wub' because of the chase/terror radius
-
Blight has incredible mobility and in the right hands very good at shutting down loops where as Ghostface has to rely on stealth with little mobility
-
I've had this plenty too - very frustrating. On the flip side I've also had as survivor being vaccumed into a trap that had no disarm option
-
Is the next one licensed? I'd still like to see The Predator, The Thing, Candyman and Jason but I don't think it'll be any of those yet. I do think the popularity of Terrifier has probably made Behaviour consider adding Art at some point
-
I don't think they hide auras now which makes them relatively useless in 2v8 due to the massive amounts of aura reveal
-

I play on PC and have had pretty good luck with 2v8 survivor teams so far by avoiding lobbies with too many console players and also checking people’s play time if they are PC on Steam. Sometimes you gotta take matchmaking into your own hands 😉
A bad player is a bad player, regardless of platform. At least the console players are a hell of a lot less likely to be hacking.
As one of these console veteran survivors, I do a lot better than most other players in my matches 90% of the time.
-
I agree that the inconstancy is probably the most frustrating thing.
Playing against a killer with a high ping feels like it's almost always a lose lose situation on a lot of pallets or small loops.
-

Yep and get this…YOU get a penalty for THEIR servers crashing. lol
Thankfully I haven't had any penalties for it yet but if I do, it certainly would put me off it trying to take part again.
-
Very much a mixed bag, sometimes I'll be after blood, other times I just want to do a quest or something and that's it
