I mean, they have. Three that I can think of so far. Naughty Bear (Trapper), Ultimate Houndmaster (granted that's only the Dog appearance changed, so you might not count that one) and True Form Dracula (Premium Rift, also has a Deep Rift variant though the Mori is the same on both)
Oh thought of a 4th. Were-Elk (Huntress)Yeah, but I mean it in the sense that they haven't expanded it further in which moris aren't locked to cosmetics but interchangeable.
Obviously those visceral (or whatever they called them) moris can only be used on those specific cosmetics because of the animations fitting with model. If we could have more of a variation on mori animations it wouldn't be as boring seeing the same ones over and over again especially older rubbish ones like Trapper and Wraith.
Knowing Behaviour they'd probably keep them available to purchase for auric cells only.

Cause most survivor add on and item is total trash or they sick of Franklin's Demise like I am. Hence I run flashbang and selfcare so I can always have a heal/blind.
I agree, brown toolboxes, green maps, broken keys add ons like instructions are just bloat
-
Makes sense to me
-
Have you checked all.of your other survivors to see if they have it available or levelled up a character enough to see if Bond has appeared in their bloodwebs despite it saying it's not unlocked? Could be worth checking.
I don't have any other input though I'm afraid
-
I've seen arguments on here stating that hooks aren't worth it because of a lot of survivor perks that activate or benefit them too much so by that logic I can only assume that they wish for more anti slugging unbreakable style perks π€·ββοΈ
-
I think so as someone I know didn't buy it on release and still got the shirts.

You guys have a hoarding problem if you have 4 million of something π

Pennywise was never in the works, bhvr tried way back in 2017-18 to contact Stephen King to get IT into DBD, he turned them down however, same way how after the last attempts at doing video game adaptations of his work between 1985 to 1994, he has turned down further attempts at video game adaptations of his work from any and all.
That's such a shame, I really hope he decides to reconsider and come to release that video games are just as good, if not better, than a lot of other media for storytelling and character development.
-
I've just been playing Stellar Blade and Astrobot recently but I don't think that has had any influences on the way I play DBD. I did buy Phasmophobia yet I haven't tried it - perhaps this weekend

Only thing worse then being slugged for a final mori is when it happens against a Trapper or Wraith π
Indeed. I'm still genuinely surprised they haven't made customisable moris a thing as it's another thing they can sell
-
Absolutely, we need more of the horror icons.

lol the way these two are pretty much opposites
Love them both π₯°
We love all doggos and puppers here. They are all good boys and girls π

There are a couple of things I don't like about lockers - how much noise they make when entering or exiting them slowly, I believe they should be silent if you aren't performing a rushed action as the animation is very slow anyway. The other is the injured noises are far too loud (so much so that they can often be heard above the basement if there is an injured survivor in one) but there are a lot of sound issues with the game these days from my understanding
-
I enjoy it about the same. Killer is the most fun in 2v8 with a friend but the long waits aren't always worth it. It is nice knowing there is almost always something to do in 2v8 though
-
@HeroLives There is just something so satisfying about watching someone getting Blast Mined.
I haven't seen anyone get a locker stun on 2v8 but I cannot say I've tried myself- I don't think Head On exists in this mode as there is no description of it or perk icon to show It's ready but who knows, with DBD code perhaps you somehow did stun them
-
As killer I do like it quite simple with Brutal Strength, Nowhere to Hide, Oppression and Overcharge

right now Iβm running lightweight, lightfooted, finesse , and lithe. Itβs very nice π
I use the same build quite often if I'm not running Blast Mine, Red Herring, Head On and Inner Strength.
-
It's not much of a reward but extra stuff is extra stuff
-
A simple decent idea if the search function isn't helping as well as hoped
-
Most of the time I've seen it used inefficiently as they'll save straight after using the perk basically making it pointless
-
I've had it once - died on 1st hook even after hitting every second state skillcheck with almost everyone else still alive. Very sad indeed
-
My cute and cuddly little pupper
-
Rotten Fields or whatever one it is now where there can be a lot of nothing to use middle of map
-
While I don't disagree with this at all, there are still a couple of good qualities - the first being 175% increased mutation when destroying zombies which nearly gets you out of tier 1 straight away if zombies spawn close and your teammates cab also see the auras of zombies so they can use them to track survivors when their arms are raised.
-
At least this is on the more interesting side of bugs
-
Bugging out the tutorial Trapper on DBD mobile I believe

I'm super late to this, but are you able to move and aim a flashlight at the same time with that setup? I wanted to bind something to the D-pad so I could have crouch on something more accessible (I have it on R3 right now) but that's my one concern with setting items to something inconvenient.
I use a Dualsense Edge controller with a paddle that works as my d pad binding so I don't actually have a problem but yeah, I think without it's a bit awkward using flashlights
-
I would have liked to seen RPDs library upper part opened up again for 2v8 since travelling to hooks isn't an issue
-
If you mean complete dead zones with no defences taking up a portion of the map, I agree but if you mean the map boundaries then there's not much that can be done as it's gotta end somewhere

its just a bunch of trolls who too chicken to say something and using it maliciously so they gonna abuse this button even though you said a simple and thought out idea until its HOPEFULLY gone. Overall not a bad perk idea at all.
Yeah, it's normally the case. I don't mind if it's for a little laugh on a silly post, but I really did post my idea taking into consideration both sides of the player base so it can be a little disheartening when down voted before anyone even said anything. Thankfully I've had some excellent feedback now so I'm no longer bothered π and thank you too

Good idea, but killer might figure it out pretty quickly especially after hearing the boon light up.
It's true and for this reason I'd suggest a larger range than existing Boon perks although players with good totem spawn knowledge may still find it easily as is the nature of totem perks. If the noises are enough to distract your opponent so they waste valuable time hunting your totem then there's value in it
-
As survivor, killer or both?
-
Is this a bug or intentional?
-
Because Trapper is still my favourite killer for his simplicity and although I'm not very good as killer, he can achieve a nice 4k from pure luck
-
I've been playing since 2017 as it was on a free to play period via xbox and although I had no idea what was going on, I was instantly fascinated. I ended up switching to playstation so in total I don't really know how many hours I have.
My highest prestige is only like 43 or something though as it's not something I thought about doing until recently
-
Quite a strong killer in my opinion but also I can see how tough it could be against strong teams that know how to handle his powers.
I haven't tried him since his buffs
-
I too think there are a lot of bugs in 2v8 that are quite hard to point out because of all the different classes in play as well as some different mechanics from 1v4
-
When bots were on you'd be extremely lucky to find one because they'd take them for absolutely no reason. Some players still do that too but probably because they don't actually know what they do still
-
I do use props, unsporting and exploits all within reason.

It's an interesting idea, but I feel like the perk would be completely redundant once killer players learn how to tell it's just the boon. There's the universal "thunder" noise that plays once a boon is lit, and if the killer hears that, then hears the noise notifications, then the boon noise, unless they can't put two and two together that's pretty much a perk slot wasted. You wouldn't even have to snuff the boon. One niche use I could think of is failing a skill check against freddy in the boon area? Overall though, It's a creative concept and I commend you for posting your idea.
I agree it certainly wouldn't be the in the realms of being a strong perk but as you say, in certain situations like Freddy, impossible skill check Doc and Coulrophobia it could be used to throw off the killer as well as in chase it may lead to making it seem fast vaults have occurred when line of sight is lost if scratch marks aren't easy to track.
Also, I have thought about a similar Hex perk idea (probably too weak though) as a flip side to this boon idea - a hex that copies the Doctors illusion ability but obviously for any killer. It would be amazing if the illusions looked like they were moving around the map to make them believable but I don't know how possible it would be technically

They were called generic cosmetics. There was a wedding collection, a AOT collection, a cardboard dino collection, catfΓ© collection. Only like 5 or so
Thanks for the additional info π I'd love for some AoT stuff to come back to DBD
-
Perhaps stream via Twitch or something and do the whole putting ttv thing in your name in the hopes that they join your stream so you can communicate?
I'm sure there is a much easier way but I'm not sure how you go about finding their steam I'd or whatever without being pc yourself
-
If it makes you happy, I am in favour of a bucket
-
It'd be fine if there had to be a reason for down voting but unfortunately some people just down vote to be trolls
-
According to Paulie Esther's video on mobile dbd cosmetics making their way into DBD there was cosmetics that could fit any survivor
-
Why downvote without any constructive criticism?

That's not a terrible start to something we've seen little of so far. Diversion and Red Herring, as far as I'm aware, are the only perks so far to sort of throw a distraction/bait out there for the Killer.
Thank you. It would be mice to have more of these niche perks since the main complaints are usually about gen or healing speeds.

It was second wind from Steve
Quite likely granted to you from the period when they lost the Stranger Things licence and all the associated perks became general perks for a while meaning they could show up in bloodwebs because they were no longer associated with particular characters
