- Oh thats much better I can work with that.
- 1. Okay? So the one side gets less hits after a vault but the other while vaulting. Same with pallet stuns cause it is correct now. So each side gets exactly nothing out of it. (Remember yeah there are bs hits when you are already vaulted but there are many robbed hits where the Killer can hear the Survivor scream and even blood is on their screen while the Survivor runs away.)
- 2. Blight: Longer Cd after breaking a pallet or hitting you?
Kaneki: I kinda agree on the hits through the wall but his Autohit is kinda a legion on steroids. I would prefer to nerf his ability to hit you instant while landing beside you.
Nurse: Seems fair but won´t happen.
- 3. Well these are maps you think are good. But many will disagree with you. I don´t like Azarovs at all as an example and I really like Indoor maps.
-
- Do you buy BHVR more servers? Since ping hits is nothing you can nerf or buff.
- Instead of just repeating it like a prayer tell us what should be done to these Killers what would you change
- What is a good map in your opinion? I like Hawkins is that a good map?
The game gets reverted so nothing changes at all. Game is the same as it was before.
Please guys if you want changes atleast say something where you can discuss about. It gets annoying,

I understand where you're coming from now. But there's a list of perks like that for both sides. BHVR isn't really picking one side or another imo. They're good with chopping any and everything up.
But again, Ill do the same. Compare OG dead hard to its current version.
I get your point, and even agree. But every one just wants everything to get nerfed and feel bad. Why? Who wants a game where everything just gets destroyed and tossed? Why does BHVR do this? Why do we do this? Okay, end rant. Thank you.
The problem is that many perks are fun for one side and horrible for others.
Just imagine you get back old DH and Adrenalin because it is fun.
But Killer gets old pain res and eruption back.
Both sides claim that nowaday it is impossible to win games without these perks and let me tell you what neither side reached 100% losing rate.
It is not about breaking other peoples toys. It is about discussing about perks which are problematic. (What BHVR does to these perks is their fault not the opposite side) Best example take Fog Vials.
An unlimited Item which gave a strong effect and butcherd franklins demise but that doesn´t matter. Many players Survivors and Killers said yeah give it tokens and it is good. BHVR nuked the complete item.
We are saying nerf vigil. Don´t let it stack or fix the numbers, not make it useless.
-
The big Problem with Vigil is that it only hurts the weaker Killers which need Status effects to keep up.
Want examples? Here I go~
Vigil vs Nurse, Blight, Krasue, Ghoul. Well you get your exhaustion perk back faster. Will it stop them from beeing in your neck after a few seconds? Nope~
Vigil vs Trapper, Wraith, Pig, Legion, Ghostface Freddy, and so on. You get your exhaustion perk back faster. Will it stop them from beeing in your neck after a few seconds? Oh hell yeah~
Most status effects proc on M1 Killers (God thanks that they fixed this on Nurse) You negate Killers like Clown half of his power, Ghostface expose cut in time. Friends till the End can even end before the Aura stops showing XD.
Vigil is like the old time DBD when you brought a flashlight against hag. Was the Flashlight op at all? Nope. But vs Hag it was kinda free win. Vigil is the same only against the weaker Killers and compared to an Item the Killer can´t see it.
To the thing with Lightborn. Imagine Lightborn would not reveal itself. How many Survivors would go nuts if they see the flashlight beam blinding the Killer but nothing happens. Screams all over discord that someone has no timing and all.

This went from a patch to help Survivors to an immediate flip to helping Killers
So… what can Killers do now that they couldn´´t before the change?
It gets reverted so the game is basically the same. The only things which stayed are the once we begged BHVR for a long time,
Seeing the Anti Face Camp Bar and more pallets on Maps like Haddon Field.
-
To be honest I never understood the worrys about the visible hook states.
Do people really think that a tunneling Killer which goes all game long for the Dwight sees him getting unhooked, already hit and while they stay in front of him and the saver be like…
"Urgh damn… who did I chase all the time? The one which got unhooked and is hurt or the completly other survivor i didnt chase all game" "Better I take a look at my cheat tally marks." "AH RIGHT the one i chased to death hook is the one ich need to chase to tunnel him out"
Do you really thing this?
-
Funny how this goes both ways~
- Now survivors can see the states of anticamp, without needing to let the gen go. Obviously nothing seriously negative, but perhaps a distracted survivor could have gotten confused and ran to the hook.
- "Franklins Demise" nerfed because they couldn´t figure out how it should work with infinite fog vial
- Myers addons nerfed
- increase of pallets in some maps
I hope they don't do any more PTB tests, I'm scared of what might happen... At this point, and I say this without irony, wouldn't it have been better to leave everything as it was before?
(You realize that reverting means exactly this right?)
Aren´t people already bored of these obvious us vs them posts?

it would definitely help, because of this: when there is no Aura Perks/Items or Addons, it's easy to tell.
Sure Killers have ''Killer Instinct'' and we all know how it works.., so Killer Instinct is fine to stay.., Aura Readings is a big NO GO in any Game. It's like giving out ''Free Wallhacks'' nothing more nothing less. A Game should not base on ''Wallhacking'' it's just not the right thing to do, because then everyone can point towards their Perks and Gaslight others with it. But maybe (I) am alone in this kind of regard. So we remove the red stain from Killers aswell?
Cause it is like a big sing yelling the Killer is facing this way behind the wall.

Griefing is at least bannable if proved.
Wouldn't really help me with the fact I am dead because of someone else mistake…
Also good luck proving it was intencional and not just survivor didn't know how it works.https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/4031312#Comment_4031312
It might be fine overall with your conditions, if it simply couldn't deactive before normal 10/15 seconds limit. But if one of those conditions mentioned was true after it, you lose the effect sooner. That might work…
Worst case scenario for survivors would be it works same as before.MOM! Someone on the Internet said my ideas could work XD

Hackers don't use the in-game aura reading effect, but a software that tells the position of your character model in map - with many other things like totems, other survivors and even chests. Hackers wouldn't be caught in this never ever because they never use aura perks, just the tools of their cheating programs.
So it won´t make a difference to remove aura perks?
Thats my point by the way.

The Killer leaves your Terror Radius or a certain distance to avoid undetectable things
Not sure how that would work, where you have high mobility killers who basically don't need to be anywhere near hook and get there in few seconds.
You run in a certain distance to another Survivor for to long
That would be nice for griefers… I would be very annoyed if someone on purpose, or just didn't know, run same way from the killer just for me to lose endurance.
Unless I would lose only elusive, that's not that bad then. The Killer leaves your Terror Radius or a certain distance to avoid undetectable things
I brought this point up because if the Killer leaves your terror Radius after you have been unhooked you aren´t tunneld right?
Yeah I see the problem if the Killer is lingering far away with his dashes. So maybe give a base time to elusive which stops ticking down while you are in the Terrorradius of the Killer.

some killers can just eat the endurance right away. 60 seconds endurance can’t save you from springtrap, huntress, ghoul, blight, nurse and some others. The only thing that could prevent them from tunneling you is no collision not endurance.
you could also of got hooked in a deadzone where there is no pallets or windows within 10 seconds. So in your opinion it wouldn´t help when Survivors came healed from hook. Since the Killer can still hit you twice? (No difference between Enduring hit and from full health to injured I guess only you don´t need to mend.
Well but if you are in a dead Zone it is most likely not the first chase in the game. Except you dropped all pallets in this dead zone and still ran into it again.

I dont get it either. I want to note I am a Killer main in this topic so my opinion maybe different.
I dont see Tunneling a Issue as people say it is. Not every match i had that tunneling works. Its so easily countered if you play Ur cards right.
I find tunneling the best way to learn looping as Survivor. I can see why its annoying but it maybe just be a skill issue on survivors not knowing how to play. Which is a lack of a good tutorial to help Survivors learn.
Plus with Killer: there is nothing that makes you not need to tunnel in most matches. Gens go by so fast it makes most Killers impossible to play without tunneling. Extreme hiding is still a issue like I would only find one survivor the entire match and im still fagged for tunneling when I couldn't find anyone else.
I made myself a rule to tunnel once per game unless it's a bot. I slug only if I need to as a strategy unless its a Sabotaging Squad which its impossible to counter without Slugging depending on the Killer im playing and map.
Tunneling is never toxic or personal on my part its just how the game goes sometimes.
Theres two ways they can solve tunneling.
1: Better Tutorial for all players to help them learn how to counter tunneling to make it not as useful for Killers:
2: solve the Reasons why Killers Tunnel so Much so it gives less reasons to tunnel every match so its not as often to encounter for survivors:
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/4031257#Comment_4031257
I really want only one thing to know from all the people who say they give up immediatly.
I want to hear what they need to have the feeling that tunneling is not a problem anymore? I am even open for hot takes like:
- Survivors should get fully healed when unhooked
- Survivors are untouchable till someone else is hooked
- A force field which doesnt allow the Killer to go close to the survivor
I just want an opinion more than yeah "nothing I can do"
Because right now (and I hate to say this) It feels like some people here want to be completly immortal without asking for this.
-
How do I describe this problem…
Look if you go for an "optimal normal" Killer without power. A simple M1 Killer with 115%Ms and balance around him. Every other Killer who has an ability is just by design stronger.
So you want to balance all abilitys around this "optimal" Killer where the game is based around. But how?
A Nurse will always be stronger than a Trapper. I could bet even if you remove her ability to break pallets, vault windows and let her move at 10%MS she would still be to strong. So what do we do? Reduce her to one blink? I think this is still stronger. So remove her ability? Than we need to buff her to 115% and give her the ability back to break pallets and vault and suprise we are back at our normal "optimal" Killer.
-
So all other Killers are just a Skin for trapper?
-
Just bring it to the game but give it following conditions.
You can´t be attacked for the Killer as long as the Status Effect is up.
The Status Effect ends when following occurs:
- Doing anything else than running, crouching, walking, pallet dropping or vaulting (because if you can do something else the Killer isn´t tunneling you.
- The Killer leaves your Terror Radius or a certain distance to avoid undetectable things…
- You run in a certain distance to another Survivor for to long.
Someone unhappy with this?
-
The funny part is I think most of these "Tips and Tricks" aren´t even known by the developers.
So it is questionable if its intended at all XD
-
Hello everyone,
Thanks for so many answers. I must say I am kinda amused. While some people really explained what they do in game or on a personal level I find it funny that the most upvotes just went to the "I give up, there is nothing I can do" fraction.
How can it bethat some of you try to make the best out of it and get shamed (down voted) for improving or helping to improve others while others just drop dead?
Why does it feel more and more like some people on this forum really think that as soon you get unhooked you just stand there afk? How do you want to play? AFK Skill Check Simulator on Gens or do you want to show the Killer who is the boss and try your best? Why do you even start when you say "You get tunneld everymatch and I don´t want to play."
How is it possible that this is so tolerated?
-
Oh I love such arguments and I am know that I get downvoted for showing the double standards.
If the desired KR is 60% and some Killers have more than that and others have less than that it means we are kinda at the sweet spot for BHVR.
The Problem is this 60% KR considers Slugging, Camping and Tunneling as normal part of the game. Many Survivors claim that these cheap tactics is hand holding Killers. So when they get removed the KR will drop drasticly, because now the easy wins fall away.
So we buff Killers in a way how they can shorten chases to start them with different Survivors? More Killers like Ghoul and Krasue? Which are pretty unfair for Survivors but have fast chases.
I said it in many posts. This game is developing a way which will be more hated than tunneling and slugging. Because If you think about it and be honest with yourself. If Krasue or Wraith must be played for 12 hooks no tunneling and no slugging, than we know which Killer could archive the 60% KR and that is not by Skill but to get easier hits.
-
To be honest… The Anti FACE camp feature won´t work most of the time because Survivors standing near by.
How often I was hanging on hook on 95% while my whole team decides to crouch around me and let me die instead of letting me unhook myself.
I think the New HUD should help with this problem.
-
Just let DS work on both unhooks…
Showing the Killer if he tries to tunnel you on the first hook that he will waste a lot of time going all the time for you. Not tunneling Killers wont be affected by this.
And could we all agree to remove the Skill check on DS? It is kinda outdated and hurts new players more than Veterans. It feels like "Hey you got Anti Tunnel and you get tunneld… but… are you skilled enough to get anti tunnel? It is kinda dumb…

yeah, exactly this! this needs to go, because of such things like this they'll ''exploit'' / ''cheat'' it, they need to change many things in the Game, and sorry not all players are competitive players, i stand up for the most ''Casual Players''.
Yeah but you need to remove everything for your plan to work.
If cheaters are your concern as you claim than it is not enough to remove aura perks.
You need to remove items because you will never know if they really got that amount of charges in it.
You need to remove Killer powers or do you count every evil incarnate by myers to see if it is slightly longer?
You need to remove gens speeds on toolboxes and perks or cheaters could make them faster.
As you see you won´t stop cheaters if aura perks get removed.
Thats the reason why my attempt is better. If you get a notification that the killer sees you you can look out for an arua perk. If there is none and the killer goes straight into your corner of the map yeah you can start to get suspicious.
-
Yeah and after removing all aura perks, remove all haste perks so that you can´t subtle cheat speed in the game.
After that we will take out gen regression and endurance perks because cheaters could change the numbers to them.
Then we remove haste so that we know that no one has faster recovery.
You see where this is going?
You can´t remove things out of the games to "find" cheaters or you need to remove everything.

yeah, that's my point there, if you remove all Aura Reading Perks + Addons = you will exactly know if someone cheated.., I had right now a Match against a Ghoul Cheater; He used; Lethal Persuer, Friends 'Til The End, Dead Man's Switch and Lightborn, he just had one addon equipped; Broken Chain, he jumped at me and i got 50% slow, from where the hell do these 50% come from!?he didn't have had anything equipped which could do that and 50% slow? ######### is way to much! (I) say remove all Aura Perks + Addons, so you'll know when someone is cheating!
@Asuri said:
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/4030975#Comment_4030975
and no this would not work, because ''Cheats'' are not programmed into the Game, if they were sure i'll agree with you, but just then.
This what you suggest does not even work on Cheats.I will tell you this again. If you say my plan doesn´t work yours won´t either.
If all Aura reading perks got removed you won´t know if the killer found you by "crows, noises, just luck" or by cheats.
It´s the same thing bhvr didn´t understand with the cap on Bloodpoints to stop cheaters to give them self unlimited BPs. But I tell you what cheaters won´t spend their time in the Bloodweb.
-
We have such a system in 2v8 and it kinda works if people would look out for it.
But removing all aura perks won´t solve the problem either. You can still cheat them in.
-
Just make it that you can see that your aura is revealed. Why? Easy if you remove all Aura reading hackers can still see your aura. But if the game tells you your aura is red permanently you are playing vs a cheater.
-
Hey another Us vs them~
Not only Killer "mains" spoke themself out against this but survivor mains aswell. The first atempt was much better only needed some tweaking at the hook numbers.
By the way since we go back to ground 0 nothing has changed at all. Survivor didn´t get harder at all its just as bad as it has been before~
-
Hey another us vs them!
-
Just look at Stuff they changed in the last time for no reason at all.
Fog Vials: Hey new Item to help stealth players or get a head start. "What? The community don´t want a recharge timer but tokens? Well better destroy the complete item."
AFK Crows: Hey AFK crows should be more aggressive so that no on can hide and rat out others. "What?" The cimmunity don´t want them to spawn when they are actually playing the game and want them to be less aggressive? Better remove crows kinda out of the game"
Tombstone Myers: Hey tombstone Myers is way to strong. "What does the community say? Just make it that he can use it on death hook or if he completly stalked you so he fits more with his lore? Well better rework the whole Killer into Dashkiller which fits him not at all."
Not every critique means to completly remove things. Just work them out better. From time to time it can be good to listen to you community.
-
Oh I know I will get downvoted for this into oblivion but I must say it.
BHVR and the community need to get their stuff together.
Time after time some changes will be tried by bhvr or demanded by the community. But as soon as something is done a shitstorm of hell is comming up and BHVR scratches the idea of their table.
Let me give you an example:
New Anti Tunnel System: Idea from BHVR give Killer a punishment if someone dies before 6 hooks. Big Part of the Community says these are to many hooks and that 4 would be better. Shitstorm of BHVR holds hand with this or that side escalate and BHVR decides to scratch it completly.
No side will ever be happy with changes. Just look my earlier discussions how to fix tunneling or slugging for the 4k. Nearly no one came up to discuss. Just answers like "well in 1 of 1000 cases it could happen" so the idea should be scrapped.
BHVR needs to man up. Put a change into game and needs to look how it developes. This game had harder times and still survived but we won´t get ahead if we don´t try.
-
Every time I read something like this I am like "Nah this isn´t happening"
Then I look it up and I am like O.O
How many pallet bugs are we away till the break button won´t work XD

Am I the only one who is afraid that if the touch the code of blight the servers will explode?
From time to time I have the feeling they want to nerf blight but can´t cause changing his code will break the Killer completly.
-
Even if a match takes 10 minutes there is barely time.
Remember I wrote a bad chase by the survivor no pallets dropped no windows used no saving attempts.
And the Time from finding them till hooking them is 40-50 seconds. Finding, hitting 2 times, picking up, hooking.
In 10 Minutes which is a long game for dbd standards there is no time to go for a 12 hook only when survivors are ignoring their objective.
Now imagine you have someone decent in chase or even worse someone in chase who has WoO and pre drops every single pallet. The time extends against you. Ofcourse you can say "drop chase then" but you won´t get the time back and you don´t know if the next survivor does exactly the same.
If Survivors have a little game sense they will let the mate which gets tunneld on the hook as long as possible. which buys them 50-60 seconds gen time for each hook state. Which are more than 3 gens of time if each survivor repairs a gen on his own.
I say it again I am not saying Tunneling is the must do for Killers. I just say that I understand that Killers do it because you can´t say if the enemy team is cranking out the Gens or is searching for boon totems.
-
I said it once and I will say it again.
I am afraid the Devs will make a bold move to fix tunneling.
They will most propably nuke tunneling and the once who do it but they will make Killers very oppressive in chases.
Just look at the latest Killers Ghoul and Krasue. They are both heavy hitters which can end chases fast and start the next one pretty quick.
But their strength lies in tunneling.
If you nuke this option "they would be pretty balanced"
-
As I said… I am not a friend of tunneling or slugging either, cause I am a Survivor main aswell.
The problem is the bigger picture of what could happen. The could is the important part.
I have not the exact time of how fast the fastest escape was. But if I remeber correctly it is under 3 Minutes.
Just the possibility that this exists and could happen to you lets some people go for such tactics because we all play to win at the end.
Let me break it down for you.
Imagine you are playing Doctor. You have to run to the other side of the map, find the Survivors, they pre run. You need 10 to 20 seconds if (that is important) they don´t loop you at all. You hit them and they get a sprint burst in a straight line. You need to catch up again and if they don´t loop again you get an easy down. You pick the survivor up and bring them to a hook and hook them.
This "easy" down (Easy because the Survivor didn´t try to loop you) took other a third of such a game even if I scale the numbers down.
- Finding Survivor 20 seconds.
- Catching up and hitting the Survivor 10 seconds
- Catching up and hitting the Survivor again 10 Seconds
- picking up and carrying him to hook 5-10 seconds
And now there are people who say "Well take your time and look if Survivors are really trying to Gen rush you" If I take time in this example with an easy to catch survivor which didn´t loop or predrop a single pallet more than half of the game is over.
I know these games are not the norm but belive me or not the 4 man slug on 5 gens isn´t normal aswell. If this happens the Killer has to hit 8 Survivors which could use Shift W while all other sit on Gens. If they don´t sit on gens it is not the Killers fault only the Survivors.
Is it ######### to get tunneld out while you team does exactly nothing. Ofcourse it is. But if and i speak hypothentical here "IF" you run into a team which does something you are not able to spread hooks and go for a friendly 12 hook.
I am honest with you I wish it could be different but all I see right now is that if the Killer goes for a 12 hook game and archives it. Than we would have lost in any other way aswell. Is it MMR fault or my mates which do nothing I can´t tell.

Sure, but my point is that. Since tunneling is not just meta, but a play style that people insist and demand remain... To the point of dropping a nuclear bomb on the devs during the PTB, that players are absolutely conditioned to expect it, even when it may or may not happen. And conditioned because probably 8 out of 10 of their recent games have had someone tunneled out immediately.
Let me put this a different way: gen rushing, as in, actual full blown "4 man showing up to speed run the match", is far, far less common than tunneling. Would you tell killers that they should "wait until they're sure that's what's happening"?
Because the answer seems to always, always be that they feel "forced to tunnel because of gen speeds".
I give you some credits.
Yes Gen rushing is less common in games but who has fault on that?
Is it the Killers fault or is it little Timmy and little Jessica which are doing boons and searching through chests?
The big problem as Killer is you only know what you are going against when the game is over.
If you try to spread hooks maybe you got the nice little lobby of goofing survivors or you get an efficient team which has all gens done when you go for your third hook.
I know that not many will approve with me in this point but sadly Survivors dictate the game. You are the one going in the game with a plan. This can be different plans. like I will sabo any hook I see, I will use Head on into Ds into flashbang because I think it is funny or Lol dude lets go 4 man and rush the hell out of gens.
The Killer has to react to this and sadly the most efficient way is to tunnel and to slug. Don´t get me wrong, I don´t like this either but if you go for a walk with a survivor for a minute there is a huge difference if 0 Gens get done because they are goofing around or 3 gens pop and you think. Damn I should try to play if I want to win.

For Killer it’s really simple, the more hooks you get and the more Survivors you kill the more MMR you gain, you could also add stuff like how fast your chases are, how well you kept gens stalled, etc.
For Survivor it’s also fairly simple, how long did you keep the Killer busy in chase, how many heals did you provide for your team, how many gens did you do, etc.
And also showing people their MMR and how playing in certain ways affects it, that would also be really nice.
However, the current MMR system doesn’t factor in any of this, for Killer it only factors in kills and for Survivor it only factors in escapes, its purpose is to get people into matches faster, not accurately put people of similar skill levels together, that’s why everyone complains about it, it’s a random number generator wearing the skin of a SBMM system.
Maybe I am missing something but it is not that easy.
A twelve hook Trapper is way more impressive than a twelve hook blight and needs much more Skill.
And when Survivor is so easy answer me the following questions.
If you get not chased by a Killer cause you are his Play with your food stacks, you will lose MMR?
If all Survivors get unhooked and healed before you reach them because you have a dedicated healer you lose MMR?
If you get chased whole game by the Killer and do no gens and no heal… you lose MMR?
The problem I wanted to show is that you can´t give numbers to these actions at all.
I said in some other discussions that many players lost the reality what skilled chases are and I will say it again. Is only a multible Gen chase skilled? Nope chasing for a single Gen is good enough. If any Survivor can pull of a 1 gen chase the Survivors win the match.
Now tell me what is more impressive? 5 Gen chase vs Trapper or vs Nurse?
So you should get more MMR if you loop a Nurse better but if the Nurse is a baby Killer and theTrapper is pro all changes.
It is not as easy as you think.

The big problem is… BHVR seems to have no clue what "skilled" is. Something in my brain wants me to compare DbD to an hockey match but not this time.
Tell me of these examples what is the most skilled player.
Survivor Side:
Survivor 1: Loops Killer for 1 gen per hook stage. (3 gens pop when he dies), Goes for unhooks and pick ups. 40%escape rate.
Survivor 2: Typical Sable main, chases never going long. Maybe 20 seconds, but pulls the Killer far away from the Gens which are made. First to run to unhooks and pick ups, because full healing build. 35% escape rate.
Survivor 3: Cracked Ace, loops Killer for 3-5 gens everygame if he gets chased, completly ignores teammates on hook or on the ground. leaves when gates are open. 50% escape rate.
Survivor 4: does no gens at all. medicore in chases, but cracked at saves, 2-4 flashlight saves per game, goes always for the unhook in endgame but dies alot for this., 25% escape rate.
Survivor 5: Hiding most of the match, plays perks like sole Survivor and Wake up, waiting for others to die and opens gate and leaves. 50% escape rate.
Killer Side:
Killer 1: Sweaty Nurse, goes for 4 Slug at 5 gens, Kill rate 70%
Killer 2: Cracked Billy who tries to curve every single loop but loses chases for this which could be finished by M1 Kill rate 45%
Killer 3: Afk Myers standing still whole game. Waits for cocky Survivors in end game with noed and bloodwarden, kill rate 50%
Killer 4: Friendly but cracked Huntress, hits every impossible shot, goes for 8 hooks but lets all survivors escape. kill rate 20%
Killer 5: Sweaty Trapper, goes for 4 Slug at 5 gens, Kill rate 70%
And now tell me with a straight face. "This is easy to rank and to make a programm to find fair matches"

Yeah if we take all the games out when someone ran into her when he heard her terror radius, hook suicides and dcs, maybe the "becareful sarcasm" 3 games which were played normally from start till the end had some Killrates.
You would laught, since I played her from time to time and I had not a single normal game with her.
Getting her addept was kinda the easiest addept I ever did in this game, because not a single pallet was dropped. All 4 Survs came straight to me.
I agree that the 3 gen strategy was busted on her but hear me out you could break it, cause after all she was still an M1 Killer. But since the 3 genning was removed she was toleratable to play against. Was it boring? Yes it was, was it impossible as many claimed. Nope it wasn´t.
You will laugh but when Trapper places a trap close to a pallet in the loop you have to leave it aswell.
Her first desing was a mix out of passiv Ghostface stalk and Clown. But after all you could always decide to just leave the loop and she had to follow you without dashes.

The difference being that Hag and Trapper’s set up actually can shut down loops
Old SM’s traps did functionally nothing if the survivor had basic sense and left the loop, it took forever for the drones to do literally anything, hence why the most effective strategy became placing them at generators and nothing else.
That is my question because I think the same.
If you could sit on Gens without getting scanned. Would that make her okay?
To be honest I want to know what people want her to be. Cause I like her from the design and mommy vibes (I know I am weird)

She would still be disliked.
Her drones would still be passive, with the only difference being that she would rarely get value out of exposed. Or her entire power since with this counterplay added, players can completely ignore her power.
After that logik are Trappers and Hags abiliity only passiv aswell.
It´s a set up to shut down a loop or not?

If both can result into hit after pallet, why not?
Let me quess Trapper and Nurse are on the same power level because both can shut down the chase in an instant? /s
But seriously do you really think on a power scale that Chuckys dash is on the same level as Blights?
Let me compare them for you…
Chucky:
Pallet drops, chucky scampers slowly underneath it.
Survivor does a "single" step in a 90 degree to the left.
Chucky misses, flies far ahead of you while you can vault the pallet back
The pallet is still up.
Blight:
Pallet drops, blight rushes into it and breaks it.
Now after a short cd blight can hit you instant or if you manage to pull of a haste perk blight rushes to you.
One you can outplay with a bit skill and still the pallet needs to be broken manual.
The other shredds your pallet and is right at you.
