It should show the aura of the locker in a 16m range to teammates.
-
Yeah I agree , I played a match today and the glitch was really funny, especially when downed.

It can be removed. The work put into it was wasted anyway, they put work into something which barely happened at all. Now it is just more frustrating than before to see the Killer camping you and having a bar which does not fill up.
Actual facecamping almost never happened, so there is not really a point why the feature was implemented in the first place.
(Even tho, I guess if they would remove it tomorrow, we would see more facecamping because Killers would suddenly do it since they would not have any consequences)
The anti face camp is so easy to abuse as killer. When you have a downed nearby it doesn‘t even fill up and you can just camp like before, but with the difference that your teammates won‘t do something, because they believe in the anti camp.
Then it turned face campers into proxy campers, which is far stronger and more difficult to counter than someone who face camps or it turned them into tunnelers.
Actual facecamping almost never happened, so there is not really a point why the feature was implemented in the first place.
Agree, I even liked it, because it gave the game some fresh air.
Overall this feature did more harm than good and made this game more boring in my eyes.
If they gave the anti camp to perks like reassurance as status effect it could have been decent and funny some.times

Probably so that nobody has the feeling of missing out on something. Personally I would have put BPs in the free Track and a very small amount of Iri Shards in the paid track, but having only BPs is also fine.
At least I see a number going up when playing the game.
The thing is that I hate to spend bloodpoints and I also don‘t like loosing bloodpoints. This means I have to spend more bloodpoints to not loose them:(
-
I don‘t get why they didn‘t add shards to the levels after 85. 5k bloodpoints is literally useless :(
-
Almost all (maps, perks and killers) reworks were already bad. The only good rework was hillbilly. Shure some perks got changed for the better, but more got changed to the worse in my opinion.
Since the Sadako and coldwinds reworks I got constantly disappointed, therefore I have no hope for coming reworks. My only hope is they revert changes.

With a 60% killrate, killers don't have just 20% more chance to win than survivors, they have 50% more.
60/40 = 1.5x
As OP has shown, percentages are very deceptive in that regard, and a seemingly small increase in winrate leads to drastic consequences on the game balance. A 60% killrate is already very unbalanced from a statistical perspective, because it means survivors are almost guaranteed to get long loss streaks at some point.
Sorry my fault, but it proves my point even more.

I don't understand, 60% is marginally more "unfair" than 55% to the point of almost no difference, and even then both of those aren't really "unfair" when we consider the fact survivors have four times higher chance of losing a match due to throwing players
Shure it is still leaning towards killer, but it wouldn‘t be as much as it currently is (where killers have a 20% higher chance to kill than survivors have to escape). I would have taken 50% to make it fair, but I think then killer could be a bit frustrating, especially when one killer has 40% kill rate and the other 60%.
The „throwing of games“ problem is in my opinion caused by this unfair way to balance around 60% kill rate (which is probably even higher). It makes this game just frustrating and very often hopeless. I stopped playing survivor, because when you don‘t want to play survivor 24/7 you have very bad chances, especially on the newer/reworked/extremely killer sided maps. It is only frustrating at this point, so I took the easier way and became a killer main after MFT nerf, but it is boring by now, because of how easy it is.

I would be fine with 56-58% kill rate. The current kill rate seems even higher than 60%.
I would be fine with that as long as it leans more to the 55% than to the 60%. The point why I choose 55% was that I think killer should have a slight upper hand, but they should not win far more than survivor. Currently with 60% kill rate they have a 20% higher chance to kill/win than survivors have to escape.
-
Probably we have to wait for her next rework until they do something (hopefully a revert to her first version).
Behavior could you at least make reikos watch +87% (or +100%) so that we could get her old 1,5s invisibility back.
-
I don‘t like behaviors unfair way of balancing things. 60% kill rate is simply unfair. I would love that they aim for 55% kill rate or/and 9hooks. This would make the game far more enjoyable and fairer.
-
I would like to know that too
-
It‘s fine like it is even tho I would appreciate, when the remove the exhaustion part as well.

Apologies if I misunderstood, but if you are sharing DLCs via Steam's Family Sharing: Your account does not own the DLC and therefore it will not be shared to other platforms. As for Perks, they are considered part of your progression so they would be available on other characters as long as you've unlocked them.

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel the waiting period in this case.
Thank you for the answer.

The only slightly valid reason for it is to help console players, and even then there's obviously better solutions for them that don't unnecessarily make singularity easier, such as increasing sensitivity in biopods
The entire problem is that the biopods are too sensitive, to the point it makes tracking survivors impossible because the slightest twitch sends the camera looking at a different country. Gently guiding the camera to follow the survivor to lock-on to them is extremely difficult with a joystick.
But keep up that elitism, it's real endearing.
That‘s simply not true. I play on PlayStation and I never got such problems and I also play on 100 sensitivity, which is the highest. You could just use a slower sensitivity if it‘s too fast for you and it would be good to have different types of sensitivity options like in his cams.

That is the dream. Her first version with the new QoL updates, keep the Ring Drawing nerf to avoid slugging, and she'd be great while also being fair.
Honestly though, at this point I'd rather them just leave her as is. While its not perfect, it is still a decent rework which is fun, and that is good enough. Its better than what can be said about some other killers and their reworks.
Maybe one day we will win and get her back hopefully.
I agree that this version is far more fun than her last one, but nothing can top her first version in terms of what made her fun to me.
Its better than what can be said about some other killers and their reworks.
Freddy and trickster in the back. I really hope they stopp reworking characters that are perfectly fine and just give them QOL changes. I‘m very afraid of the Myers rework and others.
-
As controller player I agree with OP. It is such a stupid thing. If you really wana add this you could make a killer AI as well. Why should there even be a player that plays this killer if the game does 99% of the work for you.
If the automatic scanning comes, it should take longer. Otherwise it‘s just stupidly unfair. Imagine nurse could never miss her teleport. It would basically be the same.
The thing I wish for as controller player would be different sensitivity settings and for singularity specifically, that survivors are highlighted with a color like survivors are white in dredges nightfall to see them faster or just give him infra red.
-
I get condemned kills quite often, but it‘s like @Chaoswam said, it‘s only because survivors are careless and don‘t do the counterplay.
-
Just turn off the TVs. She is only oppressive if you play bad. Otherwise she is really weak.
I personally also don‘t like this version, but she doesn‘t deserve nerfs. I wish we‘d get her first version back with only one TV condemned and her old mechanics, then at least I could improve and become better, instead of relying on the missing knowledge of survivors.
-
I don‘t like that it‘s removed as survivor and as killer I don‘t care.
-
@Peanits said:
I've tracked down an answer for this, and it's good news for you: Because the perks are unlocked by progress and because that progress is transferred, you'll have access to the unique perks even without re-purchasing the characters.
Do I get the dlc‘s characters and perks from characters, that I share from a friend on PlayStation with cross progression on pc?
-
My main problem why I think the game is unfun/unfair for survivors are maps. All newer/reworked maps are just garbage for survivors and easy mode as killer, which makes playing survivor only frustrating and playing killer (which I play far more) boring.
Then they always gutt fun/cool perks/killers and make them useless. I want them to give both sides cool/strong/useful stuff, but since a year we did not really get anything cool besides MFT/UW/Chucky (which got all nuked) and we still have the Vecna perk (which will get nuked soon).
I‘m frustrated that they make both sides constantly less fun and I hate the word „rework“ by now, because besides Billy they didn‘t do any good rework. I miss sadako’s first version so badly, but the devs will probably never return her.
-
@danielmaster87 said:
Not sure how it's "killer sided." I've never had an easy match on it no matter what the version, unless survivors just gave up. Even then, good survivors can just 3v1 you.
You can easily 4K there without killer power.

I mean, did anyone expect anything else? From their most recent new Maps and Map Reworks it is quite clear where the direction is going. Overly unsafe, useless Tiles.
I really dislike their direction as mainly killer player. It is so easy to win and therefore boring. I’ve lost a lot of interest in playing the game, because of this.
I really can‘t understand all those people who still call this game survivor sided. I don‘t even use slowdown anymore, because it is overkill.
I rarely touch survivor anymore, because of how unfair maps have become and are becoming for survivors.

@BrightestMage said:
I think you're right but they need to go hard into the emotes. It would give both sides the opportunity to be more communicative or have more personal presence in the game. Like your personality is shown through the emotes you have or voice lines or whatever they want to add. That would be awesome!
Agree
-
They should bring back circle of healing with 50% self healing speed and make the anti boon perk basekit.
It is completely useless currently and the self care aspect was the only thing going for it, because it is simply not worth to run longer to the boon than it saves you time.
It would make matches last longer in a healthy way.

Most killers cant speak, but the ones who do either have voicelines (chucky/tiffany/unknown/singularity/trickster) and the ones who dont would need new voiceactors and theyd have to create an entire voice personality for each of them
Yes, but we could also get screams or breathing sounds or other stuff the killers could do with their weapon.
-
The only reason why it could fail in my opinion, that no survivors would want to que in. I personally think it will be very frustrating to get insta downed by two killers.
-
@ShanoaLegendaryPlz said:
The toxicity level of this game would see emotes and voice lines on command as pure rage fuel for the purpose of insulting eachother only. Aome might use it for fun or usefull purposes but the majority would definitely be toxic. Take videos of dbd mobile for example having a dance emote for survivors. Those survivors are spamming dance emotes the entire chase and other emote everytime they hit you with a pallet.
I‘m talking only about stuff you can hear, nothing that you can see. I think this could be really cool. For example you can say as killer „I see you“ or „come out wherever you are“ and maybe a survivor starts running.
If people would really be annoyed by it behavior could always make a option in the settings, which turns it off. Toxicity is a bad reason to not give players more options, especially since you can call everything toxic in this game. Should we then not get any new killers, because they can do toxic stuff.
-
I think they should make this a cool little ability. When you are downed, you can press a button to bleed out faster and you crawl faster.
-
The only mori I find too brutal is the singularity mori. It‘s very unpleasant to look at.
-
They should make ace in the whole basekit
-
They should definitely adjust the hook placement after this patch. It is just frustrating trying to make a perfect last second sabo only for the killer to reach 3 more hooks.

The map had multiple issues throughout its life. Some were fixed and some stayed until the map was reworked.
The issues with it were:
- Balanced Landing was broken on the map to the point the perk had to have the stagger reduction removed. Even after that nerf it still led to near infinite loops.
- The Myers house was busted. There was one window right next to the basement that was basically an infinite. The loop was so long that chase broke often so the window blocker didn’t always trigger. Unless you were playing Nurse, there was nothing you could do about the window. They ended up blocking this window off completely a few months before the rework but even then the rest of the windows in the building were also pretty powerful.
- And then there were the houses with basements in them. They were like the current ones and the ones in Badham, except they had almost every window in the house open. You pretty much had to hope they messed up or you’d never catch them (unless you were Nurse again)
- Most pallets were super safe. Aside from a couple of the car/trash loops on the roads the pallets couldn’t be played around. The worst was the ones that spawned in the garages of the house where the walls were just long enough that you couldn’t mind game them. And there were a lot of pallets.
- The fences were a huge issue. You could see someone and do literally nothing about it. They also had windows spawn on the fences as well which were absurdly powerful because of how long the fences were.
- Totem spawns were hilariously bad. There were memes everywhere about one that could spawn in the middle of the road. And considering Ruin was the only thing keeping gen speeds in check for awhile, it was a huge problem back then.
- The gens were difficult to patrol due to the size and the distance between them.
- The gates were near impossible to defend so you couldn’t even make a comeback in the end game.
- Not a balance issue but just a funny little thing - the texture on one of the back walls of a house was just a stock photo and still had the watermark on it haha
Overall it was a pretty unhealthy and unfun map to play on as killer.
I still wana play it and try it out. Hopefully they make a classic mode with old perks/killers/maps/addons/items… one day

As someone who has been playing since 2017, I've always wondered what someone who started recently would think looking at older DBD. It's weird knowing that not everyone got to experience things like old Haddonfield, OG Freddy, or the first Mettle of Man.
The original version of Haddonfield was very unbalanced and it should never return but I wouldn't be opposed to having all the old maps and such become available for a short event so that newer players could experience it. And it would be interesting to see how unbalanced the old game would've been now that people are actually good at the game.
I don‘t know except of too long fences with windows, what the problems were? If they make the fences like on badham, it would probably be fine. I really would love to see walls that re longer than 2m again.
In old videos it had a lot more windows, it was bigger, a smaller street and you could walk on more roofs.
Alone the smaller street would make this map a lot better.
-
Scamper was his only cool thing. His dash is so boring and got in my opinion less counterplay than scamper had.
-
Well didn‘t see him for a while now. So chances are very low, that when I encounter one, he got a scream perk.

The Map was to good for survivors before, the windows were a real pain to deal with, so not rlly that fair before, but if they would have remove the infinite potential of the windows and added some more palletes it would have been fine.
To your take, that they reinvent the oldest version. No absolutly not. Big, long fencewalls, infinites on the top floors and to many god pallets. This would just switch to rlly unfair for killers again.
Bushes would also be somthing, they dont need to add.
The map had strong windows shure, but a huge deadzone outside, which made it fair. Now they removed all windows + a lot more bad changes, but didn‘t fix any survivor problems. It wasn‘t really hard to deal with those windows except of m1s without anti loop ability, but even for them it was doable.
Your bias shows on the last one. Oh no bushes are OP😂.
-
Maybe you get something in the bug fix patch in 3-4weeks. I still wonder how he will feel, I‘m still not shure wether it was a buff or nerf.
-
Thst is hilarious 😂. Maybe you should play a different game for a while.

This is such a gross exaggeration that I have to call it out. Like. When's the last time you played Hux? Singularity is one of the most horrendously complex killers to play for very mediocre returns. There's so much setup, his power is incredibly easy to deny from all angles even as a solo player, and it's so common for him try to do a play with the cameras only to mispredict where the survivor went and lose chase. As it stands, I'd much rather play Hag or even Trapper.
Auto-aim does not affect the only people who currently play Singularity, it just makes him possible for consoles to use. As it is, the pods already fired automatically from his cameras, you just manually had to track your FoV over the survivor. This is quicker and easier with high mouse sensitivity than it is controller pads.
Actually I tried him today, because of the coming changes and I did mostly get 3/4ks. Probably my mmr was low on him, but I never got problems to aim with him (controller by the way,PS5).
There is no need for automatic aiming in his pot, that do all the work for you, except of players not wanting to put any effort into him. The only problem I‘v got with him is the shooting at survivors while walking, where I place cameras everywhere instead of hitting the survivor, but suprisingly this worked just fine today.
Another problem I don‘t like is the placing of his cameras and that it often doesn’t work and why can‘t I place them on the ground or the ceiling.
-
It is unplayable for survivors and a shame to even be in the game. There is nothing right on this map.
- Too small
- No useful windows
- Almost no playable pallets
- Not enough enterable bushes
- Probably more problems
The map went from relatively fair before to a free win button for killers.
I would like that they bring back the first version of the map, so that I could play it, because it looks so good on old videos.
Simply haddonfield is extremely unfair currently and therefore extremely unfun. I don‘t even try to win there as survivor.
-
Having fun and then it doesn‘t matter how many kills I got, a 3k/4k or killing a person that stupidly annoyed me during the match.
-
I don‘t like the fact that they give the pods auto aim. At this point they could make the killer player just an AI, when they don’t need to do anything.
