As expected people learned how to counter him and he went from fun to frustrating
And he's still getting nerfed

You need to have him roughly in the centre of the screen, and you'll need to make sure that he's mostly visible, for example if he's leaning just right it won't work

The license is that of the mask and name only, it has nothing to do with the movie itself

Directional notification only if the survivor is looking at you, give it a few weeks and the survivors will learn and stop doing so

I couldn't read all of this because it would give me an headache
I do love the game and I'm grateful for the devs, I even defended them many times in the past
But it sucks to see that they still haven't learned their lesson
I love them but they still make quick and unnecessary decision or take too long to make necessary decisions
The quick unnecessary: Freddy got gutted before people could get used to him because people cried wolf, then they did the same with the Plague, the nerf was minor in comparison to Freddy's but the way people learned how to play her became unviable. Then we get to Ghostface, he's going to be nerfed before people could get used to him making him the new "Panic nerf" killer
The long necessary: Lets start with the, probably, most hated one, Decisive Strike. DS was a pain in the ass for years, and it took them years to finally come up with a rework. MoM, compared to the others it took them a lot less, but it's still took them a long time to nerf it, especially because it was leaked long before Ash got released.
Then we have a mix of both, The Legion. Lets be honest, Legion was broken and needed to change, but it took them a long time and it didn't work out all that well. New Legion is not weak, in my opinion, but they're nowhere near as fun as they once were. The power is not worth using all that much and they feel so slow, both when running and when vaulting
Again, I love the devs, but they need to learn that their community isn't always right and that they should listen more to older players than newer players to make better decisions
For real, it always seems like the players understand the game better than the devs, which is pretty much how it works with most games
Yet again, I love the devs and I'm grateful for what they've done, this is my favourite game ever after all, but they need to do a better job in some aspects

I agree with a lot of points you made but he's nowhere close to Nurse level, at least for PC
He's good, not too good, just good in my opinion and experience with him
Thrilling Tremors...meh...it's not that great, 16 seconds isn't a lot of time, and if the survivors are smart they will notice and remember, so when you down someone they will just stop working on it and wait the 16 seconds
Also, as we have noticed, devs don't like strong killers, so they nerf him before giving people time to get used to him instead of listening to 80% of people who voted that they liked the buffs
I love Ghostface, and I don't want him to get the Freddy/Plague treatment :(

I have found the most fun add-on combination, and it's pretty powerful as well
I hope they don't nerf those add-ons just because of how fun they are
And yes the "HoTfIx NeRf" is complete bs

Not all decent killers are OP
He's already getting nerfed without giving people time to get used to him
Once people learn how to play against him he will go from high mid to low mid or low tier

I can run super fast, tier up in seconds being able to stalk even faster than michael, and get a lot of survivors dcing. On top of that I discovered something else with him. He has a built in poor man's version of whispers. When i don't or didn't know someone was in a certain area hiding but i was looking in their direction and they mine - the detection sound goes off. I don't know why they have him listed as hard - Easiest killer i've ever played, 0 skill gap, 0 learning curve.
So i will conclude with once again, They went from one extreme to the other, He tiers up way too fast especially with ad on's. My addition comments about him being able to just camp hooks and insta tier up are also true. Testing it out from the killer side i could easily just hook someone, go hide within range, focus on stalking the person that just came to rescue an it was easier than reading peoples responses to my post who have no idea what they are talking about.

You can run super fast? 115% is literally the speed of normal killers
Tier up super fast? Sure, but you don't expose ALL survivors
Built in Whispers? You clearly don't know how his power works, when you are in stealth and they look at you they nullify your power completely in less than 2 seconds, it's not a built in Whispers, it's a warning (Of course it can be used at your advantage in certain situations)
He has two major drawbacks:
1. He's countered by having eyes: If they can see you, even if they are behind cover, they can nullify your power fairly easily (Unless you're in low ranks, it's expected of them to suck)
2. He's loud: Being a stealth killer does it make sense that he has a 8 meters, directional audio cue similar to the Lullaby of the Huntress? Not really but whatever. He sounds like tornado, which makes it even easier for survivors to nullify his power if too close to them

Killer is much more challenging, survivor is much more chill and casual in comparison

Gen rushing has become too much of a problem, a game shouldn't last 5 minutes
A second objective is pretty much needed

I wish I was more than somewhat meh at some of this
I studied a bit of video editing during my year in America but I'm still just a beginner
(I did win second place at Kansas TSA 2019 but it wasn't anything astounding)
Also I made a couple of killer concepts I'm the forums, two of which had a generally good response, so if your interested you can check them out and see if they interest you
