I can't wait to get my ass caved in 500 times in a row trying the 4 man condemned mori challenge
-
Because there's only 4 gens on the map, making it impossible to actually power the gates
Well at least it seems that way 😵
-
Monstrous Shrine. Even when you use it to its fullest potential it doesn't do anything
-
New survivor's profile pic is op. nerf pig!
-
Survivor perks-
Perk 1: On reveal: "OH MY GOD THATS GONNA BE OP" 1 week later: "lol who even uses that perk it sucks"
Perk 2: Its just an ok perk. But with hidden meme potential 😉
Perk 3: Obligatory Boon perk that's basically going to be a totem decoration because they don't want another CoH
Killer perks-
Perk 1: Not too bad, but it doesn't work with half the killers in the game including this one
Perk 2: Batteries not included. Some assembly required
Perk 3: Obligatory Scourge Hook perk that will do the same thing as another perk but when you hook somebody
Edit: well I got a couple of them right I guess
-
Dwight, then Jake, then David, now Ace. Been Ace for quite a long time now, probably not gonna change unless they come out with an Evil Within chapter, in which case I am maining the ######### out of Sebastian forever
-
I am bored, I haven't played more than a few matches in a long time, I just want something other than a few perks and a killer every 3 months
I used to run Plunderer's and Appraisal and make it my goal to find a key and get a hatch escape as much as possible, since it was kind of like a secondary objective and was something different to do. Although it still mostly involved doing gens to get the hatch to spawn, it was at least a bit different. Then they changed the hatch to not spawn closed when enough gens are done, which means I can't really do that anymore
So yeah I don't really play since I'm bored as #########. Not even related to facing certain killers/perks/playstyles, I'm just tired of everything in the game right now. Unless they add a killer I really like (which is unlikely) or a new game mechanic that isn't tied to a perk I'm probably not going to play the game very much for the foreseeable future
-
I like exhaustion perks that have some kind of condition to use like Lithe, BL, Smash Hit. Might not always be better than some of the more meta ones but they're definitely more fun imo
-
I like the wall punch animation, too bad everyone usually just breaks it with the tentacle instead of admiring the punch
Also using Mad Grit and spamming m1 so you're readying up for a fist bump
-
I've wanted Candyman for forever
Preferably with voice lines that don't get removed after the PTB and aren't reduced to an innuendo
-
Some people don't like Midwich but I really like it
Except when the gens are playing hide and seek
-
I used to see like 1 or 2 hackers a year and usually they'd just goof around and not doing anything really malicious (besides flying around making it impossible to catch them) but lately I see a hacker like 1 of 10 games or more, and they're doing game ruining stuff, holding the match hostage, turning into a killer, infinite map-wide flashlight beams, forcing people to crash/DC and getting them banned for DCing. Usually if I see one I just DC and eat the ban because that's quicker than dealing with the super long game, potentially them getting me banned for something worse than a DC
I think I'm gonna take a break for a while
-
I asked when the built in mori/key mechanics would be coming with an extra "plz"
-
When are aliens gonna take over earth and limit what humans can do
-
The amount of times I've been insulted for using Lightborn and/or Agitation + Iron Grasp...
Usually when I say "would you prefer Ruin + Undying" they stop complaining but not always

Yeah but that's only for 10 seconds while the skeleton key has 30 seconds and can open hatch making green keys worse.
Brown toolbox is also worse than purple toolboxes, green map is worse than rainbow map, yellow flashlight is worse than purple flashlight, brown medkit is worse than purple medkit, it's kinda how items work
-
Chilling in a locker for almost half a generator is not going to help gen rushing
Even with the best toolbox setup you waste so much time repairing your toolbox instead of repairing the generator, you might as well just be repairing the generator
-
Wake Up: make gate speed something crazy like 50% or even 100%
Camaraderie: give an icon to your teammates that tells them you have it, and it should work once per hook state (rather than only the second one)
Distortion: have a way to earn tokens back
Hope: activate when the gate is powered or when you're unhooked from your second hook stage (meaning you will die next time you're hooked) whichever comes first
No One Left Behind: activate when the gates are powered, not only when they're opened
-
Bond
-
If it's not HUNK it's junk
-
If they actually start fixing a bunch of bad/unused perks I'm gonna ######### my pants
-
The survivors are stuck in the trials forever, you'll always get more chances to kill them
Also if survivors died every time they'd give up hope which would screw the entity over, so the entity basically wants you to lose sometimes
-
I'd want a killer that pours fuel on the ground and can light it, sort of like a trap killer. Fire causes burning which has to be extinguished or survivor gets burn damage. I guess it's kinda like deep wounds but maybe they could make it different somehow
Maybe the killer could have a molotov as a special ability that they have to earn somehow (since throwing it is much easier than pouring and lighting)
-
Ace because he smiles and wears sunglasses even though he's stuck in basically hell. Also because he isn't quite as noisy as some of the other survivors
I don't really have a main killer, but I do like having zombies as Nemesis which is something I've wanted for a long time. Too bad they're super dumb and you can't really do much with them
-
I used Slippery Meat and Up the Ante for that one, even though it's not a guaranteed chance it's better than having to unhook someone first
The 24+ meter Huntress downs was super hard/annoying to get. The worst part is that you have to DOWN them with the hatchet, not just hit them. So any snipe shot against a healthy person doesn't count. To get this one I pretty much had to play friendly or get an afk person and snipe/drop them a bunch. If it wasn't for that workaround I'd say this would be the worst one
Gen/totem grabs and pallet saves are also hard because you pretty much have to rely on the other team making a mistake. But it only takes 5 pallet saves which isn't too bad, and Power Struggle self-saves count. On the other hand 25 gen grabs and 10 totem grabs are not so easy. Not to mention there's a chance that instead of grabbing them the killer will just tap them on the shoulder and count to 3 while they run away. Maybe there's some strategy I haven't thought of yet but I'm sitting at 6 out of 10 totem grabs, not even sure how I managed to get that many
250 protection hits for an unhooked person is difficult not only due to the number required, but mainly because protection hits are buggy as ######### even after they "fixed" them. I can get what should be a protection hit and it not count 70% of the time. Add on that it's not just a regular protection hit but a protection hit "near a recently unhooked survivor" and it might as well be 500
Edit: forgot to mention Evil Incarnate is a ######### because people can deny you from getting it, 3 blink Nurse grab achievement was invented before Nurse got changed and it's way harder to do now, and Left for Dead achievement is also outdated because it was invented before EGC was even a thing and there was a perk to help with it (for those who don't know, Left Behind used to give you BIG gen repair speed when you were the last survivor before they changed it) it's basically rigged to be impossible now unless the killer lets you go
-
Unbreakable, DS, and Sprint Burst aren't earned either but all we hear about is NOED
-
Deathslinger but with "Chained" status effect that makes you vulnerable to his real attack which is also just a chain but this time it does damage
-
I actually have escaped by going gens with 2 people left. It is much more likely to work when both people are either on a gen or running the killer, instead of hiding and doing nothing
-
Pinhead is more connected to boxes (Lament Configuration) than Springtrap is (nothing that I know of but you can tell me)
Also I really doubt if a bunch of people were suddenly in on giving hints that somebody wouldn't spill the beans, whether it be intentionally or not
-
I don't care either way, but it would be nice to be able to sell them (and maybe other things) back because I don't use nearly as many as I get, and there are some maps I'd never want to go to so they're just sitting there in my inventory for eternity. Even if I only got back 10% of the cost (which would be pretty bad) that's still better than 0 use at all
-
I don't like that they're taking something out of the game, but I hate that map just enough to not mind
-
Most of my weekend was spent unfolding and refolding every inch of my brain trying to think of what perks/power pinhead could have
Power will probably use chains and make survivors solve the puzzle box, he will likely have a hook related perk because of his use of hooks and a perk to do with injuring/attacking people because of the torture. Third perk could be anything, but I'm gonna take a random guess and say it will make people scream and/or bleed. Maybe something else would be better, I don't know too much about hellraiser lore to come up with a third one
That's all I can come up with. Oh and I got a pizza. Literally nothing else happened
-
Complaining about complaining about complaining about complaining
If I see another thread like this I think I'm gonna have to make a thread and complain
-
I know nobody is taking a majority of the post seriously because of all the silliness of the post and the person who posted it but there's some truth to it if you look really deep down, survivors are all the same and if you've played one you've played them all, we get new killers all the time but survivors just get a few perks, no new interactables or objectives, not even any new items. Game would be better with more items and something else to do as survivor
-
I always come back and play due to being excited for the next chapter, how much I like it determines how long I stay. I usually don't stay for long. If I don't like the killer, a few perks alone are never enough to keep me around for long so I'll probably be gone within a week or two once the hype wears off if it's not a killer that I really want to pick up
If they added new stuff to the game besides just perks and killers I'd probably quit taking repeated 3 month breaks. Like new interactables, new game mechanics, new survivor items, but we never get any of that stuff, it's just the same old boring ######### that makes me want to quit as soon as I boot up the game because I've seen it all before a million times

"Hey guys this is the hellraiser teaser, see if you can figure out what we're teasing! 🤗"

do weird puzzle box, torture dudes from hell make u go bye bye

Remember that time they gave a bunch of Candyman hints (tweeting "this anniversary is gonna be SWEET 🍭" and all the bee stuff that they did on their Discord server just to name a few) and it ended up being Pyramid Head based on one clue that could have just as easily been a red herring? It was "obvious" that it was Candyman but it ended up not being him. Some might say it couldn't have been him because it was "too obvious" well if this chapter isn't too obvious I don't know what is
I'm not trusting anything until I see it in the game, you know they like to screw us over
(I still think it'll probably be Pinhead, which is good and it paves the way for Candyman since both were made by the same guy, maybe us crazy Candyman theorists can rest in peace soon)
-
How many BP did you earn in the last match?
-
I don't really care as long as the power is good, fun, and unique. It is pretty cool to see a character I'm familiar with elsewhere make an entrance into dbd, but an original character can be just as cool once you get to know them
-
For a long time I've reserved the #1 spot on my list of favorite killers. It sits empty waiting for one worthy enough to take it...
Maybe some day
-
I see...
Everything after the first one is #########
Par for the course when it comes to horror movies
Also ratings websites say almost everything is ######### terrible, it's basically guaranteed they never like anything

Have you forgotten about everyone’s favorite new feature: Breakable walls!
If you turn a pallet sideways and cram it in a doorway you now have a breakable wall 🤗 wonder how long it took them to think of that idea
-
- July 2016
- Poor little scared Dwight
- Didn't know what a skill check was, everybody blew up generators constantly
- Heartbeat = hide at all costs
- Double pallets and infinite windows everywhere but nobody knew how to use them effectively so it didn't matter
Those were the good old days
-
Yeah it's been out for 5 years and all we got added to the game so far is totems, I've always wanted another objective or something to interact with. The game starts to feel monotonous after a while of pretty much just having generators
-
It's gonna be Deathslinger 2.0 with some random status effect that doesn't really do anything
-
I can't think of anything that isn't too close to something we already have, we have Deathslinger who shoots/reels you in with a chain, Pyramid Head who 'torments' you and captures you in a cage, Pig who puts something deadly on you that you need to remove, as well as numerous killers that inflict physical/mental status effects and have both short and long ranged attacks
I hope it's not gonna be like Ghostface where it's a killer we already have but slightly different, or 2 killers put together with some parts removed. They are going to have to pull a rabbit out of their ass if they want to have a unique power. Here's to hoping the hints aren't actually pointing toward him and it's just a diversion tactic, otherwise we will have another Ghostface situation
-
It's so people aren't like "OH MY GOD THIS MMR SYSTEM IS ######### THE RANKS ARE SO FAR APART" when it's a different system from the one the ranks are tied to, therefore ranks don't represent what it's using for matchmaking so there's no point in showing them
-
I use map offerings every game just to avoid that map
Good thing I very rarely used any up to this point so I can afford it
