At least your team is runnin bones. Many times I've cleansed 3-4 myself, Inner Strength or no, just to see NOED still pop......
-
Ace's always seem wreakless to me, and David's kinda dumb.
-
I'd say the Pig's add-ons are way worse than the Hag's. My poor Piggy needs lots of luvin....

Hiiiiii!

I have never seen a window pop up on my Xbox when DBD freezes or crashes or whatever it does when this happens

I am sorry this happened but others before abused the disconnect and thus the problem is not that you got dc'd but did you report the crash to behavior with your logs? or did you just not worry about it and relaunch like most people do? If you do not let them know when you crashed, give them your logs in order for them to look at they can't see what is going on. It is also possible the issue was your computer but without the logs I do not know.
Interesting what is this crash log thing you mention, how do i send such in? I've this happen to me several times, showing two dc's, one the killer and the other apparently me. I definitely do not wish to get dc penalties and/or banned once the ded servers are back up for Xbox.

Dbd takes 19 place in the most played games on Steam. Queue time is screwed up because of the ranking system.
And the numbers for consoles plus switch? Which combined may soon outnumber pc survivors?

I've tried to think of a million different solutions to SWF but no matter what nothing seems to work quite right and each has some kind of flaw. That is, all except for one:
- Add a quick chat wheel that can be used to send preset messages on the fly, such as "I'm going for the save!" or "The Killer is after me!" or "I'm about to finish a generator!" or "I need healing!" or "I'm opening the gate!" or "I have Borrowed Time!" or "I have Adrenaline!" Hell, you could even make the perk related messages be based on what perks you have equipped. So on the wheel there's 4 spaces dedicated to perks that are based on which ones you have. The same could be done for items if they wanted to. It doesn't necessarily have to be a wheel but you know what I'm talking about.
This doesn't require anyone to have mics, type during the game, know certain languages, interact with people more than they already are, and doesn't hinder gameplay for anyone. And once this is added they can make changes to killer as needed. Sure, SWF on comms still have an advantage, but it would be FAR less of an advantage this way and it would tremendously bridge the gap. More things could be done here and there to help bridge the gap some more but honestly I feel like this idea would be a huge solution and wouldn't be that hard to implement compared to other things they could do. I'm sure this idea isn't totally perfect but it has a pretty good advantage to disadvantage ratio so I'd say it's worth considering
Would not work, at least on Xbox. The party chat is outside any game and to release a game on this console devs specifically cannot interfere with party chats in any way. You can buff or nurf whatever but cannot stop the comms there. I realize this game was intended to be a solo experience, but once they ported it to consoles they brought in comms.

Last numbers I saw had swf outnumbering solos on console dunno for switch or pc. Would losing day half the pool of survivors help anyone?
-
How about Hex: Ruin passively regressing the gates as well? Like a bonus for the lil fella living that long....

Treat Fog Whisperers like the Whispers perk in game.
Whispers: A survivor is over here. On this map.
Slasher: Okay where?
Whispers: Right here somewhere on this three story map. I'll even make noises.
Slasher: Okay I know there's a survivor, but can you tell me anything else?
Whispers: I'm just a whisperer, don't make me change those noises to bad words.
Slasher: Thanks. Wait why did you turn off? Where are they now?
Whispers: They ran through the exit gates.
Too funny. Especially in Pupper's voice!

I had two bronze and the other two were faded out
-
The entire trial lasted less that two minutes. No chance for the other medals. I messaged the other survs and the killer, they said they de-pipes as well. Killer did not reply. No way we should all be hurt that bad if the killer leaves...
-
Any indoor map, killin or survivin, although the new Lerys had grown on me.
-
It's not just the sensitivity of m/k compared to a controller, but the framerate drops so prevalent on an Xbox1 make separation necessary. The machine has never been optimized for DBD and is incapable of the more consistent connections of a PC, nor sensitivity. The ded servers, which I believe are still down for Xbox, made this even worse. Perhaps the next gen Xbox can handle DBD better dunno, but as is a killer like Nurse will remain the least effective no matter what you are flickin with. As for cross-platform a PC Nurse for example would likely chew all Red Rank Surves up foreva. Coulda swore TydeTime tried a console Hag and condemned the whole experience...
-
If you are running Hex: Ruin then you cannot kick any gens, making Pop, Overcharge, and similar perks useless as well as a normal kick. I think there's another park that does what Ruin now does too, but for a short timeframe not sure.

Why would it vary from region or platform? What bearing do those things have on perk use?
Xbox still is without ded servers nor ever optimized so things like consistently hitting the DS check may drive down usage
-
The Doctor because he is annoying but not leathal, and especially Ghostface because I cannot get him outta stalk even when I'm sharing shoelaces with him!
-
How would this be addressed? A few passive buffs for killers dealing with 2+ SWF? Maybe applied to their hook charms? Dunno about the other platforms but on xbox the voice chat is entirely separate from the game being played, and I believe one of Microsoft's rules about game design is they cannot interfere with those chats at all, so the devs prolly cannot block it. What would work?
-
How about a perk overlay called "Animal House" that let's a picked up survivor hitting DS spew the killer with mashed potatoes to their face. Same stun, but at least we see something besides "invisible sharp shard" thingy. In a more serious tone, how about a killer perk that triggers when the fourth gen pops, killer can stop & activate and let's out a terrific yalp, stunning all survivors map wide for whatever time frame and reveals them, with a very short recovery delay for the killer. Hold another vote for a name for such a perk
-
Mostly my firsts. The first time I completed a gen without missing skillchecks (was horrible at em long ago); the first time all 4 in a party got out; first 4k with a killer. Things like that
-
Maybe the Wreaker yards could be bordered by stacks of crushed cars, the corn fields be surounded by hay bales, or the swamps be rows of impenetrable corndogs. Many possibilities!

I'm on Xbox too. Yes, no chat on Xbox. Personally I can't read them, I disabled everything. 🤗
Yeah I'm guessing it's just a PC thing?

When you talk texte with all players, like on facebook messenger.
Does not exist on Xbox. We get our salty comments directly in private messages, if enabled.

What is this "end game chat" you speak of?
- console players
-
When as a surv two are dead and I'm being chased, knowing 100% that if I go down I'll be slugged for that 4k. Doesn't happen often enough to run Unbreakable but sucks when it happens, like a feeling of hopelessness & dead
-
I fail to see how this would be fun for the survivors, and not boring for the killer. Also what is this end game chat you speak of?
-
What if her blade extending noise became map-wide? Make all the survs tinkle a lil at once?
-
TAG has a good list there, especially tinkering with the add-ons. She has several that I have not used in forever. Maybe one that increases her crouch speed for a bit after hooking? I would also like to see her blade sound reduced as she comes out of stealth, either much quieter or moved to a third-to-half way outta crouch.
