Yes, their power will help them find people and dish out pressure. Before you'd have to hit them multiple times. Will you hit them? Probably, but it's gonna take a lot of time. Now, you'll walk faster, so that makes up for not being able to cheese your power and get easy downs. @Ihatelife You know how people don't heal against them right now? 'Cause their current speed is a joke and they're forced to rely on their power. Their power isn't a down. It's a bite off a bar.

My point is the Devs are making an already weak killer weaker not just by nerfing the addons, but by nerfing the killer's power as well which is honestly just leading to another Freddy mistake or wraith with a M1 killer that is only efficiently playable at a low rank. From what I have read they only really buffed the speed and duration the terror raidous just makes the power effectively destroyed. Taking away a killer's one characteristic that set the Legion apart from the other killers and making it useless in chases which was the only thing the power was good for originally.
Some of us wanted the legion to be reworked so he was actually playable when playing against higher ranked survivors that knew what they were doing, not another Freddy.

They've been needing an increase to speed for a while and their ability can easily be cheesed. Legion is very strong in 1v1 since they can ignore windows and pallets. With the changes, he'll be viable for chasing people down, too, without his power. Getting a free first hit and chasing down for a second is far better than having to chase people down with his power and hit them repeatedly.
Legion's power will no longer help them to down a survivor. Read the Legion update.

This. So people tell me: Trapper is 115% ms killer, so why is he one of the worst killers in the game? Same with Freddy.

That is not the case. The Legion's power is canceled if they miss, it is not depleted. It's the same as just about any other Killer where missing your power puts you on a short cooldown. Or if you want a comparison, where a Survivor misses a skill check and blocks progression on the thing they were working on for a few seconds.
And this is not the case to make a Legion to even more weak killers than in current state.
