Why do you think this change is necessary?
Nope. This perk already gives you a lot of useful info.
Honestly even if you go nearby that survivor that may be getting slugged you’ll hear a heartbeat so I feel like this change is unnecessary.
why would you need to see the killers aura? the killer downed the survivors so that means the killer is right on top of the survivor, you may not know who the killer is, but at least its location
