If I may ask I made a Psychic Build to be lore accurate for one of my characters. I have Premonition, Clairvoyance, Alert and Empathetic Connection. Are there other psychic perks?
potential energy because you can transfer energy, ya know like “transmutation” Anything healing really if you rping like a “healer” depends on how liberal you are when using the term psychic. Bond because it’s a “link”

I'm pretty sure you're thinking of unnerving presence which is a trapper perk.
hahaha probably. I could have sworn though there was a survivor perk that had that at some point. It’s likely I’m mixing them up though.

Survivors could also use a demon buddy in Chaos Shuffle, seeing as No Mither exists lmao.
I wouldn’t trade it in even if it’s oni, in the spirit of chaos of course 😈

I did think of something. But it wouldn't be as intregal to each match as I'd like a new mechanic to be. But it would be spicy.
The Well of Surprises
"Who the hell climbed into my well and spilt cheetos everywhere?!" - The Onryo.
Survivors interacting with a well can choose one of three randomly selected buffs. Once activated, this effect applies a curse to the survivor. Curses are selected randomly. Both buffs and Curses last for the remainder of the trial, and can stack with each other. Each buff and Curse can be only be selected and applied by each survivor once per match.
That tagline is hilarious 😂
Me in my new Witcher skin:
Reaches in pocket and tosses a coin. That does sound like a cool mechanic, I like that too. Blessing and a curse. You wont be able to keep the Aces away either. They’re gambling addicts! That can be added in like 2v8 or CHAOS SHUFFLE!!!!
What if killers got like a little demon type thing too and it’s like:
Make a deal with the devil😈 can swap out one chaos shuffle perk for a perk of your choosing but then you also get something negative.
“But it’s what you wanted isn’t it?” -the entity

Personally I think this game needs more crazy. This is Dead by Daylight after all. Not Martha's Mediocre Murder Mystery (you can have this one for free devs).
There’s so many things you can do to make perks around those mechanics that change effect and who it favors,on both sides, that can come down to who is more strategic and more prepared. So like not only would survivors be getting something cool but so do killers and who it works for depends on who is bringing what, and just basic strategizing around the mechanic.
Absolutely introduce the mechanic with a full chapter in mind so the new survivor and killer both get sets of perks that revolve around it. Imagine being killer and survivor and you both get a perk called decoy that lets you place something that looks just like a trap or destroyed piece of (I wanna say wall?), and it’s like some road runner type thing where they just run into the wall thinking it’s open, or try to avoid the trap even though there’s not trap there. It’s basically psychological warfare. Then of course things that revolve around those very real(in-game real anyways) mechanics.
Agreed you get this one for free devs. Not that they have to use the idea, but ya know if they’re feeling spicy.
-
didn’t this perk used to have like a hands holding face icon?

I honestly don't know. It's hard to imagine a new basekit mechanic for survivor. I'd like something that a whole bunch of new perks could be built around. Something that adds a whole new dimension to playing survivor. So it would need to be something that occurs throughout every trial.
Maybe some sort of environmental destruction that could help survivors, but also cause them problems if not used correctly? I genuinely struggle to imagine what the new mechanic could be.
yeah a destroy rebuild mechanic could be cool. Like if you make a bad exit somewhere or destroy the wrong thing it’s something the killer can use against you, and like crafting a trap from broken resources you can place down(like MC survival horror) that could backfire if your teammate or yourself run into it instead of the killer , and whoever having to break out of it(something like the same amount of time as a stun or blind to escape, also think like trappers traps, but like a net or cage, or tripped spikes(can slow killer, but would injure survivor if tripped). So like if someone doesn’t know there’s a trap or the killer knows you can herd them into their own trap, or they can bone their self. Or is this crazy talk?

Asking killers to rely on footsteps and breathing noises, while chase music is happening, is 100% unacceptable considering how audio occlusion currently works with line of sight breakers.
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3926283#Comment_3926283
That would just end up being a “Dead Hard for distance” projectile, that could be used even if the survivor isn’t being tunneled.
okay then I want a cute firework display that comes out of the smoke bomb like a sparkler, that doesn’t blind anyone and we can both stop and watch it, in the addon description it should be clear it does not cause the blind effect. It can be like a cute little meme <3 do you like sparklers? I like sparklers.

Clown’s smoke bombs used to have a disorienting effect, but it got completely removed for accessibility reasons. So I don’t think we can have the disorienting feature in this game.
And there really isn’t a middle ground. Just look at what happened to the flashbang usage, where it went way down after the bugs were fixed. It turns out many people only liked flashbangs because of the audio and collision bugs, that made flashbangs way more powerful than it should have been.ah I remember that, I didn’t know that’s why it got removed. Okay not like fog, and not disorienting. What about like the lightest mist paralysis that doesn’t disorient and you can absolutely see but that has a slow effect(I’m just going to bounce ideas off you, I hope that’s okay) like chem trap, doesn’t have to be long, just like a tiny window like 1-2 seconds of slow, SMALL AOE.

The smoke bomb made an area effect on the ground for a few seconds, where players can’t see through it, and it completely blocked the vision of anyone in the actual smoke. It was basically free escapes for coordinated SWFs, where a teammate would ambush the killer with it in an area with lots of line of sight blockers.
And I honestly don’t think a new survivor item would be popular, unless it did something that is powerful enough to make the killer feel miserable. There just isn’t anything that’s actually “fun for both sides”, that would be popular with survivors.
maybe like a hazed effect then where you can still see but it’s like a little disoriented? Similar to lightborn if you’re looking dead at the flashlight? Or do you think that would still be too much? Idk I’m an optimist so I think we can probably figure out some kind of middle ground.
While I’m at it hopping in a locker should be considered a conspicuous action for ds.

the Indoraptor. I know it’s a long shot cause the Devs probably don’t want to make such a weird model but they did make the Xenomorph so hopefully.
I got ideas for it cause it’s something I’ve wanted ever since I saw the movie with my grandma.
The Indoraptor:power: the perfect killing Machine
the power comes in 3 parts.
Tracking: the Indoraptor can track the scent of survivors using scent orbs. These orbs are found within 5 meters of a survivors past path after they have been gone for 5 seconds. Interacting with one of these will mark the survivor on the HUD and activate the second part of its power. The Indoraptor can also press M2 to use a roar that has a chance to make a survivor scream if they are within 20 meters.
hunting: when the orb has been interacted a sound notification plays (the tone of the laser from the movie) the Indoraptor gains a 3% speed boost and lasts until the tracked survivor found and the chase has started.
3: killing modeOnce a chase with the tracked survivor starts the Indoraptor gains 5% speed boost (not stacking with the 3% from the hunting phase) and can vault pallets (slightly slower then the survivor). The Indoraptor changes its position so its head is closer to the ground (visual indicator it is in that mode and harder to see.) it gains a leap ability that allows it to jump forwards for (X) meters. This can down survivors but it is on a 5-10 second cooldown (whatever one is better.
special items:gasoline: Gasoline changes the scent orbs so they take longer to spawn and are farther from the survivors initial path.
perks:Stalker: you gain aura reading for X/X/X seconds after a survivor is in your line of sight for X/X/X seconds without being in chase
Clever Girl: you gain aura reading 50% reduced flashlight build up but the flash that indicated a blind still plays at the normal rate. (Fake a blind basically)
I can’t come up with a 3rd unfortunately
that would be very cool.

I think it would be miserable for killers, but I also think survivor stuff needs to be sort of overpowered/broken, or survivors won’t care about it.
Keys can give a 32 meter on-demand killer aura reading for 22.5 seconds, or a 60 meter on-demand survivor aura reading for 30 seconds, and survivors just don’t care about them enough to use them. I see a lot of BNPs, syringes, and gel dressings, so I know survivors are using iri stuff… but they just don’t care about keys to use them, because keys “don’t do enough”.
The alternative is something like the smoke bombs survivors had during the void event, that were so miserable for killer that I stopped playing killer for the entire event.
yeah I think it would be miserable for killers too. I feel like it would get nerfed so much over time it ends up just being like tenacity. Also if they’re trying to clean up slugging and tunneling more I would rather them not introduce another mechanic like built in unbreakable in an item. I can see it just killing any tactful pressure that’s already a tense situation on both sides. There’s alleviating pain points, and then there’s over doing it. Like this would have to be so restricted so it’s not heavily abused by any player just looking to grief.
I mean look at flashbang and ds, instead of considering another perk, they chose to locker hop and blind the killer 4 times after stunning them with ds, imagine like 2-3 more survivors swarming but throw unbreakable on them as an item. They’ll do it. Now I’m annoyed because they’re not touching gens, you’re annoyed because you can lose pivotal pressure from their misplay when they’re coordinated, and amateur/intermediate killers are getting griefed bc they’ll walk right into the trap, and the only people having fun are trolls. So as much as I appreciate the thought, I think there’s other ways to give survivors fun without griefing killers to the moon and back. This is of course just my opinion and I don’t speak for everyone.
Like I saw smoke bomb, I think it can be less impactful and less used to grief, but strong enough to consider, the addons can make it do different things like maybe affect killer aura reading for a small amount of time and it consumes it, an add on that lets you create a stacked fog effect for escape and consumes it(of course hinders your sight too), an addon that covers everyone’s aura in x vicinity for x amount of seconds when using it(can even consume it). Fun, nothing too crazy, can be tweaked. What do you think?
I missed the void event, what did the smoke bomb do? -
@Coffeecrashing said:
Maybe survivors will get a consumable “jumper cables” item, that works as a one-time Unbreakable.
And maybe it doesn’t count as a held item, which means the killer can’t see it, Franklin’s doesn’t work on it, and the survivor can still use other items while it is equipped.
is that something you would be okay with?

Basekit BT + 10 seconds of endurance off hook, and now babysitter is at 15% haste for 30 seconds. Those 2 things alone ensure the killer can basically never catch someone right off the hook anymore unless they are a fool and decide to run back into the killer or go next. DS is also used as a get out of jail free card often when the survivors decide to weaponize OTR and bodyblock the killer or play other stupid games. In these situations DS which is supposed to be a defensive perk is also being weaponized because it prevents the killer for actually punishing survivors who do that and then go down as a result. And thats not even talking about how DS just flat out punishes killers indiscriminately for winning chase too quickly against another survivor.
As I have said before, it literally does not matter that all the survivors are not on gens when you are playing against coordinated teams because they can consistently slow the killer down more than enough to make up for it.Nomade, buddy this is so easy to play around that you can have most people feed you the match on a silver platter because this does not work at higher game play. Killers will eat you for breakfast, lunch, and dinner trying to set this up because they see right through it. You can literally bait them right back. There’s a reason people say this doesn’t get in their way, they’re not gaslighting you. I loathe getting paired with people who play like this because it can only go 1 of 2 ways. Either they’re about to bully that noob, or we’re all about to suffer greatly because the killer knows how to play around it and they just forked over the match being funny. You can’t be serious when you say a survivor not on a gen doesn’t mean anything, especially two. If you have two people proc’d and you know it, why are you not baiting or going for a third?

@Nomade said:

You do realize that there are situations where the correct decision is to eat it right? And DS, even at 3 seconds gives enough distance to the survivor to often make it to the nearest safe loop and that adds at minimum 10-20 seconds to a chase and sometimes more.
they are not on a generator; they are already a health state down fresh off the hook, and haven’t touched a generator if it procs. What should they be doing instead? Just going down right off the hook? Explain to me why this is a problem so I can understand. 20-30 seconds is not some grand run time.
I’m trying to be so polite when I say this, chase someone else; you are getting baited by what boils down to a meme, especially stacked. -

Wow, because those nerfs to DS and DH made nobody run them anymore, right?
those perks sucked when they originally got nerfed into the ground and I still saw people running them in mass even though it bought them like 2 seconds. I think that says a lot. They could nerf them to a half second and people would still use them.

oh. Yea that’s insane. Setting the max at like 25 I’d say is reasonable. 100 escapes is a lot even without the bugs and broken killers.
replace the escapes with safe unhooks or gens completed I’d say.mmm I would say 40. You play 100 matches you should escape in at least 40. 100 matches over time is reasonable I think. It’s the average after all.

Trapper and Skull Merchant.
I don't think that's a particularly shocking answer, haha. I think most people are on board for those being the weakest two in the game.
Both have something going for them - Trapper has snowball and some nasty addons, Merchant still has pretty solid stealth to lean into - but they're just operating on such a lower power level than everyone else.
oh okay, thank you for answering. I appreciate that.

Nah.
Really, it's only about five or six on the lower end that can't benefit from the steady buffs we've been getting, and that's being pretty generous - if I were being as strict as possible without going overboard I'd probably say there's only two killers who truly struggle to engage with the game on a fundamental level.
out of curiousness alone, which two would you say those are in your opinion?
-
Squinting, is this abstract art? seems like some sort of Trojan horse of go next deterrent.
-
@Roco45 said:
Killers don't need buffs to compensate, SWF need nerfs and for their gameplay to be altered when queuing with friends, that's all. Any buffs to Killers just negate any changes made to tunneling/camping/slugging so the issue will still be present, as it always is. People will downvote this because SWF mustn't be touched, even if it's at the complete detriment to the entire rest of the game, but that's the only way to start achieving some actual balance for the health of the game.
there’s not really anything I can think of that would not further drive down everyone else on survivor other than some higher mmr built in static regression penalty when you ready up as a 4man high mmr. Sometimes people are just better than you, on both sides. Most people aren’t going against that most of the time though, so it will be wild to watch reality set in. Same goes when the all the anti this and that comes in.

Toolboxes for sure, I don't think the other two are a problem necessarily. Even if you stack a whole build dedicated to gen speed perks, you get half of what a toolbox gives you, and that's only on specific gens after spending time setting it up.
Base heal speed is definitely not a problem. Heal speed increases… could develop into a problem but I don't think I see one with it now.
depends on the match up, in some match ups the progression perks are not giving them much of a chance, I blame loose match making. when they’re resorting to much more efficient tactics and are highly skilled I say they’re needed a lot of the time to even have a chance against some playstyles/killer& perk combos where the killer is clearly skilled. Tbh anything is problematic if abused so many things on both sides, like if you really look at it.
problem is nerfing everything effective into the ground just makes a dull game for either side but it’s usually the go to method. So that’s why I say look at these things if it gets too crazy.
they could consider buffing anti-healing and killer haste perks if it’s not able to compete against a fast heal/survivor haste meta. As far as topic there’s ways they can go about it, I think buff on the killer side what’s lacking instead of nerf survivor would be the better move, always.
If they must, nerf toolboxes for sure.

@jesterkind said:

You're phrasing it in a very aggressive way but like… yes?
It is reasonable to be annoyed at killers leveraging a basekit problem to get people out ASAP, and it's not super reasonable to be annoyed at survivors for just doing their objective normally.
The better comparison to tunnelling would be survivors bringing toolbox builds, because they're are massively unbalanced and give huge reward for little effort. Complaining about that would be reasonable, complaining about survivors just generally being efficient isn't, really.
yeah tbh if the changes actually change anything toolboxes, gen progression perks, and base heal speed should probably be looked at. Maybe rework anti-tunnel perks if anti-tunnel actually does its job. It’s going to further drive Higher tiered killers up, so I’m more in the buff the weaker killer camp to keep up than nerf survivors and shifting around power more, when they can just buff weaker killers to keep up in some way.

So normally the flame turrets are mostly fine and a mild annoyance. but if you go against a full swf they'll just keep setting them up to the next loop for their friends and its literally impossible to catch them.
what’s the difference between putting the flame turret near the generator and pre-running, or putting the flame turret near the loop for distance like a trap? You suffer the effect for the same amount of time no matter what. Is it just because it’s by a loop? Not on swf more than a duo, but I definitely put them by loops/choke points on purpose.

The devs literally just did a survey they showed absolutly everyone that they do not care for the the things killers complain about, and instead focused only on why survivors quit. There was 0 attempt made to gather feedback on why killer players play the way they do, or any killer players quit, only survivors. That doesnt exactly tell killer players "we hear you too and we are listening", you know. The devs didnt care to listen to anyone on the new OR perks either. Now, killer players who are good enough to be matched with skilled survivor SWFs get to deal with extremely OP Duty of care, and hyper healing builds where any pressure the killer builds gets erased in seconds.
For months I watched endless thread on endless thread be made where killers talked about why. They’ve got plenty of feedback, but also sure they probably could have handled the survey better. Let’s think logically though, they’re not having an issue getting killers to engage or ready up, they’re having an issue getting survivors to engage, every single time I get on there’s a bonus for survivors to get more people to play it. Sure some killers can be buffed or have some stuff added to their kits to keep up.
As for duty of care and healing now might be a good time to make some anti-healing builds, use some killers with good traversal or that haste perks work well on. Survivors get told to adapt all the time. What’s that only four perk slots? Don’t want to be forced to play a way you don’t like?(not speaking directly to you, I can just feel some things coming) the devs were cooking no haste stacking and people on both sides protested “something something devs shouldn’t limit builds, and there goes fast boi clown” sounds like committing to chases will be the play. So maybe a good anti-loop killer. I would not recommend a stealth killer rn.

Fine.
First I want to set the record straight because I think you have me confused for someone else perhaps. I have been a proponent to keep slugging around but fix the issues with it precisely because, fundimentally, it demands survivors do somthing other than slam gens like they're Usain Bolt in a track race. Slugging punishes tunneling on gens, hard. Instead you need to go pick up your teammates. It also means more engagement from the killer. More and longer chases. I have no idea where you got the opinion i wanted survivors on gens all game from but that is not true in the slightest.
Adding more to that, I would like to point out that hook states are 70 seconds each. Where is all the complaining from survivors about being left on hook for 60+ seconds while their teammates loop the killer and slam gens? I havent seen any, have you? Curious, that survivors will complain about being left on the ground for any length of time though, and then those same survivors will defend 70 second hook states. Please tell me you see the hypocrisy here. It seems to me that again, people are not being honest about what they dislike so much about being slugged or the complaints ultimately stem from this strategy countering gen rushing, and not triggering survivors most powerful perks. If it's the latter then people are just being sore losers. If its the bleedout times then you know I have said I am in favor of shortening them.
So yeah, I suppose I can get a little rude when people wont be honest, wont focus on where the root problems are, and refuse to accept that the devs nerfing some things can contribute to pushing other playstyles people like even less. I suppose i can get a little rude when people respond to valid killer complaints with "get good" yet do nothing but complain when the shoe is on the other foot. Yeah I can get a little rude when people engage in bad faith by putting up stawman arguments and being disingenuous. And most recently of all, I can definitely get a little POed when someone makes a well constructed post about the problems killers have only to be met with bad faith responses.
For the record none of that third paragraph is directed at you.I don’t have you confused. I don’t really see a lot of people complaining about tactful slugging, what I have seen people complain about is everyone being slugged and bled out for no real reason. Sure you can make the argument that everyone sucks if they all four get slugged, but it’s still just not engaging gameplay. Also being slugged at two gens left while the killer searches for however long to hook the other person just to mori the last survivor. That is boring, and I agree with them on those two points. No offense but I’ve had more fun watching paint dry, and this is a video game. That’s not directed at you, just a general statement. As a survivor I would prefer you slug me tbh because my teammates can get me up, and I’m not one step closer to death. Less hooks is less hooks, and more opportunities to come back.
Most people aren’t left on the hook that long, very rarely. In most matches people try to save too fast from what I’ve noticed giving the killer even more pressure, because they mostly return immediately when that happens because they’re still right there. Good survivors wait for the right moment to save and understand why nobody has got them yet, it’s why they don’t complain. others send their self through stages for whatever reason. None the less whether they are hooked or slugged thats a survivor not on a gen. Do you want them to complain about being on a hook for the sake of complaining about every little thing in this game?
Why would there need to be a shorter bleed out timer? I won’t make assumptions on why you would be pro shorter bleed out; but I can tell you that’s something I’m not for and object to. I trust my teammates will get me up when and if they can.
They nerfed anti-tunnel into the ground at one point, and it didn’t change anything on how killers played, or how often people still brought that laughable 1 sec stun ds. All of them are useless if you’re not being tunneled and a time waster on the survivor side if they’re choosing to make plays out of them instead of getting on gens. Not saying it can’t tip scales, but if you play smart you can mitigate most of it. Survivors not on gens is survivors not on gens. They buffed gen defense so much that it changed nothing on how gen pop played; it just made all the playstyles survivors hate the most even more effective. I would not call anti-tunnel survivors most powerful tools(I don’t even run them because I think there’s much better perks that provide more utility), but to each their own. Like someone else said the goal post just continues to move. Slugging, tunneling, camping are all strats that fall apart when you’re facing more competent players, and especially people on comms. The less skilled survivors already can’t loop, dont know how to counter perks, and don’t know how to counter killer powers it would just be creating a bigger gap for new players.
skilled survivors are going to see it happening, not altruism theirselves to death and gen rush; because it’s the perf opportunity to and the only way to beat it. Sorry to say it but most people capitalize the moment they can on both sides. There’s been a ton of matches where I’ve made it incredibly clear I’m just playing around and not trying to gen rush them and the killer does not care I’m trying to give them an easier match and not make them sweat. It’s rare they’ll be like “oh they’re goofing” and ease up too, they mostly capitalize. So like we can live in la la land but that’s the reality, both sides want to win in a PvP game with chaotic match making due to whatever reason. They tried giving killers all the things they complained about it changed nothing, it looks like they’re going to try it the other way around now, and like others have stated we don’t even know what those changes look like.
Speaking of bad faith earlier I said earlier “they intend to make adjustments for any killer affected by the changes” , and you basically said ”devs don’t care about killer experience” . You, yourself engage in bad faith. You point out a ton of contradictions, but don’t realize your own contradictory nature. I’m not trying to be rude, but like it just says something ya know. You’re holding people to a standard you don’t even hold yourself to, and you let that dictate how you respond to others. should people be rude to you? Again; not mad, just holding up a mirror.

I wasnt rude to people until people started gaslighting me and responding in bad faith first. The only thing stopping me from giving examples is that doing so would be a violation of the forum rules.
What you’re doing right now is called deflection.

Thank you for proving my point.
dude…you’re rude to people. It’s literally self inflicted. I don’t think I’ve seen you even once try to see something from another persons perspective on the opposite side. It’s honestly not even what you say half the time, it’s how you say it. There are two sides to this game of a coin. People will disagree with you. Half your takes would force nothing but gens gameplay-which survivors hate, and killers hate when survivors just focus on gens- it’s like you refuse to see bigger pictures a lot of the time and then bad mouth people in the process. I’m not mad at you, I’m just hoping maybe you take what tie breaker and I’m saying into consideration.

Nobody likes going against twins thats why think about all the unfun killers are gonna get buffs and are gonna be more miserable to play against. After these changes and buffs people will be calling for nerfs
I don’t really care for fear mongering, it’s a tactic as old as time, and doesn’t really affect me. Also I’m sure without anyone saying anything twins are already on behaviors radar from recent stats.

It's such a double edge sword cause there gonna have to buff twins to compensate and any killers that's designed to slug/snowball
How is that a double edge sword? What’s the problem with that? Everyone is getting what they want.

That would be!! Imagine the climbing over pallets and windows LOL! That would be so cool too. Yeeeeehaaawww!!!!! Stab.
it would be really cool if they did their own killer on Maurice. Like you can summon and desummon maurice for traversal, and a jump lung off as an attack, or you can stay on to stab. weapon is like a sythe. Giddy up 🤠

(Literally thought of that today LOL)
imagine trying to loop a headless horseman coming at you on Maurice with a sword in their hand, just hopping pallets, a speed gallop. Would be super sick.

He's definitely a fan favourite. I'd love a Carol Legendary. I havent watch TWD in years but she was one of the best developed characters on the show.
same, for sure! I started out hating carol, but her character development was so well written that she grew on me to be a favorite.

Yup. Once The Walking Dead hit Fortnite I knew it was only a matter of time before it came to us. Was a good indicator that the license holders were shopping the license around and it makes sense for DBD to snatch it up. I think Fortnite also got Daryl so I wouldn't be surprised if we get him as a Legendary.
I hope, carol and him were my favorites.

I DO NOT trust the developers to fix it if they make killer miserable to play. They have not earned that trust. This is on top of the fact that if you read between the lines they are basically saying "If we break the game, we want killer players to tough it out for months or even an entire year while we fix it".
Again, the recent survey made it absolutly crystal clear that the developers are not interested in what makes killers quit, nor are they interested in the issues killers have or even the changes that have gotten killers to play the way they do. That does not instil me with confidence in their ability to fix anything.I’ve watched them for the last few years bring the killer role out of the pits of hell from where it started to make the killer experience better. This is a two sided game. If they say they’re going to do something they usually do it-most- of the time. They’ve pushed killer so far you’re basically guaranteed a 2k for showing up-most- of the time. Killers go on and on about having to do this and having to do that, survivors hate those tactics, and killers claim they don’t like to do it but feel like they have to. They got to start somewhere bud.
If you think the survivor role will come out unscathed without any changes as well, you’ll be wrong, I can feel the nerfs pending to survivor items and progression perks if it changes the kr too much, alongside killer buffs to those struggling with the changes. They’ve been buffing killers for years and adding more to their kits, I doubt they stray from that just to make the survivor experience better. If you wanna be a pessimist that’s your prerogative.

Would like a source for that. But even if true, great, we get to spend the next 3 years buffing the bad killers by giving them a basekit addon or 2, meanwhile everyone is already just playing nurse blight and spirit anyway.
found it, I got you friend.
It’s from the QoL post

Mandy said it in the one of the posts concerning it, should be one of her comments if you go to her profile where she replied to someone.

I thought it was sick, they confirmed a new killer and map, basically told us that we’re getting the walking dead, they said we’re getting an Asian folklore killer(I love Asian folklore), we got Matthew lillard a horror icon in the game, we get a fun interactive build your own chapter(honestly that’s soo cool), they did teasers because we like teasers, Dwight was there, the cosmetics coming look awesome! I’m not a fan of the Witcher(outfits still look dope though)but I know a ton of people are so that’s really cool, the artist from dragula looks cool af, and we get to build our own chapter!!!! What’s not to be excited about?

plot twist one of the licensed chapters will be sleepy hollow

Might be fitting for FNAF. I mean, they said that the last Chapter on the Roadmap, which brings a Survivor and Realm, would also bring a Twist to Killers. So I would assume that it will be a Member of No Spin (the group of Trickster) and the Map will be some Korean Neon-Town, something many people wanted. But I cannot really make anything out of the picture.
looks like houses to me. Does this help?
