I have Chemical trap on some of my survivor builds but I always run it with Any Means Necessary. It can be a little underwhelming cause you actually have to bait them into chasing you or maybe use it close to someone getting chased hoping it'll help them.
May I ask what rank you’re running this at? The amount of stars that would have to align and game knowledge to get a good use for this perk seems not worth the squeeze, especially the higher you go, and flash bang would just be a better choice, and significantly less situational.
was even playing against an oni earlier in low rank and even though they broke the pallet it did about 0 to slow them.
ill do some testing with amn and brb.

It could definitely use a bit of a buff. It's interesting in theory, but isn't much use when you can reach another loop without it.
It might help you pass a dead loop and reach another one, but that would require you knowing which loops are dead, which makes it very situational to get real value from.
Yeah this won’t work at short loops at all. Brain killers will just BL you. It would have to be a loop pallet where they’re forced to kick the pallet. I’m playing around with it now in ash(haven’t played since the reset),and barely getting any value, I don’t see it performing well in higher ranks.

Run Chemical Trap if you just want a quick laugh of the killer walking thru white smoke. Really does nothing else.
yeah it feels very underwhelming right now considering the amount of effort that goes into it. Needs a buff.

Yes and i said if they rework, they should keep this as same as current version.
Oh okay I see what you’re saying now, yeah should stay as a single only 1 at a time thing for sure. But if you mean 1 for the entire match then ehhh no, wouldn’t be worth it to run with all the conditions on it.
-
@MikaelaWantsYourBoon said:
Killer should not see the trap because it's stupid. They are not breaking it when they see it.
So you will use it on good pallet which killer have to break it no matter what or it's just waste of perk slot. We should able trap before pallet used, so killer won't know if you have it or not.
If this is so much, limit it with only one use at the same time. So you can't trap multiple pallets. But it's survivor perk, so most likely will be ignored even it's fun idea but weak perk.
You can’t trap multiple pallets, you can only have 1 active at a time, I’m pretty sure.

- Requirement to activate this perk can go down to 70%/60%/50% to 50%/40%/30%
- I don't think placed chem trap needs timer for disabling
- Needs BP score event so survivor can know that killer broke the pallet that chem trap is placed (and additional BP is good)
Also wouldn’t be mad about that either. It feels a little underwhelming to use with all the conditions it comes with as is rn.
-
There’s good days and bad days. Killers should be a little stronger imo, once they finish balancing the weaker killers to compete at higher levels and balancing survivors more around that then I’ll be happy bc I’m not seeing the same killers over and over, it’s gotten a lot better than it used to be when all I would see is spirit and Billy and spirit and Billy and the occasional nurse. There’s a bigger variety than there used to be, which is really nice compared to where it used to be.

Honestly I am really surprised more people aren't running it too, I get that it gets a bad rap due to the stereotype but I cant count how many times this perk has clutched for me
It’s because it’s easy to blame stealth(defensive perks) on both sides when things don’t go their way, even though:
it’s cute they missed their flashlight
they’re using that crappy DS that buys them jack all time for the team, unless they fall by a pallet
or they’re constantly getting intercepted going for hook saves, now instantly 1 person is in chase and off their gen; other on the hook.
Now we gotta get off the gen bc they boofed it and messed up the timing or wasn’t using situational awareness.
Easier to blame stealth absolutely. There are also stealth players absolutely killing their team with distortion bc they’re hiding and using it wrong. Same can be said for offensive players though boofing it with their perks wasting time.
I also don’t want more people running it, 1 distortion user per team is fine, more than that and people wouldn’t know how to act, or it would expediently put its head on a chopping block.

I like this post hahaha, it really sums up the complaining that is so prevalent these days. And the worst part is, the devs will most likely listen to this complains and nerf perks because of that when there is no reason to.
It is the online pvp way.

I run Distortion all the time now because aura builds are so prevalent and the perk has literally won my solo team the game when the killer has not even realised I am there when they are running Nowhere To Hide, Awakened Awareness etc
I don't see aura builds as a crutch but you better believe I am going to counter it, especially when it is so meta lately.
Oh and I should mention, I am an aggressive player not a typical hiding in the corner Distortion stereotype. Though lets be real, not getting first chase with Lethal means you are more likely to survive than the person who gets hooked first
It really helps your non distortion teammates so much when you have that cover for yourself to get them to safety. It buys such little time when you’re the only one using, but my god is that time so precious and helpful for your team when you’re being a non hiding helping teammate for saves and gens, and can pull up to take chase. Some of these builds we face are absolutely cracked when they’re also skilled killers using a high tier killer.
aggressive distortion is absolutely the way to go.
-
I use woo and distortion(sometimes when I notice heavy auras are being used in opposition).
My most honest opinion is,
i personally don’t think you using auras are a crutch. If you don’t know how to gen patrol when it doesn’t proc and it costs you the game, you should look into that, you don’t need aura perks but they are very useful. I think they give you a significant advantage a very very good chunk of the time against survivors bc distortion isn’t a high picked perk, and I can definitely see how much you’re capitalizing off that when I use it as solo and see my teammates getting absolutely wrecked bc they can’t fart without someone using heavy aura knowing where they’re at, and almost absolutely close to no progress gets made in those matches against heavy aura, the advantage is very hard to deny. Anyways pop those on an anti loop high tier killer and it’s almost a guaranteed 4k with little adversity. I’m in no way complaining about you using what you want to use we’ve both got our own struggles on each side, I want you to have fun. I would also like to have fun so don’t get mad when I use distortion, come look for me. I’m not hiding, you don’t have to hide with distortion and I like it that way.
woo is very useful as solo, I absolutely like to know if I’m in a dead zone or not. I’m not on comms. It doesn’t make you better while being chased though, that’s a skill. I won’t get to that pallet any sooner by using it. They generally spawn in the same places unless there’s updates. There’s a lot of anti loop killers out there building around their weaknesses in their perks. You can nerf it, but that would probably mean nerfing killers across the board to adjust for the difference bc your advantages would be too great.
if they nerf distortion it mostly likely means surely your aura perks will be up next on that block bc the advantages.
So like don’t let them get to you is my best advice. If you want them nerfed just know that comes with a price of your perks as well bc balance. Now we both don’t have nice useful things that are a shell of a perk. I personally would prefer not to go down that road.
like I said I want to have fun, I’m sure you like to have fun. I’d rather not go down nerf alley, and create more unnecessary work for them, bc I’ll just start picking something else that would be a pain in your bottom, and vise versa.
I’m not mad at you, and don’t pay any attention to distortion woo users that are, they’re being biased.
-
We could collectively run Visionary, and people would ask for the perks head.
it does this:
you see generators auras within 32 meters. Anytime a generator is completed, visionary is disabled for 16 seconds.
people would swear it’s god tier, and come up with some Albert Einstein equation on how it’s saving survivor 12 mins collectively from looking for gens. Bc if you add in this and that like some worst case contingency plan visionary basically powers the exit gates for survivors or some thing. I can hear it now.

The turrets are just tedious to use. My biggest issue with Xeno is how incredibly weak turrets are if you bring the right addons. I've played close to 100 games as Xeno at this point so I know from first hand experience how strong star map+emergency helmet are.
I want to make sure I’m not missing something but the turret box teleporting. You can only do that through addons right? Also what does highlightlng the turret box even do other than turning it yellow at basekit?
-
I don’t mind going against xeno, personally. I hardly ever see them anymore.
learning to counter xeno can be frustrating and feel oppressive. However, once you’ve learned how to counter xeno it feels a lot more fair. Some tail shots still can feel very cheap, but there is a level of counter play there outside of using the turrets in chase.
I played a few matches earlier as xeno and I had someone dc against me, and I don’t tunnel. I wasn’t using any perks or add ons either because I was just learning basekit mechanics. I wasn’t even doing that well like they got a 3 man escape against me if that tells you anything. So like, yeah. In short survivors if they don’t like something will just dc even if you’re a perkless, add on less, non tunneling xeno newb🙃

Not gonna lie, there have been many, many games, were the inner child in me won and out of the spur of the moment I wanted to rage quit and unalive me on hook, but some kind soul unhooked me anyway and I kept playing. One game in particular I was hard tunneld and they protected me after the unhooking (I was soloQ, btw) and we still made it somehow all out.
Yeah bud I totally feel that, I think if you play survivor enough those feelings are bound to happen, especially in solo q, it’s a mad house.
You’re right though sometimes miracles happen, and you’re glad they did even though you wanted to give up.

My friends showed me some of their Xbox messages. You are 100% correct. That probably has to do with less ban restrictions and even if they got a consequence it wouldn’t disable their game.
On PS you can send in super toxic messages to their team, if they’re being extra gross and you absolutely can get x amount of time banned on PS as a whole.

It's completely the opposite on Xbox. PC endgame chat is like a PG movie in comparison to some of the messages I used to get sent after matches on Xbox.
PlayStation can also be super toxic, I don’t send anything to anyone unless something was questionable, to be like hey did you guys notice that too? Or to like tell the killer I liked their skin they had on bc it looked cool bc they spent money on it and it does look good. I know they can’t see it, but I can and appreciate the aesthetic.

More than once I saw (and reported) players who allied themselves with the killer and farmed me and others from the hook. Is even worse when I´m the last survivor without any hooks, because I end up been farmed twice. So I request an option to DENY UNHOOK, so those players would not farm the last/second to last player. Toxic behavior is rampart on this community and if we could deny those players ways to profit from other players misery/grief, the better.
As much as I empathize where you’re coming from, bc getting farmed like that sucks. I see it creating a whole other issue of ppl denying being unhooked just bc they can bc something didn’t go their way, and that’s also unfair to everyone else. It would just be trading an issue for another issue.

Based on the tentacles that come out during its mori, it's simply a creature wearing the skin of someone its killed
It translates to me, makes sense checks out as far as lore, them passively talking, contorted survivor looking, sheds it's "skins" Idk how else you can make a mimic killer that wouldn't be gimmicky at best if immitation of survivor is the goal.
-
I mean if you want to be able to help me save my teammates, do gens, point at each other, then by all means, yes give killer mimic power, welcome aboard survivor.
Do you want to change to look like a kate in the corner or a locker(that would be hilarious to see), and then uncloak similar to a wraith to be like "ahah it was me the unknown all along" like some sort of scooby doo villian?
Survivors don't really talk to each other. I think it's an idea it might sound cool in theory but be very underwhelming in practice.
Idk could be something there, maybe they'll try another mimic like type in the future.
I like the unknown in concept as is personally. Ugly to look at sure, weird projectile absolutely. It has teleportation, and projectiles though which alone are good, and combined can be absolutely menacing to go up against when the killer has a brain. It looks like it has a lot of potential in the right hands.

Out of curiosity, is Distortion the big complaint perk of the month, or is there something more OP currently? Couldn't think of anything so why not ask lol. FTP+BU accounted for.
Is seems like it is the big complaint of the month. It’s not a beginner perk, you really have to know what you’re doing with it, or will absolutely get your entire team killed, especially quickly if they can’t loop at all. All the people just standing around with it are probably new/newer survivors learning the game. This perk has some serious draw backs for your own team.
i mean yeah there’s a lot of perks and combos in the list for survivors that I can see potentially becoming problematic if they were used in mass. Like survivor is weird bc one person using it is fine, nothing game changing. 4 ppl though with a plan can make a mass amount of perks problematic. I certainly wouldn’t name them online, bc again I like nice things, and people will absolutely abuse stuff. Just take a look at the list of survivor perks and if you think this would be a nice combo or it’s nice. Which is absolutely fine in moderation, but survivors are a team so multiply that by 4, now it’s an issue bc 4 man stacking.

It tough out there bc like slugging and tunneling are really hard to counter if you’re not with a bunch of other people who know how to counter it, I personally really like deliverance if I’m noticing a lot of tunneling or right back to the hook on unhook. If they’re slugging a lot unbreakable.

I can see the annoyance; I'm just not one to believe the perk can't be countered. It's annoying how if you bring something like I'm all ears, it's opening up to losing the survivor entirely due to 10 seconds of no scratch marks. I definitely think the perk could use tweaking to make it healthier for the game.
Yeah it can be countered absolutely.
i wouldn’t mind losing the part of the perk that covers your scratch marks. The perk is good aura with regen alone. I can see how scratch marks being covered also can be a little overkill.

Ugh.
I’m saying, like just swap out a single perk and try something that might would help with your build. That was really nice of him to try.
also I wouldn’t be opposed to them tweaking the proc system on distortion. Green just means it has tokens, red means do things to get them back. Don’t make it signal when it’s proccing, just green it’s up, red you’re spent with like an x through it or something until you regain tokens. I’m not using it to learn what they have. Some of these builds are just absolutely cracked due to variables. I don’t ask for nerfs though bc what someone is heavily abusing some desperate m1 or learning new killer needs so they don’t get absolutely rolled.

Im not saying you asked for it to get nerfed Im making a comparrison on how perks that have infinite stacks are op asf. distortion even when you have a full aura build hides your aura all game, it would be like going against a killer with STBFL who never loses stacks its just borderline unfair.
and people in this forum keep saying its not op, I list exactly why its op and they just npc respond to me without trying to explain why its not op.
there is NO reliable counter to distortion. you run a full aura build and by the time you burn all there stacks they regen 2 more bc of how its regen mechanic works. and start with 4 stacks....
it dosent negate 1 aura read it negates it and gives you 10 seconds of aura immunity, it would be one thing if it negates a aura read but the fact it negates it and the next aura reads for the next 10 seconds is borderline not ok
I could get a hook to activate bbq. and while bbq is active kick a gen for nowhere to hide value and that would only burn 1 stack of distortion bc of how it works.... it would negate bbq then give 10 seconds of aura immunity thus negating 2 aura perks for 1 stack. how is that NOT op? like actually genuenly asking how is any world would that be fair? and you get 4 stacks of that and you can regen it like wth?
I listed a plethora of counters to distortion and you called me an old timer. Like dude there’s a lot of broken stuff in this game that blanks whole builds on survivors side bc the killer simply pushed play or equipped 1 thing. I can’t be held responsible to gather survivors like congress and be like hey it’s tough but use/do x y or z if you see it a lot. Like I just take my L, I don’t enjoy ripping fun out of peoples stuff so I don’t complain when it happens to me, bc the killer shouldn’t be nerfed bc i equipped a full loadout in one very specific area. Like to me that’s wild that killers willing go full aura knowing the risks of aura blockers. Especially when I see so many info perks on them and they’re playing high tier killers that can get quick downs and generate map pressure. So no I don’t complain about STBFL or anything like it. The devs can see perk trends and look at what’s going on. All I can do is state my case when it’s survivor related and hope they rule in my favor. I like good things, I want others to have good things. Surprisingly I enjoy fun. People abusing = nerf. Doesn’t matter if I like it or they like it there’s always going to be a group on either side that takes something good and makes it op through whatever method. A lot of these things are fine in moderation. 1 flashbang user is fine; 4 ganged up is op. 1 aura perk fine, stacking they’re going to look at that and nerf a problematic build style on either side. It is the way of the land.
-
Hahaha no, there’s counters to xeno, can’t just hold w.

@OneAutumnLeaf said:

ok then make STBFL not lose stacks on hitting survivors, thats basically the same thing dude, your letting a perk not really lose stacks and pretty much constantly gain value from, bc you almost never are out of stacks which is op asf considering how many perks it negates, its one thing when a killer negates something a survivor uses as there are 4 survivors but its another thing when 4 survivors negate one thing from killer, its completely different .
I didn’t ask for stbfl to get nerfed. I generally don’t dabble into killer affairs unless you’re coming in my yard. Ask the devs for whatever you want, I personally am not going to stand in your way or object you. I’m not a dev though and can’t snap my fingers and make that happen for you. You start talking about survivor perks though, I’m present yes and have things to say especially when the word nerf is going around, in this survivor economy I can’t afford to not speak up.

Yeah exactly. It sucks when people ruin like pretty cool stuff for others. I was referncing how you can sit in a locker while in the killers TR and you gain stacks, for literally doing nothing, being in the TR to build stacks is totally unfair bc there is low risk high reward in terms of regening stacks.
Okay I’m fine with the condition being
TR, or it can be in chases, or I can get them actions of progressing emblems, ie healing actions, gen time, saves. I’m not picky how it regenerates tokens. I’m doing things.
I even said take the scratch marks condition out, they’re nice but not necessary to have covered.
Take your pick im getting my stacks regardless which are very much well deserved, considering if you want to use this perk and benefit your team you have to engage by doing survivor objectives, and risking three heads for your one to do so, so any real value from it on a team level at no time can you really just be “chillin”. I stated multiple times I’m not hiding that includes in a locker to get stacks. It’s wasteful to do so with this perk. It has a down sides by design, so like do me a favor I guess? A condition other than terror radius will probably be more beneficial if I’m being honest, create a healthier gameplay play of using this perk as survivor, they’ll try a little harder to engage. I won’t turn down a survivor buff.

theres nothing high risk about distortion dude.... you can be in a killers TR while in a locker and still be getting stacks regened...theres no risk when using this perk. that has to be the most wild take I think ive seen on this forum in a long time....distortion is high risk high reward.....
I mean if you’re not using it right you’ve basically sentenced your team, I’d say that’s pretty high risk, but what do I know. If you’re in a locker while having distortion you’re using it wrong.
If there’s a survivor reading this you should know that:
Do not hide with this perk, you’re costing your entire team, make progress on gens, get safe saves, and if their lives start talling up take some chases, if you haven’t been in one. If you don’t you’re not helping, you’re hurting your team MASSIVELY.
-
Distortion: Is good, has a lot of reasons all those tokens getting burned that give no value though needs regen, scratch marks show them idc, you have to play with this perk in a very specific way so you don't shoot your team in the foot, this is a high risk, high reward perk. This perk basically nerfs itself most the time. When it works though, it works really well though, as it should.
DS: This is one of the biggest wastes of a perk slot, since it was nerfed this perk is basically WASTING A SLOT AN ENORMOUSLY LARGE AMOUNT OF THE TIME AND FROM WHAT IVE NOTICED A VERY LITTLE PAY OFF. THIS IS NOT A GO BIG PERK.
OTR: I think this perk sucks.I personally wouldn't run it. I'll just take my tunnel for a better perk slot. My friend says it doesn't work half the time. Must be doing something for him though bc he runs it with DS.
Sprint Burst: This is one of the worst exhaustion perks in the game. This one has one of the biggest drawbacks if you're trying to be smart as far as exhaustion goes.
Idk what to tell if you think these guys right here are your biggest enemies. You should be kind of grateful ppl pick these little gimmick perks in mass bc there's much stronger stuff that if they used in mass would be such a huge issue, and every time you nerf one of those you're risking that, idk though you could probably nerf each of these to the ground(they aren't far from it) and there would still be ppl that use them out of whatever reason.

i'm coming back to that hook if i patrol all the gens and can't find anybody and the person still isn't saved. trust me, that would be your average gameplay against multiple distortion gamers in the lobby.
Ah not on the gen? Probably going for an uninterrupted save then bc ya know bc we don’t just do gens. You don’t pip that way. If they’re still on the hook when you get back idk what they’re doing using distortion very poorly. They’re certainly making your game easier and not mine though as survivor. Thats your teammate. I use distortion defensively and altruistically. They can remove the hiding scratch marks clause of the perk, I don’t use it for that anyways, if that like sends you over the edge or something. Like it’s nice but I’m fine with the aura and regen stipulation alone.

blinds are not even close to comparable to information dude. thats a horrible comparison, I mean if nerfing distortion means nerfing lightborn then sure whatever, most killers who know what they are doing dont even run that perk to begin with yet people cry about it so much bc they can bully squad a killer into dcing.
I don’t need distortion to know what aura perks you’re using, that requires my brain to know why it procs, also when I don’t run distortion I know what aura perks you’re using bc brain. Some big red flashing sign doesn’t pop up that says killer has this perk it does this. That’s just exposure to the same killer perks and add ons over and over again. Hey though if you’re looking for tips to get better, if you realize the survivor is using distortion because you can’t get an aura read try checking the gens, or the hook area. If you genuinely just can’t be bothered to adapt to a perk that’s very easy to adapt to bc it’s really no mystery where survivors will be, then idk what to tell you. I can think of a pretty decent size list of things killers have other than lightborn that counter a huge chunk of survivor perks. Play 20 games using distortion and write down how many times it’s rendered absolutely useless token after token due to just circumstance or something that gives your location away anyways; how many times even if you had it killer knew where you were, how many times you don’t get value bc you can’t control other survivors being near you or else you would have to go out of your way costing precious time and progress to not have that happen or they follow you anyways, how many times it just burns out of tokens and you have to go out of your way to get in the killers TR for objectives bc they’re holding down a 3 gen and refuse to leave that very specific area, how many times it wouldn’t of mattered if you had it or not bc the killer was chasing unhooks only anyways and not checking gens or just straight up doesn’t care about anything going on outside of specific area despite your efforts, or how many times you were using it but it didn’t matter bc the killer patrols gens. It doesn’t stop you from being found, it doesn’t make you untouchable or unfindable and it certainly doesn’t alter killer playstyle in a critical way or anything not massively going on anyways and would still continue if this perk was just completely deleted.
To the killers that think the singular distortion user is why you’re chasing unhooks, to that I say you’re doing that whether I use it or not. Stop blaming survivors for how you play, bc you can’t be bothered to patrol a gen, I’m not hiding in an obscure corner or locker when using it. I help my teammates in all ways. I go for saves, I do gens, I give heals, all of which usually lands me in a chase you can’t avoid being chased in this game if you’re doing objectives and killer is doing objectives. If you can’t be bothered to leave your safe space you’re trying to hold down, why should I be when I’m just working on a gen you can’t be bothered to check? We’re both doing our objectives.
Distortion?Really? It’s not even guaranteed value there’s a list of variables that passively nerf it’s usefulness. Have you used it consecutively, surely if you did you would see what I see. It’s good but not op, to the point I barely even incorporate it anymore unless I just am going up against stacked aura after stacked aura just to make any progression towards survivor objective bc some of the loadouts are very overbearing especially when I’m solo, and forces cycles where the survivors make little to no progress, and distortion is one of few ways to catch the tiniest bit of a break for your team sometimes to safely get a save without killer interrupting your pathing, or make gen progress. The counter other survivors and literally patrolling gens. Isn’t one of your objectives to kick them and make sure they’re aren’t progressing? Like this perk can literally be countered by your own teammates just being in the same general area as you, if the feng needs a heal they need a heal. I’m not getting off my generator bc Kate ran up and wants to work on it too.Like distortion alone doesn’t pip you and it has a lot of weak spots , and if the Dwight wants to hide in a locker and not do anything then that’s what Dwight’s going to do distortion equipped or not, there’s no fixing that.
I firmly believe nothing will stop “tunneling” unless the option to do so is removed mechanically, or survivors are stuck standing still and can’t do anything that progresses their emblems in any way, bc then and only then can killers 4k without any inconvenience with 0 adversity. Sounds fun to Q up as survivor right? You get no downsides to your perks as killer, but as survivor nope can’t have a perk that gives value unless it comes with a very sketchy downside that killers benefit from and approve of bc SURVIVOR perks should benefit the killer, sounds good right? Solid plan, survivors are going to love that they’ll be lining up at the door for masochism.

Eh, and another one. Just move on already. Distortion is fine and yes, it IS fun for one side. Stop distorting facts. (See what I did there? :p )
I see it and I like it.

Distortion isn't op, it's good, but not op. It's solid, you can depend on it to do it's job, which for me is aura blocking against an omnipresent build. I feel like would killers also like a perk that stops your aura from being read, that has conditional regens...bc you can ask for that, a counter perk for a counter perk. Then you can counter 1-16 perks as killer.
You still get value out of your build against the 3 other survivors, so killer aura build isn't completely useless, bc the odds of 4 ppl running distortion isn't that high. It doesn't take out your eyeballs and ears, so even if they were all running distortion you can still see and hear them if you decided to look for them. The survivor doesn't blink out of existence for having it. It also has a fundamental downside to it being other survivors, perk doesn't do that much if you have injured joe right beside you, input survivor anywhere near you doing literally anything. Wasted token, killers right there anyways, countered by my own teammate smdh.
I don't need distortion to know if the killer is running bbq or nurse's or whatever else they're using aura related. If you play enough, in game knowledge will tell you if killer does x that means they probably have x. You can't wipe knowledge. You can not have distortion and gather that information based off experience very quickly, or if your on comms two heads gathering information works faster than distortion.
If I equip a full heal build with my best medkit and addons to pair with and get matched against legion or plague, is it my fault for not doing a well rounded build, or should their basekits be nerfed bc it can counter an entire loadout for multiple survivors...so like where is the line?Respectfully.
addendum: it doesn’t even work that well against killers creating map pressure. No amount of aura blocking will protect me against a killer checking gens. I’m just saying.

I firmly believe, that Undying Ruin was the healthiest slowdown meta we ever had. Killers that wanted to get anything from that combo, would have needed to constantly pressure gens. Which resulted in less camping/tunneling.
It was one of the worst of times bc survivors could not figure out gen tapping, or hit those skillchecks for whatever reason. Didn't have to worry about the killer heavily regressing the gens, had to worry about other survivors, on top of being heavily farmed by other survivors bc they wouldn't do ruin gens. My eye still twitches thinking about it.

The game has become faster because there's still nothing to do for survivors besides gens while there's multiple things for killers to do, break walls, break gens defend gens, chase, break pallets etc what else is there for survivors to do? Chests? Totems?
yes...the only thing for survivors to do is gens, chests, and totems...nothing else...at all...
The survivor emblem system would like to have a chat with you.

Killers: *Running 2 to 3 aura perks every game*
Surv: *Puts on Distortion because they are tired of constantly being found so quickly in the match and (probably) tunneled out*
Killers: Stop that
Essentially. If survivors get any value from a perk it’s a problem.
