I recommend running aura reading perks in soloQ. i always run kindred and aftercare nowdays. I know what my team is doing and people can see me when i have aftercare on them. Dont rely on the 4 meta perks, in the end its pretty selfish way to play and this is a team game.
My issue in soloQ is that when we have people that are too afraid to take the chase when they have 0 hooks on them, or hide in corners self caring for minutes. This is usually what loses us the game.
If you see someone who is on deathhook being chased and you have 0 hooks or even 1 hook in you go and try to stop the killer. Take the chase and hook. Don't let your teammates die early because of selfish gameplay.
Had many really nice matches yesterday where everyone was working as a team. Took bodyblocks, hooks helped out. Didnt hide in a corner, didnt expect to be carried.
-
I guess i could add
1. if you start bodyblocking me with your borrowed time + DS i will tunnel you. Borrowed time is given to you to get away from the killer not to bodyblock and be in their face. Don't yell TUNNELER in the endgame when you were in their face after getting unhooked.
2. Even good killers can lose the match with good perks because this game is full of RNG. There are bad maps and survivors can be loaded with good perks.
3. Not all of us tunnel, but when theres 2 gens left some of us will turn the pressure to you and start be meaner at that point. Its not personal we just realise its time to stop being fair
4. We want to have fun too. Do survivors care about it?
5. Most of us play both sides. We know the struggles on both sides and arent biased.

This ain't tit for tat. We can discuss the balance of one side without resorting to whataboutism. COH is problematic, medkits are problematic, BNPs are problematic.
Spirit has FAR more than one strong addon. Even her yellows are some of the strongest in the game. The biggest problem with MDR is how absurdly powerful it makes an already very strong power, on top of how universal it is, and how well it synergizes with her other addons: with Yakuyoke, you basically have super speed phase for half an hour and it recharges at the same rate as it would without. With DCB, you basically turn off your brain and press M1 at the killer instinct notification. MDR NEEDS to have a bigger downside.
Also, we're still playing whataboutism when it comes to bringing up Blight, but I'll address it because it's a fair point. Iri Tag is extremely situational, and will cost a Blight a down more often than not: trying to force a hit with Iri Tag means you have to go out of your way to waste rushes, or avoid taking an easy hit, which gives the survivor even more chances to avoid your final rush, which means you're an M1 killer until all your rushes come back and the survivor walks away uninjured. C33 is very powerful and needs to have a bigger downside (-1 rush, less speed when rushing, just something). I'd say outside of C33 and Alch Ring, all of Blight's addons are in a very good place. The only change I'd make is turn AV into a purple (I'm saying this as someone who uses Vial a lot). The difference between a Blight using greens/yellows and a Blight not using anything is minimal. The difference between a Spirit using yellows and a Spirit not using anything is drastic.
I'm not arguing the addon isnt strong. I'm just saying its not the biggest issue in this game right now. There are far more bigger things than the random spirit using MDR.
Question how many spirits do you see per week? Dont lie. I see maybe 2. I play quite often daily even 4-5 hours, and i usually see 2 spirits per week. Rarely MDR on them. I see much more nurses and blights and weskers than i see spirits. Why...who knows maybe shes not the easiest killer to play or perhaps people actually dont find her as strong. I main her so i guess i do see her more than i say since im the one playing her. I use MDR once in a while i still lose matches against good survivors in good maps. I'm not unbeatable force. Maybe i should tunnel...
Lets fix the game where the issues are and not because someone had a bad gameplay against a good spirit with MDR equipped and came to the forums to rant about it.

Uninjured survivors are quiet? That's almost as if Spirit is supposed to have counterplay.
MDR is arguably one of the strongest addon in the game.
So killers can't have anything strong now? While survivors are rocking infinite heals with medkits + boons and BNP + toolboxes?
She has 1 strong addon and people are losing their minds over it.
Blight literally has 2 strong iri addons with no downsides and good greens as well, but you are losing your mind over 1 iri addon with a downside?
-
You taking one screenshot of 1 match doesn't prove anything im sad to say. Also what i noticed it that your opponents arent too high on prestige so we can't say how many hours they had in the game.
Its not impossible to win matches as weaker killer but its harder and requires more sweatier perks and mistakes from survivors. Good survivors with good perks, items and map... well goodluck.

Yeah, even if this is more an issue on Blight than Spirit.
For Spirit, IMO nerfing Mother Daughter Ring (should have been done long ago) and Dried Cherry Blossom is enough. I dont really understand how they thought that Dried Cherry Blossom was a good idea, if you are using this Add On, the game basically plays for you. And it is even more of a Joke if you think that MDR and Dried Cherry Blossom have the same Downside, which gets negated by the very strong effect of Cherry Blossom.
Regarding Blight, I think his Add Ons are just a big Joke. I just cannot understand how they do ANY Add On Nerf, but keep Alchemists Ring like it is. And I remember when they announced that some Killers will get Add On-Changes and everyone was running Alchemist Ring, because everyone knows that this Add On is just broken. Turns out, they buffed Adrenaline Vial from his worst Add On to one of the best, also broken.
IMO, those should be nerfed: Alchemist Ring, Adrenaline Vial, Compund 33, Blighted Crow, Blighted Rat.
IMO Blight is one Killer who really does not need Add Ons. Especially not some that are so strong.
Dried Cherry blossom is for people that dont want to destroy their ears with headset having to be at 100% volume or people with hard of hearing. How about we just leave that addon how it is.
I have decent headset but yet i still have to keep my volume really high to hear anything. Uninjured survivors are pretty quiet. Chase music and ambiance noises make it hard as well to hear sometimes. After playing few matches i have a headache or ear ring. But i still love my spirit.
MDR...its an iri addon.. it has a downside, it's not unbeatable force.

Why stop there Midwich and Dead Dawg are killer sided, nerf them, you know for balance. you nerf a survivor sided map nerf a killer sided map.
I wouldnt call them killer sided maps. They are more killer friendly but i think those 2 maps are probably the most balanced maps in the game. Midwitch still has lots of pallets, but very strong endgame doors, and saloon main house is a pain. Lots of tall grass to hide too. Good thing is the map is small.
-
I'm personally hoping this is the first step to fixing too big maps and unbalanced maps. Red forest is too big for M1 killers, badham all variations needs fixing and garden of ...pain has too many safe pallets that link together to jungle gyms and the main house needs tuning. We can't expect them to fix everything at once.
This is a good first step i hope you guys keep going and fixing things. Map shouldnt be killer or survivor sided but neutral and somewhat balanced so both sides can shine. Right now too many maps sadly are survivor sided with ridiculous loops and main houses.
Eyrie is just horrible and im glad they are hopefully fixing it first. Survivors are burning a lot of offers to go into this map and i wonder why. This will of course change survivors now burning offers to badham, garden or whatever else is their sided, but oh my i hate eyrie.

Are you referring to MDR when you said “it’s fine because it has a downside”?
I am a Spirit main (assuming you are too because of the profile picture) and I can absolutely say that MDR is not a fine add-on because of the downside. The downside barely affects Spirit. It makes an already extremely strong killer that much more overbearing.
It’s easily the strongest or second strongest add-on in the game. Spirit has free range of movement in phase and she’s moving as fast as killers like Blight and Billy who are limited in their how rapidly they can turn, so she can go mach speeds and fly across the entire map with a free range of movement while being invisible. Slap on Amulet with MDR and you got yourself a good ol’ fashion “GGEZ” match.
And this is coming from someone who mains Spirit.
Its not the worst iri out there, and yes i do play spirit. Its a strong addon but it does have a downside. Blights iri addons have 0 downside and are strong as well. Pinky finger has very little downside if you add the extra bottles. Many killers iri addon gives them ability to camp ( huntress and clown comes to mind) MDR doesnt give you that ability. Plagues iri addon literally gives her free radar through out the match as long as they dont drink.
Against good teams spirit still loses even with MDR , while good blight and nurse can still wreck them pretty easily.
I use MDR sometimes, but really i rather just use the yellow addon. Though i do curse when i get maps like red forest when i don't have it.
-
Pinky finger with extra bottes. Compound 33. Black Insence... MDR....but its fine it has a downside, still strong iri, but not as strong as the previous ones i said

Well dont tunnel and ppl wont dc its rly that easy
People DC just because they are found first or they see a killer they dont like. Or the sun was in their eyes or grass was wrong color. let's be honest here.
-
Depipping needs to go. I've been stuck at iri 4 since i keep depipping everytime i get few.
Dcs are out of control so is tunneling its ridiculous. Toxicity is worse i feel lately. People are just so angry on both sides.
-
So theres like 2 good maps for killers, but hey let's take those away too! Also Use Deja Vu if you are scared of 3 genning.
If you havent learned the map layouts yet with gens that is an excellent perk to help you out.

Body blocking on the unhook encourages me to tunnel. Thats really the only thing that does it.
Agreed. If you bodyblock and annoye me instead of running away when you are rescued.. Ill put you back to the hook.
-
I run eruption and brine just to have a chance i guess. I do run lethal and nowhere to run with them so i dont go the full 4 regression perks route. I don't camp or tunnel though so i play as fairly as i can until i cant anymore.
I would love to use silly perks and whatever i want but everytime i do gens go way too fast. I use scourge hook + jolt too, but a lot of the times my hooks are so badly placed i cant get value out of that perk.
Survivors can run more variety because there is 4 of you, but that being said i see mostly adrealine, off the record, unbreakable, dead hard, windows and resilience.
Unless devs fix the maps and some killers gen regression is sadly needed. Eruption could go down to 15 seconds though. Brine is fine.
-
Newer maps are very heavily survivor sided. Shattered square is really bad with the colors. It looks like there is scratch marks everywhere even though there isnt. Too many strong buildings + shack and way too much stuff to get stuck on and strong pallets.
Garden of joy... Nothing joyful about this map. Safe pallets after safe pallets. infinite loop at the main house and a killer shack. Needs a remake for sure
Earie..whats to say. Too big. Strong main building + killer shack. Horrible map for trapper, hag and M1 killers. Also stealth killers good luck. Way too many filler pallets that are also very very safe.
Ok haddonfield... well the buildings are horrible. Easy to loop for survivor but yeah it has strong 3 gen but smart survivors will push these gens first.
Badham all variations... please remove from the game...nothing more to say

@ImNotBobDylan said:
Unfortunately it is not a problem that can be easily fixed, survivors DC'ing is just the symptom of a much deeper problem, not the root cause.
I do not advocate for people DC'ing/suiciding on hook. But you cannot put all the blame on people who DC.
A few days ago my first DBD game was against a killer who picked Midwich offering. Within 30 seconds of the match, you can guess it, I hear the Nurse sound, baby Meg gets downed and then we all get exposed from Starstruck. Just after getting exposed, I immediately thought "This is ridiculous, I should DC" and at the exact same time one of my teammates DC'd in front of me. I decided to stay, needless to say we got spanked within minutes, the Nurse of course did not give hatch and after the game I saw her profile with 2000+ hours and lots of toxic comments implying she was only playing Nurse on Midwich.
Imagine coming back from work and expecting to play a chill game, and this is what you get, people would rather not play. I don't even think Nurse is OP (at all), but when the game starts like this you can tell within seconds that you're going to have a very unenjoyable match. Add stupid teammates to the equation, a dysfunctioning MMR, repeated loss streaks, unhealthy playstyles (facecamping etc.) and toxic end game chat, yes I know people will come here and proudly say "I never disconnect, it's poor sport etc.", but showing the world how moralish you are is not going to address the problem: DBD is a game where the worst possible unfun situations can happen out of any video game I've played.
A game is supposed to be somewhat fun, but if 5 people play and within the first 30 sec of the match already 4 of them have the impression that they are wasting their time, but the game forces them to stay, then something is severely wrong with the game itself, and of course people will DC no matter the penalty.
A good start to fix the problem would be to fix MMR so that you truly have 50% chance of winning. Getting 10+ loss streak in a row puts everyone in a very defeatist mindset that is not healthy in a game where you can suicide on hook.
Please play stardew valley or something if you want to relax and chill. When one person gives up just because they get downed or the killer isnt someone they wanted you ruin the game for 3 other survivors. Even for the killer in some sense.
Many killers just want to get the game over with after the first ragequitter so they just kill the remaining 3 as fast as possible, making the survivors think the killer is being sweaty. No we just want to move along. Not everyone likes farming.
When first person ragequits for whatever reason, survivors give up. If there is 5-4 gens left there is absolutely no point to continue and prolong the game. So i personally go to the killer and ask to be let out.
Play the game. Lose or win. Dont just babyrage and DC or first hook #########. If you want to relax. I really do recommend stardew valley. Excellent game and can be multiplayer as well!
Also whoever is supporting and saying survivors DCing is valid due to camping and tunneling and because or eruption... I have no words for you.. Stop supporting this bad behaviour.
You don't know how the game is going to go and if the killer is going to tunnel and camp if you babyrage quit in 15 seconds of the game! Thats just you being entitled.

Well, you think tunneling and camping are needed, for what exactly? To win the game? If you want to sweat so much, then you should be thankful survivors are DCing. Easy game.
Ok so what you are saying is that killers shouldnt be allowed to try to win at all? If i have 2-3 gens up and i have 4 survivors up still, and i want to put little bit more pressure onto them i will tunnel at that point. If you DC because you werent allowed to have easy game and easy win... well that isnt the game being unbalanced or unfair..thats just you not handling defeat well.
-
@Rudjohns said:

Like I already said, people leave the game because they know its already a loss. The killer can tunnel and camp if they want to, so whats the point of continuing wasting time with the match?
So getting hooked first you know its a loss? Sure sure... I've had so many survivors DC in the first 15 seconds of the game, well at that point it sure is a loss for the other 3 survivors.
Like i said stop giving excuses. I'm not fan of tunneling or camping but sometimes those methods are needed and im not talking about 5 gen tunneling/camping. Killers don't like you flashlighting, palleting, bodyblocking etc etc but hey ..those things are sometimes needed.
-
@Rudjohns said:

If the game is balanced I guarantee you DCs will be very rare
No survivors want to be downed and tunneling out of the game at 5 gens
Remove the possibility of tunneling and camping completely from the game and you will see the magic happening
I play a lot of survivor and killer and i see this selfish entitled DCing all the time. Most of the times survivors just DC due to going down first in the match. How is that unbalanced? Stop with the excuses and stop playing the game and making it miserable for other players just because you cant handle losing/ or going to be hooked.
Killers mostly DC due to getting genrushed or looped so they get frustrated and leave, but in my opinion survivors DC just because they cant handle disappointments.
-
@Rudjohns said:
Instead of punishing people for leaving the game, how about figuring out the cause of all the dcs and fixing it?
Only way to fix dcs is to let survivors win all the time or get killers they enjoy bullying and looping.
Many survivors DC due to what killer is or going down first. There is no fixing elitism and selfishness.

In my matches I usually always see two dc's in the first few mins or seconds. It's extremely common now. Then the killer goes extra sweaty like their life is on the line on me and the other person left. So much fun :/
I think the killer just wants the game to end at that point. Not everyone likes farming. Some of us just end the game so we can all move along to another one.
-
My main the Megladon of course.

DBD was originally a PC game that was converted to consoles.
You don't want us pesky PC players in your lobby, turn off crossplay. I have more issues with console players than i have with PC players if im honest... Hacking i havent seen it for a while. Feels like behaviour is finally doing something against it.
Complaining about pc players having NVIDIA filters is silly. I'm sorry i dont play on console i guess? Sorry i enjoy higher fps and better looking game.

Glad to know it's useful !
Could you tell me if it works in this scenario :
An injured survivor runs up to you. They're already 70% healed. You finish the heal. Does it count towards Aftercare ? Or does it only work if you've healed them from 0 ?
Thank you =)
It should work. Never actually paid too much attention to how much heals ive done since i feel like i get the aura just by touching an injured person :D I think this perk is very underrated. I feel naked when i take it off
-
I won't take aftercare off. Love that perk. Saved me so many times when team members are running the killer to me. Also helps me to run the killer if i have the auras of teammates so i dont run the killer to them.
Lovely perk i love it way more than bond.
It works when you get saved or healed or when you heal or save a team member you start seeing their aura. They also see your aura. Whole map too so no limits like with bond. You will lose the auras if you get hooked though.
-
I had it as well today when playing spirit. Completely invisible survivors. I couldnt see them at all. I could hear them and see pallets being dropped but no survivors. I saw them after using my power again.

Killers use mass-slowdown because it is the easiest way to play Killer. You can also play 0 or maximum 1 Slowdown and you will do fine as Killer. You just need to not suck at the game. However, if you suck at the game, you take 4 Slowdowns and prolong the game to a point where basically everyone can win.
Survivors focussing more on Generators is more the point of the oppressive Slowdown-Meta. What else should I do when playing Surviovr? Gens need to be done, so there is no time to do any different. Especially not when I play with at least two Randoms, where I dont know what they are actually doing and how fast they burn through the Pallets.
I mean i don't use 4 slowdown perks nor eruption, but your answer screams survivor main. With the new Knight perk even i am thinking of going back to kicking gens since its a damn good perk. Many survivors hide around gens.
Anyways there is 4 survivors and 1 killer. You chase someone. Survivors might have really good map like garden of pain or badham. Unless you are a nurse you won't down them in 2 seconds. You can't be pressuring the other 3 survivors at this point. Gens might go fast.
In my games i see multiple prove thyselfs and brand new parts. Even hyperfocus is a thing. People recharge their toolboxes and use them again. its not that uncommon to gens actually go so fast that killer has no chance in the game + bad map yeah might as well afk in a corner. It doesnt make the killer bad it makes the game unbalanced. Ask yourself why is it that killers use 4 gen defense perks nowdays. Why is eruption so popular. It has nothing to do with anyone being bad.
Also take away gen pressure and tunneling and camping will become even more popular. With the knight i feel like its already bad, but do we want to make it worse. Tunneling one person out of the game fast is smart business. Not the fun way of playing but very smart business for the killer.
I'd love to use aura reading + chase build only but unless i get complete new players i can't. I need gen pressure. Survivors have too many tools to make gens fly nowdays.
-
All the knights so far i've gone against have been campers and tunnelers, but that being said this new map is just another garden of pain...
Why is it so hard to make balanced SMALL map for both sides to enjoy? Why have all the maps from artist era to this been heavily survivor sided?
This killer is butt cheeks with the camping and tunneling but this map is even worse. Please make some changes to the map design department. Add some killer mains there too <3
All that being said..i dont like the new killer. His ability to proxy is too good.

As I mentionned above earlier, both DS and Dead Hard are an anti-combo with OTR, nobody plays those together for the same reason Lithe and Spring Burst aren't used together, because using one makes it unlikely to get benefits of the other one.
Now for OTR, it being active in the endgame really doesn't change much of anything regarding escaping, if the guy is hooked, and there are at least 3 survivors left, you're gonna try to force 1-1's anyway. You won't go after the unhooked one, as Borrowed time is a possibility.
Now, if you really point out that in a VERY specific scenario where you want that specific survivor dead because you failed to properly camp in end game, or if you decided not to camp the last hook with 3+ survivors alive, I'd say that a justified change would at the very least to deactivate OTR when gates are OPENED, not deactivated. Because it's unfair to be on hook with two generators left, see all gens being finished, but you don't benefit from OTR for some reason.
OR, make OTR deactivate only if gates are powered BEFORE you're on hook.
Comp survivors do use those together quite often, and if i have 4 survivors alive at the endgame i will want that unhooked person dead instead of going after someone whos healthy. They nerfed the perk for a reason , It was busted in PTB

Borrowed (baseline AND perk) do work endgame so I don't see why we wouldn't deactivate these, or any perk like Hope, adrenaline... It's a slippery slope we're going.
I don't have a problem with OTR right now, but the nerf was definitely unneeded. Still a good perk though.
I would not play killer and im sure others will agree if survivors had 80 seconds free time at the endgame. It would be bonkers broken. Good survivors will escape nowdays with 10-20 seconds BT and hope equipped, i dont see why they should have more perks to give them 100% escape rate at the endgame.
DS is still used with off the record and DH together making it pretty ridiculous combo. If you take off the record hit and then go down and use DS you won't have endurance anymore and you can DH again. DS should deactivate in endgame. Remember the golden days when survivors would just abuse it and get free escapes?

Dead Hard and Eruption

Honestly, OTR was perfectly fine on the PTB. Deactivating on endgame can't really be justified. I get why DS needs to be, because it's a lose lose scenario, but Off The record should absolutely save you in an endgame situation, especially because it only really works if you hooked the person close to a gate.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3232172#Comment_3232172
Actually, DS, DH and DS are all perks which counterinterract with each other.
You can't use Dead Hard if OTR proced.
You can't use DS in most scenarios because OTR makes the chase long enough for DS to be deactivated (or soon deactivated after being downed).
OTR is WAY less effective at countering tunneling than DS ever was. It's a good perk, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't counter tunneling effectively.
DS needs to be baseline 5 seconds, there is just no other way to put it. If they need to add small killer buffs in return, so be it, I don't care, the game is just not interesting playing survivor right now because almost every killer is tunneling and facecamping these days. Basically, these days, you either spend the entire game on a hook, or on a generator.
No one should get 80 seconds of freedom at endgame. Its good that second chance perks were nerfed to endgame since thats the time when its gloves off fight or die situation. Old DS gave way too many free escapes, DH still does. Off the record working at endgame would be just more busted old DS
-
Survivors: Dead Hard, Unbreakable, Decisive Strike, Prove Thyself, Windows of Opportunity, Adrealine, Hyperfocus, Stakeout, Off The Record.
Guess the most meta 4 perks right now i see being used is Dead Hard, Off The Record, Adrealine and unbreakable. This is what i see the most.
Killers : Overcharge, Call Of Brine, Corrupted Invention, Eruption, BBQ, Deadlock, Plaything, Pentimento, Pain Res, Dead Man Switch and Lethal Pursuer.
I don't see full 4 gen defenses in every match but when i do see it i fully understand it. Usually its at least 2 of the gen defense perks and maybe 1 info and 1 chase perk or 2 info perks.
Funny Thing is the meta on survivor is almost the same it used to be if not still exactly the same. Killer side i think it changed more.
-
Both sides. I think you should play both to understand both sides properly and not get biased. I lean more to survivor only due to being able to play with my bf , but im not biased towards it and i do love my spirit girlie. I do play all the killers, but main is spirit.
-
Try playing him... you'll notice how easy it is to reveal him. I get revealed through walls and other stuff nowdays. They made it so easy to reveal him its impossible to stay stealthed.
He is literally one of the weakest killers out there and i rarely see him. Now due to the tome i see them more often but escaping against them is pretty simple unless they are thousand hour GF mainers.
-
They should fix Susies hands. She has massive man hands and it looks silly.
-
Garden of Pain, Eyrie of Crows all the Badham versions.
-
Just because you are last one to be alive doesnt mean you should get an easy escape. Many times when i close the hatch survivor still gets the door since the RNG gods gave me doors that are impossible to patrol.
Also door gives MMR hatch doesnt so i rather the last survivor gets the hatch. Quite often the last survivor has been someone whos been hiding or running the killer into other survivors. ( Happens in my soloQ all the time) .

Medkits have very limited amount of usage. Equivalent of medkits are killer addons. And let's be honest - MDR and tombstone piece and all the other OP addons are way worse then medkits, that can at absolute max heal you 3x
MDR has a downside and how often do you see michaels in this game anymore? :D Medkits have no downside. Purple and green medkits are very common nowdays with syringe or syptic and i see lobbies usually with 3-4 medkits all the time.
-
Noticed as well theres some problems with the sounds lately. Also can we talk about lowering the chase music? Would be nice to hear something while chasing the survivor. As a spirit player id appreciate hearing the survivors more than the repeating chase music :). I hate to put my sounds on 100% all the time and then the music kills my ears.
-
3 genning is easy to avoid if you have any situational awareness or map awareness. When you see a gen being done don't do another gen right next to it. Move further. many maps are easy to read they spawn gens 3 on one side 3 on the other and 1 at the middle . Pay attention to what gens are being done and try to do gens opposite of one that was done. Haddonfield always start doing a gen next to Michaels house or inside of it. That map has the nastiest 3 gen around that house.
Sure SoloQ people can 3 gen but you can prevent this by doing a gen opposite side. Its not rocket science really.
Some killers will try to camp a good 3 gen but this is easy to tell so just try to put more pressure on that side. Usually if killer camps a side they dont really get many chases going and you guys should be 3-4 alive even if the 3 gen happens and you should still be able to finish 1 of them.
Use perks to tell your teammates which gen you are doing it actually helps. I run aftercare so people can always tell where i am.
-
I 360 when i have nothing else left. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. When you learn that this certain survivors knows how to 360 you learn to counter it.
-
100% Yes. Just give people the insta buy button, and people who still want to manually get something out of the web can. It wont hurt anyone but makes the game so much more nicer.

https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/YKIL3U978YRI/20221105214140-1.jpg
That wasn't even a 3gen anymore. It was a stupid 5-gen-combination around main building. Killer can just completely ignore the other half of the map having such generators spawns.
1/3 of the map had 5 generators. Another 1/3 had 1 and the shack side had the last one.
Anyone who would call this bullshit survivor sided is welcome to play against my noobish survivor-main nurse or bamboozle bubba in this configuration. Im pretty sure I will perform well on this unfair survivor sided map...
Everyone whos played this game more than 2 hours knows that most maps spawn gens 3 on one side and 2-3 on other side and maybe 1 at the middle. When you learn this you wont 3 gen. Don't do all the gens on the same side!
Also did you just call that map killer sided? Or Balanced. I have seen it all 😱 This map is horrible for most killers. Only fast ones can make do and even they get screwed over by the multiple safe pallets + filler pallets.

Don't forget eyrie of crows and garden of pain. Those maps just make me see blood and i become the worst killer i can be. usually im nice and fair but give me badham or one of those 2 and i'll become what everyone hates. Or i sightsee the whole match look at steel bushes and corners.

You need to fix the MMR system. I think making it based on escapes was a horrible idea. Now these *lone wolves* or whatever you want to call them are getting out of doors because they simply just hide throughout the game. Maybe killers find them cute and lets them out. Their MMR increases and they will come to a place where they dont belong.
I've had these hiders multiple times and its frustrating. All you are doing is is carrying this hider and letting them maybe even escape for free.
Is the team based thing thats coming up also going to fix how the MMR works? So people who obviously didnt put much efford into the game even if they escape wouldnt get higher? I think this would fix alot of issues in soloQ when people like this wouldnt be where they shouldnt be.

Slobby, BBQ, Pain res and Brine/Jolt. Keep switching between those 2. Still even with these i feel like the gens sometimes just goes too fast. So i fully understand people using 4 gen defense perks.

I mean the new outfit is horrible so if anyone wants to spend 10 euros / dollars whatever your currency is on that...well i question your taste :D
Feng is annoyingly popular and she tends to get NICE looking normal outfits which annoys me. I'm a Meg mainer and yes she has quite a bit of outfits, but id say most of them are horrible. A lot of them are recolors of already existing skin, and the devs or the outfit team is making her get more and more boyish Nea lookalike outfits which annoyes me and is trying to make her blonde.
Shes a redhead with long hair stop making her blonde or short haired!! Give her some more feminine clothes!
I do feel bad for Jeffs and Adams. Haddie doesnt have much, but she's also new. Quentin...has one outfit... Grandpapa Bill doesnt have much. Licensed characters probably wont have much. There are other characters than Feng thats all i'm saying.

Yeah killers have few maps that are ok for them but even those with bad RNG can become quite survivor friendly. Lets just forget that 90% of the maps are heavily survivor friendly. New maps are horrible for killers.
