I like his current ADS time. I don't like his current everything-else time.
-
Just don't get hooked in the basement, duh.

POLO

Nah.
I was raised a lot of things, but a coward wasn't one of 'em.

I’ve always prefer a fun but weak killer compared to a strong but boring one. Old Freddy was definitely weak but did everything a licensed character was supposed to do by perfectly encapsulating 2010 Freddy as a character. Honestly it’s a shame we’ll never be able to play him again
Literally just bring him back with the teleport and some QOL changes (Like incapacitated while in dream transition) and add a cap of 60% generator debuff speed so he doesn’t get out of hand with pentimento and thana.
If you want Old Freddy except with teleports or other powers or debuffs ect, you don't want Old Freddy, you want New New Freddy.
Being unique or thematic isn't a very good substitute for actual gameplay. Old Freddy was waiting to hit survivors and waiting longer to finish generators. That's it. That's literally it. Waiting. Dolled-up waiting, but still waiting.
New Freddy blows, but at least he's active.

Because uhhhhhhhhhhh.
-
Oh boy, here we go again.
-
As an old man-- old isn't always better. Nostalgia filters are very, very strong.
Poor Billy, though.
-
"Making sure you don't do your job while I do mine" will always be the meta.
-
If everyone is downed with no possible way of picking up (soul guard, unbreakable, ect.) everyone's aura is revealed and everyone has the option to bleed out 10x faster after 30 seconds.
There. 51 seconds maximum.
-
Yeah, that's kind of the problem. "Meta" doesn't mean "too strong" necessarily, it just means it's used a lot.
Ruin wasn't OP. Spine Chill wasn't OP. Self-care wasn't OP. Pop wasn't OP. But they get used, so these good-not-OP perks get hit with the hammer of God and get absolutely ground into powder.
Mission accomplished, I guess, we're not using them anymore.
-
What
-
New player? No worries, equip this perk that punishes you harder for doing the thing you equipped the perk to help with.
Why not.

Because Survivor report whining massively outnumbers Killer report whining. It's not about taking sides. It's numbers.
And bringing that up in a thread talking about reporting hackers would beeee..?

It's not funny. You just decided to invoke whataboutism for.... no reason.
It's not even whataboutism, the thread was about no side in particular. No one said anything about reporting killers for tunneling or camping, you just showed up ready to throw down implying this guy was a survivor main doing that because.. well, I don't really know why you implied that.
I guess, again, you showed up for a fight no one was participating in.
-
They're not.
Have fun, bud.
-
Like with the legendary 5 hit PTB survivors, this is something you can literally do right now. It's just slightly harder, and only different by a few percent.

No, I just like to punish survivors for using those perks.
You punish survivors using perks to try and keep themselves from getting kicked out early by kicking them out early?

New killer: Twitch Chat.
Is controlled by chat, Twitch Plays Pokemon style.
-
I flashlight saved against a killer who clearly didn't know what they were doing and was struggling.
Twice.
Fortunately, I died for it.
-
Green or red?

@WesCravenFan said:
There's a strong chance what you are reporting is not reportable.
Survivor Mains in particularly need to get it through their thick skulls that CAMPING IS NOT REPORTABLE. Good lord, the number of times my end game chat was something like "reported for camping!" is enough to make my eyes roll all the way into the back of my skull.
I appreciate your willingness to throw down in a fight that doesn't exist here.
-
It's amazing how much better games would be if people didn't
-
Well, I hope you still don't care.
-
I asked a streamer what they didn't like about my name and got instantly banned.
Damn Vtubers.

As was commanded.

Mmmmmmm

Steadily fancier crowns.
Anything. Please.

I'm fine with tricksters lullaby, I can understand why killers with strong chase powers have them
The sadako lullaby even tho hard to hear is completely uneccesary especially on the legit worst killer in the game
I mean, I'd argue that killers with quicker/more powerful anti-loop don't have lullabies and warning you that he's coming is what the terror radius is for.
I figured the Huntress lullaby was because there was a very real possibility you were going to get hit outside her terror radius. There's basically no hope of that happening with Trickster.

Look mate, that 'nerfed for no particular reasons' narrative is so obviously false when you examine/explore how it can be abused.
The Head On / DS combo is a prime example of that.
I don't think any problem begins or ends with Head On.
-
Oof.
Thank god they got such a disgustingly powerful meta perk under control, though.
-
Trickster and Sadako have completely unjustifiable lullabies.
Huntress has a fine one, though. Plus, it's iconic to her and it'd be plain disorientation to play as/against her without it.

As if they dont already lol, bots would be better at this point
Crazy to think that bots would be a significant improvement over a lot of teammates.
At least they'd touch generators.
-
Because uh.
I don't know. Why not? People used it, so now it has to be thrown into a shallow grave I guess. Regardless of if it was actually too strong or not.
Right on in there it Self Care, IW, Pop, Spine Chill and friends. It wasn't busted strong, but it was used, so they were clearly OP.
-
Sloppy self cares now are like, what.. 50-something seconds?
Baby Claudettes are gonna turn matches into 3v1s real damn quick.

Isn´t this thread a bit early? We´re still going with the "nerf Nurse" threads. The "nerf Blight" threads aren´t supposed to appear until Nurse has been nuked.
Anyway, on regard of the thread... Since all techs have been solved/patched. I think Blight is in a good spot. With the exception of him not bumping off all surfaces like he should and instead sliding into the nirvana. Once (if) they solve that, he´s perfect.
I'll believe they're all patched when I see it.
No one is more adept at bug hunting than Blight mains.

It all depends on killers, that is the reason why it isn't proper,
Then I think we'd ought to start looking at those killers first before we add like 700 dependencies to one perk.

Because that is not properly balanced, maybe.
It being activated during endgame wasn't properly balanced, but that got fixed. I don't know who was complaining about the 5 seconds until we suddenly got the chance to tear into DS.
If 3 second is apparently plenty of time to get to a loop, then 5 seconds wouldn't make much of a difference.
-
That sounds like a lot of work when we could just boink it back up to 5.
-
Nope.
Yep.
And if you want to play Nurse, play Nurse. If you don't, don't. It's not a complex question.

Yeah I liked PH's PTB theme more. I think it fits with him way more.
I think the PTB is a better listen, but the live version is a better being-chased-by-a-giant-geometry-psycho-with-a-big-knife theme.
-
@Ayamir said:
I want Oni to have 2 different chase theme.
One when he's not in Blood Fury(use the current one)
and one that only toggles if you go into Blood Fury, what about bringing back the old PTB oni chase music ?
but yeah it would be cool for killers to have more chase themes depending on their power and be able to toggle between them.
trickster could really use a unique theme when he uses his main event imo.
PTB theme for his out-of-power chases would be great. His current theme fits better as the "Oh god oh no a 800 pound demon is running at me at Mach 12" theme, I think.
Imagine the screaming in Trickster's theme kicking up when he hits Main Event.
-
Woo, necromancy!
-
@Aven_Fallen said:
Yes, this would be great. In general I would like to switch up the Terror Radius and Chase Music between "standard" and "unique":
But at the very least I would like to toggle the TR and Chase Music to the original for Billy and Doctor, who got new TR when they got reworked.
Doctor, I can understand. But Billy? C'mon, I love his theme. It's got a great rustic twang.
And a way to swap to the standard TR would be pretty good, too. For killers that had multiple unique themes, it could be like
"Standard" "Unique 1" "Unique 2"
-
He's only going to grow in power with every RE chapter.
-
"Get 3 iridescent evader/chasers"
Yeah, good joke, game.

Didn't they patch that?
I don't know, but Blights have never let something being patched stop them from doing something as silly or even sillier before.
@fulltonon said:

That tech is extremely surprising to see but actually not that difficult to counter, as the places they can go is extremely limited while sliding.
It's more the surprise factor of them doing something they're very clearly supposed to not be able to do.
Like yeah, if every other blight did it I'd be fine, but if all I have going for me is "expect this one blight is going to break the game over his knee this time", there's going to be a problem.
-
Normal blight is fine and great and I love him, I only have a problem when he, uh, "techs" and I'm apparently supposed to expect he'll glide backwards across a wall and turn 180 degrees to whap me in a loop at several thousand miles per hour.

Why are you playing if you're not having fun?
