I understand how law works obviously, you don't and they bend the rules for certain criteria's laws don't change but if someone makes a mistake, then the law is willing to work around some of the bases, loop holes exist
And that bending the law sets a precedent- its literally an entire section made purely of rulings from previous cases which help fill out the law from things which Parliament overlooked or didn't think important enough to put into writing. Creating exceptions means these exceptions must be made in future, too, for the sake of fairness.
So clearly you don't know how precedent functions.

My only concern is that nurse is gonna be permanently disabled bc they can't fix her bugs to save their lives.
Bugged and exploitable are two different things. The Nurse is bugged, yes, but these bugs cannot be exploited for an advantage- they are almost all detriments.

With enough complaints seems like they'll disable a character, because survivor's are tired of loosing because they didn't win with their Spine chill and PTYS combo.
That's not how any of this works at all.

You seem to not have feelings.
I just know how these forums work
Trust me, if I could I'd have changed my name at least 2 more times. But I know the rules and know exceptions aren't made. Giving one exception sets a precedent, it's the same concept in law.
-
So because you can disable things that are exploits without the need of a full patch, which costs money, it's abuseable? Bearing in mind only the devs will have access to this

And they don't make exceptions to the rules. You are warned several times that everyone is allowed one single name change per person. Those are the rules that you agree to.

I don't play Twins so I can't say. I can check a bit later though.
I don't play twins either so I have to rely on the ntoes. If someone knows it hasn't been fixed then I'll accept it wasn't fixed.

Wasn't this literally fixed in the most recent patch

The forums use a system which prevents identical names of any accounts. This includes banned accounts. They continue to store the previous names of accounts too and prevent this name being used in future (for example, nobody else can use Doddle28 because that was my old name here).
To prevent someone taking all the name slots, and make it fair to all, people are limited to 1 name change per person, and it must be performed by an admin since they have the System Power™.
-
Just do what I did- accidentally leave your hatchets at home (double iri add-ons and throw one at the start of the game) and play M1ntress

They're not doing a full pass on everyone listed, though, but just changing a few each. I feel like PH will be getting the total treatment one day instead of just changing like 3 in this patch, because he needs a lot of em changed (so do Mikey and Pig tbh)

He said “Rather any other killer over him, even an un nerfed spirit/good nurse“. I said he should talk to you about that. It’s implying that he should try to convince you to share that sentiment, since it’s well known how much you hate Spirit (above all other killers).
Ah, yes I do seem to have a reputation for hating the Blueberry ######### don't I?
But I doubt things will change soon- even with legion I still dislike facing them because I get flashbacks to Old Legion™. I'll probably see a Spirit and even if she's been slashed to the ground I'll just recall the years of torment and start crying

I'd change Surge for Corrupt (Surge itself is a good shout though, it's pretty good on him). That's literally my build. Thana 100% pulls it's weight here.

Fragrant Tuft of Hair has to stay for the Evil Incarnate achievement.
All-Seeing just needs it's radius reduced, imo.
Iri Puzzle Box should be basekit, I said it.
Swap the Amulet and Mother-Daughter Ring for Spirit.
Oh and Blight's Speed add-ons are chilling but Alchemist's Ring must perish.
They can change achievements if they are no longer possible to get. FTOH, and both tombstone add-ons, can be changed for game health.
I saw someone mention that All-Seeing Blood should stop the aura reveal while uncloaking, and I agree. It gives more use to the Blink set of add-ons and removes one of my biggest gripes with the add-on.
Iri Puzzle Box can be basekit when solo has any form of coordination. Until then, no.
Swapping the rarities does absolutely nothing to change the power level of the add-ons. They both need a complete change.
Blight's speed add-ons aren't the biggest issue that I agree to, but it's a personal gripe due to just how often I see them combined with the Basic ######### Blight Build™. If that build goes then I have no issues with it, but don't give him a way to react to the Tinkerer procs faster.

I did, but took more weight in your first comment about the frequency you face her and how you wouldn't hate her if she was rare.
I wouldn't hate her as much. I still probably wouldn't like her- this one also assuming your other clause of her being weak and everyone who plays her being ass at the game. But for all I know, she could be fun. I don't actually know because we don't live in this timeline.

Tell me do you hate the killers or the slow ass dev team who leave the game broken and do nothing at all to mix things up meta wise.
I don't hate the killer players, nor do I have the development team. I do not like the character, in fact I despise the character. However playing this character doesn't reflect on you as a person, and I don't harbour much animosity towards the development team except for the implementation of SBMM.,

Didn't they literally fix one of her sound bugs within 2 patch cycles, one of which was a chapter patch?

So it comes down to repetition? Because thats how I read a lot of complants here. "I keep facing X killer so I hate them", type of thing.
Not at all saying adjustments aren't sometimes warranted but more of an observation. Like that one who hates Myers the other day.
Not entirely repetition- if you'd read my comment in full, you'd know it also comes down to a lack of feedback and really not feeling like you can do anything except guess and hope you guess correctly.

https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2515411#Comment_2515411
explain the differences then
Okay.
Nurse starts the game with 2 charges of her power, and each charge can be consumed for a "Blink". The first Blink travels a maximum distance of 20m with a 3 second charge time, and any subsequent blinks travel 12m with the same windup rate. The Nurse moves at a movement speed of 333%, which cannot be adjusted in any way. Each charge takes 3 seconds to recharge. After Blinking, the nurse enters a Chain Blink window, where she can either blink again (if any Charges remain), or lunge. She has a starting momentum of 0% during this time, so her lunge feels much shorter than usual. After Blinking, the nurse enters a fatigue state lasting for (2 seconds +(0.5*x)) where x is the number of blinks performed. +1 second to this if she lunges.
The Nurse is able to travel through walls, windows, pallets- practically anything solid- and gives an audio and visual queue when she is charging her clink. She can also travel vertically. She has a set destination and cannot change trajectory mid-blink. She can, however, see survivors, blood pools, scratch marks, and hear survivors during a Blink.
The Spirit starts the game with 5 charges of Yamaoka's Haunting, and each second during her Phase Walk (from here referred to as "Phase" or "Phasing") consumes 1 charge. Each charge recovers at a rate of 1 every 3 seconds, leading to a base recovery of 15 seconds. The Spirit moves at 176% speed whilst phasing, and this can be increased by add-ons. She has no fatigue and has a high movement speed while existing Phase, leading to an increased distance while lunging. She has a very fast activation time and gives no audible queue she is phasing while inside the terror radius. There is a visual queue, however it is very subtle and sometimes just doesn't play. She suffers from no fatigue at any time.
The Spirit cannot travel through walls, windows, pallets, or anything with collision that isn't a survivor. She cannot travel vertically without the use of a staircase but can change her trajectory whenever she desires, as well as being able to cancel her power early (which the nurse cannot do). The Spirit is unable to see survivors or blood (without the use of an add-on), however can still hear groans of pain, footsteps, and see scratch marks.
I hope this helps :)

So if shes nerfed to bottom tier and anyone who plays her absolutely sucks at it, you would still have this hatred?
Eh, it entirely depends on how frequently I see her. I'm sure that I wouldn't hate current spirit- don't get me wrong I would still despise her- as much if I didn't seem to face them over and over (apparnetly, a lot more regularly than most people).
So I don't think I'd have this burning hatred for her- that would probably move to Nemesis- and in fact she might actually be fun to verse in this scenario, I don't know.
What I do know is that Nurse is incredibly rare, arguably stronger than Spirit, and the really good Nurse players also play sweatier than a lot of Spirit players in my experience. Yet because of her rarity and feedback it's a lot more of an enjoyable experience which leaves me feeling less of "I guessed wrong, I couldn't improve except get luckier" and more of "I could have done something there, probably, to last a bit logner, and one day I'll be good enough for that".

I never said you were wrong.
These are steps in the correct direction, but they aren't going to change anything.
Trapper still sucks because his set-up time is so long, but adding a single extra trap does help.
Retribution, Blood Favor and Thrill all received changes that aren't really going to matter. They all give a very mediocre affect that can be removed permanently and their strength doesn't justify the perk slot, yet.
In terms of a high-level perspective, this update (so far) has been much better for Survivors than it has for Killers, but there is a whole other part so I will reserve judgement until then
Ah yes, I forgot when I make a comment to specifically poke fun at someone saying there were only killer nerfs this dev update, and prove them wrong, what I'm actually saying is that these buffs will be meta defining and vastly impact how everyone changes the game.
I never mentioned the strength of these buffs, or the quality. I just said they were buffed- which is an indisputable fact because they were. I don't see why we're discussing anything because there's nothing in my point to discuss.

No offence to any spirit players I just have a burning hatred of that blue ######### and do not wish to see her again.

Tbf, they didn't really address Trapper's core issues and that Purple add-on is so getting nerfed. There is no way he is going to be allowed to carry ALL of his traps.
Hex: Ret is more of a QoL, Blood Favor is still pretty bad but better and Thrill is more of a nerf reversion.
I'm so sorry but I remember people saying to make Trapper Bag basekit for years, they do it and suddenly it's the wrong change?
And- again, correct me if I'm wrong, but Hex:Ret, Blood Favour, and Thrill have not been nerfed? Trapper has not been nerfed? So my original comment is correct, yes?

Yeah Hex: Ret, Blood Favour, Third Seal, Thrill, and Trapper buffs were secretly horrible nerfs!
-
Stridor on Spirit removed most, if not all, forms of counterplay a survivor had whilst injured.
Iron Maiden takes away no counterplay had to their powers.
Especially in conjunction with BBQ & Chili on Huntress, this perk already makes for little counter play to being revealed to the killer. Your choice is to be close (not always an option), run Distortion (lol), show your aura 40m+ away, or to hide in a locker but then scream and be exposed for 30 seconds anyways?
Hide behind a generator. The most common form of BBQ counterplay. Or use your eyes and ears and be aware if you're about to be cross-mapped.
Side note but related, shouldn't Iron Maiden have a cooldown as well? Pretty sure we all get annoying by survivors that spam lockers while this perk in play; and I think all other killer effects that give exposed have a cooldown? Discluding hex perks.
No. The effect is weak enough as-is. It has a niche use on two killers- you could maybe make an argument for Doctor as well, which would actually be a lot better than this one for Huntress/Trickster- out of the entire roster. This niche use doesn't take away any of the counterplay to their powers. There is no need for a nerf.
It really feels like you're grapsing for things to complain about here.
-
I am tentatively optimistic. I enjoy the volume of content- if this was the standard with every Midchapter patch then I want chapters to be single-character permanently because oh my word this is glorious. However, I also know that a lot of things were changed, so a lot of things have the potential to be bugged.
-
Good.

Last thing to add is hardly anyone at all said he was amazing and when he was in his prime it was because of a bug that allowed him to flick more than he should’ve been allowed to. 75% of times and maps counter him completely where he either bumps into everything or has no where to bump at all.
"Bro every time I discuss something with you you’ve never actually tried to change your mind or even listen to what others have to say honestly I do not wanna hear it from you rn"
Oh I change my mind a lot, as can be seen from my post history, and I accept when I'm wrong. That just needs me to be wrong about this.
"Last thing to add is hardly anyone at all said he was amazing and when he was in his prime it was because of a bug that allowed him to flick more than he should’ve been allowed to"
A lot of people said this, he was and still is regarded as one of the best killers in the game. J-flicking was an exploit but that isn't what allowed him to be so great, it just exacerbated it further. He is still an amazing killer.
"75% of times and maps counter him completely where he either bumps into everything or has no where to bump at all."
