I keep seeing that survivor selection is irrelevant due it being a skin. Ignoring that not everyone has every perk unlocked for all survivors, especially newer players, that would allow for a universal build with a different ‘skin’ the fact still remains that I’ve seen several lobbies were ppl will change their ‘skin’ to match another player. That changes how some ppl will then play that round due to suddenly having 3 or 4 Claudettes or having two or more survivors switching in lobby to the same ‘skin’ and then matching clothes. When you factor in matching clothes with DS and other perks, that ‘skin’ change does matter. It doesn’t matter if it affects the MMR score, it affects the game play.

Shouldn’t need a perk to stop EGC slowdowns. It should never slow down. One it starts it should be every survivor running like hell to get out because someone opened a gate.
if that gate switch isn’t held then it should start to regress. There’s two. Someone can be on one at all times.

I hear you. This sounds like a bad random survivor.
Is it fair to think Self-Care makes bad randoms worse, but that it can serve a purpose with some thought?
I’m sure it would be useful with certain builds but certain personalities should probably stay away from it

The other day he and I were playing against a Mikey. He’s a Claudette running self care and whatever other perks. I’m on the hook and he runs over ave unhooks me. He’s already injured. Mikey is in EW3. After unhooking me, son-dette runs 15-20 meters away and starts self healing. He didn’t want me to heal him for whatever reason. I like to run Empathy on certain builds and so I watched him every time he was wounded. He self-cared a total of four times that game. With a reduction of healing time at 50 percent, he lost over a minute for no reason. In a lot of better ranked games, that minute could be used any number of ways to progress the game other than losing more time running away to a corner, then self-care and then run back to whatever his brain directs him at that time.

I don’t run it on any build. One of my sons runs it because he doesn’t understand the time delays with it.

Turn off msgs and turn off anything they can do to send alerts in game like following.

I’ve seen a few tonight. They’re usually running amok and whistling Dixie. Billy is always fun to play against. Shame they neutered him. Don’t think it helped him get any dates considering his looks weren’t helping.

I like killing David and Ash. The reason being when they are running away and looking around it makes them look idiotic. They get this kind of hunch to their back and it annoys me.

I used to have a buddy that looks like Quentin from the movie. It’s odd because they have similar mannerisms. Made me wonder if that shaped head and face cause certain social traits.

When the generator is powered ~80%-90% is when it everything becomes a clustermess of sounds. If I have Detective's Hunch/Pebble that run I just start watching the icon and see if it starts making progress. If I don't have my head on a swivel a killer with Distressing could sneak up on me.
I don’t hear well myself. Like yourself, I use visual queues like stake out or spine chill.

The lullaby can be so soft and quiet its hard to tell if your hearing it or not so your head is trying to match patterns in audio to try to help you hear it.
Same goes for the hatch's sound as well at least for me.

It’s a valid strategy for killer play. Is it ######### for the other side? Yes. Is it fair? Not for the other side. You may be a pleasant player but a lot of the folks on here are not and that goes for either side of the coin. If you want killer tunneling to end, punishment won’t work.

So aside the fact that every survivor somehow knows how to work on generators, how are those from the past supposed to know?

I’m on ps4 and I get a lot of missed hits and grabs that looked like they should’ve went through. It’s jacked up for the time being.

PH always drops my fps on killer. It’s been smooth for the other killers so far though.

If queue times suck across the board and then xplay comes in, wouldn’t it possibly still suck across the board. Not much changed for me there. Killer queue is still really fast and survivor is still kinda slow but might be a bit better?

I got called a cheater for using trapper with agitation and play with your food. Don’t worry about it. If there is no evidence to turn in then they can’t provide evidence to cause you problems. Just means your killing it.

I didn’t read all of it but I agree with the stealth/jump scare. I thought he should have reduced movement but he’s able to ‘hamstring’ survivors by maiming them. Then he can chase them down at his leisure due to their reduced movements

You will learn that the less educated a person is, the more likely they are to try and spread their view. You will also learn that infants scream the loudest. If you ever have the pleasure of raising a teen, they will want to be tested like an adult and will complain that they’re not but the thing is, that usually means they are being treated like an adult.

I miss the thrill of playing against a good nurse. Sometimes you were able to out maneuver her and sometimes you weren’t. It was rare to find those killers who could really do damage with her.

I tunnel more when I know DS is in play. Especially early on.

Is the console FPS going to be an issue going against pc? I have enough issues with it as is.

There are a lot of pallets. That’s not really my issue. My issue is the range of pallets. I can watch one fall Completely and somehow it stuns me. Was it just the tip? I have it happen a lot
