I play roughly 50/50 in terms of survivor/killer. My wishlist for survivor would be:
- Kindred or some variant of Bond being base kit if you're playing solo.
- The ability to either speed up your bleed out when down or to ######### after x amount of time down. Being slugged for nearly 4 minutes just so the last guy doesn't get hatch is really lame and the worst part is I can't even start playing the next match.
- Skill checks instead of mash to struggle on hook.
- A killer blacklist - the ability to select a killer and the matchmaking system will never put you against them. Doctor and Spirit are just so miserable to play against.

- Spirit: Notify survivors when phasing. Grunts of pain quieter in phase so that you're not screwed for playing roughly half the survivors without iron will into her.
- Doctor: Tone down the incredibly obnoxious vfx and sfx. Seriously.
- Deathslinger should have to aim down sights for a second before he can fire so that he can't just spam m2 to force you to juke or get shot.
- Moris reworked and not made secret anymore. At least the yellow one shouldn't be secret.
- BT working against Freddy.
Personally I don't agree with the blacklist, survivors will just do all the same killers so Spirit or even Nurse mains will never find a match. Plus, survivors can just blacklist every killer except one they can bully.

Nancy should probably move up a tier too. If the Mindflayer didn't get her, the purge won't do much to her.
Claudette also survives because literally nobody will be able to see her. She blends in too well.
Cheryl would be in urban legend tier if the list was up to date.
Ash is probably the one person I feel really unsure about where I placed them.

David and Nea probably also have the brawn and street smarts between them to make top tier as well.
Also, Jake's a survivalist and Yui is a competent mechanic/driver. They might not become legends, but I'd say they both have an excellent shot of surviving on their own merits (without needing help from another).
I can pretty much agree with everyone else though.
For some reason I imagine Jake as a recluse.
David maybe, but not sure about Nea in the top tier as she's not as much of a fighter, just good at making a getaway. I agree with Ash though.

Killer: Candace Flynn

Power: Bust 'em!
If Candace sees a survivor working on a generator, cleansing a totem, or sabotaging a hook, she can activate Bust 'em. When activated, she will yell, "OH YOU ARE SOOOO BUSTED!" and start running around the map at 170% speed. She cannot attack, but she can go to any hook and report the survivor.
Action: Report
Reporting a survivor will cause the Entity to summon Candace's mom. When this happens, they both will head over to the survivor. They both gain the undetectable status effect. Candace's mom will follow scratch marks and blood, but if there are none present and no survivor is in the area, Candace's mom will make a witty remark and go away.
Ability: I gotcha!
Candace can use the active ability button to lock survivors in an action. While this is happening, no progress is made on the action. This effect is lifted once Candace does this to another object, or when she reports or does a basic attack.

Perks:

Grabbing a survivor will allow you to teleport to the nearest hook.
50/45/40 second cooldown.

Perks:

you have a natural ability to make improvements to objects. You start the trial with a brand new part that doesn't require a toolbox to use. Skill check success zones are decreased by 50 percent, and this stacks. But progression is increased by 10/15/20 percent on a successful skill check.

Sabotaged hooks, when reconstructed, will enable survivors to be on them for longer. An extra struggle state is also implemented. This means that 4 hooks are required to kill a survivor. You sabotage hooks 50/45/40 percent slower.
Where's Perry?
You can't find Perry.
When you complete a generator, gain a token. Once 5/4/3 tokens are earned, Perry can stun the killer for 4 seconds if you are within a 6 meter radius of the killer. After this happens, you say "Hey, where's Perry?"

You're obviously new to the game. It created no infinites because the killer could just chase you the opposite direction, blocking you from dropping. Even if this wasn't the case you only gained ground if there was a window with the passive before the drop.
There's a reason more people used dead hard than balanced back then.
You must have never played Haddonfield when old BL was a thing...

Once I get tier 3, they pay. It's so satisfying to kill that one survivor who thinks they're so good, and just knock them down a peg. Especially if you have the tombstone.

I've always thought it would be kinda cool to see survivors being DRAGGED across the map by their feet, and into the killer shack where they would be MORI'd. While they kick and scream, and try and struggle. Today we just see a survivor thrown over the shoulder of a killer, they have pointless struggle meters. and since the maps have so many hooks on them now. It kinda gets boring as to why anyone even presses "struggle" at this point lol.
I actually like this idea.
you can just bring them to the killer shack when they're on death hook, and just execute them.

The undying and (insert hex perk here) combo can be countered if you cleanse undying.
But there is no getting around UB+DS. If they throw Soul Guard on there, it's a literal get out of Jail Free card with no counterplay.
