If by balanced you mean garbage and unable to beat competent survivors then sure.
If that's what they meant then that's what they would have said. I have no issues getting 4k's with him in red ranks regularly. Do I have to put more effort in than I would playing the likes of Freddy and Spirit? Of course. It makes my victories more satisfying.
-
There is too many variables for this to be good, IMO.
For example are they going to take into account offerings and add ons used? Would it be fair to say someone is skilled with a Trapper who won using an ebony mori than one who 4k'ed without it. Or a Huntress with iri heads and infantry belt over one with no add ons etc.
It seems like a very flawed system to me.

Bruh the guy reeled back when he had a hanger stuck in his eye in the first movie.
You're silly
Reeling back doesn't make you dead.
Pot, kettle, black.

Michael has died time and time again, and despite coming back to life, he can still be killed. Anybody who says he's an "unstoppable force of mass death and destruction" is honestly just sucking
offup to the character. He's cool, he's powerful, but jeez don't overdo it.
Michael has never died. The Loomis character literally provides the insight to the audience on what he is since he spent 15 years studying him.
Its pretty straight forward. To deny it is just silly.

Dr. Loomis was being dramatic for the audience, we all know that.
No Dr. Loomis was informing the audience, we all know that. And he was proven right.

I just watched a PC streamer play a Myers game and they had no problem. Could this be related to your new laptop?
-
Michael Myers of course. You can shoot him, stab him, set him on fire.......evil won't die. He'll just keep going.
-
Skilled Huntress. Took me over two years to finally get that one because I rarely play her. Plus on console you have to down survivors a hundred times. PC has it easy with only 20.
Evil Incarnate was tough too. Many attempts before I got it. Always had someone dc, jump in a locker, or get hatch.

Survivors have to learn how to properly loop around tiles, resource management (when to use pallets), when is a proper time to rescue teammates, when should they stick to gens or do others tasks, and other things depending on which killer they face.
Saying survivor requires no skill is disingenuous to say the least, obviously it's not going to be as hard as learning how to properly play nurse or trapper, but it has its skill gap.
Exactly. Well said.

Ps4 Player here
So i mostly play survivor, but i still play my fair amount of killer and all i have to say is that when Playing survivor, i get Dodo Teammates that act like they're rank 20 but they're actually rank 1 (idk how) and when i play killer (im a low rank killer, only rank 13, but i still know my way around the game) all i get is a bunch of toxic SWFs or Red Rank survivors or just one or two survivors who bully me throughout the entire game and i never have those teammates during survivor...
All I'm saying is that this game hates Me :))
Ditto.
-
Solo queue is usually solo hell. More often than not you will get the most brain dead potato team mates who practically give the killer a free win.
Constant reminder there is rarely a link between rank and skill.
-
I was called a hacker playing scratched mirror Myers because I found a Blendette crouching in a random corner.
-
A lot of the reworked maps are like this.

Fair.

Very chad of you.

One laurie did hit & run tactics which is not a chad thing & the 2018 is a mega chad but og laurie puts her down.
She didn't hit and run. She hit and Michael went down. Stabbed him in the neck with a knitting needle, Michael went down. Stabbed his eye with a wire hanger then used his own knife to stab him in the chest, Michael went down. At no point did she run anywhere after these incidents. She just assumed he was dead.
Add to the fact this was a 17 year old girl able to hold her own like this, that is the essence of being chad. Using her surroundings to defend herself. Quick thinking. Resourceful.
-
Michael Myers of course. He doesn't need a reason to kill you. He can be shot, stabbed, set on fire.....he will just get back up again and keep on going.

It's fine in isolation, but extremely strong when paired with J. Myers Memorial. Or, with Judith's Journal, to a lesser extent.
Slap corrupt and infectious on top of that, plus something else of your choice (probably monitor and bamboozle), and you pretty much have the game in the bag.
This. If you pair it with J. Myers memorial, plus if you have corrupt on then you stand a good chance of getting it going well before the gens are done.
Put on infectious and bamboozle, let the snowballing begin.

Please tell me how the killer can “wait it out” if you use it to make up distance to a window or pallet you wouldn’t have otherwise made. And like @ClickyClicky said, it hurts certain killers in particular - Nurse and Huntress are really hurt by it, it counters good trap placement by Trapper, you can DH through a perfectly timed Doctor shock and still make the pallet, etc. You can’t “wait out” scenarios like that or you’ll just keep chasing the survivor waiting for their DH and giving them free distance.
A survivor who Dead Hards in the open can be waited out but nobody cares about the perk in that particular use case. That’s not why people use it and it’s not why people complain about it.
Easy. They are right up on an injured person, wait for the predictable dead hard to dodge the attack, and then down them. Don't always get a Trapper, or a Nurse, or a Doctor either. So running it for situational things like that is a waste of a perk slot, IMO.
Lithe is a much better distance perk, IMO.
-
I don't know why so many use it. Most competent killers expect it and wait it out. Or if they find out you have it they just wait it out for the next time.
-
Definitely Dwight for Bond. That perk will save lives including your own.
-
I'd put Kate's in F tier. It was rather boring, IMO.
-
I use Monitor, Pop, Infectious, and BBQ.

Rank 19 is one step from out of the gate new player. Still not buying that this guy is legitimately that new as killer. People do rank down on purpose, to beat on low rank survivors.
Are you that much in denial about how busted the matchmaking is that you're willing to ignore blatant facts in order to label someone a fraud?
-
Plague's is pretty decent. Corrupt can help stall the gen repairs, and infectious is good for locating survivors.
Clown has pop and bamboozle. Good for gen regression and anti-looping.

So, uh, what's devotion?
Devotion level. Its an indicator of how much time you've spent playing the game. It will appear under that number 25 at the top right of your screen. Beside the number 19 (that's your killer rank). The fact you have no number under the 25 shows you are devotion level 0. Which means you have not played the game much. You're legitimately a new player. Your complaint here is very valid.
-
@tortrader said:
Look at your perk tiers. You're not really a level 19 killer. Matchmaking is working in this case.
Yeah lets ignore that he's devotion level 0, and only level 25. Perk levels are the real indicator here. Not like you can spend points you earn as survivor to get high tier perks as killer.
-
Deathslinger is controversial? He's quite weak, IMO. A poor man's Huntress.
Spirit is fine now they nerfed prayer beads and gave her a vaulting animation.
Freddy definitely needs some kind of nerf.
-
Survivor. More fun, less stressful, and I enjoy the varity of facing different killers.
As killer I really only have a lot of fun playing Myers.
-
I've been getting Shelter Woods a lot lately as survivor. I hate that map. When I play killer its Ormond, or Red Forest, or endless corn maps!
-
I love Dweets. They are a wholesome bunch. Kates and Fengs are usually decent, too.
I loathe Steves, P3 Claudettes, and Neas. Usually toxic as hell.
-
I'm looking forward to seeing Wraith's and Hag's lore. They both have really tragic backstories.
-
@Kolonite said:
This is objectively wrong. The only good survivor is Dwight in base game outfits.
Baby Dweets 😍

Scratched mirror 😉
Seriously I like bbq and thrilling.

I dont have much trouble revealing him. Most survivors i face certainly have no issues revealing me lol
I envy you. I've had multiple matches where I am staring right at him, full body, middle of the screen and nothing. Then pop I am exposed.

I had to take the mean of 2018 laurie &The Og Laurie.
Both are bad ass in their own right, and held their own against Myers.
-
He's not OP. He's just broken. His busted reveal mechanic gives him free downs.
-
This list is instantly invalid because of where you ranked Dwight. Also Laurie should be S tier since she's survived Myers multiple times.
-
The ones that are usually toxic in my experience are Neas (especially bright haired ones), Steves, P3 Claudettes, and Megs.
Bunny Fengs can be 50/50.
-
Myers default. Simple and creepy.
-
The boogeyman himself - Myers. That image of him standing there staring at you silently never fails to creep me out.
-
Favorites; Umbra, Zubat, Monto, Otz, and Tru3. Occasionally I'll watch some Ussylis and Ardetha.
Least favorites; Pug, Ochido, Noob3.
-
Couldn't agree more. Neither are healthy for the game, IMO.
-
On my Myers I use monitor and abuse, pop goes the weasel, infectious fright, and I rotate between bbq and chili, bamboozle or brutal strength. Something that helps Michael deal with loops.
-
I have about 115 on my Dweet, and around 50 or so spread across other survivors.
For killer they're all on Myers. About 70-80.
-
Warms my heart to see all the love for the boogeyman here. He's my favorite.
