If the player buys a few DLCs and skins before they leave, I don't think they care too much. Its profit.
I really do love this game and I intend to keep playing, I've just been distressed by the skill difference. They will probably continue to draw money out of me

What if he's a survivor main and used his BP on legion? Matchmaking is not working in this case.

Devotion level. Its an indicator of how much time you've spent playing the game. It will appear under that number 25 at the top right of your screen. Beside the number 19 (that's your killer rank). The fact you have no number under the 25 shows you are devotion level 0. Which means you have not played the game much. You're legitimately a new player.

Yeah lets ignore that he's devotion level 0, and only level 25. Perk levels are the real indicator here. Not like you can spend points you earn as survivor to get high tier perks as killer.
