You didnt even read what i wrote. I want a challenge that i can win. Not a challenge i cant win
I did read what you wrote hence I laughed hard at it. Sorry but if you only want to get potatoes then make new accounts if you keep going up in MMR to harder survivors either learn and adapt or again make a new account if you really want to play 🤷. It is not the job of the devs to go oh you can get 4ks with these Potatoes but against survivors who run you can't get anyone we will give them a Potato farm. I do not expect to be given a baby wraith who can't fully uncloak and get an easy win. My point about making survivors unable to run from you was to point out how riduculus it is to expect to always be able to win on an online game. Skill does not equal kill truly. Nor does skill equal escape. If you want to win more then learn and get better. The match making isn't going to make it so you always get easy survivors and for survivors you wont always get easy loopable killers.

Just because a single (or two, tops) killer out of 20+ killers in the roster is affected by IW doesn't mean it needs nerfs.
Just like how killers who ignore pallets i.e. Nemesis, Artist, PH doesn't need nerfs.
Annoyance has nothing to do with balance.
I like your statement of annoyance has noting to do with balance. I use IW because I hate the sound of the injured player.
I play killer very little and honestly I track by blood more then sound and scratch marks. If you are struggling to track that is on you not on me as the survivor I am not here to make your killing me easier just as you are not here to make my survival easy. I had never noticed the sound of the breath being gone as a survivor has that annoying injured music so never noticed that. They should fix that as breathing no matter healthy or not should make noise but other wise please don't make me hear the crying lol.

I have enough faith in the devs to assume they won't blindly follow community whining. CoH and Dead Hard are overpowered, independent of how many people are complaining about them, so that's why they're getting changed.
None of the perks you gave as examples, or any other perk people might be "crying" about, are actually OP, and so there's no reason to assume they would get changed.
Ok and my point is that no matter how much CoH is changed killers will cry no matter how the change DH killers will cry. Perks are used for the reason they help one side or the other. If crying get things changed they will change it. Its ridicules how many SHPR and DMS I see so they should change that cause its op and I don't like it. NOED is op for a killer that has been a potato threw out the trial only to get a kill cause of a terrible perk. Each change you make to one side the other side is going to cry. I am say when they nerf perks (which the will) I am saying don't cry about it cause here you are jumping for joy over a nerf for the other side. At the end of the day I think killers blow DH out of the water cause unless used perfect its useless. CoH is OP cause of the healing it offers to all. I am not against changing perks that are unbalanced I just hate seeing people here excited when its announced for one side only to see them crying because the other side got there way and the perk they use get nerfed warranted or not.

When Myers uses his scratched mirror he is already throwing the game just to have some fun. There is nothing more boring than playing survivor against a scratch mirror Michael on an open map, I should know because I've played gen simulator a few times thanks to his offerings getting trumped by randoms.
Sorry if I didn't respond to some of your other points. I stopped reading at the first sentence.
lol ok don't read the rest. If you are throwing then that's your fault not mine as a survivor. If your not going to bother reading a reply don't respond.

What perks are you referring to? I can't think of any that are as overpowered as CoH or Dead Hard.
There's unbalanced stuff on the killer side for sure, but I don't think any of it is perks?
Never said there were overpowered ones but if you just take 5 mins and read the thousdands of titles like "Corrupt is OP" "NOED needs to go" "SHPR and Deadman's switch are everywhere" and take half a minute to think that if the devs are actually listening about CoH and DH (which I know they are looking into changing) then killers should be prepared for changes to your perks that survivors cry about. I am a survivor main I use CoH and will continue to do so and I think the change is healthy but if crying gets things changed then hopefully you don't cry when it happens to you.

Its the same for me. My last game was so terrible that i was thinking about deleteing the game. i want to face survivors i can actually beat and not survivors i dont stand a achance against
I died laughing at this. How about you get the devs to make it so killers can freeze survivors and make them unable to move. As for not having a chance you will never learn if you only go up against the easy potatoes that are just watching you run at them. I am not saying its always fun to match against good survivors but you are playing an online game you can't always win.
-
Hope that when the devs target the killer perks that survivors are crying about that you don't complain cause I know survivors are about to complain about this.

idk what's happening lately, but i already had 4 matches with pig's using the Addon "Video Tape" (all survivors start the match with a reverse trap installed) and camping one Box
i don't want keep depiping by this
so there are my ideas:
Like Pyramid if the pig stay close from a Box for too long, the box change place
+
Pig not being able to see the Boxes aura's
+
Box progress don't reset if the survivor is unable to finish it at first try
OR
Halve the Reverse Trap timer, but it stops if the survivor is running (like deep wound)
Honestly I think just having the key that is locked behind her move to a different box and if I have done all the boxes either they are light up again or the one my key is in lights up. I had a match like this this morning and as soon as we started I got lucky got mine off first try. The other 3 had already started to 99 every gen and I just joined in. At the end RNG was on our side as the last survivor got their helmet off and all 5 gens popped of like no tomorrow. We had already cleansed the totems and so her plan to have noed was bust to. She came out with a 0k and nasty messages in end game chat. We were called hackers and cheaters because at least one should have been behind her. I know that the devs are working on trying to find away to prevent this. I find it sad that as soon as to you start with traps on your head all survivors must assume that the Trash pig is doing this (not a pig main cause they actually play her and this is just going to end up nerfing and already weak killer more because non pig mains are doing this trash play).
-
I have found that I either face a bunch of nurses in a row or none at all. It also depends on the skill of the nurse. If they are not top of the top and not on a completely open map then easy to mess with and get away. As a survivor I made it my mission to learn how to play against her. Am I perfect at playing against her? No. Do I enjoy tormenting a new nurse player? At times though I only try to escape not torment any killer. If you choose to chase me for 5 gens I consider that a win even if you camp me on hook. I know it can be frustrating playing the same killer but just think of it this way: every time you play the Nurse and the Blight you learn to loop and Juke them better. The better you get the more killers are going to use different killers because they will find survivors seem to just be able to hard counter them. The other possibility is BHVR will see these killers as being to strong and they will nerf them into the ground looking at you Hair ghost (spirit).

I haven't had many issues playing scratched mirror recently but I do think that Michael should get a bit of leeway when using it. On top of being able to see through boons I think that any map offering he brings should take priority over all others. It really is one of the last few remaining ways to make this game scary.
Why should you map offering take priority when you are relaying on a map to carry you? I get that he is not a chase killer in this state but like if you relay on the map then this strategy is not viable. As a survivor and I think killer you have offerings that black map offerings all together. Also if you let Michael have priority then Ghost face and every other killer is going to want that treatment as well (I say ghosty cause he does better on some maps and worse on others). Then survivors will cry because their map offerings are being ignored and that is not fair. Scratched Mirror Myre's is not viable in this meta because of boons. It may be time to change his addon to make it better. Seeing through Shadow step with the addon's ability only could help.

Survivors are just skins. There's no perk build that works more effectively on her than it would on any other survivor.
True but there are perks that can help some survivors more then others with the noises they make. Some survivors have softer cries that the killer might not hear if they do not have a good headset and thus Iron will is useless. Yun Jin is one of the loudest criers in the game making her noise easy to track. Also male characters just feel slower to the female characters (I know in my head but like come on Bill feels like he broke his hip before being chased lol). Survivor perks that are meta work for all. While killer meta perks don't always work the same for different killers and playstyles.
-
If I can suggest Iron will because she is very loud hurt. Other than that perk anything your heart wants. Also Smash hit and parental Guardian go well together. Some perks are just better to use together than others and her perks aren't bad they just get used less.
-
Sadako sadly took no time to figure out how to counter her. The hit and run to the next meta was great before CoH but now my SWF team have at least two using CoH. I use it with shadow step and the number of times killers lose sight of you because of SS is amazing. If I have to heal myself its no big deal as it can be a few seconds but often you run into someone else who is more then happy to give you the rubs. She like all M1 killers are at huge disadvantage against the SWFs to a comical amount and I say this as a SWF and survivor main. If it is not the Blight or the Nurse it is boring because we can just gen rush and getting 3 done if first chase the last 2 done while they hang and the person off hook and body blocked to the door more often then not. Even if you get past out wall if you do not have a mori you are eating their DS to the DH out. Also have a friend who unhooks just to get his deliverance so he can unhook after being hook at the end and pulling himself off just so he can DS at the gate and flashbang. If you dare play an M1 killer against this type of toxic SFW groups you will not have a good time.

"Survivors should not finish a gen until i killed one of you" Imagine if there were killers actually believing this. It's sad that theres this BIG double standard survivors just cant seem to recognize.
Anyone else ever roll their eyes when witnessing the ol' reliable "at 5 gens" argument here?
Or "didnt get to play the game" as if the stuff before the chase and the hook never happened.
Anyone tired of the ol' argument 3 gens popped?
On a real note Neither side is going to give an inch because sadly the way the devs have set it up you are more likely to escape with a SWF then solo and if you manage to escape as a solo you either did not get downed first and the person being camped just hung out and waited for the other gens to be done or they got you some how and you escaped barely living but alive. The forums are full of survivors upset and crying about being facecamped on first hook or tunneled. Killers upset and crying about DH, CoH and SWFs with Flashlights. I do not speak for BHVR but I believe I have seen that they are trying to figure out a way to stop tunneling and camping that would not be abuseable by survivors (If the times stops near hook survivors run killer toward hook not to unhook but to get away. If survivor is immune until next person is hooked they will body block killer till the others get gens. I do not envy the people who have to figure out a system to fix this). Also you 'fix' this problem and many killers are going to quit because they honestly don't know how to play and can only do this. The others that do know how to play will leave because of CoH and DH cause they will feel like nothing they do will matter. Finding a balance between a 4v1 game is hard. Honestly if they made pips way easier and incentivized players to play the other side I feel a lot of these problems would be fixed. (I know its easy to pip but I am talking now that your grade is basically a bp farm make it even easier so the grind to get decent points isn't hard. Its a joke anyway might as well make it even easier and give more bps for just playing as it takes a lot to max a character out. I know cause 7 survivors almost 8 maxed at P3 and all perks).

Rather than writing a thesis and needing to report outside of the game client, why can’t we have an in-game feature to prevent this from taking place to begin with? Such as idle crows swarming survivors who don’t touch a generator for 20+ consecutive seconds after three minutes have passed.
As a survivor like the idea in theory but if am looping a killer really well and hit 3 mins (rare but has happened) does that mean at the 20 mark i also get the crows? Also easily gotten around by touching a gen for the barest of seconds and moving away. I think there needs to be away to be able to report the lack of game play and if the system sees a distinct lack of game play from the survivors or an AFK killer then the game will shut down the trial. This would also give the names of the people who are not playing in game play. I was in a game yesterday where two survivors were dead and the other survivor was simply hiding and not doing anything. I tried to stay hidden but it was impossible to do a gen so in the end I used the flashlight I found and the pallets around the map and a looped that killer for fun.

It'd mean that survivors would know where the hexes are, guaranteed; they'd be the ones on the other side of the map, and there'd be no point even checking the ones they spawn near because they're guaranteed to be dull.
Essentially it'd remove what little RNG actually remains for hexes, and shove them firmly into the survivor's favour. Hexes do need work, but this isn't it imo.
I completely agree. There a few maps that I do not know where totems spawn but for the ones I do I always check the closest ones to me (so I can throw down my dirty Boons 👿). If I happen to find a shiny totem all the better killer is down a perk for the time being (even if its haunted ground shadow step means you can run and hide to wait the timer out while the killer either waste time looking for you if they hadn't seen you or hope they are in a chase with a healthy survivor so they can get some value out of it.
I personally do not have a problem with the killer being able to move their Hex. If you hex gets cleansed then you can place it on one more dull totems on more time then its gone for ever. That might help though a hex like undying should not be able to replaced as it can be deactivated by cleansing a different totem.

Yes, Killers can deal with Hook-bombing if the Survivors are bad, which most of them aren't
I am confused about this are you wanting it impossible for survivors to get people off the hook if you are near by? If its end game and the survivors are well coordinated enough to get the person off the hook then that means they were good. I am referring to hook-bombing when it is the first hook no gens and they are running straight to the hook to pull someone off with the killer watching them go. If you are referring to the last chance hook where you are camping to get you 1k and the survivors hook-bomb I mean unless it is pointless to try most will try to get the person.
-
I often finish the rift with a lot of time sitting waiting for it to be over so I can start the next one. Doing challenges is you best bet if you do not have time to play much. Priorities challenges over everything else. I would say semi regularly is like at least 6 out of 7 days for a few hours.

So remove any way of countering Hook-bombing?
All killers can deal with hook-bombing and that is on the survivors. The Artist and Twins can use their powers the moment the survivor is farmed off the hook. On the other hand taking the chainsaws away by a hooked survivor is extremely abuseable so I do agree that is not a good solution to the problem.

After that last gen popped it was like It INSTANTLY
Also if the clown had a really bad game and wanted to have you all leave so they could move on he could have also opened the gates to start the EGC but if he was chasing someone then it most likely cheating.

I usually pick survivors up from traps, down them only when i run the padded jaws or i think they're about to break free.
But it shouldn't matter tho which way they're being picked up, since the achievement says to catch them IN a bear trap, not to pick them up from them
You are right there is an achievement for pulling them out of the trap. This one is just to have them walk into the trap. I hope this gets fixed for you soon.

Yo, this is kinda crazy. Why is there one hit hatchets for huntress? Just curious, I don't understand how within 3 minutes my team can get Cross mapped at the start of the game then that's it.
I get what you are saying but honestly rarely see this add on used and it was harder when she would seem to have an infinite amount. As long as you know how to counter the huntress her hatches mean very little. I am more likely to get bloodlust to death then downed by her hatches and when she has only one hatchet she will only throw if she knows she hits.

Do you find five/seven rush token Blight acceptable? If so, why?
So the reason 5/7 blink nurse is no okay but 5/7 rush token blight is that even though blight gets a speed boost he has to respect walls and pallets still. The nurse looks at my dropped pallet cackles in my face as she just jumps past it and gives me a smack. Other then that I don't think there is a big problem with blink and once you understand who to play against the nurse she is easily lost but having 5/7 blinks would kill any ability to lose her.

Also, small question.
If they were to add a non-binary character, would they use the masculine or feminine animations? I don't see them introducing an entirely new run cycle for 1 survivor, but I don't know if that would be problematic.
Honestly I think it would depend on the structure of the character. If the Character is a Male base (not that their gender is male) then I would say they would go with male and vice versa if they go with a female base it would be female animations. It would be cool if they had a non-binary animation but I agree they would need more than one character who is non-binary to create a whole new animation. Though if you look at legion you have both male and female with one animation so wouldn't be that big of a stretch to have a non-binary animation.

They've should make something like steve's perk, If you are hanging on a hook and the killer is nearby, if it is, for example, a few meters from you, the energy bar does not come off when you hang on the hook that will teach campers when you're facecamping survivors they will not die because you'are nerby.
I've seen that suggestion a few times and I know the intent is good but the player base has already shown they would abuse this (I know they tried this before) by running to the hooked players so the killer would drop chase. I agree that something needs to be done because the more this happens to people the more they leave or become toxic which gets others to leave. A reduction to points I don't think would help. I know the pips do not matter to many people but protecting a survivor's pips for being first hooked and camped might help. I might not get many points but at least I don't get punished for how someone else chose to play.

I feel the pain but I think that getting rid of him is going to be hard. I can give you suggestions to counter him but honestly they are only going to work for so long till he just either catches you off guard or M1s you. The facecamping is hard to counter even on SWF and impossible on solo (I see a person facecamped by buba I say a prayer for you when I'm solo). There needs to be an update that helps stop this and the fact that he can take down the saver and eat BT makes it hard to want to go get someone off the hook. Windows are you bestie against him. I do feel your pain though. Once you get better at looping him you will love the sound he makes when he gets hit by that pallet. You will crave that sound when you see bubalishs coming at you 😁 also higher tier you see him less and less because people know how to counter him to well.

It would definitely be cool if it did (miss that miserable in door map) but there would have to be a few things happen. One Dbd and Stanger thing would want this. I would understand if BHVR said no thank you because they had already lost the license before and could happen again. The next thing is they would have to make new perks for Nancy and Steve and the Demopup because they made the 9 perks universal. As exciting as it would be that this content would come back I personally think they are more likely to take new Licenses and create new content. I am not saying its impossible but there is a lot that has to be worked through.

No,since you cant depip from a grade anymore it's really not that hard. Just talking about the early post reset Iri grades being a better indicate of skill than MMR.
Yeah for sure MMR rarely reflects true skill as a killer who just gets lucky and gets 4ks a few times in a row can have a higher MMR and still be new to the game. Iri grades within a day or week of reset shows some level of skill but with not being able to go down in a grade it also just shows that you play a lot. Only takes 5 good games to pip in red and 20 games over all to get to grade 1.

See I only pip when I play solo, when I SWF I usually meme. Plus what I said was people gaining Iri 1 very fast is still a big correlation towards their skill/perf.
Oh ok I see that now thought you meant that it was hard to grade up as survivor. It depends on what my SWF wants to do. Usually there is the two who meme and there are two that gen rush while the other two keep the killer confused and abused (head on is used by them a lot). Only reason I care about grades is I want my 1m bp at the reset.
-
A full team of flashlights will make me leave. If the whole team is wearing the same outfit I will leave cause its going to be impossible to know who is who and you know they are going to go for the bullying. The last thing that will make me leave is if they are a full team that is not on the same system as me.

The issue with that idea is that they assume MMR works in the first place. Which it did! First weeks due to how hard survivor gain was it really did. Now it's back to old rank 1 matchmaking, lol
Its really not that hard as a survivor to gain a grade. Ash, Bronze and silver are a joke to get throw if you are a competent players and gold can be a challenge if you are solo. In red it is much harder to play solo and consistently Pip but once I get to red I will usually start playing in SWFs for grades up and solos just to waist time. Red is harder to pip because you have to pull be off hook heal and do as many gens as you can and that is mush easier when there is communication.
-
I am confused what you mean by reporting bad players? Like they played bad? They wouldn't let the killer get them or they killed all 4 survivors?
There is away to report cheaters but there needs to be video evidence that they cheated otherwise you could get someone banned for not actually cheating.
-
As a survivor I have seen this as well and when you relies the killer is always going to try and put the survivor on those hooks you will try to stop them. I agree they do need to be spread out a little better.

Did you know that not everybody plays video games to get better at them? Crazy thought, I know, but it exists.
Crazy thought the point of the game was to play guess not. Maybe you should not have paid the money? Take the L and just throw you gaming out dude or at the very least play by your self. Online games are not for you lol.

So, long story short, I still get to play DBD, but there's mechanics I don't like dealing with so I just don't deal with them.

Because, if I hook someone in the middle of a 3 gen; I can patrol the gens and the hook.
Who cares who dislikes camping? People dislike losing, and will try to remove the other side's ability to win. That's all complaining about camping is; a smoke screen for controlling how Killers win.
Remove camping; next up is tunneling.
Remove camping & tunneling; next up is slugging.
The reason PHead's cages teleport is because he does not need to actually hook a Survivor to use them. I absolutely refuse to accept hooks teleporting, because I know it will happen during 3 gens, and in the end game, and will teleport a hooked Survivor next to an open, of 99'd, gate.
At that point; the game is deciding I don't get that kill. Not me. Not Survivors. The game is deciding 'Screw you. This Survivor gets free.'
And the game should not get to decide if I get a kill.
So I am guessing you are a Face-Camper. Like how you are defending Camping and Tunnelling and may I suggest that you either learn to chase the survivors (which honestly is the most fun) or click that uninstall and move on to a new game (leggo games I hear are fun.
The two that you cry about being changed first are things that do need to change because they just make the game unfun and people quit. If the killer slugs that is on the survivors because you were either all together or did not bother resetting. If you face-camp on first hook and 0 gens done just to win then good for you. If the are a SWF you may get another kill and that is all or you can possibly get a 0k if the group is very good. If you are all about the camping and tunnelling why would you keep playing because if it is boring for a survivor then is it not boring for you as well?
I would also like to clarify I do not cry a killer is camping if I see a teammate run right to the hook right after the killer hooks. I have played killer and been called a camp when the other 3 survivors were at the hook... What incentive do I have to leave?
In the end if you think this is good game play think why people are complaining so much about this? Also why is camping and tunnelling so common? Always remember Kill= Skill and a win is a win no matter if you have fun or not. Never learn and get better cause that is hard just sit and wait ;)

Extends chase "a little"??? if tiles are spawned in a favorable way to survivors, dead hard can make a 35 second chase into a 3 minute chase
If a survivor takes a 35 second chase and extends it into a 3 minute chase chances are you were not going to catch them in the 35 seconds. Not to be rude but a survivor that can use dead hard at the start of the chase and then extend the chase by that long is a good looper. If the survivor is able to stand still a little they maybe able to get DH back but in that time more then like maybe once. I know there are times that you get caught out of position and DH can help either get you to a loop but not always. At the end if a survivor is going to waste your time go find the weak link because as a solo survivor nothing makes a team throw more then going to get that unhook. I was doing a ghost face daily yesterday got called a camper because the first person I hooked I slugged and hooked all four but as I was hooking him all 3 of his teammates were right there.

Play how you play. I would never open a locker on a survivor except by accident. I only get into lockers with head on and I rarely use head on lol. I started as a stealth Blendette and absolutely avoided the killer. Sadly I must admit that I started as an UE empathy Blendette to make sure is did (used Empathy to know where the person who just got hit was so I could avoid them... or if being chased to know where the hurt people are to pawn the killer off on... Roast away I know this is horrible game play). Now I like to be a mix of Stealth and aggressive. I can now loop some killers (some is just have no idea how to loop) but I would rather do gens and be left alone. I commit to a gen now and no longer UE away at first HB. If your looking for perks that can help you get out of chases: self aware, Dance With Me, Lithe and Quick and Quite work well together.

I like your idea to an extent but with boon meta I can promise you that hex would either be found and gone. I know that this is not always the case (looking at you devour hope) but it happens when there is a hex. The other thing is that Pentamento (I think I spelt that right) already has a slow down to healing. Pin head's Scourged hook also gives a debuf to gens and healing once healed off it. Also 10 tokens may be excessive to get even if it takes a little longer to heal.

From what I understand is that if there is a small population of players playing the game will prioritize getting you into a game over your MMR. This means you can get really good players far above your MMR or really new or bad players far bellow your MMR. I could also be wrong about how the system works but that was what I heard from a streamer playing late at night and getting baby killers who swung a mile away.

Reading the Freddy one I want to make sure: if I enter the dream world can I leave? If I can leave is it harder then running to a clock? Is it faster for me to enter the dream world then now? If I just blow a gen do I stay awake? I ask all of this because if I just blow a gen here and there which prevents Freddy from hitting me I will just blow the gen and bam never even have to see the killer. If anything if you are going to have this type of major change to Freddy you would either need to have survivors always in the dream world or its so fast to re-enter the dream world that you would never get anywhere on a gen just blowing it. its a good idea to update killers you rarely see or are weaker but Freddy's suggestion just feels like survivors would abuse his not being able to hit them out of dream world. We all know survivors would never use that as an exploit lol...

It's funny that is a survivor complains about face-camping, a tactic that literally has no counter for the hooked survivor unless they happen to have Decisive Strike and another teammate happened to have equiped Borrowed Time, which includes both of those survivor players going through a paywall to get those perks, either cash or bloodpoints. Then it's survivors are trying to ruin Killers fun.
Yet, Dead Hard, a perk that is the most fun exhaustion perk for survivors, hence it being used so much, is always being asked to be removed from the game without any irony at all.
Not really sure why you mentioned me... Honestly not complaining about anything and as for camping that is not what is being talked about here. I agree with you but like DH can be broken when used properly (remember I DH into walls lol) I get that having the paywalls for two counter to a bad play by a killer but would you just add them to a survivor base kit? I can see that becoming busted and the memes are going to fly. They do need to do something about camping and tunneling cause it is almost every game it happens but I do not have any good suggestions that do not kneecap all killers. If you play survivor and you see some killers you automatically go easy win (looking at you legion) and thus quite often you vers the same 5-6 killers and not a single other killer because people want to play killers that are fun and when you almost always lose you will not have fun. This also promotes camping and tunneling because if survivors are hyper altruistic they will throw the game to try and save.

Lol ok so DH seems to make killers cry to most and you see people as Git Goot but then you see people say about NOED. So killers cry because DH extends a chase a little and rewards a mistake (people are not perfect mistakes happen) on the other side NOED can feel like a reward to a bad killer because it can some times be the first down they get and if you are a solo survivor it can be so sad to see the other three throw open the gate and leave you. Both sides have perks that are always going to cause people to cry if you do not like it maybe learn to counter it? I personally do not use DH because when I have I usually run into walls.

If you dont DC often it wouldn't affect you.
I do find it funny how it's always new accounts and people say "but what about power cuts" like come on you dont get power cuts multiple times a day every day... and if you do why should I be forced to play with you to ruin my experience.
STOP MAKING EXCUSES.
Yup new account just joined forums sorry not as connected as you. WE GOING TO YELL? COOL I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FUN GROW UP NO ONE ELSE CARES ABOUT YOUR FUN. IF YOU ARE SAD AND NOT HAVING FUN THEN QUIT ONLINE GAMES. If you need you hand held please join Neopets though that may still be to toxic for you. Also if I dc and its a harsher punishment and I can log in fast and have this harsh punishment is would effect me. At the end of my point and please of whine one take this to heart NO ONE (NO ONE!) CARES ABOUT YOUR FUN.
-
Honestly as a survivor main I only dc when my power or something out of my control happens and if bans were harsher I would quit because if I got a heavy punishment for this I would think wow not fair. That being said if I am first found and my three teammates are in the corners crutching I am killing my self on hook. If the killer is just hanging out beside me I'm killing my self on hook. I am not responsible for your fun if I am getting camped and not having fun I leave in a legit way and move on. If someone dcs or kills them on hook its not personal it is just they owe you absolutely nothing. Cry some more about DCing and then cry even more when the punishment does not fit the action.

I do not personally think there should be a penalties for a few reasons. I do think that if a person d/c's at the start I think that you should not be able to de-pip because it makes it 100% harder to be able to complete Gens. The first reason I do not think there should be a penalty is if you D/C it is your choice. The second reason is I am not in any way responsible for you having fun. I am responsible for my fun and my fun alone when playing with random people and if you get upset by this mentality do not play online games because this goes in more games then this (look at Ark a game I played until someone blew up the base by going under the mesh and nothing could be done). The last reason is no matter how much you punish people they will either continue to D/C or leave and though I get them leaving really won't change the game. Just play the game and try to have fun and do not take it to seriously cause its just a game. People suck on both sides just keep going or give up cause nothing the devs do will change this.

I am a survivor main and I see where you are coming from I have died more to noed then anything else. I play with friends mostly (solo honestly sucks) but when I have played solo and Noed has come into play (first down some times) it is extremely saddening to see the three others around a door open it and leave you on hook not bothering to even look. I have seen people say play how you want and I agree. If I que solo I run detectives hunch and conterforce so I can easily find and cleanse totems as gens are done (extremely useful when they have devour hope). So play how you want ignore the boon babies cause if they want to use their boons they can just "git goot" at finding the totem before you ;)
