You not wanting to unslot a meta perk doesn't mean that the perk aren't good enought
Perk are meant to complement a play style, a type of player, because you think that a perk is trash because it doesn't fit you doesn't mean it's a bad perk.

You do realise that myers as a limited number of stalk because one t3 is enought to down every single survivor right?

Learn to power throught it?
The killer literaly is forcing you to learn to hit great skill check consistently, if you've been playing since as long as you claim and keep get matched against people with ruin by now you should be prety decent at hitting great skillcheck unless of course you are one of those guy that drop everything and just spend 10+ minute looking for the totem instead of doing the gens

technicaly according to the game rule it isn't taking the game hostage since they are going to die.

To go back on the topic, Noed is fine and what is needed isn't a totem counter it's for the dev to just had voice chat to solo survivor.
That way solo and swf are on the same level and they can actualy balance the game around survivor having acces to communication instead of spending year adding tiny thing here and there to try making solo survivor on par with swf one when a single change is enought to achieve that and would take them like a month give or take to implement it

More seriously why the ######### would they give away stuff they had to pay to add to the game in the first place?
With the base game you already have the "meta" killer survivor are just skin and the vast majority of character are just farmable

I too love oversimplifying things
also making survivor not being skin will make the survivor side even more garbage with survivor harassing other survivor for taking "subpar" survivor

You do realise that when they decided they where going to implement a cosmetic store and when they implemented it wasn't at the same time right?
Why one year before release?
Maybe they didn't have idea for cosmetic
Maybe the license owner where disagreeing with the consept that where pushed by behavior
Or maybe they had to argue with the license owner for a year to manage to release a SINGLE cosmetic set
So yeah...
Seem rather pointless to hope for licensed cosmetic
especially for character that aren't played

Ash and Pig where all aquired after the dev started to decide to implement the cosmetic store, being able to give them custome skin to their liking was very likely part of deal they passed deal they didn't pass with the other licensed character either because they didn't think about it or it would have been too expensive
As for ghost face the character isn't copyrighted only his mask meaning they normaly can do any thing they want with him

As an ex Quentin main I have the regret to informe you that Quentin is affected by the copyright curse
Wich make it extremely unlikely for him to get cosmetic if ever

SImple, don't stay near him will he is "face camping", that way he doesn't pip, you pip and you won't have to deal with him once you are ranked up

there are currently multiple way to sprint without using ones sprint burst wich go against the perk design
Will I think it is silly to give sanction to people for exploiting it would only be fair that BHVR apply the same standar to survivor that hey apllied for people exploiting legion addons

If anything at that point I think that the only way to have survivor actually give a ######### about cleansing dull totem is to make NOED baseline and incresae point for cleansing dull totem

It's a down grade because he lose his mind game potential from the phasing in and out of view during the dream transition
the phasing now only happen when you are far away from survivor and their is no way for you to track if you are visible or not
Add on top of that that being asleep will as less impact than it use to have and that they have more way to wake up that before the rework

Lately I've been playing Graveyard keeper
It's basicly like stardew valley except you take care of a graveyard and church instead of a farm
It is also more story driven than stardew valley and unlike it as an actual ending

If the killer is SO BAD you would have plenty of time to hunt and destroy every single totem before powering the gate.
