Doubtful that Predator will be added due to the Predator: Hunting Grounds game coming out this year.
-
Not going to have any ๐
I've completed the Rift. Played a couple of Double Blood games...felt like a chore.
So not going to bother. And aren't going to buy another premium pass either.
I'm taking a break from the game.
-
Level 69...3/4 to 70...all challenges tier 1-4 done...only liked a small handful of the unlockables. The lore parts were interesting but of no value. The charms were total pants.
Won't be buying Premium again. Spent all my cells on skin parts.
The main reason is the amount of time it takes to go through the Tome. You feel obliged to play it if you pay for the pass. I just can't be bothered.
-
I like it the way it is.
-
I'm on level 69 on the Rift, all challenges 1-4 done. Once I reach 70 I am having a break.
Well, I will stick around for the double blood but having a vacation after that.
-
Welcome to DBD.
Have fun but be aware that some of the folk that play the game can be very toxic.
See you in the Fog.
-
Yes and Yes. And Terminator too. Yeah they're not the same kind of horror as most of the other licensed killers but they're scary in their own right.
-
Equip Bond. Really helped me keep track of other survivors.
Always go to the gens with other survivors on them.
Don't go for unhooks etc, leave that to the other survivors.
You'll get there.
*Admittedly I did get extremely lucky with this challenge: a Legion let me have the last gen after I kept relentlessly trying to complete it. I was the last survivor, did the gen, got the challenge, escaped and got the Left For Dead trophy in the process. So it's very easy for me to advise on how to get the challenge but it was given to me.
Basically Bond, Spine Chill, Self-Care, Dark Sense with a top tool box with top add-ons.
Hopefully get no Ruin or an early cleanse. And a weak/campy killer.

The Consoomer.

Okay this is funny, but did you know there's a Last Yearish game on Steam from 2014 where you can play as a shark like in Jaws ?
I dont remember the name of the game, and it's probably super dead now, but it made me laugh a lot to think of it again
Depth.
-
But no killer or map, just as a lone survivor.
-
Because I Oni buy DLC for Dead By Daylight ๐
-
It all comes down to the amount of time it consumes and the fact it is a limited time pass.
So nope. Not again.
-
Darn, was going to add Billy from Gremlins. Oh well.

Probably not. I don't have enough time to reach tier 70 (even if I completed all challenges). Problem with battlepasses in every game is that they require so much time investment that most people just don't have.
Agreed 100%.
If these passes weren't time I would possibly buy so I can play at my leisure.
But unfortunately the nature of these passes and events aren't always compatible with casual gamers/people with other interests and responsibilities.
-
hmmm...map and perks also gone?...ok...
Survivor: Ace.
Killer: Hillbilly.
-
It must be frustrating. A lot of the challenges depend on the behaviour of other players
I was lucky as I did the 5 hooks with Agitation challenge, and did this in the process. First time too.
And when I actually did go for the 4 sacrifices in the basement in one match challenge, I did it first time as well.
I did the 4 gens with Dark Sense challenge on my first match of the day...but unfortunately I had de-selected the challenge. Luckily I managed to get it a few games later.
Thankfully I have done all the challenges and am not purchasing Premium again. So my swear jar should be a lot more empty next year.
-
I made a topic regarding this earlier. Hope it helps:
-
Sadly I haven't got the time.
I have commitments and I write, clearing these challenges can take up a large amount of free time.
I love horror, but have never been a fan of timed passes.
-
Still at 65, 5 more tiers to go. But all challenges done.

damn you did all the challenges of the level 4 already ?!
Personally i liked a lot all the cosmetics i got, and the next one will be kinda free since you get 1000AC during the premium pass
Also i think even if some of the challenges were annoying, some were interesting and fun (like the This Is Not Happening one, very fun builds to do with it), and they will probably change it to be funnier
Dont forget this was only the first one, we all know how each new thing in the game is, give them time and it will be better
Yeah I have ๐ there is all Christmas baking going on downstairs and I am banished to my bedroom. Just spent the weekend doing the challenges.
I actually play better after a few beers. Can't beat a bit of daytime drinking *coughs in clown*
-
It's highly satisfying completing a challenge, especially a hard one, but to be honest I feel sooooo much more relaxed playing non-challenge. Have more fun. No pressure. Just have a game and beer.
I will probably see the new Premium cosmetics and think: "That look quality." but at the end of the day, I'm not going CONSOOM. I play for fun.
-
I sort of did it the other day whilst attempting the hook 5 survivors in basement with Agitation perk (which I did first time). But you know when I'm attempting it...it's just not gonna happen.
-
Just had a greeeeeat game: first survivor hooked, purposely died on hook. Second and third got downed within seconds of each other. Second d/c, third hooked. Killer bbq&c and got me. All in all, 5 star game.
-
Yes. If he hadn't done what he did. I didn't even think part 3 was that bad.
-
Hmm. This map + Windows Of Opportunity could prove useful in completing the pallet hit trophy.
-
Clown. I love this character and how his lore describes believable events.
But even so, I am not buying Premium anymore. There no doubt will be some cosmetic items I would like, but I just can't be bothered.
-
Just had myself (8) with three survivors (4) (9) and (11) against a cocky level 2 Freddy. Was great fun...
-
Yep.
-
Some are fine.
But some, like 4 sacrifices in basement, can depend on survivors not dc. This is not right.
-
I actually did the challenge yesterday...shame I had the hook 5 in the basement Agitation challenge selected. You know I'm not going to get it now! ๐
-
No More Oreos!
No More Oreos!
-
Hillbilly.
Used to be ok with him, got Adept etc, but now as I'm permanently in the sub 10 ranks, I struggle to have a good game with him.
-
I'm at tier 55.
Every challenge level 1-3 completed.
I will do the easier level 4 challenges but won't spent days grinding etc.
I have every unlockable I want. The Hillybilly's shotgun is the only item left of interest.
I am also not bothering with another premium pass.
-
It needs to come on console in order to expand it"s playerbase.
But my opinion is that F13 rules over all, and always has.

If you're on PS4, none of this should affect you. These penalties are only in place on platforms which are using dedicated servers - that is, PC and Switch.
Ok ta.
-
CHRISTMAS.
I will be enjoying some time away from the hell hole.
-
Hi.
I'm
a) on PS4.
&
b) a complete moron.
Will we expect these DC penalties when the game crashes during loading or during a game? Or both?
This game crashes quite a bit during match loading. This is not the fault of the player.
-
I'm also going to put it out that I don't like Nightmare Before Christmas (but understand it's popular with others).
-
Just had a couple of Claudettes, teabagging when pallet dropping and looping.
First got Mori'ed. Second got hook camped.
Don't be a lemon. Be a rosebud.

Series: Friday 13th
Canon: Friday 13th parts 1/2/3/4/6/8/9.
What happened afterwards: Jason remained in hell, a prized guest of the Devil.
______________________
Series: Jaws
Canon: Jaws (I do like Jaws 2 but it's unrealistic to have the same thing happen again).
What happened afterwards: Brody was hailed a hero. He eventually promoted and moved back to New York with his family, putting the memories of Amity behind him.
-
Because he's a Queen fan.
*STOMP-STOMP* CLAP! *STOMP-STOMP! *CLAP!
We will, we will, ROCK YOU!
-
When this Tome is over, I'm likely taking a break from DBD.
-
I've had a couple of people hold knives to my throat. I didn't like that very much.
-
Escape via the exit games and the hatch in one match.
-
Series: Halloween
Canon: Halloween (1978) & Halloween (2018)
Reasoning: 2018 is a solid continuation of 1978 making all the plot paths of the unmentioned Halloween films void.
What happened afterwards: TBC in Halloween Kills.
_________________
Series: Saw
Canon: Saw parts 1-7.
Reasoning: 'Jigsaw' wasn't and awful film but it really wasn't necessary.
What happened afterwards: Deprived of food and water for a long period of time, Hoffman eventually passed out due to dehydration. He awoke in the bathroom...the darkness now replaced by light...but his ankle shackle had been removed. He was weary and could hardly move. Then he made out a figure. A figure wearing a pig's head. The figure removed the pig's head to reveal...Amanda Young. Hoffman tried to say "You..." but Amanda quickly stabbed Hoffman in the chest with a retracting blade. "I told you I wasn't going anywhere..." said Amanda as she twisted the blade, Hoffman's choking up blood. "...Game Over." whispered Amanda as Hoffman succumbed to the wound.
Amanda had awoke in the Fog after she was mortally wounded...given another chance to inflict pain by The Entity. Hoffman had also been extended the same courtesy, but Amanda was ready and killed him on arrival.

Series: Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Canon: Texas Chainsaw Massacre (70s)
Reasoning: All other TCM film are pretty poor. 'Leatherface' wasn't bad but the reasoning for Leatherface's disfigurement is ridiculous.
What happened afterwards: Police stormed the Sawyer house and killed the entire family.
-
I'm up for this buff.
-
There are some glaring omissions due to the 10 option limit, so I expect a good few 'others'.
-
Good: Being off work.
Bad: Going back to work.
-
It's very possible but all depends on the amount of time a player can dedicate to DBD.
I'm around tier 50 (almost got the new Trapper rusty weapon), and since completing the level 3 Tome Challenges, I've only played a couple of times a day if that, getting dailies etc.
To be honest, the only other reward I am after is the police tape shotgun for Hillbilly. Other than that, there isn't really any incentive to grind.
