It doesnt matter, you are right, and if you are a mid skilled player you just get nerfed accts or P100s with 10000 hours when you only have 1200. I understand that hours dont make the player but who plays 10K hours and is still mid

How did it remove what they intended to remove? I have played 8 chuckys out of every 10 games and he just stands there and the meter never moves, is he stealth, nope cause wraith worked fine but chucky is able to do it every time? Am I playing the same cheater every game?

Every day and multiple times a game even, I just chalk it up to be on the Xbox, it plays like complete trash on it. I have just accepted that nobody cares and they are never going to fix it, I hope you are on PC and it gets better for you with an update or something.

I get the same thing, send out the chain and the screen goes black for 5-10 seconds or send it out too far and it gets stuck while you stand there and cant actually send the chain or go back to Pinhead.

This doesn’t “disprove MMR” at all. The most likely scenario is this is either offhours when there aren’t a lot of players around or the poster has an outlier rating so is getting backfilled with other players with outlier ratings which there aren’t going to be a lot of.

Who said anything about MMR? I said I got the same exact team 4 games in a row, if I took the time to go change killers, set up perks and add-ons and then go play, how the heck could I possibly get the same team that many times in a row? I am trying to figure out the odds of that, seriously. I am not quoting a streamer, I am not discussing anything any of them have spoke of, I just want to know how the heck I was punished for trying out new killers in the middle of the night when killer queues are shorter.

No, dead hard is a short dash, this is the speed burst when you get hit, I am fairly aware what dead hard looks like, or at least I thought I did until this madness...lol

I am on xbox and cant play more than one game without rebooting my system cause of the same issue. I have played better games built by 8 year olds.

Why would a rank 1 Bubba get 3 rank 20s is the bigger question. I get people play for different reasons and all that, but the matchmaking seems to be the REAL issue here. More of the same poop I guess.

Not bad, I really like the idea of the Perfectionists. I think the watch might make the killer a little too strong, maybe his tokens give them a 2nd and 3rd spy. I dont know, I laughed at the movie so maybe it would be a lot of fun. Solid idea imo though, do more!

The xbox dl was over 21G and I have played 6 matches so far, it still has a few stutters here and there but it is light years ahead of where it was just yesterday.

What about Ray Lewis the linebacker from the Baltimore Ravens as a killer...pun intended. His power was like a bull rush of some type similar to the blight or oni. He could do part of his dance that he used to come on the field to in his mori. That would make me die laughing.

I have spent a lot of time on doc, wraith and ghosty. Played a few games with pig and not so bad. My issues seem to be when any animation starts or stops that I get my issues. Also attempts to hit someone or chases more than 10 seconds. I feel that I would agree though, stick to a fairly basic killer, the less stuff to mess up the better. Xbox series X btw.

The only point I was making is to not call in unplayable because it's not. You shouldn't be exaggerating when you're talking about the state of the game because it seems like you're trying to make it seem worse than it is. I understand that a lot of people on console are having problems but it is nowhere near unplayable. I have a lot of friends who play religiously on console and they are all doing it perfectly fine. If you think the game is "unplayable" then don't play it, simple as that. There's a fix for your problem.
So if you bought a TV and it had lines across it since the software update would you want it fixed or just watch it as is, cause its not unwatchable? I would like to hear from some of these players too so I can at least feel like someone is still playing it the way it was a month ago. Unfortunately I am not.

Okay, so I guess we have to be literal with you, since it seems you can only focus on the word unplayable. When I say it, not gonna speak for everyone, but when I say it, it means you can still play, if you are ok with missing on swings right in front of you, cant mind game cause you lag and teleport to places you didnt intend to go, players get free dead hards cause when I go to swing it stops for 3-5 seconds for me but not the other player I am chasing. When I do get to swing and hit someone they get their burst but I am stuck standing still cause theres that pesky 3-5 issue again. These simple tasks such as hooking, interrupting, grabbing, picking up, and just running in general are bugged in a serious way right now for most console players. Does this make the game impossible to play, no, but to play in the fashion I could just a month ago it is. I am also not a level 1 killer nor a 15, I generally hover between 4-6. So I know how to play and what should normally happen. I also do not believe there is an overnight fix either, however nobody is speaking up and explaining anything or offering any type of assurance that this is going to be fixed. So I feel I have been clear and fairly concise, do you now understand what we feel is unplayable?

Where are they?? People keep saying this but I havent seen or heard from one yet. Please have some console players come in and prove that they see none of these issues cause I dont believe the "plenty are having no issues" line.

Nope, I play on console too, cant hit anyone, grab animation stops half way, hooks lag, I teleport every lunge attack, basic attacks lag and I miss everything. Chases are free dead hards for survivors, I get flashlighted by nobody. Doesnt matter the killer cause I have them all. I dont even play survivor cause there is no way to tell where the killer is, even running looking behind me they will lunge amd the next thing I know I have run into a tree and getting downed, yet the tree was 40 meters ahead. The game is totally unplayable in this form, its a waste of time, unless you dont care about ranking or winning, ever. Then the bp is good.

Are you trolling for laughs? You didnt answer my question, you avoided it by saying I had to once in 5 years, not what I asked. So you are either a troll and thats fine too or lack the cognitive ability to discern between fact and fiction. You posted nothing factual, you posted conjecture. Software evolves, it doesnt degrade. Performance does, and only on systems outdated completely. So my new gen x box isnt good enough??

Again, I never said that. I play on PC. I have friends on ps5 and xbox who say its fine.
If you want a truly smooth experience, you will have to play the game on the system it was built on, a PC.
So I have to purchase a new system to play a game that is available and supported on the one I already have? So it is my fault the game plays poorly, cause it was good enough 2 weeks ago. Did my system become dated in 2 weeks? Would you continue to play if you had to get a new graphics card and more memory every update? We both already know the answer to that.

You must not play in PS4. The game literally has an FPS stutter every few seconds where it drops to 0 then goes back to normal. It's annoying during regular gameplay but also can completely mess you up during chases as survivor and killer, as well as on skillchecks.
The original poster is correct. The game is near unplayable on PS4. I don't know if Xbox players have the framerate issues.
Oh we do, chases are free dead hard time cause I pause and they keep running. Or I swing and it takes 3 seconds to finish the animation. Hooking is the same way, I start the hook and get blinded on the way up, so PC players are just cracking up playing me.

There is a turn around period for patches you dont just rush out fixes before you play test them so that you dont find more issues with the new patch thats just sloppy sure itll take longer but they would cause more harm to their name rushing it out
A turn around period...is it a year? This game has had more broken than fixed over the last 18 months. The only reason to even play is the bp that I can get getting 3 or 4 hooks. With the cakes it is worth the drama, but only through the event, then its time to hang it up til they fix it. I dont expect miracles but I cant hit people standing in front of me, and with the free 10 dead hards a game, survivors are getting paid playing me too.

I mainly go against red ranks these days as an 8 killer so I just hook when I can. Play mostly doc and ghostface cause hag is unplayable, teleporting is horrible at best, most of the time it lags and I get there 5 seconds after the trap is popped. Played some wraith and he seemed ok to play but also played legion and the game will just put me in frenzy without even touching the remote. Oh well, they arent fixing it and dont look like they will any time soon so unless you play another game you just get a 1K and laughed at mostly. Is anyone get flashlighted by people you cant see or in another room like me?

Cause you dont matter, I have posted things like this for ever, they do not care. You just have to learn to play around it cause it never gets better. I just played Legion and it would randomly start my frenzy, I literally put the controller down and it started twice. I attempt a lunge and it lags just like your video, 2 out of every 3 times. After the event, the bp is too good not to keep playing, I am boycotting too, not a damn dime from me. Not a dime, the lazy not caring bastards.

I have played this game for almost a year now and I still cant figure out ghostface. I just got him and have no clue how to stalk them to exposed, I guess I need to watch a tutorial from someone good...lol

I dont think you understand how game development works. BHVR submits to those 2 but BHVR initiates the bug fixes, the other 2 just approve that it wont screw anything up. They would lose millions if they were to pick and choose what games got updated by their own accord. Its like saying my bank wont put money in my acct, not if your job doesnt submit the transfer of funds.

Odd how some of you feel the killer has any say in anything but crowns, and who cares about those? I am a lvl 10 killer, just starting to really get into that side of the game and lately I get a minimum of 2 red ranks each game, I get bullied incessantly, like they dont care about the bp we could all have if we just played a little less like bratty children. The game is what it is I guess.

They wont fix anything but PC issues and then they will fix the dumbest stuff first. Lets have this massive event, or so they say, on a game that no matter what you do just simply doesnt play right. That happens to me every single game, so everyone has bad internet? This is the worst update ever, it has brought out all the cheats, I am getting blinded from a flashlight in another room. I mean I get pallets dropped, I eat a DS now and then but when they just disappear and no lucky break is absolutely insane.

Is everyone that voted positive a PC player? Nemesis has ruined the game, every time he gets near me the game glitches for 3 to 5 seconds. I either stand still or run into something because I have no control of my survivor for that time. I cannot dodge, vault drop or anything else, I am just at the mercy of getting hit.
Please for the love of god fix the console version of this game. Just fix something, anything that might make this update worth it.

I have been blinded from every angle known to man. I have been blinded from behind, through stone walls and for literally 30 seconds, yet all of the sudden whomever was blinding me is 3 miles away. I have been blinded by red ranks and people that are rank 20 with 3 hours of game play, are they cheating? Maybe, but how would I know? Could be a lvl 1 on their baby account, why would I want them to do anything with flashlights that doesnt make it easier for ME to play?

Matchmaking...why as a 5 survivor do I go against a 1-3 killer with a 17 and 2 20s? I can deal with a higher killer if I have teammates worth a damn. I get on a gen and before its done they have already downed and hooked 2 noobs. I end up getting one hooked or running for the entire end game, where is that taking me?

This game is nearly unplayable as a survivor on the Xbox, I cant perform a rushed action that the game doesnt freeze or stick. I cant go out a window without being hit because I get out and stand there for 2 seconds while the game catches up. Dont run and drop a pallet cause again you just stand there. Hit boxes are still garbage, make it around a wall and 2 steps past a wall and then bam, hit from the other side of the wall its ridiculous. I literally just run and drop pallets early cause I cant use windows anymore and I gotta wait to continue running again. Please change the way this game plays or I will have to quit permanently this time like most people I know.

I am an X ox player and just played a game as a rank 4, got two 20s and a 19 against a lvl 1 killer, played killer at rank 13 and got 1, 1, 2 and 4. They obviously do it on purpose, there is no way this coincidence would happen daily, multiple times a day if not on purpose. I also feel like PC is catered to as well, the game is quickly becoming trash.

I just hit red ranks and I have to say, rather have two 6's and a 9, at least when I get chased for 3 full minutes two of them will do gens, red ranks suck 9 out of 10 times.

You have managed to ######### up matchmaking even worse, I am a 9 survivor, have not had a teammate between 1 and 15 all ######### day, and not a killer worse than a 3. Switch over to killer where I am an 11 and had no less than 3 red ranks every single game. Which one of you simple ######### cant get your head out of your ass and fix this?? You guys are ######### and the game is showing it, do something soon or I for one am done with your bullshit!!

Match making is a joke, its absolutely pathetic. You guys have zero clue what you are doing, a 10 year old could do this better. You said MMR would fix this, so how the absolute hell do I as a lvl 9 killer playing a killer for the 6th time ever draw 1, 1, 2, 4?? Do you think you could employ anyone on earth that doesnt think tbagging is so damn cool but matchmaking is obviously fair in some way? You are losing people to hackers, poor matchmaking and survivors having the time of their life all the while you have this going on and you sit idle. Are you simply sitting on your hands just laughing while those of us wanting a fair game cant find one?? Like lipstick on a pig is what you are.

At least your killers can hit, I can be standing and not moving next to a survivor not moving and miss, or hit something behind them. They hosed Xbox players with this trash.
