Batman can outrun blight boy, and can even fly with his grappling hook, not to mention, blight can only run for a limited amount of time, and is then on cooldown. All batman has to do is grapple to the high ground while he's rushing, and then blight is reduced to a little dwarf on crack.
Batman is not supernatural so doesnt make sense why hes faster than blight.He can't fly he glides.& Note im doing based off there lore not in-game.

One For The Team:After Unhooking A Survivor,Entering a Locker within 25 Seconds will give the Unhooked Survivor one of your Hook States.After exiting the Locker you gain the Broken Status Effect for 60/50/40 Seconds & You & the Killer Can see each others Aura.
Notes:Wont work if your on your final hook.This Perk only works once per trial.

Could you explain what that has to do with anything? Did they need to add a system that had obviously not undergone serious testing? Were they under any obligation to push out such a complex feature so early? They announced the MMR system back in May, we're in mid August now. Time really is no argument here. Not then, not now, not in the future.
You know about apex,season 5 of that game got delayed by 2 weeks of the pandamic & its rumored that the pandemic delayed a new map for the game.

I bought moris when a new killer comes out,i buy a,lot of them but use them 2 to 5 times for the first day,Then i dont use them & im going to prestige soon so im just gonna use them all before im going prestige.

The perks are interesting. Perhaps not very balanced though. Imagine working on a generator at the start of the game, you hear the killers terror radius so you creep away. Killer kicks your gen and you scream and give away your position. You as a player made no mistakes at all and now the killer likely gets a free hit. It basically turns all killers into The Doctor. Infectious Fright at least has a higher bar to meet. Chasing and downing a survivor is a lot harder than kicking a gen.
High Stakes, while it isn't especially overpowered it does strongly encourage camping which is bad game design. "The Rewards" is a win-more perk. If you are killing survivors without the benefit of the perk then you don't need it and if you could use the benefits then you probably won't be triggering the bonuses in the first place. Also, those numbers are messed up. I don't know if you know how much of a boost 7-10% is on a killer but that is broken. This also encourages camping since it is the kills that matter.
Morbid Curiosity I think you made a typo here. 103% faster is unreal. You wouldn't even be able to properly control your character if you ran more than double your base speed. I think you mean 3/5/7% faster. This one seems potentially abusable. Like if you figure out the the range where you are inside the terror radius but outside of chase range you can waste a huge amount of the killers time. Non-Thankful Rescue is just garbage. The only upside to this perk is figuring out who the D-bag survivors are so you can avoid them in the future. But for real, the penalty is far far too high.
